A wonderful hotel. Clean, quiet,
cozy. The breakfast is delicious. Kashki is space. And the pancakes from the chef are nothing to compare with. It's just "meshed." I took 2 servings with sour cream. And there are also pancakes with pork gravy. They came to my son quickly :)))

I will be delicate and democratic, as a guest of the city;)
LOCATION: near the Moscow Ring Road;
RECEPTION: the receptionist is polite;
ROOM: cost 95 BYN., breakfast is not included;
BED: two single beds shifted into one large one, the mattress is not new, but has no dips, the pillows are small - very comfortable;
TOILET: the repair is fresh, all accessories are available, including a hairdryer, perfect cleanliness;
APPLIANCES: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, curtains black out;
CONCLUSION: the disadvantages are the lack of sockets next to the bed, I recommend visiting.

Not a bad hotel. Prices are much lower than in the center. Rooms are cleaned regularly. The rooms are simple and cozy. There is a large park nearby. You can rent a bike and drive it.

The hotel is nice, very surprised(I expected the worst), the breakfast is quite decent (buffet). There was a non-working refrigerator in the room. Far from the center. 40-50 minutes by public transport, the metro is 3 km away. View of the park. The price is much cheaper than in the city. There is no better option for price and quality. I have visited Minsk more than 10 times and lived in different 4-star hotels.

We stayed many times with the team. Friendly girls at the reception. There are breakfasts, there is something to eat. For lunch and dinner, for me, the food is average, but it's on order for the team. The rooms are large and cozy, the only drawback is the sockets only in front of the bed near the TV

The hotel is located next to the Ice Arena (very convenient, because we went to an amateur hockey tournament). Convenient check-in from the MKAD. There is a secure free parking for guests. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We rented apartments (the room is large, clean, comfortable. A separate bathroom for the guests and us, which we really liked).TV in the living room and in the bedroom (a big plus! ) Bathrobes, slippers, towels, gradual set - snow-white. Clean up cleanly. The staff is polite, tactful, friendly, and always happy to help resolve any issues that arise. There is a large supermarket nearby within walking distance, and many grocery stores. The shops accept the Mir payment card (very convenient). There is a restaurant on the ground floor, we used breakfast (buffet, there is enough of everything, everything is delicious). The windows of the room overlooked the lake. Quiet, green area. We were very satisfied, we will come back again!!! One disadvantage is that the air conditioning does not work well in the room.

Not a bad hotel... but it was surprising when the rooms were not ready at the time of arrival, many of the group did not have enough towels and hygiene products in the rooms. So even after the eviction, the administrators ran after us and asked how many towels we had in our rooms. It's funny. Don't worry, dear administrators, we are not interested in towels at all.
As it is, everything is normal.

Starting from the reception, wildly dissatisfied with life and guests in general, he reluctantly answered questions, snapped.The guard was eating at his workplace (is there really no place for a snack?), actively communicated with the young lady from the reception, despite the presence of guests.The room is terribly cold, the door did not close either in the bathroom or in the shower stall itself, dirty carpet in the room, scratched furniture...There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, but there is nowhere to warm up your food (at the reception they advised you to find a cleaner-maybe she has a microwave somewhere in the back room?!?)There is no kettle in the room.I did not like the hotel, I do not recommend booking.

We stayed at this hotel a year ago, everything was more or less decent. This year we decided to stay here too. It's just a nightmare. We were moved into a room that smelled terrible of sewage, we asked to solve this issue, we were moved to another room, it didn't smell, but the shower tray was leaking, we no longer had the strength to move and had to put towels on the pallet when we washed. There were constant interruptions with water in the cooler on the floors. When I asked to change an empty bottle for a whole one, they replied that there was no water at the moment. And another time they replied that there was no employee who would bring a whole bottle. There is no kettle or water in the rooms. Everything is old. This is not a 3 star hotel.

Gorgeous 3 stars. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Internet, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, lots of towels. There is its own Parking, there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast. The buffet is expensive, but not critical. There was even red caviar)

We were with my husband from December 30 to January 3, 2024, we liked everything, it was not expensive, friendly staff, the rooms were clean, towels were changed every day, we lived on the 8th floor, it was very warm. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. They offer a fan or a portable air conditioner from which there is no sense. The rooms require repair, especially the bathrooms, the shower heads are broken, the sealant at the joints is covered with a black coating of mold. Room cleaning is also strange, not every time they make the bed and put shampoo on. The breakfast is not bad, but without frills. The price/quality ratio is too high.

We lived in rooms 905 and 908. The rooms are large and bright with a nice view. The cleaning was delayed a little when checking in, but it did not spoil the impression of the stay. The mattresses are good, the plumbing is working, the shower is not a cubicle (I don't like it), but a room separated by a glass door. Everyone in the room is happy with everything.
We tried breakfast - 750 rubles per person - we didn't stay hungry, but for that kind of money you can eat much tastier in the city.

Among the disadvantages: it's a little far from the center, if you want to take a walk-taxi or public transport, well-used towels in the rooms, restrained and even harsh staff, although young. There were some minor nuances: the receptionist did not transfer the information about the payment for breakfast to the restaurant, they offered to find out for themselves, although a phone call was enough, there was a phone in the restaurant.

Breakfast, we decided to see what is included and pay on the spot if we want.Buffet, there is a choice of food: porridge (very tasty), fried brisket,sausages, boiled and fried eggs, omelette,servelat,red fish (salmon or salmon)vegetables, apples,yoghurts,cottage cheese,sour cream,nuts,canned peaches,jams,juices,coffee,tea,everything is fresh and very tasty, you can eat well all day,20p per person.

I stayed at the hotel and held a conference. I read the reviews before coming to the hotel. I was expecting problems with breakfast, I was waiting for the rudeness of the staff - as I read earlier in some reviews. I didn't see or feel any of this. There was enough delicious food for me at breakfast. I liked the Belarusian sausage very much. There is no kettle in the room, but when contacting the reception by phone, they bring boiling water and no dissatisfied persons. Beautiful view from the window of the stadium and the lake. There are several grocery stores nearby. I liked everything.

We stayed at the Arena Hotel for 3 nights. The room is very clean, soap, gels, put, provided an additional euro cot for the child. The only drawback is that the vent screw at the door apparently unscrewed (but this did not interfere with our rest in any way)
