We had a rest in late June and early July 2023. I liked the hotel, I got a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, which was very pleasant. The territory is well maintained, green, with places to relax. The sea is nearby at 50-100 m. from the hotel. The food is decent. You can't please everyone anyway. I was outraged by the attitude of vacationers to food (they put as much food as they can't eat at a time, and then they carry everything to waste, as if someone forbids them to approach the food distribution again). Drinks in the lobby bar of the hotel are locally produced, not diluted, personally tested 😊There is a large freshwater pool, cleaned every morning. Sun beds on the beach are free with umbrellas. The receptionists are responsive, they will always answer all your questions.

Great place! I would like to mention the excellent work of all the staff. From the girls at the reception to the maids. The guys work very well together, they respond to all requests. Meals for 5. Whatever you want-porridges and all kinds of side dishes and salads. There is no problem to feed even a little girl. The rooms are clean, the territory is very pleasant to spend time, the sea is less than a minute away. I definitely recommend it. It's very comfortable here with children

We were at the hotel for the May holidays, the weather was +18, the pool was +23, I couldn't get into it, then maybe they made it warmer. There is no walking area nearby - a hotel, a beach and that's it.It is located in a small village.In the kitchen, everything is delicious, but not designed for all guests, breakfast is from 7 to 10, if you come at 9, then already eat what's left (((There are 3 sockets in the room, in the bathroom, TV and refrigerator.(((There is no drinking water in the room, this is of course a minus, as well as a kettle.

We went for a week from the tour operator to the Apsny boarding house. Impressions are 50/50. A big, beautiful hotel. Our room was on the 6th floor with a sea view. The "restaurant", that is, the buffet-style dining room is located on the 2nd floor, a whole story will go down to this 2nd floor, since if the elevator goes up initially, then it goes through all floors, opening alternately on almost every floor, goes to the top… And it doesn't matter that you're down)) For a moment, there are 10 floors in the hotel))) there are two options, wait a long time for the elevator or go down on foot, which we did all the time. In the dining room, the story is not simple, you need to catch the moment when you get there, otherwise you will not have enough table / tray / appliances / plates. Breakfast from 7-10, lunch from 13-15:00, dinner from 17:00-19:00, a lot of people, the food is "so-so", but "don't stay hungry" - I read this phrase in someone's review before the trip, once in the dining room of the motel, I realized what it means😄
The number is nothing superfluous. Double bed, extra bed for a child, full-fledged. Wardrobe, bedside tables, table, one chair for some reason)) There is a TV and air conditioning, everything works. There is a dryer on the balcony. The door to the bathroom/toilet was without a lock, but he was present there once, this is evidenced by the hole from him, which we plugged with a piece of paper, otherwise it's not very comfortable😅 We go further, when leaving the hotel there is also a fairly spacious swimming pool, in one part shallow, for children, in the other with a depth of about 150 cm. Sun beds and 4 umbrellas. The sun beds are not all clean , I understand that it is difficult to keep track of such a flow of people, I had to wipe them myself. The territory is not large, there is not much place to walk, there is a place to sit) There is nothing to do outside the hotel at all, the village is several streets away. There are two shops not far from the hotel, private and the Magnet is not big. The pharmacy is far away , very… My husband took a taxi for 500 rubles there , so I do not advise you to get sick and get poisoned. The most pleasant thing is that the beach is very close, clean, the water is beautiful, very warm, transparent. The sun beds are free, but again, if you have time to take them. There is a small cafe on the beach, where from 16:00-15:00 you could eat cradles and French fries, but all this without drinks. The drinks are either your own, or you can go to the hotel for a free glass of locally produced beer/ wine (I haven't tried either, I can't say anything about the quality). In the evening, children are entertained for an hour, then they turn on music for dancing until 22:00. By the way, there is a counter in the hotel lobby where you can buy excursions. The impressions are twofold, once we went, we will not go there anymore.

We had a wonderful May holidays! Delicious food, cleanliness everywhere, still smells of renovation, respectful attitude of the staff. The view is fascinating: the sea with dolphins, mountains, huge eucalyptus trees and cypresses! The splendor of nature with constantly singing birds is soothing. We stayed at this hotel in June 2023. It is a decent boarding house, the rooms are small, the rooms are cleaned daily, linen and towels are changed every three days. The food is quite an all-inclusive buffet. Drinks beer, wine on tap from 10.00 to 22.00, soft drinks are always available. The sea is 100 meters away. The beach is clean, there are sun beds and umbrellas for free. Of the cons on the beach, these are stray dogs, which are quite peaceful, but the fact of their presence bothers me. She took off the star for periodic power outages and poor elevator operation.

A wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Gudauta "for Abkhazia":
A nice private territory with a swimming pool (but the declared heating did not work during my stay) with access to the sea equipped with showers and changing rooms);
A large, bright and clean dining room. Good food for Abkhazia according to the buffet system, a sufficient selection of dishes;
The staff is friendly and attentive. Daily room cleaning with timely replacement of towels and bed linen (there may be stains that are hard to wash);
The rooms are in good condition, beds with comfortable mattress, flat-screen TV and good signal. Wi-Fi catches well everywhere;
The location is on the outskirts, away from shops and cafes. Hiking in Gudauta and the surrounding area is not safe due to the lack of footpaths (taxi only)

The rooms are nice, comfortable mattresses, sleeping is very comfortable. There is a refrigerator, but there is not even water in it. There is no kettle in the room either. With water in general, some kind of trouble. It can be typed only in a bar and only in a disposable glass. There are no coolers.
In the dining room, the food is delicious without frills. There were constantly not enough dishes and dishes, although the hotel was not full.
The hotel itself is located a couple of kilometers from Gudauta. In the evening, melancholy is green. Dead silence, no animation, no entertainment, no concerts, nothing.
The beach is pebbly nearby, the sea is clean. Deck chairs are given out by bracelets. They are not even going to take it out themselves. There is a cafe on the beach, but everything is paid there and they don't let you in swimming trunks.

I'm on vacation with the children now. The sea has failed this year. A heated swimming pool helped out. The boarding house is beautiful. Everything is there. 6 meals a day, don't say there's nothing to eat. Everyone has 10 plates on the tables. Strawberries, apples, oranges. Alcohol from 10 to 22, I don't drink, I can't say about the quality. Children play in the pool and in the playroom. Mini disco. Everything is clean, order is being monitored everywhere. With any request to the reception, the problem was solved in minutes. The staff is very polite. Great. Go ahead, don't hesitate. The beach is clean, there are sun beds. There is nowhere to walk in the neighborhood, so, to walk along the streets. This is not the first time in Abkhazia. It's still a wonderful place to relax. Turn on the air conditioner, open the balcony and the night is beautiful under the barking of dogs and the meowing of cats! It would be better to give a blanket! The sea is nearby , sun loungers by the sea ! There is a corner where you can sit in the evening, have a drink, meet people! The swing is broken and without pillows, you can't really sit on the pieces of iron!

Rested from October 1 to October 6, 2023. It's not the season anymore, but we were lucky with the weather, it only rained for one day. And then it was sunny, we even swam in the sea. The hotel is new, everything is new in the rooms, everything works. Cleaned every day, clean, towels and bed are changed once every 3 days. Don't believe the good reviews! Check-in on 12/31/2023 for 3 days. We were not met at the reception willingly. Lunch and dinner flew out (arrived at 18 o'clock), explained that lunch and dinner were combined until 17 o'clock. They asked for soup from the road - they refused. Not dry. Soldering, no refund of compensation. The parquet in the rooms (lived on the 7th floor) is all worn out, the towel was put from the holes, when replacing the towel he asked if I tore it!!!, although it is clear that the hole is not fresh, after clarification they replaced it. Cleaning was done daily, a damp cloth was dragged across the floor. The food is all cold, the choice is, pasta, buckwheat, pasta. If you don't come to the opening, only carrots and uncooked chicken will remain. In general, it doesn't even pull 3.

On the second day, we found out at the reception that this set is only at the entrance. The receptionist offered to go buy everything you need in the store. Although you need to try to do this (shops in this area are rare).The room is cleaned every day, but the linen (we have been 4 days) is not in a hurry to change, although this is not critical.The food is good and varied. But because of the large number of people, something is constantly missing.:carrying forks, spoons, and also having to wait and look for a place to eat. About drinks, this is a separate story: there are no imported drinks and everyone who really wants to drink is waiting in the wings. But juices and cola in jars were free for several days and suddenly they became paid. The bartender couldn't provide a price list and it looks like he doesn't know such a word. Although other hotels always have a price tag and this is negotiated. It seems that here they just do what they want without the knowledge of the management. But all this can be omitted if you know that there is a warm sea and wonderful weather nearby. I would like everything to be in order and the staff could be responsible for their work.

The rooms are rustic, but there is everything you need. Although, there was no kettle... They are cleaned spontaneously. The buffet is meager, the choice is small. If you run out of mugs or plates in the hall, then you can wait 10 minutes for them. If there are no more dishes and there is nothing to choose from, no one will bring a new one anyway. For example, it happened in the morning with a casserole and at lunch with a watermelon. Everything is included, even alcohol... The beer is good, there was vodka, but the wine is only red "homemade".. Not very much, and in the evening it was generally diluted with water. We preferred to buy bottled wine in stores. There are not many discos and animations. It's boring in the evening. There are two cafes in the area, for an amateur. There is nowhere to walk. This boarding house is listed on many websites as a three-star hotel with a buffet and a swimming pool, one hundred meters to the sea (first line). The hotel was renovated two years ago, but is crumbling before our eyes. When checking into the hotel on September 25, 2023, we were first settled in an economy room, the tour operator booked a standard room. The tour operator sent us a photo of the room the room does not match, when contacting the reception we had to prove that we should have a standard room with a balcony, only two days later they overpowered without any apologies and did not return the difference in the price of the room. I'm waiting for the price difference to my account. There are also many questions about the buffet: there is a spider in the soup, wasps in the breakfast cereal, the food is of the same type every day, there is not enough table equipment, one half of the guests eats the other half and waits. By cleaning the rooms, this is some kind of pussy I washed three times and didn't really wash it out in the corridors and in the elevators they don't wash at all (the blue is spilled) you walk and the slippers stick. Since October, water supply interruptions begin in Gadaut, the hotel is not ready for this problem at all, you want to go to the toilet and there is no water, but there is a choice either to go to the sea or the hotel staff offers you a five-liter bottle and go to the pool. No one controls the staff, they are on their own (my personal opinion).
