Terrible hotel. I am not a whimsical or squeamish person, but this is nonsense. Holidays in Abkhazia at the price of Turkey, with the lack of basic service.
I don't usually write reviews, but it's worth writing here. We rested with friends and families in this hotel from 1.08.2024 to 08.11.2024. The days of departure home were counted . A negative impression has already begun to form upon check-in, we arrived a couple of hours earlier, we were refused check-in, they said wait for two hours, as a result there are available rooms, but there are no two hours, seven hundred rubles is a fee and you have a la, come in. Everything is included, that's a big word. Regular canteen meals. The food is not tasty (undercooked potatoes, undercooked hard buckwheat, overcooked pasta), rotten eggs for breakfast, cheap sliced sausage and margarine instead of butter. The dishes in the dining room are dirty with leftovers, the plates are not really washed and not wiped at all.. There is not even a smell of cleanliness in the dining room, the floors are not washed, sticky, when you walk, shoes stick to the floor. It's painful to look at food, not what it is. The service is so low that there is not even a standard canteen heating of food. The staff in the dining room is rude, the attitude towards the guests is disgusting. Always with a disgruntled face .
There was an outbreak of rotovirus in the hotel. but the hotel didn't even try to fight him. There is a puddle of vomit right at the entrance to the establishment. Everyone steps over, jumps over, the children are carried in their arms. People come up , ask, notify the hotel staff, but no one is in a hurry to remove the green mass right from the doorstep . After about 30 minutes, a man came, wiped it with a mop and left. Do you understand? He smeared it and left. No bleach, no disinfection. And we have seen this everywhere. In the elevator, by the elevator, in the corridor, on the street, next to the benches on the street... And what's going on in the rooms where they just wiped the middle of the room with water. Disinterria in the hotel, horror, this is the first time I've seen it. The hotel is completely unsanitary. There's a puddle of someone's vomit in every room. It's all mud,

The curtains are dirty and torn at the same time.

From the very beginning of the check-in, I had to pay 200 rubles per person for insurance, although everything is included in the contract, after that they said that I had to pay another 700 rubles per person per hour for earlier check-in, while they did not issue a check and could not hand over the change. Upon entering the room, it turned out that there was nowhere to put things, the shower was broken in the shower, there were no shelves for hygiene, the drain tank was broken (the drain button of the barrel was jammed), there was no rug in the shower, it was cold in the room itself. There are four hangers on the four-bed room, which are broken. There is one billiards table and one tennis table with old (dead) rackets for 1000 rooms, which must be taken at the reception. There is a volleyball and basketball court, but no ball. There is nothing to do, the staff is rude, impolite. One plus - for alcoholics - bottling alcohol from 7 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. A boozy hotel in one word. One star is only for the first coastline. According to the neighbors, there were no towels in the room when checking in.

We rested for a week in October. We lived on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is spacious enough, the bed is large, the bed linen and towels are normal, not new. Cleaning for the weak four, the garbage was taken out every day. In the room there is a refrigerator, two glasses, a TV, a clothes dryer on the balcony. They asked for a kettle, provided it. In the bathroom, a hairdryer, toilet paper, soap and shower gel are issued only on the first day of arrival.
The food in the dining room looks more like homemade, it may not look very good, but we were not hungry. I had to wait for clean plates and glasses, I came across dishes with chips. After visiting the dining room, there is a strong smell of food on clothes.
The hotel grounds and the beach are clean. There are a lot of good dogs running around.

Замечательный пансионат !!! Номера простые, но чисто, убираются. Кормят потрясающе 🥰 Разнообразные соления, салаты, мясо, рыба! Выпечка каждый день разная и божественный хлеб, пекут сами!!! Расположение у моря, территория чистая, оборудованная детская площадка, большой бассейн с подогревом! За территорией разруха, заброшки и гуляют коровы и лошади. Собак много, они все добрые))) Персонал отзывчивый.

Отдыхали в мае 2023 года. Всё очень понравилось. Персонал вежливый, в номерах убирают регулярно, постельное и полотенца чистейшие. На территории бассейн с подогреваемой водой, рядышком лежаки. Это первая береговая линия, до моря рукой подать. Море чистейшее. У нас было всё включено. 3 разовое питание разнообразное, еда вкусная. Помимо этого у нас были включены спиртные напитки (вино, пиво, чача). Вино местное, очень вкусное. Ещё на территории в определённые часы давали бесплатно мороженое, лимонада и снеки всякие. Отдельного внимания заслуживает вид из окна! Природа великолепная. Всем остались довольны! Мы ездили по горящей путёвке с 1 по 5 мая. Каков сейчас ценник на номера не знаю, но обязательно приедем туда ещё.

It is located in the middle of nowhere, the road to the hotel is sad, the rooms are dead, the floor is shabby parquet. They went to the place of eating in specially designated clothes, as you get soaked to the bone. There are always no clean appliances and plates.
2 stars only for good-tasting food and proximity to the sea. There are no more advantages. I wouldn't even come here for free a second time.

Находилась здесь с 11 по 14 мая. Мнение контрастное как и вся Абхазия. Красивое место, рядом много растительности и пение множества птиц постоянно слышно с улицы. Когда были волны, то и шум моря слышен не вставая с кровати, с открытой дверью на балкон конечно. Кровати: матрас хороший, пастельное белье было разным на двух кроватях, и не по размеру, что странно. В номере простая свежая, но косо собранная мебель. Пол ламинат, местами вздутый, шатается, трещины, и каждый раз проходя по этому месту боялась прищемить ногу.
Большой тв с множеством российских каналов. Звук на уровне 1 прекрасно слышно, хотелось иногда сделать тише,а некуда - тише только mute.
Ванная хорошая, все есть фен, шампуль, гель,мыло, полотенце для рук и банное.
Не хватало рожка для обуви, чайника, стульев, чтоб на балконе посидеть или вещи повесить.
Столовая: это отдельный вид подачи и выдачи еды. Создавалась огромная очередь из отдыхающих на пустом месте. Вкусы у всех разные - казалось бы- подходи и бери что тебе нравится, швецкач линия же, но нет, надо стоять в общей очереди так как всем надо мясо, хотя стол с гречкой и капустой никого не интересует, кроме меня. Еда простая вкусная почти без выбора и изысков.
Странные лифты - тоже очередь, тоже какие то тормоза. Останавливается везде, поэтому ждёшь его очень долго.
Расположение пансионата на окраине гудауты. Посмотреть что нибудь это надо ехать - такси или экскурсии.
Как говорится - Вообщем не плохо но больше я останавливаться здесь не хочу.

Apsny liked it very much,the sea is wonderful,the rooms are spacious,the plumbing is new,the view from the balcony to the pool and the sea,the food is good,everything is included, and cognac and beer,wine, the location of the boarding house is wonderful,a large territory,but a lot of stray dogs , they wash the rooms every other day, the furniture is only in their rooms not in tone, all different types, and so well done!

Отдыхали с 6 по 9.05. Отличный отель в такой ценовой категории. Выбор еды хороший, между завтраком и обедом бранч (пирожные, кофе, чай). После обеда снеки ( фри, шашлык, закуски, мороженое). В баре вино, пиво местное, чача. Аниматоры для детей, дискотека вечером для взрослых. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Бассейн с подогревом, пришелся кстати т.к. погода была не очень. Все очень понравилось. Спасибо всему персоналу. От отеля можно вызвать такси и доехать до Н. Афона погулять

The nature is cool, the place is quiet, the hotel itself is 3 🌟, the rooms are cleaned every day. Food for 3+, the only thing I didn't understand: brunch and snacks in a cafe by the sea, beer and wine in the lobby bar - run around with glasses or plates of snacks!))) The pool is large, games and water aerobics are held. Every day there is a disco until 23h or more. The air is clean, the sea is also clean and there are few people. We saw dolphins. Shops and cafes are within walking distance, but not like on our coast, after all, this is Abkhazia. The hotel offers many excursions at affordable prices.

There are three children's channels on TV, in the evening you can take a little child before going to bed. For three with a three-year-old child in September, 23 -9200 rubles. a day through the agency I chose according to reviews, in order to be as comfortable as possible with the child. In Abkhazia, this is difficult in principle.as we are used to in Russia: there are no game rooms, cafes. There is a small playroom in the hotel, but there is nothing there except pencils and a ball, but parents with children sometimes go from hopelessness. I think the hotel can work out this issue. The main visitors are still aged - at least 70% , the catering is excellent, there are a lot of pastries and cakes, there is a large selection of what to eat for kids, there is even a distribution of cereals and milk separately, a large selection of drinks. A comfortable swimming pool, there is a zone for kids and local circles. Ours didn't even want to go to the sea, except to leave the pebbles and play on the shore.
Your beach needs improvement. Important note: the sea is warm here, it was icy in Pitsunda, we did not swim (near the confluence of the mountain river Bzyp), but this is about the place. Gudauta seemed extinct to me, because there are so few people and movement. Для Абхазии вполне себе хорошо 👍🏼есть, с чем сравнивать.
Не нашли значительных минусов, чтобы снизить оценку.
1. Номер. Жили на 3м этаже. Чисто, опрятно, новая мебель, но ее не хватало, а именно стульев. Матрасы на кровати удобные, в меру жёсткие/мягкие , не продавленные. Холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер все работало исправно. Жирные плюсы - санузел (имеется именно ванная, а не поддон, напор воды хороший, горячая вода без перебоев, есть фен, работает вытяжка, посторонних запахов нет) и сушилка для белья, что не нужно ничего сооружать на балконе из веревок. Удивил внушительный паркет на полу.
2. Питание. Кормят просто, но по-домашнему что ли вкусно. Если адекватно относиться к еде, то голодным не останешься точно. Сильно однообразным меню не назову. На протяжении 6 суток нашего пребывания повара старались разнообразить блюда. Из фруктов даже полакомились клубникой. Отдельный восторг - компоты из сухофруктов и домашний лимонад 🫶🏼. Посуду нужно за собой убирать самому, но я считаю, что это плюс, тк видно, какие столы свободны, ну, и может, людям хоть немного будет стыдно, сколько еды собственноручно они несут выбрасывать, которую «нахапали». Минус - постоянно не хватало столовых приборов. В баре включено в проживание из алкоголя - вино, пиво, чача. По моему вкусу вино приятное. И также в баре можно налить в стаканчик простой питьевой воды, они ее наливают в раздатчик из 5литровок.
3. Территории особо нет. Но зато пляж совсем рядом. По всей видимости, за ним следят нормально, тк большого мусора не было замечено. Лежаки в нормальном состоянии. Есть навес и выдают зонтики. Бассейн небольшой, но с подогревом - спас нас, тк в начале июня море очень бодрящее.
Есть парковка прямо на территории, можно не переживать за свой автомобиль, всегда на глазах. В описании был обещан тренажерный зал, но в наше пребывание он был закрыт. Для нас это минус. Минусом является и музыка в столовой, где присутствовали «новомодные» песни с матами. И при заселении девушка администратор нам просто молча выдала ключи, ничего не рассказала - что, где, как, куда проходить и тд, так быть не должно, гостя нужно обязательно хотя бы кратко проинформировать об инфраструктуре и расположении основных локаций.
В общем и целом остались довольны. При возможности обязательно вернёмся ☺️

Прекрасный пансионат, отдыхаю сейчас в нем. Чистые номера, хороший ремонт, хорошие кровати с ортопедическими матрасами. Шведский стол - готовят без изысков, но вкусно и с душой. Море в двух минутах ходьбы, свой пляж - галька. Красивые, приветливые девочки - обслуживающий персонал. Смена белья раз в три дня, по просьбе могут поменять полотенца. Только один минус - отвратительный трансфер из аэропорта - фирма Гаруда полный отстой (простите за выражение). Лучше и проще добраться самим, и самое главное быстрее. Мы ждали час водителя на границе, при обращении в по указанному телефону - невразумительное блеяние, женщина которая встречала в аэропорту напрочь бесполезная в любых вопросах. Фирма Гаруда испортила первый день, но прекрасные девочки в пансионате - молодцы! Все нравится. Продолжаю отзыв, на данный момент вернулась в Питер. Рекомендации: напротив отеля Папа находится маленький прилавочек чудесных людей - дедушка Руслан и бабушка Света. У них вкусный гранатовый сок, вкусный сыр и дедушка Руслан делает вкуснейшую жареную форель и все это по разумной цене. Дальше по улице дедушка с хорошим мёдом. Не покупайте мед и сыр на экскурсиях, попробовала и не увидела разницы с выщеописанными людьми, кроме очень высокой цены.

A detailed review about the rest at the Apsny hotel in Gudauta on the All-inclusive system.
We had a rest with my husband in this hotel from 12.09.-21.09.2023. according to the all-inclusive system. The ticket was purchased in the tour. the company fly-ru! Tour. operator "Alean".
The last time we had a vacation in Abkhazia was in 2018 in Gagra.
We flew normally without delays.
We arrived at Sochi airport and immediately realized that the attitude towards tourists from the tour operator "Alean" regarding the transportation of tourists has not changed, firstly, you run around Sochi airport looking for your tour operator, then you get into a tiny minibus without a luggage compartment (you put your suitcases in the back passenger seat) and so you go both upon arrival at the hotels and upon departure from the hotel! It took 3 hours from the airport to the hotel, taking into account the crossing of the border.
We arrived at the Apsny hotel. I liked that the photos posted on the hotel's website correspond to reality. The territory is large and well-maintained, fenced, there is security. There is a medical office. A swimming pool, a volleyball court, outdoor exercise equipment, a tennis table, billiards - everything was available! There is parking for cars. Wi-Fi was connected immediately. The speed is good! Catches all over the territory!
We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. and were immediately offered to check in, paying an additional 750 rubles for early check-in. We agreed, put on bracelets and received the keys to the room on the 10th floor with a sea view, as stated in our voucher.
Standard room, bed, TV, refrigerator, clothes dryer, 2 glasses, wardrobe, bedside table, table, hallway, hair dryer, air conditioning. More than 15 TV channels are enough. The air conditioner broke down on the second day, but it was repaired quickly within 30 minutes (apparently the batteries in the remote control were changed)! Animals such as bedbugs, cockroaches, midges, flies - were not seen in the room. For a complete picture of a cozy room, chairs on the balcony and 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator would not hurt. But alas!
Room cleaning - no questions asked! They cleaned every day, changed linen and towels 2 times. But there is a big question - why are shampoos, gels and soaps given only once upon arrival?
Meals are served in the buffet Restaurant, you will not be hungry! The dishes really can be a mess because they do not have time to wash them properly, the plates are chipped and wet with drops of water, the thermal sweat heats up for a long time and there is a constant queue for tea! If you come to the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will stand in line and look for a table for a long time to eat - but there will be clean and dry dishes! If you come in the middle of breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will find a table and wipe it yourself, the dishes will be wet and you will wipe it yourself and the choice of dishes will no longer be complete! Come to the end of breakfast, lunch, dinner-there will be empty seats at the tables, there will be wet dishes, there will be dirty tables and there will be not enough food! It's up to you! There are no questions for the chefs. They didn't stay hungry and thank God they didn't get poisoned! Fruits were given every day, porridges for breakfast, soups for lunch, etc. The waiters 2 young men and 1 girl, even if they wanted to, would not have time to wipe the tables and deliver food and lay out cutlery! If I were the owner of the hotel, I would change the word "Restaurant" to the word "Dining room" then, probably, tourists would not find fault with the food and service in the "Restaurant" so much! From 11 to 12 you will be treated to donuts and hot tea in plastic cups on the street! But there will also be a problem with seats! From 15 to 16 you will be treated to a kebab with fried potatoes without drinks and there will also be a problem with tables and chairs outside! At 17 o'clock you will be offered ice cream "Ice cream"! Don't expect any other type of hamburgers and other ice cream!
The bar is a separate "state" under the leadership of the unfriendly and boorish bartender Eduard, who will do the following! One glass in one hand (there's nothing to barge!) Walk off the street 10 times and bow to his Majesty for every glass! There is no choice in the bar! Beer- draft Sukhumi! Semi-sweet red wine "Isabella" with the smell of braga! Cognac is very similar to colored alcohol! Vodka is like vodka! No white wine, no coffee, no tea, no liqueurs, no chips, no crackers, etc.Do not pour water into bottles (there is nothing to barge!)!!!! And it's called "All inclusive!".
The pool is open from 10.00 to 22.00. For 8 days of rest, we were able to swim in it 1 time! Our compatriots line up in a long queue by the pool at 10.00 and lay out their towels on the sun beds at exactly 10.00 and it is almost impossible to find a free sunbed by the pool during the day. But the pool is really heated! They try to clean it from oils and debris every day!
The beach is a 5-minute walk to the beach! In the morning, come to the beach, take a sunbed and drag it yourself to the place you like. Umbrellas will not be offered to you from the word-at all! The pebbles on the beach are small and sharp (take special shoes with you, if you haven't taken them, you can buy them in Gudauta for 500 rubles). The entrance to the sea is on pebbles and after five meters the sand and depth begin. The beach is relatively clean, but there are about 6 dogs of different colors running around. There are 3 souls. There is a cafe. There is a eucalyptus alley nearby. The sea is clear. The water is warm. There was a storm once in 8 days. The disadvantage is the absence of a bar on the beach —you can do without beer, but a drinking regime for vacationers would not hurt as there are a lot of children. And I didn't really want to run to the bartender Eduard under the hot sun for some water! And he didn't allow water to be poured into bottles in the bar, it was tantamount to a crime!
The dog animals are friendly, they can lie next to you and scratch from fleas. They can run around the territory and bark all night under your balcony. The guests of the hotel feed them both on the beach and on the territory. Security and hotel staff do not notice them. Thank God the cows didn't come to the beach! A herd of Horses once ate grass on the territory one evening, but the guards kicked them out.
Animation- billiards is always welcome, table tennis is welcome, volleyball if you want, please. There is animation for children, and there is a children's room. I will not write about the quality of the work of children's animators, since we went without children. I have not seen animation and entertainment for adults. Once on the beach I was invited to exercise and once in the pool I saw how they tried to do aqua aerobics! After three days of rest, the animators began to exhibit a music column on the territory, thereby organizing a dance floor. And that's it!
Excursions- the hotel itself has a tour operator. There is a choice of excursions. But taking into account the rise in gasoline prices in Abkhazia, the prices for excursions are "biting". My husband took a so-called "Fishing trip", paid 2 thousand rubles, swung for 2 hours on the waves in the sea. There was no fish. I came with nothing! The lady who offers vouchers prefers to pay for vouchers in cash!
The surrounding area - there are two good cafes in the surrounding area. You can sit in the evening and listen to music, eat meat and listen to the sound of the sea! Not much further away there are 2 kiosks with cognac, wine, tea, hot corn, coffee on the sand and smoked trout. A friendly female salesperson, Radha, works at one of these kiosks. We bought smoked trout, coffee on the sand and red wine "Bouquet of Abkhazia" from her. There is also a bus stop to go to the market and the city center and a taxi stand to the market and the center the price of the trip is 300 rubles! A little further away there are two private shops and a Magnit store where you can pay with a card. If you go to the city to a pharmacy or store, you can pay there by transfer. Connect the Wi-Fi, the seller tells you the password, and you pay with the card. But in the market, payment is only in cash! There is an ATM in the city, but in a single copy (closer to the center)! So it's better to take cash with you!
The attitude of the local population towards tourists is friendly!
I didn't really like the attitude of the tour company " <url>" and the tour operator "Alean" because they never called and didn't ask how we flew, how we rested!

Rested in late September, early October. The weather was wonderful, it rained for just one day and the sea was a little stormy. We rested with pleasure. The rooms are spacious, new furniture, comfortable mattresses, clean linen. Replacement of towels on request. The restaurant has an acceptable range of dishes, everything is very hearty and homemade. Special thanks to the chefs. In general , everything corresponds .

Отличный пансионат! Спасибо большое! Пляж чистый, уборка номеров каждый день, территория ухоженная. питание нормик,голодными точно не останитесь ( даже если не попали на завтрак, обед или ужин, можно подкрепиться пончиками, снеки- дополнительные станции питания)
Персонал доброжелательный, улыбчивый, участливый. Хотелось бы отметить работу сотрудника столовой Дианы- очень внимательно следила за чистотой зала и достатком. Всё прекрасно! Отдохнули отлично!
Пансионату успехов- процветания!

Отель после реновации, интерьер современный, белое белье, уборку делают каждый день. Система питания шведский стол, меню разнообразное, но в основном горячее из курицы и свинины, рыба только минтай ну в салатах селедка. За 7 дней отдыха ни разу не было говядины на горячее. Круглосуточно на первом этаже у барной стойки есть доступ к безалкогольным напиткам, компоты и вода. Алкоголь с 10 утра до 22 вечера, вино, пиво чача. На территории есть бассейн, игровая площадка, спортивная площадка. Море в шаговой доступности, лежаки всегда находились свободные. В целом впечатление сложилось об этом отеле положительное.

Хотела бы рассказать об отдыхе,в пансионате Апсны. Были там в начале июня. Номер не большой,но чистый,сделан ремонт, есть кондиционер, холодильник , телевизор. Питание без изысков, но всегда находили ,что вкусненькое съесть. Шведский стол,единственное не всегда в ресторане хватало приборов. Убирались в номере каждый день. Вид из номера был отличный ,на море. Персонал добрый,отзывчивый ,за все время ни разу ни кто не нагрубил. На первом и втором этажах были зоны с мягкими диванчиками и креслами, на территории много лавочек и качелей. Пляж совсем рядом,есть лежаки, но они почти все всегда были заняты. Но нисколько не расстроились, мы не избалованные туристы,могли просто постелить полотенце и позагорать. Так же на территории пансионата есть тёплый бассейн. Для ребёнка 6лет не очень много развлечений,но были аниматоры которые развлекали детей вечерами ,но мой ребёнок не скучал. Бегал,купался ,лазил на площадке . Вообще все незначительные минусы с лихвой компенсирует природа ,море,горы и воздух Абхазии. Как итог, нам незбалованным уральским туристам очень понравился отдых в пансионате и Абхазии целом.

Хороший отель, питание разнообразное всем всего хватало даже если приходили поздно.
Номер чистый, в бассейне разные уровни есть возможность купаться самым маленьким.
Анимация для детей, детская комната.
Минусы, очень слабый интернет видно вообще не грузятся фото очень долго.
В столовой часто очередь, нехватка подносов тарелок или кружек, приходилось ждать когда освободятся стулья и стол.
Это единственные минусы.

Нам все понравилось . Отдыхали компанией .
Отель новый , приятный . В каждом номере есть сушилка , фен , новая мебель . У нас была кровать с подголовником, у ребят нет . Тут как повезет . Вид выходил на бассейн и море .

Вкусно кормили . Если приходить в столовую под открытие , то будет очередь и борьба за свободный столик , но если подождать немного , то очередь рассосется и столики начнут освобождаться, приходили всегда спустя час после начала обеда и ужина , всегда могли сесть . Да ,еда не горячая , но теплая . В столовой есть микроволновка .
Алкоголь:
Пиво вкусное очень не плохое , вино по мне очень разбавленное ( красное сухое ) чача сказали тоже не плохая
Бар работает с 10-22 после наступает тишина и все расходятся по комнатам
Анимация вроде бы только детская, взрослых по вечерам развлекают мафией
Дают мороженое , вкусное
Был Фруктовый лед и стаканчики
Бассейн хороший , теплый
Вечером с подсветкой очень красиво .
Уборка каждый день.
Из минусов по мне
Это очень долгие лифты , их три ,но бывало что работает один лифт . Очень быстро ломаются .
И нет питьевой воды , приходилось покупать .
Очень много уличных собак , бывало что бегают стаей . Вроде безобидные , но не очень приятно .
Ближайший магазин -30 Мин мешком Вавилон
Есть туристические магазинчики по пути , но этот с ассортиментом и оплатой по карте
Вечером скучновато конечно , сходить некуда
Но мжнл поплавать в бассейне или посидеть во внутреннем дворике не диванах .

Питание прекрасное, но не хватало столовых приборов, приходилось ждать, обслуживание норм, в номерах чисто, убирали регулярно. Расположение - абхазская деревня с блуждающими коровами, но близость к морю потрясающая, развлечений вне гостиницы в шаговой доступности- 0. Может быть потому что были в конце мая, сезон еще не начался. Персонал приветливый, бассейн неплохой, но лежаки занимать нужно, их всем желающим не хватает. На территории очень мало зелени, практически нет тени

Еда -скромно, но всё вкусно приготовлено, мясо, рыба, курица, мало свежих овощей, зелени нет. Мопожерие, торты, шашлык. Из фруктов была клубника из-за которой были просто очередищи на раздаче. Чисто. Убирают номер каждый день+ кладут наборы для душа. Полотенца не белоснежные. Номера обычные, есть кондиционер и отопление. Бассейн открытый, подогреваемый до 28°. Море рядом, территорию обустраивают, всё чисто. Мне понравилось, все стараются. Пансионат на отшибе, общественного транспорта нет. За территорией таксисты

Местоположение удачное, пляж галечный , просторный, море чистое, территория ухоженная .С номером не повезло, , хотя при оформлении в агенстве должен был быть балкон.
Достался номер в видом во внутрь корпуса , окна смотрели в соседний коридор здания, очень неприятно. Окна не открывала, были все время вынужденно зашторены. На ресепшене сказали, пардон , свободных номеров нет.
Из минусов - ужасное белье, грязное , драное белье с неотстиранными кровяными пятнами, неудачная посуда в столовой, плохое неразнообразное питание , приходили к остаткам , хотя по времени в пределах временного промежутка завтрака, обеда и ужина.
Отдых в целом удался за счет прекрасной компании и великолепных местных видов природы и моря.
