Nice hotel, there is a view of the sea and the mountains. The staff is kind, although there was a fire alarm every day when we rested in the summer. The pool is warm, there is a schedule, rooms for children, a playground, there is unlimited juice with flavors of Apple, Grapes, Red grapes and just water. I advise everyone to relax there!

Excellent hotel, family rested for 7 days (2 adults + 2 children) in mid-July 2024. I didn't find any disadvantages for myself, only advantages. The food is excellent, the sea is clean, the beach is within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is friendly.

This year, the dishes in the dining room are tastier, but the trouble is with the dishes, they are not enough, they are broken and not always clean. Local guys in gloves serve, but all have beards, which is categorically unacceptable in catering, in my opinion, always chewing toothpicks (probably the local fashion). Cleaning is still lame, dust under the beds and on the surfaces (I had to wash everything myself), I did not want to start my vacation with a scandal, especially since an elderly woman was cleaning (we lived on the 6th floor). Detergents were given only on the day of arrival, then not (they probably saw ours). But I believe that the hotel is obliged to issue them, it does not matter if we have our own or not, in fact this is theft. The elevators are dirty, as something was spilled, so it went for two or three days. Apparently, because of the plates in the dining room and the "cleanliness" of the hotel, rotavirus is circulating. In general, you still have to work hard to get a good service. I hope the hotel will cope with this and reach a decent level according to its pricing policy. The sea is clean and transparent.

We were from 03.11.2024 to 10.11.2024, there are no positive reviews. Check-in was late, at 21:30, they seemed to meet us normally, but immediately announced that the lights would be turned off from 22:00 to 24:00 and there was no hot water. And so it happened. Since 01.11.2024, there has been a rolling power outage throughout Abkhazia. From 06.11.2024, at the time of the power outage, the hotel began to turn on the generator, most likely due to a complaint from guests.
There are no blankets in the room at check-in, it's cool. We did not receive the blankets immediately, on the 3rd day. The kettle was also knocked out for 3 days. At the reception, ladies who are not satisfied with their lives are not willing to make contact. The pool is there, the water is clean, it is cleaned every day, but it should be heated, it turned out to be cold. According to the staff, due to a power outage, the pool does not have time to heat up, most likely it is not turned on. We needed regular water, we were asked for water at the reception, we were sent to a store for water, which is 2 km from the hotel. You can't get water at the hotel, you can't buy it either. Of course, not everything is perfect in the rooms either, you can live. There is a refrigerator, a TV and two glasses. There are 2 sockets in the room near the TV, one in the hallway and one in the bathroom. There is a buffet in the dining room, the food is not bad, the assortment is the same every day. In a hotel called APSNY, there should not be such an ugly service. On 06.11.2024, at 4:20, the fire alarm went off, it turned out that the extractor hood was not working in the kitchen. In general, there is no desire to come to the hotel.

Every day a man comes ashore on a jet ski, he swims to the shore over the heads of those frolicking in the sea and- oh horror- GIVES EVERYONE a RIDE ON THEIR OWN!!! And he stands on the shore. Half-drunk men get on a jet ski and cut through the water area! In short, hide until you get hit on the head, because it is unknown how masterfully these people have driving skills! And in general, how flooded their eyes are. I ask the hotel administration to track this fact urgently! It's just a quiet horror!!! The hotel is good for Abkhazia (6 times in Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with). They settled in quickly, the staff was friendly. The rooms are simple but clean, 2 chairs in the room, a dryer on the balcony, there is a hook in the bathroom, good water pressure, there is always water, the mattresses are hard, clean, the pillows are comfortable. We lived on the 9th floor- the sea view is beautiful, the elevator did not bother us much (it slowed down, but not critically).
The food is like in the dining room, you can find delicious things, especially if you come to the opening. There were not always enough places at the lunch table.
The sea is a 3-minute walk away. If you come by 8 o'clock, you can always take a sunbed and an umbrella.
Among the disadvantages: a "tricky" check-in to the parking lot, you will not immediately figure out that you need to drive through the territory along footpaths; there are a lot of stray dogs; music is playing very loudly from a nearby hotel at lunchtime (even with the balcony closed), audibility in the room (you can listen to what the neighbor or his TV is talking about). There is practically no animation, although it is stated. Children are bored.

I did not have enough comfort in the hotel itself and, in principle, in Abkhazia. The lights were constantly turned off in the hotel , there were no towels for the pool , the room was cool and there were no blankets , only duvet covers. Three meals a day are included, it is for an amateur, let's say a "canteen" plan, but delicious. And what I didn't like the most was the dirty room , the dust and sand were everywhere , the floors were dirty , it felt like the room wasn't prepared at all for the arrival of guests. The Apsny Hotel positions itself as an All Inclusive family hotel.
Unfortunately, apparently the owners of the hotel are not familiar with this concept, because "All inclusive" is very conditional here and for the same price in Anapa you can find a more decent hotel.
We had a rest in September 2024.
We went to Abkhazia for nature and Clean sea and hoped that the service had finally become better, judging by the description of the hotel, but alas: Although the sea is still beautiful and clean and nature pleases, but
rotavirus is present in the hotel, as well as in Abkhazia. Most likely, it is in fresh water, so you can not drink from the tap in any case!!! And of course the pool is the main breeding ground!
We held on to the last, the main thing is to wash our hands before eating and use the disinfectants provided by the hotel!
Of the pros and cons:
The hotel is right on the beach with its own beach.
There are always plenty of sun beds, they are given out for free from 8 a.m., but there are not enough places under the canopy for everyone, so you need to take them early in the morning.
The building has been renovated, it is quite modern, the rooms are equipped with everything necessary, furniture, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom accessories, hair dryer.
There is no furniture on the balcony, there is no drinking water in the room, a kettle on request, 2 glasses of dishes((
The lack of drinking water in the room is far from all inclusive!!!
There are no coolers on the floor and nowhere at all!
When I asked at the reception where to get bottled drinking water, I was offered to go buy it at a store nearby, and they also recommended buying 5 liters at once, "it's more profitable and everyone does it that way"!!! I was even confused, I have never seen such an outrage anywhere!

Unfortunately, it is a strange rule to give food only 1 serving in hand and do not serve in swimsuits!!
Considering that the beach Bar is very strange and not convenient. You either need to allow people to come in swimsuits, or do not impose restrictions. Otherwise, it turns out that the whole family has to get dressed and go to the bar just to get a small plate with a portion snack!!! In All-inclusive hotels, always and everywhere except this place, you can take as much food as you want and of course you don't need to dress at the beach bar, that's what it's for on the beach!

We were in May for 10 days with our family. A new stylish hotel, a large green area. There is a Playground, a large swimming pool. The rooms are clean and large, there are all accessories... shampoo, soap, shower gel, toilet paper. There was room cleaning every day. We took Everything included (drinks, alcoholic beverages, ice cream, etc.), by the way, the food was very tasty. There were always fruits, cereals, coffee, tea and sweets. Several types of soups, several types of salads, meat, side dishes. To be honest, we were delighted with the hotel. The staff is friendly, there are questions-they will answer! We will come again, YES WE WILL!!

The boarding house positions itself as a 4-star hotel. But, in my opinion, there are solid three stars.
It's all clear. The rooms are standard, clean, everything you need is there.
The service is normal. The staff is helpful.
The hotel is located on the beach. The beach is right behind the fence of the hotel.
The beach is pebbly. There is a sunshade and sun loungers.
There is a swimming pool on site. Not small. Clean. There are sun loungers around.
The cook is very tasty! The buffet is not a big choice, but it is quite enough to eat. Special thanks to the chefs.
The hotel has animators. But they work for two people. So... they work off their hours, without interest or inspiration.
But, in general, I recommend the hotel.

We were in mid-October with the children, the twin room is 2-room.
Pros: close location to the sea, clean beach and pool, excellent orthopedic mattresses and comfortable pillows, clean linen, air conditioning, cooling and heating. There is a refrigerator in both rooms.
Cons: just an icy floor in the room, without slippers or socks is not an option to walk. From the cracks between the double-glazed windows (at the junction with the balcony), the wind blew so that it blew off the bed, and it became very cold, the heating was turned on. The TV is only in one room for 4 people is not convenient. Not a single chair in the room. Blankets are only 3 by 4. Bed linen is not in size. The cleaning is terrible, dust, dirt and hair are constantly on the floor from the day of settlement, I am generally silent about the corners. The bathroom also has a cold floor, a shelf just above the sink. There is nothing in the shower where you can at least put shampoo, there is also no paper holder. There is only 1 closet in the room where you can put things and incomprehensible huge cubes at the refrigerator. To be honest, it's not convenient. Feeling unfinished.

In a restaurant, more precisely, in the dining room, if you come to the beginning, you will not find any place and appliances. Many ate standing up straight. The food is like in a regular dining room. From fruits only apples and then not every time. Baking is monotonous and not always fresh. Cucumbers and tomatoes are often rotten. No greenery and a variety of vegetables. There are salads made of raw beetroot, which surprised me. Endless queues everywhere. What sweets, what snacks, yes, actually everywhere. Food gets boring for 2-3 days. And of course you will find something to eat.
There is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. Children's animation was reduced to a disco for 30 minutes in the evening. Adult on the beach and by the pool at 11 o'clock charging. Interestingly, the season is up to 30.10, and the animation is up to 15.10 at the same time, the hotel is full to the brim, there are plenty of children and even the children were not allowed to play. To the nearest places of entertainment or a store, mostly by car.
In general, I want to say that we will not go there anymore, it is better to eat in cafes than what you want and drink what you want than to stand in queues for sausage, condensed milk and cabbage salad... yes, and go somewhere at least
If you like a super quiet holiday, then you are here. A lot of pensioners by the way. The only option is to rent a car and go everywhere yourself))

Hello everyone! we rested in Apsny from September 24 to October 1, 2024. in general, we had a good rest, everything is normal, no complaints, room cleaning for 4 minus, animation for 3, (by the way, I was with my granddaughter) turned on the same music every evening, respectively, all movements and dances with children are the same and the same ones lived on the 5th floor with a sea view. At the airport, I was met by a "type" in a spotted robe, when in Turkey, a greeter in a white shirt and even a bus driver. The driver of the Mercedes was rude, swore obscenities, they got back on a ramshackle bus, the driver was also very rude. Well, everything else is fine.

We had a rest in the first half of September 2024, and generally liked it. The territory is well maintained, the beach and pool are clean, sun beds are free, there are no buoys and lifeguards.
The room was standard with a balcony, shabby, especially the bathtub... garbage was thrown out every day, probably the floor was wiped, the plumbing was not washed, there was a layer of dust under the beds... the bed was changed 1 time in 11 days, towels - 2 times. The bed and towels are also shabby (but here, too, vacationers who take hotel towels to the beach are to blame, although this is prohibited).
Food: quite tasty, breakfast / lunch / dinner for 2 hours (we went in the middle of the interval), there were interruptions with dishes, but they were served regularly washed / wet (if you go to the beginning of the meal, then the dishes are dry and abundant), dishes were served regularly - you won't stay hungry for sure, there is a choice of dishes. Between the main meals there are snacks (donuts + tea / coffee and wings / cradle), drinks at the bar, ice cream - this was not always used, because they did not have time to get hungry (although vacationers took out food from the dining room - I do not know when they had time to eat everything). Alcoholic drinks at the bar (beer, wine, chacha) - well, that also depends on people (some consumed from morning to evening without stopping).
There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there is a cafe on the beach, a couple of shops nearby, excursions (the hotel itself also has excursions), the distance to the city is decent. There is a children's room, animation, billiards, tennis. The hotel itself has a medical center, there are no pharmacies nearby.
In general, we can say that more kitchen workers and maids are needed. The hotel is for lovers of a relaxing holiday.

She was here from May 11 to May 14. The opinion is contrasting, as is the whole of Abkhazia. It is a beautiful place, there is a lot of vegetation nearby and the singing of many birds is constantly heard from the street. When there were waves, the sound of the sea could be heard without getting out of bed, with the door to the balcony open, of course. Beds: the mattress is good, the pastel linen was different on the two beds, and not in size, which is strange. The room has simple, fresh, but obliquely assembled furniture. The laminate floor is swollen in places, wobbly, cracked, and every time I walked through this place I was afraid to pinch my foot.
A large TV with many Russian channels. The sound at level 1 is perfectly audible, sometimes I wanted to make it quieter, but nowhere else - only mute is quieter.
The bathroom is good, everything has a hairdryer, shampoo, gel, soap, hand towel and bath towel.
There was not enough shoe horn, kettle, chairs to sit on the balcony or hang things.
Canteen: this is a separate type of serving and dispensing food. A huge queue of vacationers was created from scratch. Everyone's tastes are different - it would seem - come and take what you like, the shvetskach line is the same, but no, you have to stand in a common queue because everyone needs meat, although no one is interested in the table with buckwheat and cabbage except me. The food is simple and delicious with almost no choice and frills.

We got into this boarding house by accident, we planned to go to Pitsunda, but the tour operator informed us at the last moment that the hotel was being renovated and it was not working. I liked it here and we stayed for two weeks. The hotel is new (after reconstruction) at that time there was still a swimming pool. The buffet food is not bad, the beach is relatively well maintained, there are a lot of sun beds, the rooms are fresh and clean. We had a sea view and could stay on the balcony for a while and enjoy the view. There was an abandoned boarding house nearby, we walked there and watched fireflies, the children liked it. Of the disadvantages, there are few places for walking since the hotel is located in the village of Bambora and when you go for a walk you need to dodge the horsemen rushing down the street at high speed. It is necessary to be very careful not to relax with children. But in general, it's not bad here, mentally. You can take excursions around Abkhazia.

We rested for a week in October. We lived on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is spacious enough, the bed is large, the bed linen and towels are normal, not new. We had a rest in May 2023. I liked everything very much. The staff is polite, the rooms are cleaned regularly, bed linen and towels are clean. There is a heated swimming pool on site, sun beds next to it. This is the first coastline, the sea is just around the corner. The sea is the purest. We had everything included. 3 meals a day are varied, the food is delicious. In addition, alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, chacha) were included. The wine is local, very tasty. Even on the territory, ice cream, lemonade and snacks of all kinds were given free of charge at certain hours. The view from the window deserves special attention! The nature is magnificent. We were satisfied with everything! We went on a burning tour from May 1st to May 5th. I do not know what the price tag for the rooms is now, but we will definitely come there again.

The sea is a two-minute walk away, its own pebble beach. Beautiful, friendly girls are the staff. Linen is changed every three days, towels can be changed upon request. Only one disadvantage is the disgusting airport transfer - the Garuda company sucks completely (excuse the expression). It is better and easier to get there by yourself, and most importantly faster. We waited an hour for the driver at the border, when contacting the specified phone number - unintelligible bleating, the woman who met at the airport was completely useless in any questions. The Garuda company ruined the first day, but the beautiful girls at the boarding house - well done! I like everything. I continue the review, at the moment I have returned to St. Petersburg. Recommendations: opposite the Papa hotel there is a small counter of wonderful people - grandfather Ruslan and grandmother Sveta. They have delicious pomegranate juice, delicious cheese and Grandpa Ruslan makes delicious fried trout and all this at a reasonable price. There's a grandfather with good honey down the street. Do not buy honey and cheese on excursions, I tried it and did not see the difference with the people described above, except for a very high price.

We had a rest with two children at the Apsny hotel in August 24. It's tinny. Firstly, the staff was not polite, they met us at night with a sour face, having just woken up. But that's okay. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly. The middle was wiped, but it's scary to look at the corners. It's like they've never washed under the bed at all. No one washes the toilet, the bathtub, the sink, only the floor. Let's return to antisanery. Children vomited for the first time in general, adults even gargle. Vacationers! I do not advise you to go to live in this hotel with small children for sure! After talking with the rest of the parents who came there with their children, every family has rotovirus, in EVERY ONE! Well, how is that? The cleaner told us that it was scary to clean the rooms, as everyone was throwing up. Why are they silent about this? It's not just about children. But also about adults!
We came to have lunch once again, we observe a picture, right at the entrance to the institution there is a puddle of green vomit. And what's going on in the rooms where they just wiped the middle of the room with water. Disinterria in the hotel, horror, this is the first time I've seen it.
And now about the restaurant. This is naturally not a restaurant at all. It can be a maximum of a dining room. The dishes are dirty , they don 't wash well . cutlery too, disgusting.
The monotonous menu, I got tired of everything for several days. Everything that was not eaten for breakfast will be slightly redone, mayonnaise will be added, and another salad has already turned out. It's the same thing every day. Very sparse. There is no fruit!! Slices of apples and oranges. It's rare to get a watermelon. Are there no fruits in Abkhazia? Why are we paying so much money to this hotel? For apples and cabbage? Your establishment cannot be called a restaurant. This is not a restaurant.
A snack!Ice cream is always the simplest fruit ice. Every day is the same. And a bag of popcorn. That's it. It's like this every day. We were 5 minutes late, the freezer was covered with mats, they don't give us any more, even if you really ask. The wine is not tasty, it is very sweet. I personally liked the beer. My husband drank chacha, it seems to be nothing.
We only ate at the hotel for the first three days. Then even the children stopped eating there. We went to the beach, there is a cafe there, also not a restaurant, of course, but it tastes much better there. But for the money, of course.
I really do not recommend traveling with children to this hotel. And also, take more cash, you will have to eat outside the hotel one hundred percent. Do not forget to take bank cards with you. There is no contactless payment in the country.
There is no animation. This is not an animation 🤣
The girl dances with the children in the evening to the same music every day. And the whole evening animation is she sat down next to the speaker, turned on the music from her phone and clicks, switches. Anyone can offer to sing. It's all. Boring. I believe there is no animation in the evening. They do some exercises there during the day .

A disgusting hotel, zero service, all reviews are too high for them, I can't imagine what is happening here in the season, we rest in October and no one cares about tourists. Towels, as it turned out, are changed every 5 days, bed linen is not changed for the entire period of stay, of course, the food is varied, but typical canteen does not have enough appliances and plates for everyone well, accordingly, the tables, the administrators of the habalka feed them with breakfast, they do not do anything forever offended and arrogantly communicate in general, I definitely do not recommend it, especially with children the sanitation is complete, listen to those who plan to go here this is a real review!!!!It's just a cry of the soul, by the way, there are only negative reviews in their local complaint book!
