We had a family vacation from October 2 to October 12. I am pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff amazing sea views from the room window especially when the sun rises. In terms of nutrition, no one was hungry. Its own beach of zhezlongi. The only recommendation I would advise is to provide beach towels and put a beer point in the beach bar. This is the first time in Abkhazia, but definitely not the last.

We had a rest in December, the season was already closed. I read so many reviews before I went. But how many people have so many opinions. Being near the sea is just around the corner. There are a lot of dogs, but all are kind. There are probably a lot of people in summer . The room had a view of the courtyard on the floors, changed in the morning with an additional charge with a view of the sea on the 8th floor. The food is breakfast, lunch, dinner, the food is varied, you won't be hungry for sure, it's delicious, of course there are few fruits. Out of season, the shops and cafes nearby are closed, but there are taxis that will take you away for 300 rubles for a fee and they have guided tours. We bought Biblio Globus tours and toured all the sights in 3 days. Overall, I liked everything. In the summer, I would like to come for at least a couple of days.

We had a rest in July.
It's a good place. Near the sea and the pool. The power is on, you will not stay hungry. Beautiful nature.
Of the cons.
The cleaning is so-so, towels and bed linen are not changed. If they change it, then partially (they say there is no linen).
There may not be a chair in the room, and a very small number of hangers in the closet (we had 2, then brought 1 more)
Pay attention to the number 219! It's under the laundry room. In san. the node there is a steam room and it is stuffy. There is 1 air conditioner for 2 rooms. Strong noise from the hood (it goes along the wall of the room) at night. This number was changed for us, but after 3 days. They gave me the number that was in the photo when booking through the tour company.

Rotavirus, yes. But there is a very good hospital in Gudauta, where they will dig it up and put it on its feet. Our children were sick.
If you are driving a car, so that you can leave and travel around Abkhazia, it is a good option for this money. There are really beautiful places and nature there.

We stayed at this hotel from May 2nd to May 8th. I really liked it. The rooms are normal, the food is generally top-notch and varied. We weren't hungry at all, the pool was warm. The staff is very polite. The girls at the reception are great! I would have come back 😀

It was my first time on the Black Sea, before everything was on the Mediterranean. Sooo decent hotel!! The food is varied, everything is very tasty, in different ways, a heated swimming pool, the sea is two steps away, the pebbles, but the most important thing was the atmosphere, cozy, reliable, the mountains are amazing nearby, I fell in love with Abkhazia!! We had a rest (me with two small children and a man I know) in Abkhazia, in Gudauta, the Apsny **** hotel. At the very beginning of May. We arrived for 5 nights. We rented a family room, which consists of two rooms, with an entrance door between them. Each room has its own bathroom. And each room has its own exit to the common corridor of the floor.
Initially, when booking this hotel, I was very confused by the fact that each room has an exit to the common corridor of the floor.
Because I am a worried mother, and I have read a lot and know information that there are very frequent cases abroad when anyone enters rooms without warning, at any time, and for anything, let everyone figure it out for themselves by virtue of their awareness!
I've got a room door handle lock. The lock in the rooms is electronic, it was opened by attaching a card.
And so, the day before our departure, when my friend left the hotel for a couple of hours at the service station, and I put the children to bed at that time. In our room, it was in the room where I was lying on the bed with my young children, apparently there was some kind of camera in the room, where it was tracked by those who received the command to break into our room! I heard a faint rustling sound, the sound when you put the card to the electronic lock. It will happen again and again. And the door wouldn't open because of the lock lock. The voices of two non-Russian men could be heard. They were talking about something among themselves. They started knocking loudly on the door. I immediately jumped out of bed and ran to the door. She asked - Who are they? One of them answered me - checking the locks. I said I won't open the doors! He kept knocking and pulling on the door handle over and over again.
Scared, I said I'd call my husband now. And I heard them running away!
After about 30 minutes, my friend arrived. I told him the story in every detail. He called the hotel receptionist. To which she replied that I was insane. Only one man came and brought a bedside table. And they say he didn't have a card.
I told her that yes, indeed, they had brought a bedside table for visibility. She was standing in the hallway of the floor. But it's small, and only one person could have brought it. And only if the administrator agrees with us, because we have rented this room from them for a short-term lease.
She said it was their private property and they didn't have to coordinate it with us...
But the rooms were fully equipped with all the necessary furniture!
My friend called the police. Which was traveling in time for probably about 2 hours. I was in no hurry to take on such a challenge!
The police arrived when it was already dark. The hotel security guard reacted negatively to all this commotion. We found the two men who were breaking into our room. They worked at this hotel. And they admitted that they have electronic room opening cards.... They said that they were given the task to bring a bedside table to this room.
The police did not want to accept the application, they offered to resolve this conflict situation peacefully. Referring to the fact that the owner of this hotel has another hotel of the same level in this village. He lives in Rostov. And he has some kind of position.
We didn't need this conflict situation either. We planned to leave quietly the next day for Gelendzhik.
In the morning, our room was received personally by the receptionist herself. And she said she hoped she wouldn't see us among the guests of their hotel anymore. 😅
Honestly, I don't care who says that or what! I know for sure that I will definitely not come to this hotel again! Also, I'm not ready to travel abroad with small children! The Russian people are not treated very well there in terms of mentality!
I have made all the necessary conclusions for myself! What a desire it was to invade the room by strangers who purposefully broke into it! What conclusion you draw from reading it is your right!
My only advice to those who go on vacation with children is to take all kinds of lock and door blockers with you! This is your safety!

Okay, the place. The hotel is three stars.
Respond. Three meals a day + a second breakfast and an evening snack by the sea. And dinner, of course. If you want to look back 30 years ago. You are welcome. The residents are sociable and hospitable, they will always help and tell you where everything is and how to get there. If you want to see dolphins, you can also see them. However, you will have to go to the sea early in the morning before breakfast for about 6:00.

We rested at the Apsny Hotel from 11.10.2023 to 20.10.2023.I really liked the hotel, the rooms are small but cozy,. The nutrition is excellent, very tasty, a variety of dishes, especially breakfast. The only drawback when the hotel is fully full is there are not enough tables and appliances, but this is due to the desire of guests to eat at the beginning of dinner or lunch. From drinks , good quality beer, cognac drink, many like wine. Different compotes and soft drinks are made every day. Until 15.10. the hotel hosts an evening disco, unfortunately lasts only one hour. In general, we liked the hotel, I want to come back here.

The hotel is trying, the food is homemade, they feed constantly))), there is animation, the beach is pebbly, there are sun beds, but they have to be dragged under the canopy themselves, there is practically nowhere to go in the evening. There is a cafe nearby, we took trout - delicious, ordered a barbecue - they brought it warmed in the microwave, dry, tasteless. Of course, we expected an Abkhazian delicious shish kebab. They made a claim as to why they brought us such a barbecue, the administrator immediately began to be rude and threaten. There was no more desire to go there. In the afternoon, you can go to the market, take a bus or a taxi. The prices on the market are quite reasonable, not as cosmic as in Sochi.

I liked the hotel, it looks modern, everything is included, the food is good, varied, there is animation.
The only disadvantage is in the village. If you want to go for a walk in the evening, there is nowhere to go. We took a minibus to Gudauta, and from there we transferred to other buses and traveled around Abkhazia. There is an abandoned, destroyed sanatorium nearby, it was interesting to walk there.

In front of me, the guard hit a small dog in the back with a stick, and a little girl was standing next to him, having a tantrum... There is so much food left and you can feed the animals, so a well-fed dog will not offend anyone.The impression is very spoiled . And more... We arrived by car with the children... You can write a lot of things, it's just a nightmare))) We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for 10 years, for the first time we got into such a situation.
We do not recommend it .I don't know about summer, but definitely NOT in winter!!!

I want to leave a review about this super hotel. A wonderful large hotel on the very shore of the Black sea, lived on the 10th floor overlooking the mountains. The territory of the hotel is large, there is a large heated swimming pool with sun loungers. The rooms are bright and large. The food is very tasty, to choose from. Everything is included. There is an animation and entertainment program on site. I advise you to visit this wonderful place. You won't regret it.

Otherwise, it's just tin, everything looks great (location, territory, conditions in the form of animation and all-inclusive meals), but the animation is sluggish (one girl runs around a little playing with children, water polo starts playing right after lunch in the heat), the choice in the dining room is meager, every day is almost the same the same thing, there are not enough dishes, they wash it, it feels like it's in one basin, all streaked, dirty in places. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, there is a lot of dust and cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. Well, rotovirs, which with such washing of dishes, will naturally flourish. We had a rest at the end of November 2024. It's not much of a hotel. It looks like the first line and a room with a sea view, but there are abandoned buildings and garbage dumps on the left, it's far from civilization, and it's unpleasant to walk - the road is broken, everything is ugly. Only order a taxi. Keep this in mind when planning a trip to this hotel. Decent expenses will be added.
The hotel itself... It seems that there is everything that is minimally necessary for life, but there is no spiritual welcome, there is no joy. We arrived early in the morning, the hotel is empty, and we are offered to pay 450 rubles/hour for early check-in. There is nowhere to go, nothing is working around. We had a great meeting((( we are very glad(( people with small children also suffered in the lobby until 14h.

This year we were in Abkhazia, the Apsny boarding house, about 1-1.5 hours from the border to the hotel. A very budget vacation, of the advantages:clean sea, the first coastline, well-groomed territory, albeit small. I would like to mention the employees of the bar in the hotel:Levan and Kristina are nice guys.
The food is at the dining room level, there are not enough cutlery and space, if you come to the middle of a meal, then you have to stand and wait.

Great hotel! Well-groomed territory, food is not worse than in Turkey, and since the cuisine is mostly Russian, in my opinion (taste), even better. In the lobby of the first floor there is a point for the purchase of excursions. Larisa, the tour organizer, sent us on a legendary excursion to the Lake "RITSA". Why the legendary one, because our guide Astamur, along the way of the bus, told us a huge number of Legends, customs and traditions of the Abkhazian people. For example, I just found out here that the groom is not present at his own wedding, unlike the bride. I also liked the legend about how God distributed lands to the peoples, and the last one when everything was already distributed, Abbas came. God asked him why you didn't come in time. like other representatives of the peoples, to which he replied that I had guests and I could not ignore them (which speaks about the hospitality of the Abkhazians). We took a burning tour, here for the first time. I like the location of the hotel, they offer an all-inclusive vacation and even alcohol. From alcohol: beer, wine, chacha. Well, that's okay. Some dishes are very salty, I went up to the chefs to tell them, in response I heard that 500 people eat and don't say anything, only you have a lot of salt. I think it's better to add less salt and put salt on the table. Well, even from 1 person you can listen to a normal review. They said just take another one, they ordered dry rations instead of lunch, because of the excursion. We were given 0.5 water, 2 rolls, 2 pieces of bread with sausage between them. I don't eat bread, we came over to take eggs and a curd casserole with us. So we were told that you are alone, where you are typing (4 eggs and 2 pieces of casserole). In the middle of the night, or rather at 4:30 a.m., a fire warning sounded from the speaker on the floor. I think I shouldn't talk about how dreary I was, sleepy in the confusion, packing my things and going out. After going out to the first floor, the receptionist came up to us and said that it was just a sensor that reacted to the dust (as it turned out later, in fact, someone was smoking in the room). But the main problem is that the administrator, as soon as the alarm went off, did not call the fire department, but went herself to see what happened there. According to the instructions, she had to call the special service first, and then go to look. And if it had been a real fire, we would have waited a long time for the firefighters to arrive, and perhaps the rest of the things would not have been saved.
Apparently, someone liked getting up at 4 a.m., because literally 3 days after that, the alarm sounded again, fortunately, at 2 p.m. Everything is according to the old scheme, I also packed my things, also went to the 1st floor. The reason is still the same. Someone wanted to smoke so much and was too lazy to go out on the balcony at least, that he lit a cigarette right in the room. Genius.
Because of this, I didn't feel safe for the rest of my vacation

The place is just cool. Clean, cozy, comfortable rooms, lived in a double room, just very comfortable. The staff is friendly, they will tell you. We have a maid on the floor was a straight gold Basik almost clean, bleach does not stink, really warm, there are enough sun beds for everyone, there are umbrellas, from the basik for beer straight och quickly, though you need to get dressed otherwise you can catch a fine. The sea is just 5 minutes "crawling". The beach is clean. They feed well, three times a day, yummy compote, if you want warm, you want cold, the drinking regime is observed, water in any quantity at any time. Extended for late check-out room. It's all good. The hotel is nice. I liked everything.

The staff is friendly.
Bartenders are generally great guys.

But there is one administrator who is not very friendly, he answers rudely.

The furniture made of artificial rattan should have been changed long ago, it's all sagged and there are already holes. The swing and the cushions on them are in good condition, but the cocoon swing is terrible!!! Everything is broken and the pillows leave much to be desired! The sea is really very close. We have never had such a thing that there were not enough sun beds, although there were 6 of us. And there are also a lot of stray dogs that run into the hotel grounds. The staff tries to chase them, but they are back in their places. Dogs are not aggressive, but they bark very loudly at night. I have to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. And I wanted to fall asleep to the sound of the sea
Canteen: the staff is polite, there is really a lot of food, there is a lot to choose from. Both the first and the second and compote))) dishes are really often in short supply, but this is because of insanely hungry tourists. It's just disgusting to sit in the same room with them. They collect food for 15 plates per person. Moreover, there are no empty trays with dishes, they immediately bring new full ones. But people are savages, unfortunately.
Animation: a girl walks around who can't really attract children, but tries very hard))
Rooms: we had a dirty curtain, a dirty wall (beige) and stains on the bathroom floor that looked like dried sealant. Room cleaning is a separate conversation!!! They only change the garbage bag in the bathroom, they barely asked to change the linen and towels. They asked to wipe the floors, as they walked in shoes (because on the very first day I cut my toe on a sharpening nail in the floor). Of course, only the center of the room was wiped, and this despite the fact that we were there.
The woman who cleans the 5th floor is a separate conversation. We had to leave urgently, a day before our friends. We left in a hurry at night. I asked if I forgot any things, to bring them to my friends in the room (I told them the number). At home, of course, I found out exactly what things were missing. We called our friends and asked them to go find out. And there was no limit to our surprise!!! I gave two things away, and took the third (a new one with a label) out of my bag with grief in half!!! How is that even possible??? I asked you to bring it to a certain room!!! And the teenage shorts were never given away, although I know for sure that they stayed at the hotel. Very bad impressions remained. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.

We were at the Apsny hotel in November 2024.
1. There are a lot of mongrels on the territory who are hungry for food and some jump and snap their teeth a little, hoping that they will get it now. If you're afraid of dogs, you're definitely not here.
2. unfriendly women are waiting for you at the reception, who will arrange for you for 20 minutes. There is no such room, but there is an "Ala" of superior comfort for an additional fee. Razvodilovo in general, is not very pleasant.
3. There is no blanket in the room, you also need to ask for it at the reception. There is no bottled water in the room or a cooler in the hallway either. Everyone bought 5 liters of water at the nearest store. By the way, the Magnet store has not been open since October 16 - it is not the season. Well, in general, if you are without a car at the hotel, then I sympathize.
4. The hotel turns off the electricity from 10 to 12 and from 22 to ... If you're lucky. In general, at first, even the water left the batteries at night and it became very cold. There is no light or water after 22. I can't wash my face, charge my phone, or take the elevator.
5. In the morning, a real war is unfolding in the dining room, because there are not enough forks, spoons, cups and plates for everyone. Such a severe shortage led to the fact that those who came earlier took all this in reserve, depriving the rest of any opportunity to eat at all, until the first ones finished and the dishes and plates with cups were rinsed.
The city, shops and cafes are far from the hotel, and the road past the unfinished building is not pleasant.
The conclusion is this: you can get used to and live for cheap, especially if you are driving and are not afraid of stray dogs.

We stayed at this hotel from August 18 to 24, 2024, room 518. The description of the hotel is true. The sea and the beach are very clean, it is clear that the staff are cleaning the beach from algae, sticks and debris. Three types of porridge in the morning, omelets, cottage cheese casserole, raw and ready vegetables, side dishes and chicken, cutlets, pancakes, and standard cheese sausage. Tea-coffee, lemon, sugar always. From drinking additionally and always very tasty compotes. At lunch there are three types of soup, a lot of side dishes and fish-chicken, sometimes pork. We always ate too much. Baking is also present at every meal. If you do not hurry to open the dining room, then you will not get into a traffic jam from the hunger strikers. There is a large territory, many places for a cozy rest: high-quality sofas, suspended capsule chairs, benches, a children's playground. I liked the maid of the floor very much, I also want to mention all the staff: in the lobby, in the dining room, on the territory, in the pool, in the beach cafe. Snacks during the day: at 11 o'clock very tasty donuts in the beach cafe, at 16 o'clock ice cream and popcorn in the lobby bar, in the beach cafe French fries or rustic with wings or kebab. The impressions were very good, I recommend the hotel to visit. There is delicious coffee in a nearby cafe, they also ate according to the menu, it is also delicious. We took a pinacolade, it was the highest quality and tastiest pinacolade that we have ever consumed, there are only 3 ice cubes per 300 grams of cocktail, the rest is a drink, so it turns out undiluted, retains the taste to the last drop. We bought 3 excursions at the hotel at a price that does not differ from street points. The all-inclusive concept includes local drinks. We took the beer, it's perfectly decent. They didn't take wine or chacha, I can't say anything, but apparently people also consumed quite decent drinks. We practically didn't use the elevator, we walked, we had to work off the calories we ate somehow) It's quiet after 22 o'clock, nothing prevents the children from sleeping. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer - everything works. The spacious wardrobe pleased me, the room size is also quite acceptable, it does not squeeze my shoulders. We had a view from the balcony to the sea, a very beautiful view. I have something to compare it with, I have vacationed in the UAE, Turkey, and Spain, in expensive hotels. The reviews of people who bought inexpensive tours to Abkhazia are surprising, and then expect for this money a level of 5*** service and accommodation. I am absolutely sure that the price and quality in this case correspond to each other. Even waiting at the border crossing did not spoil my impressions of staying at this hotel at all. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are cozy, cleaning is carried out daily, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent, very tasty and varied, it is clear that the cooks are trying very hard. The pool is heated, the water temperature is comfortable. I would like to appeal to those who happen to visit this hotel: do not behave as if you are seeing food for the first time in your life, you do not need to greedily collect a mountain of various food, and then scatter it all over the hotel or just throw it in the trash, a shameful, sad sight.

We rested from 20.07 to 27.07., economy room. In general, I really enjoyed the rest. We have no complaints about food, they never came to the opening of the dining room and did not participate in the battles for forks-knives-tables-watermelons- rolls, they came 30 minutes before closing, everything was available and rolls and watermelons and a lot of empty tables, once they got into rush hour, and decided to wait it out. Sun beds on the beach are distributed at 8 in the morning, we came early at 7 o'clock and we always had enough sun beds and a place under the awning, and yes we took a sunbed with a towel to go for breakfast and lunch, since we spent the most time at sea, we did not like the attraction "drag the sunbed yourself", the neighboring hotel, for example, placed sun beds at 7 a.m., and we had such a charge, at the end there were umbrellas, but 10 pieces. The sea itself is clean, there are often waves, there are small pebbles on the beach, the beach is wide and free. There is animation for children and adults, there is a tennis table, a sports ground, billiards, a children's room. The bar only took beer a couple of times, and drinks, I don't think it's just juice. There is a cafe on the beach for snacks in the morning and evening, I have not seen large queues there. The Internet was on in the room, the TV was working properly, there were many channels. The rooms were cleaned (the floor was wiped😊 )the garbage was taken out, towels and linen were not changed, but we did not ask. The territory is well maintained, there are many benches, there are garden swings, and swing baskets, a Playground (small). Who will take an economy room, keep in mind that there will be no view from the window, even the curtains will not be opened. The pool is like a pool, it smells of chlorine, children splashed, water polo and aqua aerobics for adults, minus a few umbrellas in the pool area, only 4. The hotel itself is on the outskirts of the village, there is a small alley of eucalyptus trees near an abandoned boarding house, that's the whole area for a walk, there is nowhere else to go. If you need a quiet, relaxing family vacation, then you are here. By the way, the attractions on the beach are not very annoying. There are a couple of shops, several cafes and fruit tents in the village nearby. The pharmacy is a 20-30 minute walk away. The hotel itself is nothing, but the location leaves much to be desired))). It is located separately in the village! Not in Gudauta. The grocery store is 40 minutes away by foot. Out of season, the all-inclusive concept is canceled. Only breakfast, lunch, dinner without alcohol. Accordingly, the store is necessary. The bus goes to the city three times a day and somehow we found out about it by accident. 4 stars is a big word, even the "Country of the Soul" in Sukhum, a 3-star hotel is more like 4 than this one. I begged the maid for shampoo as much as I could. I have thick hair and one bag of one-time shampoo is a trifle. I put it away, thinking that they would put more on me when cleaning, but no! She begged, begged, and somehow they gave it to her. Room cleaning is so-so. They'll sweep it well. The white socks were always gray with a lot of garbage, Although we didn't litter so much.

Very cool, new hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and varied food, clean beach and nice pool. At first, we were confused by the dogs on the territory, but then we realized that dogs in Abkhazia are everywhere, not only on the territory of the hotel, all are chipped and friendly. The room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days.
I would like to have a bigger playground, but I think the management has it all in their plans, work is constantly underway on the territory. There are animations for children and activities for adults.
There is not enough space in the restaurant for such a large hotel, everyone cannot sit at the tables, we had to wait.
The hotel is located in the private sector, the nearest Babylon store is a 15-minute walk away, there is everything you need.
Overall, a very good hotel, our stay was a success, thank you.

We rested at the hotel from 29.06 to 08.07.24. The impression is 50/50. In general, the hotel is modern, the rooms are no worse than in Sochi (of this level). The location of the hotel is excellent: the first coastline, its own territory from the hotel to the sea. The sea is clean, eucalyptus trees grow nearby (you can walk, breathe). You can book a tour at the hotel, we liked the quality of service. Cons: this has already been written about, the elevators work terribly, the top/bottom collection system is unregulated. In the bar, you may encounter the fact that they will not pour beer due to "overheating of the device", or splash wine on the bottom of the glass, because the bartender is in such a mood. A Soviet-style dining room with a buffet. But the fattest minus is that for four nights in a row we were blown up at 2 a.m. by a fire alarm, went downstairs, they didn't explain anything to us, the system failed. No one even apologized for it. We rested in this place for the first and last time. There is NO desire to return!

The place is wonderful, the location is good. The food is super, for all tastes and diets. Food-5, attitude to customers-4, poor sanitary condition - 3, they did not clean the rooms, anywhere. Towels were not changed, in general, cleaning is bad, there is a sticky floor in the elevator and along the corridors, garbage is everywhere. I also didn't like the fact that there is only one blanket in the room for two! And it would be possible to understand and accept if it were at least double-bedded, but no! The usual small 😅. Well, if people are not sisters or spouses, just neighbors went on vacation together, then how? We were in a cool time, we had to be heated by air conditioning, the batteries were cold. The water in the shower is barely warm. I don't really feel like it, I want it hot. In general, of course, we had a rest, but... Some things can be changed. Yes, I almost forgot about the endless nighttime fire safety alarms. And at about the same time 3.40 a.m. or morning, we are all evacuated. Well, everything is in order during the day, except for cleanliness and order.
I don't know if we'll come here again. In general, you can recommend this place, however, it's up to you personally. It's always good to rest
