We arrived in Helsinki from Budapest on May 10 in Norwegian at night, we were late for more than an hour, our bus tickets were gone to St. Petersburg, there was no place to take a certificate that the plane was late and make compensation to us
The departure delay of the transfer flight from Heathrow is 40 minutes, arrival in Vantaa is 20 minutes late (35 minutes before the next departure), but the flight to Moscow is scheduled. Bravo to Vantaa services!!! We worked quickly, without delay, thank you all!
All in all, it's not bad, but it makes sense for some employees to be more friendly.
From 2 a.m. to 5 a.m., the airport is dead, like the Chernobyl zone. Nothing is working. Not a soul. It's weird)
Everything is generally not bad, but from 2.00 to 5.00 the airport is dying out. It's impossible to drink coffee, buy a newspaper, or even find a policeman. Unlike Sheremetyevo, which, as a megapolis, operates around the clock.
I liked that long-term parking can now be booked and paid in advance with a discount. Very convenient service. And if you do not forget to score the car numbers when booking, then the barrier will recognize the car itself.
It is not a very large, quite convenient airport. I use it as the second airport of St. Petersburg. The difference in ticket prices is often several times.
One of the best! Free Wi-Fi, automated baggage tag collection and check-in system. Self-service baggage drop-off counters. You can check in your luggage well before boarding. There are places to rest, you can lie down. There are points for charging the phone.

A comfortable, convenient airport, cozy, clean, no problems with rest and waiting areas
A large international airport. There are more than 60 gates with letters not only A, B, C, but as far as M. The hike to gate 50J was long. There are many shops. There are not many people, apparently they disperse around the airport.

Evil customs officers, threw my passport at their boot, did not want to let me through, but then an order came on the phone for my pass, so the customs officer's eyes were bloodshot, the attitude towards Russians is terrible
Registration took 10 minutes. There were no queues. Of the cons: 1. We did not meet the free bus from parking lot 4B to the airport; 2. The baby stroller was taken away at check-in, we walked the rest of the time with the child in our arms.
