It's a good airport. There is stable Wi-Fi and there are enough seats for those waiting for departure.
Far from the city.

I flew from Helsinki to Moscow. At the reception, everything is set to extort money. They held me for 40 minutes. First they say that the baggage has not been paid for. I announced the ticket and receipts. They say the car showed. Then, you are overweight. I say I have over 500 grams. When rounding, it goes downwards. They agreed. And finally, you have a mistake in the name. My name is Segrey in the passport Sergey, they have Sergei. Sergei's ticket also has a patronymic. I never write my middle name because it is not in my passport. I remembered that we flew to Italy with the children for the first time in the summer, and there was a requirement to enter the patronymic. This time, when buying a ticket, the machine automatically identified me according to the previous filling, and the transfer was performed automatically. As a result, an error occurred in the name. They charged 10 €. It's useless to prove it. The conversation was like I was talking to a car. Answer: do not pay, do not fly. Now I do not know how to fix the existing error, because in the future the error will fall out and every time I have to pay 10€.
A large and very convenient airport, built for people, you will not get lost anywhere. A special advantage is that you can get to the city without leaving the building at all.
Nice, clean airport. It's big enough, so it takes a lot of time to find the right exit to the plane. The officers are strict. They ask a lot of questions: where are you going, where will you live (they asked to show the reservation), what is the purpose of the visit, how long will you be in Helsinki, when you leave, etc. And so on to everyone
It is a very comfortable airport, but we froze there in a couple of hours even in summer in jeans and a hoodie.
There is a tap with drinking water in the toilet.
Delicious coffee (3.50 euros).
Nice small airport, no queues. The only thing is that there are not enough seats to wait for registration to begin. If you go without luggage, it is not critical.
It is comfortable, cozy and has a lot of 220V outlets. There are places where you can sleep full length and no one will tell you-"what's lying down! "- no fuss, quiet and peaceful.

An excellent airport in the suburbs of St. Petersburg, a large number of destinations + low-cost carriers, better than Pulkovo in our city.
They take great care of the passengers here! If, due to the fault of the Finnish airline, the plane is late, then the airport representative will be waiting for you at the exit of the plane with new tickets and with a backup plane! Only good impressions! Well done, Finns! Thanks!
A large duty free. There are a lot of seats. I had to wait for a nine-hour transfer at this airport. There are places where I managed to sleep :) And, by the way, I saw 0.5 cokes in a cafe for 5 euros, and you can grab 2.5 euros in a vending machine.
Cons: Very long queues for check-in; it is difficult to navigate at the airport, after inspection you get to the duty free and to the boarding gates (as it turned out for domestic flights) and only 200 meters later you will find passport control.
Pros: It is convenient to change trains.
I was surprised that there is a smoking room.Which is for smokers .It's a small thing, but it's nice. The only thing is that there is nowhere to go near the airport.
Comfortable waiting rooms. If there is a long docking, you can spend the night in sleep capsules.... which are located after passing through the Duty Free zone...
It's small, and in principle, with my weak English, to put it mildly, it's easy enough to navigate, again, excellent Wi-Fi, although it's probably decent at almost all airports now.)))
