Mikhail provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His recommendations were excellent, and he ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Thanks to his outstanding hospitality, our dining experience was truly memorable. We highly recommend asking for Maxim if you visit this restaurant!

When I first visited the restaurant, I thought I found my new go-to spot. The food was one of the tastiest in Moscow restaurants — full of flavor and spices, the service was solid, and the atmosphere was nice. Every time I’ve been there I left satisfied, looking forward to my next visit . Until I’ve noticed something. What the heck is Israeli breakfast?? Nonsense. How can you claim to be a Middle Eastern restaurant and put a Palestinian breakfast under the name of Israeli?? … You put za3tar on every table, and yet you’ve taken a Palestinian breakfast and slapped Israeli name on it?? You build the entire flavor profile of your restaurant around Levantine cuisine, yet you erase its origin when it’s convenient for you. When you serve Middle Eastern food, please be more considerate with what you represent, respect where it comes from, do some research. Until then, no mater how good the food is, it’s hard to look at this place the other way. Glad that I wasn’t the only one that noticed that.

The food is normal the prices is high he bring some vegetables for 2000 !! The service was bad each dish come after 15 min of the other and without the bread!!

One of the most finest and tastiest restaurants in Moscow, ambience of the restaurant is just wow, food is amazing, they have different cuisines but all worth it, highly recommended.

Food was good but the service is 0/10 every time I call any waiter they ignore and walk by even tho they see you and there’s no nice experience without a good service from staff. Change your staff to maintain good and loyal customers and they charged 10% which is not in Russian law. If they saw 10% is for the customer service, I assure you it’s on of the worst service I have ever experienced so what is the 10% service for ?

You need to make a reservation by WhatsApp or call, atmosphere is very nice specially with bakers show at entrance. Food is average and below my expectation compared to the interior and wonderful atmosphere. Staff were nice but I did.not like that staff deduct tips by himself

The restaurant has good food, frankly, and the service is good, but my main observation was on the types of breakfast, including the Israeli breakfast. When I read the ingredients of the Israeli breakfast, I was surprised that its ingredients are the ingredients of the Palestinian, Arab, and Turkish breakfast, and they were added, falsified, and transformed into the name of Israeli breakfast?!! It is known that the Israeli people do not have agreed-upon food or cuisine because they came to Palestine from all over the world! So why does Maroun Restaurant insist on falsifying this breakfast and making Lebanese hummus, Palestinian shakshuka, Palestinian falafel, Palestinian dates, and Arabic bread, and adding them to Israel?! Something very strange and noticeable in the restaurant!!

Good place, but we don't like the behavior of workers there, how they came up with an illegal rule for tourists like arabs and Chineses, and they force to pay tips like 15%, and this is illegal in Russia, it's not good to use the naivety of tourists, they're our guests).

I'm currently in the restaurant and by God it's not worth the five-minute walk, but social media is what brought them up. The employees there, their behavior and appearance have nothing to do with restaurants or tourism. The restaurant is empty, there's no one there and they don't bring you your order and they don't speak English. Woe to you if you ask for a waffle iron or any special request. They really suck and they don't deserve anyone to come to them.

This restaurant was one of the best restaurants that I’ve ever tried.. the food is amazing and so special , The decor is attractive and I felt comfortable. In addition, the manager Fadi was so helpful and made us understand the type of food well and he was explaining the Menu to us especially that we don’t understand russian

Food and service is good… but most of the time they don’t accept your bookings… girl on phone always says it’s full specially on weekends… I don’t know how to book.

I in advance reserved a table outside and when i showed up they said i dont have a reservation . And asked to be inside . bad customer service wouldn’t recommend for anyone

Food is good, but bill are not, got to check your pill if they see you are foreigner they charge you for something more. You didn’t order to a force you for a tip charge, which is something not in the Russian law and they just steal money from you, specially, if you are tourist or an Arab Service was bad

Шикарный ресторан восточной кухни. Посетили Maroon на его годовщину - 5 летие. На входе нас встретили обходительные хостес, проводили к столику. Интерьер поразил своим восточным колоритом: много зелени, стильная мебель и очарование мелких дизайнерских деталей настроило на расслабленный вечер. А далее началось угощение от души, ожидали щедрости, но реальность превзошла ожидания: пунш, проссеко, 3 вида чая со сладостям, кофе с кардамоном, сваренный в турке персонально, фрукты, клубника в шоколаде, сервиче из дорадо, ледяная рыба с овощами, на десерт хворост, фирменный торт по рецепту бабушки приглашенного итальянского шефа и апофеоз фирменный 45 кг торт со свечами. Наш вечер получился незабываемым. Огромное Спасибо Всей команде ресторана Maroon и лично шефу Владимиру. Держите Вашу высокую планку сервиса и гастрономии! С Днём Рождения и многие лета!

Как и во многих ресторанах от Новикова, здесь много деталей, красок, свежих овощей и отлично подходит для семейного обеда и ужина. Сервис отличный, мы просто из любопытства спросили кое о чем, а нам и чай комплиментом и сертификаты от партнеров, который раз убеждаюсь, что отлично подобраны администраторы в сети Новикова, которые создают атмосферу и принимают активное участие в «жизни» ресторана. Коктейли с необычной подачей, еда вкусная, что еще надо) но поставила 4 из-за кальянов, которые все время дули в нас.

Поразительное качество продуктов! Что мы ели: - азизе — мезе из томатов и лабне, которое походит на кайфовую жижу от салата; - матбуху и лабне — тоже мезе; - бараньи “семечки”; - креветки на мангале; - люлярму с ягненком — невероятно нежную и сочную; - и фирменный мильфей неприличных размеров. Он такой большой, вкусный и калорийный, что даже капельку стыдно есть такое на глазах у людей. Что по атмосфере: ярко, красиво, дорого, внимательный сервис, много горячих мужчин и красивых женщин вокруг. Очень рекомендую!

Побывали впервые в ресторане Maroon и попали на празднование пятилетия ресторана. Это что-то невероятное! Атмосфера восточного базара, приветливый персонал, живая музыка, очень много вкусных угощений, даже с личной подачи приглашенного в этот день итало-ливанского маэстро Джильберто Нассера. Спасибо Гульмире за обслуживание, все было на высшем уровне! Еда великолепная, вернемся еще!

Отмечали вчера день рождения. Понравилась атмосфера, обслуживание (спасибо Роману) и кухня. Первый раз пробовали люлярму и манакиш с ягненком. Очень нежное мясо, вкусные овощи. Неожиданно и приятно было получить комплимент от ресторана ко дню рождения в виде огромного куска воздушного торта со свечкой. Обставлено было в стиле восточной сказки. Впечатление самое приятное. Рекомендую.

Побывали сегодня в этом ресторане, мне очень понравилось, стал моим фаворитом. Брали марокканскую шаурму с курицей, креветкой и люлярма с ягненком, на десерт мильфей. Все было безумно вкусным, свежим! Персонал очень дружелюбный и заботливый, респект официанту Андрею! Обязательно вернусь❤️

Фалафель вкусный но ничего особенного, хумус с телятиной без мяса, и сам хумус не относится к вкусу настоящего хумуса совсем, шаверма вкусная, просили сок просто для детей, принесли нам фреш, в 3 раза дороже конечно, но не проблема, просто надо уточнить, я думаю. В итоге я бы не возвращался сюда, так как с точки зрения араба я расстроен во вкус блюд, особенно учитывая что все блюда дорогие, и ожидали что качество будет соответствовать цене.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность ресторану Maroon за потрясающую атмосферу и высокий уровень сервиса. Здесь действительно чувствуется внимание к каждой детали: красивый интерьер, великолепная кухня, стильная подача блюд и безупречное гостеприимство. Отдельное спасибо официанту Фирдавсу! Это настоящий профессионал своего дела. Очень внимательный, вежливый и тактичный. Он прекрасно ориентируется в меню, с удовольствием помогает с выбором блюд и напитков, рассказывает о них так, что хочется попробовать всё. Все блюда были поданы вовремя, а обслуживание было ненавязчивым, но при этом очень заботливым. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Фирдавс сделал наш вечер по-настоящему комфортным и запоминающимся. Спасибо всей команде Maroon за прекрасные впечатления! Обязательно придём ещё и будем рекомендовать ресторан друзьям. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Прекрасный ресторан!! Потрясающая еда, быстрая подача даже в вечер субботы при полной посадке, самый добрый и отзывчивый официант Александр, который очень помогал с выбором, поднял настроение на год вперед и был очень мил с нами! Обслуживание на высшем уровне! Интерьер невероятный, рекомендую сходить, как на встречу с подружками, так и на уютное свидание. Вернемся обязательно😘😘

Первый раз посетили с подругой данный ресторан. Очень вкусная кухня, особенно понравились десерты. Обслуживание официантов хорошее, так же хотелось бы отметить встречающих девочек, доброжелательные, улыбчивые, предложили лучший столик у окна. Обязательно вернемся снова, спасибо)))
