The building is beautiful. And inside the building it is dark, gloomy, dark corners. I did not expect this from one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Almaty. (I'm not a local myself, I was visiting here on vacation)

This station is a manifestation of disrespect to both the residents of their city and the guests. The night transfer of 5 hours seemed unbearable torture! The hotel is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, closed at night, toilets are worse than on the streets, it is impossible to charge the phone, 1 minute of charging costs 10 tenge in a cafe that is open from 10 a.m. A terrible dirty dark place. You can't stay here for more than 10 minutes.
