I don't understand anything about this, the first time I came across it, I went to the cashier so that specialists would help me there, but as it turned out there were specialists in another way, they also took 680 tenge for the cashier's service, it's even funny. Some kind of tracks are laid out. If there is a train, we wait until it departs to reach our own. If you are on the 2nd or 3rd path, then there are two options: 1) on the bridge on the left (if facing the tracks), and there is no inclined exit for strollers / suitcases, only steps, 2) on the right along the flooring between the rails, and then soil / rubble and if it rains, then dirt on the wheels of your suitcase. Firstly, the building of the Almaty-2 railway station is a historical value, an architectural monument of the country. Parking is quite acceptable, at least much better than in Astana. Cars are parked freely even near the train station, no paid parking for you. The staff is polite, no fuss, jostling, as in Almaty-1. Nevertheless, there are fewer trains from here than in the first Almaty - this also affects, apparently, the influx of passengers.
