The location is very convenient, near the metro, shops, museums, the river. The staff is attentive, all amenities are in the room, soap, shampoos, towels are provided. Poor sound insulation, the neighbors are very audible. But everything compensates for the beautiful view from the window)) I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, near the bus stops (to the bus station to the airport) and the metro station. Everything in the hotel corresponds to the category.The staff is friendly. There is a cooler with cold and hot water. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor, near the shopping center and many shops where you can buy everything you need from drinks to goods of different brands. There are historical places nearby.

I arrived at the hotel early and it was quite a long wait before the check-in time (14 hours). As a result, they settled me at 11.30 and without additional payment. Thanks a lot for that. I also liked the breakfasts: delicious and satisfying. The room is clean, cleaned every day and regularly reported shampoo. In principle, a good hotel, if not one big but. Feather pillows, and even the huge grandmother's pillows that have been packed in our time, are something with something! They also occupied half of the bed so that the legs from this small bed hung down at my height of 187. And the same ancient mattress. Sleeping on this wonderful bed was still a pleasure. In general, not seriously. It's time to update the numbers. By the way, I lived in a single room. I hope that not all rooms are like this. I liked Minsk very much.

The hotel is terrible. Its only advantage is its location. I didn't expect that there would be super conditions here. But upon entering the room, it is immediately clear that it is high time for him to repair. The carpet is dirty. It's scary to stand on it with your feet, the remote control does not work from the TV, all the lamps are blinking. But the icing on the cake was the refrigerator!!!! I didn't open it right away. But in the evening I decided to put yogurt there. I was just blown away by the wave of stench that came out of there. It seems that someone died there and lay for a month in a switched-off device.I immediately closed the refrigerator. And then I ventilated the room for an hour from this stench. I didn't go to the reception so late. Conclusion. I'm not coming here anymore. For this price, you can find a good hotel room a little further from the center. And I wish the hotel staff to take a slightly more responsible approach to their duties and respect their guests. This review was provoked only by the refrigerator. I would have turned a blind eye to anything else.

There was a standard room with a double bed. The mattress is good, the pillows are not very good, they seemed a little soft to us, but here it tastes and colors, rather.
Very convenient location, near the shopping center, from the metro station "Nemiga" 5 minutes on foot. The embankment of the Svisloch River, the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War (must visit!), the Trinity suburb - everything is very beautifully illuminated. But keep in mind that the lighting is probably until 23.00; we wanted to walk along the embankment and the suburb with illuminated bridges and houses - alas, everything turned off at eleven.
They did not take breakfast at the hotel, they had breakfast and lunch in cornflowers in the shopping center, including a veranda with a panoramic view.
The hotel itself is somewhat tired, it can be seen, small stains on the carpet, the lamp on the table did not work for us. TV - several channels from the Euronews series and German music, as well as some Belarusian TV series. There's not much to watch)
They settled in quickly, paid the stated amount, did not force anything to pay extra, everything is OK with that. The receptionist was very friendly and told me where the nearest poppy was.😃
Of the obvious disadvantages:
- there was no water cooler on our floor (3), the nearest one was already on the 6th floor! I believe there are only 2-3 of them for the entire hotel. It's not serious.
- plus, there was no lounge area in the lobby on our floor where you can sit, there is one on the floors above. Maybe it's related to the casino, but I'm not sure about that)
- the ironing room is only on the 7th floor - a bit far (not used).
Overall, I recommend the hotel. Yes, for an uncertain four, but not bad. To be honest, we expected a little worse, but it's always nice when expectations are (negative)) they don't justify themselves))

The hotel is located almost in the central part, a good location, the neighborhood with the casino is a smoky lobby, the rooms are tired, towels and bed linen are clean, the mattress is comfortable. One ironing board per multi-storey hotel is a big minus, in the morning it was the turn to iron things. The lack of a refrigerator in the room is also a minus. A big plus for the location and there are points worth working on.

A normal ordinary hotel with a Soviet past. The standard single room is normal, there is a shower cabin, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, in addition to the bed, there is a sofa and a table in the room. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Shampoo and soap are provided daily from hygiene products. The higher the floor, the more beautiful the view from the window, if it faces the memorial. The breakfasts are normal and good without frills. You can also have lunch in the restaurant, there is a beauty salon and a casino. There is a large shopping center nearby. I haven't been to this hotel for 7 years. A very strange way to connect to wi-fi (at the reception they give out a piece of paper with a password, like 5 years ago). There are good towels in the room, soap, shampoo (the shower cap is gone). The linen is snow-white, of good quality, the pillows are not bad. Breakfast is very sad, the choice of hot dishes wants to leave the best (I haven't seen such a poor choice for a long time, it seems like there are a lot of things, but they don't fit well for breakfast). 2 coffee machines are broken. The most trash is elevators. It is even easier to leave from the last floor, but both I (8th floor) and colleagues (9th and 13th floor) went down on foot 2 times. The elevator rolls up and down according to one rule he knows. Maybe by the stars, maybe by the moon - we didn't figure it out.

There was little choice for breakfast (buffet) in the restaurant, there was no side dish, except porridge, meat and cutlets, too, and sliced sausage and cheese were served, which people in the restaurant did not finish in the evening, then in the morning we had on the table. On September 1, rolls were served, probably chicken, with a musty smell, it was impossible to eat.

Greetings from the Soviet past. The renovation of the hotel has most likely not been done since those times. There is no ruin, but the interiors and doors, as well as furniture from the Soviet past in places. Really clean and tidy. There may be difficulties with disposable shampoos. Soap is used instead of gel. There are air conditioners, but they can work with oddities: they seem to cool, but the sounds are as if water is boiling inside. Mattresses are not of the best quality, tired. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi by specifying the phone number - the code never came. There is a kind of refrigerator, but it is not cold inside. I did not understand the meaning of this product. The breakfast is quite acceptable, without frills, but it is a buffet.
The location is convenient, but the proximity to a busy road affects. You can hear the street even with the windows closed. Not much, but still.
In general, the option is acceptable for one or two nights for undemanding tourists

Stayed for 2 nights, standard room. They settled on the 12th floor. Everywhere really smells of cigarettes, on the floor, in the room. Although I smoke myself, it was unpleasant. When asked at the reception where you can smoke here, they answered -on the street, while there is no ashtray near the entrance, I had to go to the bus stop so as not to litter. The room is very small, the furniture is old, you can't turn around together. The door to the toilet does not close from the inside, because the hatch from the lock is cut out, there is a hole there, why is not clear... The toilet is flush against the wall, which causes some inconvenience... You can't turn around in the shower stall! For 3 days, the cleaning was 1 time, while changing 1 towel out of all, put soap and that's it! The cleaner didn't go further than the corridor of the room, the garbage wasn't even taken away. They didn't take breakfast. I consider the price for such a level of services to be very overpriced!!!

I didn't like the hotel. They don't know what a service is here. The maids enter the room as if they were at home - without knocking. There is no water in the cooler on the floors. We took a room with breakfast, we didn't get to one breakfast because of early departure. At the reception, they offered to collect rations for the trip instead of breakfast. As a result, neither the ration was collected, nor they could feed half an hour earlier, nor the money was returned.

We lived when it was -12 outside - it was cold in the rooms. The breakfast is mediocre. Buffet is too strong a name. Cutlets, yogurt, cottage cheese and porridge were acceptably tasty. The rest is so-so (in terms of satisfying hunger, it will do, but getting pleasure from food is definitely not)
One of the advantages is the stunningly convenient location of the hotel - near a large shopping center, an embankment, a square with a Christmas tree. All activities are within walking distance as well as the metro.
Other advantages are the very friendly staff. Of the minuses, the 1st girl at the reception is clearly not enough, taking into account that the flow of guests is large

The price-quality ratio is very good. Not five stars, but a very decent hotel for your money. The location is good, Parking is available and costs only 6 Belarusian rubles. The breakfast is hearty and buffet style. The room is well designed, it seems small and there is enough space for the eyes - there is also air conditioning. What I didn't like - the Soviet style is still felt: both doors from that era and clanking locks. And in the restaurant I expected to see normal coffee from a coffee machine and not a coffee drink from Soviet times.

Three stars? Are you kidding? Who and when assigned this status to this hotel? I live on the 11th floor. The air conditioning system on this floor is faulty. According to the electrician of the hotel, it is outdated. In the heat of the night, you can't sleep even with the window open, especially if the windows overlook a busy highway. Along the way, at the entrance to the casino (which is also located in this hotel), repairs are carried out at night. The administration refused to solve the problem.
The refrigerator is located in the lobby of each floor, that is, it is one per floor. Why spend money on individual refrigerators in the rooms?
There are coolers with cold and hot water in the lobby. In fact, hot water is not such. The problem was fixed upon request.
Special attention should be paid to the restaurant, which offers buffet breakfasts from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning. But on weekends, get ready to stand in a huge queue and still run the risk of not being in time, since the service system is also specific: first you queue for breakfast, then you queue for breakfast, and then another queue for freshly made hot coffee (since you can't drink it in the room due to the lack of hot water in the cooler on floors). And on weekends, there is an influx of tourists at the hotel (bus tours and weekend tours). And all these citizens also need to have breakfast in 2 hours.
I won't even write about repairs. This was mentioned in previous reviews.
My stars are only for maids who faithfully perform their duties.

Nice hotel, not very far from the metro, but there are disadvantages. The first is the strong smell of smoking in the lobby of the hotel, as well as in the elevators, although smoking is prohibited. The organizers tried to "drown out" the smell with a freshener, but it got even worse - there were 2 unpleasant odors. That's why I'm lowering the score.
The room is clean, quiet, there are water cups, but there is no water bottle, no kettle either. The minimum number of towels is 3 per person.
Breakfast costs 25 bel. rub. and honestly, it's not worth the money. Although it is called a buffet, but the choice is very poor (Soviet food: porridge, sausages, eggs, apples, tea, muffin, some cheap cheese and sausage), the food runs out quickly, it is not replenished immediately. It is better to go to a cafe near the hotel, it is cheaper and there is more choice.
If you take the high floor, you will have a beautiful view of the upper town and the Trinity suburb. From Nemiga metro station 10 minutes at a leisurely pace

The price-quality ratio is good. Otherwise, there are a lot of questions. The location is excellent, the airport is 30-45 minutes away (if in Russian currency, then from 1500 rubles for comfort +) and the proximity of the old town, or rather its remainder. There is not enough person at the reception, if there is a check-in of more than 3 people, then there will be a traffic jam. The employees (not all of them, just let's wear glasses) are very tired and have not heard the word service, because of this there is a spoonful of negativity. Breakfasts are tolerable, no plus or minus, if possible in another place. In general, if your need is to spend the night in the room, then I think it will be fine.
