A good hotel is almost next to the center of Minsk. We stayed with a child 9 months old, there are some nuances, there was no high chair in the hotel, or rather it was, but we were told that it was broken. Otherwise, everything is fine, the rooms were cleaned every day, food was left on request and it was possible to warm it up. The breakfast buffet is quite varied: there are vegetables, sandwiches, salads, omelets, pancakes, fried eggs. The staff is very helpful. They're doing great for a three-star hotel.

A good hotel if you don't care about the interior and need to check in on a budget near the center with parking and the opportunity to check in late. Nearby there is a shopping center, parks and here it is the center. The hotel itself, of course, remained in a good mood, but the rooms are clean. We went to breakfast once, a basic set, there is something to choose from.

The hotel is a great place for your money to stay in the center of Minsk on Nemiga. Views from the windows on the upper floors. There are towels, soap and shampoo are added daily, you can take it with breakfast or pay for it separately. The buffet breakfast is 25 bel.r. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. Or there are other cafes or shops nearby, including the Minsk Gallery.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Minsk, there are sports facilities, a bus stop, a casino, and shopping centers nearby. In the evening, you can take a wonderful walk along the river embankment. Four stars for the smell of tobacco smoke in the lobby on the ground floor, which comes from the casino on the same floor, otherwise everything is super.

There is no refrigerator in the room - this is EXTREMELY inconvenient! Garbage is not brought in daily. There is no sound insulation, from the word, AT ALL!!! The door frame stands on its own, the gap (i.e. the gap) between it and the wall is at least two centimeters. In a shower cabin with a weight of 80 +, a person simply will not pass through the door, even sideways. We are lucky, we are less)
But there are also advantages, of course!
The first one is the location of this hotel! Near transport stops, Nemiga metro station, Svisloch river bank, Gallery shopping center, cafes, shops.
The second one is comfortable beds with excellent pillows, perfectly clean bed linen and towels! Which were changed every other day.
In general, it's not bad for its price. We can stop for the night, personally we walked and spent more time on excursions.

We stayed at Yubileyny in late August 2024. The room corresponded to the photo and description, although the shower cabin was a little depressing - the doors were not fixed and the poorly fixed curtains in the room easily came off their hinges. Otherwise, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Cooler and refrigerator on the floor. You will not stay hungry for breakfast- porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, yoghurts, cheese, sausage, salads, etc. The main thing for a tourist is an ideal location, right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop, 8 minutes by taxi to the train station, 15 minutes walk to the Town Hall, near a huge shopping center, grocery store, cafe and of course the Belarusian the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, the Svisloch River, Victory Park and other attractions.

Back to the USSR. Even the radios in the room remind you of this. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There are no slippers or bathrobes. The rooms themselves are clean, as are the bed linen. The cost of rooms with such conditions and services is too high in my opinion! A classic room in the region of $ 40, which is expensive for Belarus, not to mention guests from Turkey, Georgia, for example, where the cost of such hotels will be cheaper. The buffet is simple. The price is above average for such an assortment. The location is good, everything is within walking distance. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. There is Wi-Fi and parking. Parking is paid, $ 2 per day.

Prices have risen significantly compared to 2022. Refrigerators disappeared in the rooms and there was one on the floor shared with papers to indicate the room number in a grocery bag. The minimum sanitary kit in the room is soap and a bag of shampoo. Towels are not the first freshness. The worst thing is the buffet breakfast. There is not enough food, trays with some kind of product will be taken out and there will be no new ones. They don't clean the tables. There is no fruit, or again we did not get it. And this is from seven to 8 in the morning. Porridge was barely begged, it appeared in minimal quantities only by eight in the morning, and breakfasts from seven. The scrambled eggs were disassembled and in the half hour that we were in the dining room they were not taken out. It turns out that after eight in the morning there is nothing to eat at all…
Yes, we lived for two days, so the room was not cleaned.

An excellent option in terms of price-quality ratio. Located in the center, it is convenient to get to any attractions of the city.
I took off one star for the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hall. We stood at the reception desk for a long time waiting in line and sniffed this smoke from smokers at the entrance doors. 😖
The second one was for booking a room for 4 people with 4 beds, in fact there were 3 beds in the room. The employee explained this by saying that the rooms with 4 beds were already occupied, there were not enough of them. We solved the issue with an additional cot, but the sediment remained.
The staff is polite, the breakfast menu for 2 days was different.

I put 4 stars, probably with an advance payment. If you just want to come to sleep and not pay attention to anything, then you can come here. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. There was no breakfast at the hotel, only on the day of arrival we had a comprehensive dinner and that was the end of the experiments with food. It's a pity I didn't bring my phone with me - these are masterpieces!
I will note that the bed linen is clean, towels were changed, the room was vacuumed upon request, and if you leave a tip, you will definitely get small "buns" (an extra bag of shampoo, a "fresh" pillowcase.
Maybe we came across a room where nothing worked, except for some funny device on which you can set the time, an alarm clock ......? There are no instructions on how to turn on the TV, so I had to call the service to turn it on. I guess I had to say some kind of spell.
To solve some household issues, you need to go down to the reception, the telephone is an entourage and without wires. There is no refrigerator in the room, no kettle or cups either, but there is a cooler in the hall where you can get cold and hot water. On our floor, the cooler did not provide hot water, we had to go down below the floor. Yes, you can notice a lot of things and there was something to notice if
you noticed. Don't lose anything in the hotel, don't forget ... there are no ends to be found🙈
We were going to see the capital of Belarus, take a walk around the city, go shopping..... The trip was a success, thanks to everyone involved!

Guys, it's not even funny.… In two days, almost 9 thousand rubles to pay for it… The room has no refrigerator, it's one big room on the floor, come and take what you want, who will see to it. The cooler on the floor is almost always empty, we took the elevator with faceted glasses from the hotel to other floors to check the coolers. Nonsense. The room is very old, there is no cleaning, there is a lot of dust and dirt on the carpet. (Very dusty room), I came to have an eye operation, the clinic warned me to wear glasses from getting anything in my eyes and such a puncture with the hotel ... The air conditioner did not work. (And we were warned that if someone breaks down on the floor, it doesn't work for everyone, and when they do, it's unknown, we left, it never worked). This is in the heat of 30 degrees outside the window. The bathroom is tiny, the toilet is so close to the wall that you sit sideways, your leg does not fit, and these are two miniature women. And if it's a man? As for the food, they explained to me that you can order something in the room, but first go to the restaurant, look at the menu and pay in advance. Well, yes, after the operation it's very cool for me to walk, watch, pay. The service is 5+. It's just, guys… Now I'm going to Moscow, to a hotel I've already been to, the city is many times larger than Minsk, the price of a room there in a hotel is 1000 rubles lower for the same period. And in fact - heaven and earth and not far from the Belorussky railway station. Well, have a conscience, either reduce the prices, or you need to do the reconstruction of all rooms. I was ashamed in front of the person I came with. I didn't think it would be that bad. It's like in the USSR in a small town, not the capital. And the air conditioner is so old that it does not need to be repaired, but replaced. I write reviews extremely rarely in my life, but here it's just darkness.

The hotel is wonderful, I really liked it. We booked easily and checked in quickly. I was also pleased with the price. We decided to walk from the railway station, which took about 30 minutes. We booked a two-room suite, the room itself is clean and beautiful, air conditioners, a small refrigerator and a kettle worked properly, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are all snow-white. There is a TV, although there are few channels. There is no iron in the room, but there is a special room with an iron and ironing board where you can iron clothes, there were no queues there, maximum 1-2 people. The staff is polite and friendly. I won't say about the breakfasts, because we chose a tariff without them. In general, I liked everything and the view from the window is gorgeous. We will definitely come back, thank you for a comfortable stay in beautiful Minsk!

A Soviet-style hotel . The beds are single, extremely uncomfortable , the bed linen is clean , There was no refrigerator in the room , although there is a place for it in the bedside table . We stayed at this hotel twice - 2 nights at the beginning of the excursion trip and 1 night at the end of the tourist route. The first time we lived on the 7th floor , and the second time on the 3rd floor . When staying on the 3rd floor, be prepared that your windows will overlook the roof with numerous refrigeration units. The breakfast is a buffet , it seems to be varied , but everything is not delicious.Well , a professional chef cannot cook such "rubber " pancakes and dry pancakes .
Accommodation in this hotel was chosen by the company that organized the sightseeing tour , we would not have chosen such a hotel on our own for sure. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, close to the center.

When traveling to Minsk, I almost always stay here. Very convenient location, Troitsky and Nemiga are about 10 minutes on foot. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a park with an embankment. The rooms are somewhat shabby, but still cozy and respectable. Delicious breakfasts. Minus a star for the arrogance of some employees.
