For its cost, about 6 thousand rubles, I consider the ideal price / quality ratio. The super location is the very center. Yes, it's not a suite, from the word at all, but for a couple of nights it's perfect.
The impression is ambiguous. Of the advantages: location, price, room is clean and not killed, cleaned daily, good view from the room. There is paid parking for an adequate price, but it is not designed for the number of residents and people park on the sidewalk. Of the cons: the hotel is smoked through, there is a persistent smell of smoking on the ground floor and in the lobby of the 9th floor (although everything is normal in the room); an incomprehensible situation with the refrigerator: upon arrival they said that the refrigerator in the room does not work, and in general: they were written off long ago. But the next day the refrigerator miraculously started working); poor sound insulation of the rooms, you can say there is none at all. In general, from the hotel which is included in the management. You expect more from the president, to be honest. Probably the best summary would be my answer "No" to the question: would we return to this hotel again?
One of the advantages is a good location and food. Of the cons, everything else:
1. The offer indicated that there was a double bed. In fact, double beds. It causes certain inconveniences.
2. Room cleaning is done for show. The bed linen does not change, despite the fact that we stayed for 4 nights. So, on the second day, they noticed that they accidentally left a blood stain on the sheet. On the third day, they noticed that there was no stain in this place, i.e. the linen had to be changed. On the fourth day, the same stain was noticed, but in a different place, i.e. the sheet was actually simply refilled.
3. Laundry and ironing services that are available in offers on Tutu websites, etc. are not provided by the hotel. When you ask for it at the reception, you make surprised eyes.
4. There are refrigerators in the room, but they do not work. Plugging into an outlet is useless, it does not work. The staff at the reception desk made ridiculous excuses, such as the fact that they did not earn money in all rooms.
5. Soap and shower gel were given one piece for 4 days. In the heat. At +30.
Total: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
In the single room, it was very fresh), next door from the next room, you could hear everything they were saying, well, half of the buttons on the TV remote did not work). The bed is comfortable, all the linen is snow-white, the pillows are cool.Something like that)
Not a bad hotel near the metro station Nyamiga. Three stars, a Soviet-era building. The price of the rooms in my opinion could be lower. On the first floor of the casino)))) Passable WiFi.
Overall , it 's not bad . The rooms are cold on one side , but the other is warmer. The breakfasts are bad, they definitely don't cost 800 rubles. A huge plus is the location . Nearby there are transport stops , walking streets , Shopping center Gallery .
VERY good location. Friendly staff. There is a paid inexpensive parking.
It's smoky. On the ground floor of the casino. It smells even up to the upper floors. Breakfast is very poor. The repair is old. I can stay the night, but I wouldn't live there any longer..
We have been staying at this hotel for 10 years. A very pleasant combination of price, quality and location in the space. From the hotel to any activity in the center is within walking distance. During the holidays, the most suitable place. Friendly staff.
An excellent hotel, there is kindness, politeness, cleanliness, beauty. All amenities shower with all accessories, toilet, hair dryer, parking. There are a lot of shops and cafes around. It was nice to stop.
, parking
Expensive and somehow Soviet, in the worst sense.
It took a long time to register at the reception.
The room was cool, the air conditioner was not turned on for heating.
A modest breakfast.
Sports groups of children lived in the hotel itself, who ran through the corridors and made noise until night.
Check-in to the parking lot from Melnikaite Street.
The room we lived in did not have a refrigerator, tea cups, and on the floor (8th floor) there was no hot water in the cooler, there was no kettle either. I had to go to another floor to get water. It's very inconvenient. There is no shower gel, just shampoo. Buffet (breakfast) it was normal, a lot of things, the children and we ate too much. The staff is friendly. In general, a C grade.
A simple hotel that matches its stars. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, the reception staff is not very friendly, in particular the administrator Inna, the breakfasts are decent, everything is delicious at home, but three days in a row oatmeal porridge is too much.
An ordinary hotel, with its own three stars. The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular, 6 towels for two people.
The location is excellent-the center. Most of the attractions are within walking distance.
The food in the restaurant is without much variety, but you will not stay hungry.
There is no water in the cooler on the floor at all times.
I stayed at the hotel for three days. The biggest plus is the location, the whole center is nearby, near the metro and bus stop. As for the service, there was no cleaning for three days, there was no refrigerator in the room either, there was an air conditioner that leaked when trying to turn it on. Of the soap and soap accessories, only a bag of shampoo and a piece of soap, and they were at the entrance and reported on the first day. The breakfast was normal, it allowed me not to feel hungry for half a day. However, upon arrival, they forgot to tell where the restaurant is and the time of breakfast, I had to clarify later. In general, you can stay for a couple of days, it is doubtful longer
Good location, good breakfast. There is a minus: on the 1st floor of the casino, where they smoke. Therefore, all the corridors on the floors are "smoky". The rooms are clean, cleaned normally
A good hotel can be said in the city center. One of the advantages, of course, is the location. The room has no special claims. Breakfast buffet. Quite decent!
This is the worst hotel in this price category, I often travel for work and there is something to compare it with. In order to get into the room of this 3-star hotel, it turns out that you need to tell the reception, and the fact that I hung a sign that you need to clean up is so bullshit. One bag of shampoo for three days of stay. Maybe there are some other ratings for hotels in Belarus, for which I do not understand 3 stars. I do not advise you to stop here.
The rooms are clean. The location is in a very good location, not far from all the attractions. The food is quite acceptable. Breakfast, buffet, a lot of dishes to choose from. The only negative is coffee, somehow not very ((.
A good hotel with a convenient location near the metro. There is a good shopping center and a shop with Belarusian products and a pastry shop nearby. The only negative is the room with two single beds standing separately. I had to sleep with my husband in separate beds) well, the breakfasts are not particularly varied.
A good hotel, delicious breakfasts, but small showers, they are cramped in a double room, the refrigerator did not work, and so the convenient location
Nice hotel, close location to the center.of the disadvantages, the air conditioner did not work, not all the handles on the cabinets were because of this it was difficult to open them))
Wonderful hotel!!!
Excellent service!!!
Wonderful staff!!
The room is very comfortable!!
You can enjoy the peace and quiet!!
Here there is everything to relax!!!
I will note very tasty breakfasts!!!
I recommend it to everyone!!!
I return to this hotel again and again, very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, excellent location. The rooms are modest, but have everything you need and are very clean.
A convenient hotel by geolocation. Everything is nearby. The rooms are good. Russian Russian programs are available on TV, and Belarusian ones are also available in Russian. The hotel is not expensive. Tomorrow is inclusive, very tasty and varied.
An excellent scoop in the city center, pulls on its 3 stars, although the furniture is old, but in good condition, a good mattress, which is important on a business trip, good breakfasts. Fully justifies its cost
Everything was fine until the money that was in the pocket of the wallet disappeared from the room. In our absence, no one entered the room except the maid. The guards looked at the cameras for all the days. On the day of the discovery of the loss and departure from the hotel, the maid turned out to be on the weekend, I really wanted to look into her eyes. To pay tribute to the administration and security, who in every possible way vented their unclean employee, eventually apologized verbally.
And so I recommend everyone to visit the capital of Belarus, a very clean and beautiful city with responsive and kind residents.
A very compromise option, nevertheless clean, and this is the main thing. It happens that there is no water in the cooler on the floor. The room is warm. Of the obvious disadvantages, the lack of a refrigerator when ordering a budget room
For the price and quality, it is an excellent hotel. Not chic, but everything is there, clean and tidy, friendly staff - what else do you need?) The breakfast is simple but very tasty, there is a secret dining room that works on weekdays at lunch, I recommend it, the fish is super!
The first thing that catches your eye is a smoky hotel from the first to the last floor)) at the same time, I did not see people smoking there. The room opens with a key the old-fashioned way, there is no refrigerator, payment is made immediately, there is Parking for 6 rubles a day. There are no brushes, pastes, gels, or even slippers. I'm not talking about dressing gowns. Even in Kyrgyzstan, in Bishkek, it was all in the room. The ironing service is shared on the 7th floor... In short, the full atmosphere of the USSR!))) But even this did not spoil our vacation in beautiful Minsk!
We flew in for one day for work, we used to stay in other hotels, this time in the Jubilee, my husband and I did not like the hotel, we lived on the 8th floor- it was terribly smoky in the corridor, furniture of the 90s -2000 years. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and friendly, so I would put one star!
One of the advantages is a hotel in the center. Of the cons, everything else. The rooms are strangely cleaned. In one room, the sofa is spread out and tucked in, in others it is not. And who slept on this couch is not clear
The hotel was built in the Soviet Union, respectively, the furniture and furnishings are the same. There is not enough room in the room, we stumbled over each other. There are no toothbrushes. I liked the location and the view from the room
There is a shopping center with a large supermarket nearby. The metro station is 7-10 minutes away on foot.
Not a bad hotel. But it's completely Soviet, everything is the same as before. and the casino on the ground floor is not very great either. But the location is good in the center.
A good hotel of the appropriate status. In the city center, a ten-minute walk from the metro. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The room is cozy. It is a pity that there is no refrigerator in the room.
There is no kettle, no refrigerator, no toothbrush and no toothpaste - you have to be ready for this. For the USSR, it was probably a chic hotel, now we are used to other standards.
