We lived on the 12th floor, the room is clean, the interior is not fresh, but everything is functional, from the 12th floor there is a great view of the river, in principle I liked everything.
We stayed at this hotel. Interior, furniture from Soviet times. But everything is very decent. Clean, everything is working properly, friendly. Good price-quality ratio. The hotel has a convenient location, almost in the city center. Within walking distance of a shopping center, shops, a river and attractions.
In principle, everything is fine, very good location, everything is nearby, excursions start in the lobby, which is very convenient, any transport is nearby, but the whole impression was spoiled when a very noisy company was settled nearby, why not take these moments into account when checking in, I do not understand. Cleaning is carried out according to the schedule, linen and towels are clean.I recommend.
What can I say
1. Reception is very fast and without red tape. They explained and answered all the questions. They are very polite.
2. The room is clean and tidy. Everything is as in the photo.
3 Shower- water in the morning if it is at 7, then you will have to wait for hot water for a long time. The shower is exactly where the water comes from, the shower handle, I don't know exactly what it's called. It's terrible, small, with scum, which is why the water just goes in all directions except the right one. And it beats with water as if it stings, not washes.
Soap, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer, all this is there and is given clean and new every day, except for a hair dryer.
Casino- on the ground floor of the casino, due to the fact that everyone smokes there, it stinks even up to the 11th floor and everything in the room. Minus, of course. But I closed the door to my room from the hallway and saved myself from a headache at night. But it's kind of unpleasant.
Audibility- you can hear everything on the street, in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. It sucks.
Breakfast is disgusting, just creepy. It is not possible to eat except eggs and bread. The coffee is disgusting, the juice is the cheapest. In short, 25p of Belarusian money is not worth it.
A cozy hotel, the rooms are small but clean, they are cleaned every day,the plumbing is serviceable, the beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white, the view from the window to the park and the center is beautiful! Breakfasts are like at home, everything is there, for every taste. The staff is friendly.I recommend.
In general, the rooms are neat, fresh linen, towels. Refrigerator and cooler on the floor. Breakfast is a buffet. The staff is friendly, but not a five-star.
The food is delicious and satisfying. But not all rooms have air conditioning, there are no slippers in the rooms, there is not always water in the coolers. The rooms are cleaned every day.
A nice hotel in the very center of Minsk. The interior of the Soviet era. In order to spend the night - great. Nearby there is a beautiful park where you can walk, the old town, the Victory Museum, everything is within walking distance
A very tired Soviet renovation. At the same time, it is clean, comfortable beds, there is wifi in all rooms, delicious breakfasts! Coffee machines cannot cope with the influx of guests(
My favorite hotel, when I come to Minsk, I always check in only in it
Great view from the window, on Svisloch, the old town.
A huge advantage is the city center, any good restaurant or attraction is just around the corner. Everything is nearby
The rooms are furnished with a scoop, but clean. In the end, I don't come to sit in a hotel to admire the modern renovation, I like to walk and make everything compact, close by.
Breakfast buffet, very diverse
I recommend it !
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, hearty breakfasts.
The room for that kind of money is normal, small, but clean and well cleaned, and the disadvantages are poor sound insulation, but when we were visiting we had adequate neighbors and everything was smoky in the corridors and in the lobby, but in general I liked everything, if when I come back to Minsk I stay there
A good hotel, good rooms, excellent breakfast and a big plus for the powerful air conditioning!
Of the disadvantages, the shower cabin is very small. I weigh 108 kg, washed with the doors open, couldn't fit
Corresponds to level 3* The buffet is quite lush. For 25 local rubles, I flew in to learn from the belly. The rooms are clean, but the atmosphere is dreary. At the time of my stay in the hotel, the hard workers were making repairs on the upper floors. It's hard to forget the sounds of the puncher at 10 a.m.) For this inconvenience, we were allowed to collect cakes and coffee for free. There is a casino in the hotel itself.
I didn't like the hotel very much, but it is simple, cozy, but there is no refrigerator, kettle, beds are stripped, bathroom and toilet are good, the food is delicious, there are almost no channels on the TV
And then decide for yourself 🤷♀️
A normal average hotel for your money. First, a little bit about the disadvantages. The bathroom is tired, something is loose, somewhere dirty, but everything works. The second disadvantage is the elevators - sometimes you have to wait a long time. But these are all quibbles. Otherwise, everything is on the level. TV, furniture, wi-fi, bed (it doesn't even creak rhythmically at special moments))). The breakfasts are standard, the staff is friendly. Overall, the impressions are positive.
A normal hotel from the time of the Soviet Union. Both in terms of price and quality. The room was clean, it was important enough. Well, yes, a shared refrigerator on the floor, separate beds, but for one night - no questions asked.
We were with my daughter in the middle of July.
There were two rooms (they were booked urgently, there were no other options). At first we lived on the 10th floor (single with extra bed), then on the 7th (double standard)
And there, and there the rooms are decent, everything is functioning, the view is amazing: on the park. Cleaning and change of towels on request.Breakfast is a buffet, we paid extra for it separately. It's quite decent, the choice of dishes is rather big.
Let's come back again!
The hotel has good breakfasts, everything is delicious and fresh. There was not enough kettle in the rooms. In the cooler on the floor, the water was running out, then the hot water function was not working. that is, drinking tea in the evening is a problem.
The hotel is not cheap, we could update the furniture. And the carpet on the floor is a relic of the past. There are also big doubts about cleanliness. At first glance, it seems OK, but on closer inspection: mold and rust in the corners of the shower stall, someone's hair on the toilet seat, towels with stains. By the way, one of the towels has a ragged edge... In general, it does not correspond to the pricing policy at all. There are no questions to the reception, polite, efficient
In principle, the hotel left a good impression. Yes, there is a smell of smoking and terrible audibility behind the wall. The air conditioner worked well. Location of the top, metro station Nemiga. The TV was showing with ripples, channel 4-5, there was a water cooler on the floor. There is a cafeteria at the hotel, the coffee is not bad, fish/chicken sandwiches too. The bed is comfortable, there are enough towels in the bathroom, 2 times they put gel shampoo. The closet is too small, there are hangers. The mini fridge seemed to work, but it didn't cool down.
It's been a long time since I've been to a hotel where the lobby smells of tobacco, there's only a refrigerator on the floor, and the rooms are so loud that you can talk to your neighbors without raising your voice.
There was no way to get to know the staff - the electrician was sick, and the plumber was on vacation, or vice versa, which doesn't matter, however, since the light bulb in the shower wasn't on all the time, and the faucet was leaking...
Of the advantages, polite, friendly staff, both a young man at the reception, and security. Meager breakfasts, but everything I tried was edible, I had a small room, a colleague had an identical one, perhaps there are larger and more comfortable ones, but I was generally satisfied with spending the night on a business trip. The room has old furniture, and so does the room itself, but everything works, from the obvious disadvantages, why I will try not to stay in this hotel anymore, the banal lack of tea and coffee in the room, and glasses to drink a hot drink, costs two glasses under water, it is clear that you can buy tea with sugar, but they are even drinking normally will not work, but the attitude towards the guests is more annoying, it is (tea with sugar)it costs a penny per person per day, and if I checked in in the evening, do I still need to run to the store to look for where I can buy tea? in the evening, and probably during the day, it will not work to buy at the hotel, there is not even a coffee machine, although there is a casino in the building where there is a bar, but to enter there, you need to register and provide passport data, it is clear that it is not a problem, but why would a guest need all these difficulties for a glass of hot tea?
Clean and tidy, very good breakfasts. The staff is good. But there are no kettles in the rooms, drinking water (you need to go to the dispenser in the hallway), slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes. The alarm clock in my room had a broken power cord, so double-check before plugging anything into the outlet.
Very convenient location in the very center. A Soviet-era hotel, clean and no more. There is one refrigerator on the floor, parking is paid and not large.
Convenient location. The city center is within walking distance from the hotel, near a public transport stop, also near a large shopping center, a wonderful view from the window. Breakfast buffet. I did not want to go to breakfast the second time, at the time when we were there, the breakfasts were not delicious, so I rent one.
A hotel, the advantage of which is its location right in the center, I would say. Not far from the metro, a lot of things to walk around, the river, the Troetsky suburb, etc.
But the hotel itself is purely for the night, a business trip. The walls of the shopping center are cardboard, I heard drunken conversations of neighbors all night, the movement of water in the pipes. I thought that I might be biased, but in the morning I heard the tenants talking in the lobby, one burned out, jumped on the alarm clock, and then realized that it was not his, but the neighbor in the next room 🤣
Fully meets expectations. Clean and cozy. Good location, friendly staff. There is a good coffee shop on the ground floor, where you can drink delicious coffee in the morning.
Junk, for 5100 a day it would be possible to make a better interior, the view from the window is cool on the victory monument, the hotel in Vitebsk was in a new one, it was super and 3500 a day, I think it's too expensive for the anniversary
Great hotel!
The accommodation service, the security service, everything works clearly, You can leave your luggage. I left it, picked it up early in the morning. I didn't have to run after anyone, everyone was there.
There is a transport stop right in front of the hotel. Convenient location.
If we talk about the location of the hotel, it is very good for visiting the old part of Minsk, as well as within walking distance of the shopping center, shops, metro Nemiga.
If about the hotel itself, then of course the average:the audibility in the rooms is just terrible ((,
Of course, the furniture is already pretty tired, although there are signs that smoking is prohibited, but you still feel a smoky room. But in fairness I can say that the room is completely clean. And besides, we didn't come to sit in the room). In general, the price, location-I recommend.
We lived in Yubileyny from July 9th to 14th.We will give an honest judgment. Everything would be fine for 3 stars then... but...I was very disappointed with your reception...there, a middle-aged woman is not competent at all and is not focused on helping guests, it's just tin. And there was also a very poor cleaning in the rooms, when we were stunned by dust and debris.
We will not go here ourselves anymore and we do not advise anyone!!!!
We were in July, the room was very stuffy and the air conditioner worked very poorly (in three hours with minimum temperature and maximum speed, the room did not cool down at all). Since the center is close, I didn't really want to open the window, it was noisy.
The rooms are tired.
The closet is uncomfortable, it has only vertical shelves.
The location is excellent, there is its own (paid) Parking.
Thus, as a place to spend the night in the center, it is a normal option, but no more.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the bottom!
This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
There were no towels in the room at check-in. It is not possible to reach the reception. It was delivered an hour later.
A broken door. Which works only for input. It is not possible to leave the room. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue through the "staff" at the reception were unsuccessful. As a result, we slept with the door open after putting a piece of paper under it.
Rude, impolite staff. The answers to the questions above consisted of: "I don't have to justify myself to you," "I'm busy," and so on.
As they say, they didn't send me far away, and thanks for that.
I do not recommend accommodation. Don't waste your nerves and money. Stay away!
The room is clean. The bed is great! The mattress is excellent, new, hard as it should be! The linen is fresh, crisp, snow-white! There are a lot of towels, all clean, fluffy, very pleasant!
But! There is a smell in the room. The smell is strong in the hallway. It seems that the guests manage to smoke despite all the prohibitions.
The staff is very polite and pleasant.
There is a parking lot. It is paid, but costs 6 Belarusian rubles per day - in fact, pennies.
Very convenient location. Next to the shopping center is a gallery where you can eat and shop. You can also buy a local SIM card in this shopping center.
I would like to give a good assessment, but ...
Dear MIR CARD holders, if you are going to pay for your stay at this hotel with a mir card, then keep in mind that when paying, you will be charged about 15% of the total amount. At the same time, one amount is indicated in the receipt that is given to you at the time of payment, but in fact they withdraw more by 15%. The administration says to all claims that these are not our problems - contact the bank. During the 7 days spent in Minsk, such miracles occurred only in this institution.
We stayed for 4 days, in general not bad, the hotel is almost in the city center, near the metro. The room is ordinary, a bit like the rooms from the past, but clean, there is air conditioning. Of the disadvantages, the smell of urine, apparently from the carpet, was felt with the window closed.
Great location
Walking along the embankment cooler on the floor
The room has a great bed
The shower room is slightly weaker, but the plumbing is fresh, clean
I would like to change the watering can for a modern one. There is Internet in the rooms
But the lobby is a little faster
The Hippo market is 300 meters away and is open until 2 a.m.
Excellent hotel price-quality
Not for the first time, we knew in advance what to expect, so we liked everything. The only negative for decades has been television. Three channels) but they have already got used to the fact that the administration is unable to resolve this issue. Moreover, it can be solved by yourself.
Nice hotel.
A comfortable room. Clear. The staff is very friendly.
Excellent location - the city center, on the one hand, within walking distance of the Trinity suburb, Zybitskaya with a huge number of cafes and restaurants, Nemiga with shops, and also within walking distance of Victory Park, where it is quiet and peaceful.
One of the disadvantages is a refrigerator in the hall, one per floor.
A wonderful hotel. I lived there for 2 weeks.
Pros: pleasant staff, delicious cuisine, well-cleaned rooms, very quick check-in.
Cons: personally, I would be comfortable with a refrigerator in my room, but this is already a quibble.
I highly recommend it, the hotel is worth the money spent and even more so the time spent.
