It was the first time, we really liked it!!! We lived on the 13th floor, the room is good! The view of the night city is just super!!! Everything is clean and very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to see Minsk.

The price-quality ratio is consistent. We stayed for three nights, the linen is clean, the plumbing, the carpet are all in good condition. There was no refrigerator in the room, it was on the floor. Cleaning is daily. The location is excellent, the center, parks, shopping center are all within walking distance. The hotel has excellent all-inclusive breakfasts, and of course lunch. The rooms are small, it has everything you need to spend a couple of nights. There is no refrigerator in the rooms. It is located on the floor. The view from the window is different, depending on the location of the room. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The food is very decent, you won't have to starve. The staff is polite, there are no complaints about the service. The only negative (maybe only for me) is a very slow elevator, and you have to wait a long time. Good afternoon. One of the advantages is the location in the center of Minsk. It is located next to the island of tears and the most youthful place. The hotel was probably good 10 years ago. There is no kettle in the room, there is no tea itself. The ironing room is located on the 7th floor, it is not very convenient. The cooler broke down on the floor when we were there. The air conditioner was not working. Parking is paid.

The hotel is not bad, in the city center. There is a lot to see within walking distance. One minus, the windows overlook a busy street, at night in summer I had to close the window. You can sleep with air conditioning, but it blows on the bed. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the floor. The refrigerator is also missing. An average hotel.
We stayed in this hotel on 18-21.04.24, we had an Economy room with two single beds.
Positive:
1. Location. Very convenient, the center, you can walk everywhere.
2. Near the shopping center where the grocery store is open until 2 am.
Cons:
1. Old furniture, the closet in the hallway was so "tired" that it was not even decent to put it in the rooms.
2. There is no small refrigerator or kettle in the room.
3. With a strong wind through the windows in the room it was very cold, draughty.
Neutral:
1. Only shampoo, soap, towels are provided from the accessories.
2. In the room there are 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 saucers, TV, hair dryer. And the radio! )))))
3. 1 additional a blanket
Tip:
I advise you not to take breakfast at the hotel, because breakfast costs 25 bel. rub. (about 700 Russian rubles), while in a cafe nearby you can safely eat delicious Belarusian cuisine for 8 bel. rub. (230 Russian rubles)
For this room for 3 days we gave 19 thousand rubles. (Russian).
I often travel to cities for 2-3 days, on excursions and just for a walk, and I want to say that this is the first hotel where the price for such a room level is clearly too high.

The staff is friendly, wrote to the mail asking for an extension of the late check-out - everything was calculated, even suggested how much in rubles it would come out. We lived on the 13th floor. A small, neat room. The windows overlook the park. It's a little noisy with the windows open. Recently renovated. Normal furniture. Good audibility. Weak water pressure. Polite, efficient staff. They settled in quickly. They asked for an additional duvet cover, they carried it in 3 minutes. The location of the hotel, in my opinion, is good.

It just so happened that all four days of our stay in Minsk there was sultry weather with an air temperature of 30-33 degrees. The main point was the presence of an air conditioner in the room. And it did not work, then after repair it spontaneously turned on / off. The master came, who issued a conclusion that the device could not be restored. The search for a free room with a working air conditioner began and it was found only on the sixth attempt, where we safely moved. Here is such an epic. In addition, there is no refrigerator in the room (there is a common one on the entire floor). The TV shows only 5 or 6 channels in poor quality.

The bathroom is tiny, but clean. The view was of the WWII Museum. The audibility is small, but the children were screaming. Conversations, TV- I can't hear it!
The location of the hotel is great! On foot from the metro station Nemiga - 10 minutes. Centre. Nearby there is a huge shopping center, Cornflowers and Hippos until 2 am. The girl at the reception is wonderful, she made out, told me at 12 at night, helped, in a word.
I give the hotel 5 stars for 3 stars.

Among the disadvantages: the room is very small, there is no kettle, there are only two cups and two glasses from the dishes (there are not even tea spoons). The small refrigerator in the room did not freeze at all, they used the one in the hallway. Absolutely not convenient towel hooks in the bathroom. The shower stall does not close well, there is dirt in the corners and someone else's long hair. A hair was also found on a clean towel.
Among the advantages: there is air conditioning, good snow-white bed linen and towels, a lot of hangers in the closet, disposable soap and shampoo were added every day. Excellent location. Next to the shopping center is a Gallery with many cafes and an excellent grocery supermarket. All the sights are within walking distance.
Conclusion: you can stop for a while. Long-term accommodation will be uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel in September. The center is just around the corner. The room was on the 13th floor. The room was very lucky, the Windows overlooked the river, the renovation was fresh with the smell of new furniture, the plumbing was in order, the only thing was the water pressure in the shower was weak. We cleaned and changed towels every day. The breakfast is gorgeous - dishes for every taste - salads, soups, hot dishes, porridge, cereals, tea, coffee, various sweets. I definitely recommend it.
