Price is quality. Polite staff. Yes, the rooms are not modern, but for me the main thing is cleanliness. The rooms are warm, cleaned, towels are clean, bath, toilet - everything is appropriate, you can wash, you can wash. There is an air conditioner for the heat. To come to Minsk for two or three days is enough for the eyes. Nearby there is a small shopping center, a company store "Kommunarka". I think the metro is also within walking distance, you can take a bus or walk for 15 minutes (this is not a problem for me). I took it with breakfast - well, this is probably the only thing that I would not take a second time (very sparse, far from a buffet, more like a dining room) - but I will not even take off the star for this.

The Yubileyny Hotel complex is located in the city center, not far from the metro. Repair and furnishing with the spirit of the Soviet Union. It is a good option for a short stay. There is no refrigerator in the standard room. It's not critical for us for 1 night, and if we stayed longer, it would be inconvenient.
Excellent breakfast buffet, a large selection of dishes.
The room is spacious enough, there is everything you need: air conditioning, TV, table, cabinets, chairs, your own bathroom, which has towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo. There are sofas and a water cooler in the lobby on the floor.

We lived from 16.11 to 19.11 in room 1302. The fattest cons for which such an assessment:
1. The shower cabin is very small. With a height of 190, it was simply impossible for me to turn around.
2. The door to the room was closed purely nominally. A light push from the outside was enough to open it. And the saddest thing is that after this was reported at the reception, no one even came to repair it. It was suggested to move to another room. But collecting and disassembling things back and forth is such a "pleasure".
3. There is a casino next door on the second floor. The wild smell of tobacco smoke, and next to it, by the way, there is a restaurant where breakfast / lunch / dinner are held.
Of course, you can justify yourself by saying that the room level is economy, but sorry, for three nights with breakfast and dinner for two, 832 Belarusian rubles (25000 rubles) is such an economy. In general, there is definitely no more foot to them.

There is no information anywhere on the website that the hotel is being renovated. The sound of the drill is very audible in the room, they start working from 8 am. On the ground floor, everything is smoky from the casino, there is a persistent smell of tobacco. On the other hand, it is a convenient location: all the sights, shops and shopping centers are close. Most of the excursions leave this hotel. As well as a normal price-quality ratio. I had to beg for a birthday compliment from the hotel, as well as an umbrella during the rain. The only advantage of the hotel is its location, it is the city center. A good mattress, we slept well. That's all.
The photos are clearly old, the room was killed, the whole shower stall is in mold, and the mold is such that it can be easily cleaned if desired. Breakfast..well, they are)) you can make a couple of sandwiches, there was also a meal like fried chicken with rice, but as much as you want to eat it in the morning..probably if you're very hungry.
If you just walk and spend the night, it's a great option, if so, in order to rest there, it's better to spend money on something more decent.

The prices are not cheap. I paid extra for the child - it turned out to be very bad . Cleaning is done every day, paper, shampoos, soap, linen are changed every three days. The maids are only very intrusive - they just asked us when we would leave the room to do the cleaning. I had to go somewhere even in bad weather. The food is good, the variety is good.

We visited this hotel in August, we really liked the location, the center is just around the corner, near the metro, the WWII museum, the shopping center with a large grocery store and a good selection of clothing stores and our favorite cafe cornflowers.there were no problems when checking in, everything was fast and polite, there was a cafe on the ground floor with delicious coffee and cakes .But, the big minus is a dirty room with old furniture .there was dust everywhere, first of all we went and bought rags, wiped everything, only after that we put things out .They didn 't clean under the beds at all , they found burger paper and a hair band there, and huge layers of dust !!!!There is dirt on the windowsills, the smell of cigarettes in the room , the carpet seems to be vacuumed only in the middle, and then not very efficiently, there is a layer of dust behind the beds.for 6 nights, the bed linen has never been changed .the price does not match the quality at all.there is mold in the bathroom and other unpleasant moments that also had to be washed (((!!!pros: there is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, shower caps, shampoos, shower gel and bathrobes, but we did not use them.please take more time to clean, I want to come to the hotel and enjoy my vacation, and not run to the store for rags and cleaning products.

The only advantage in this hotel is the location, a kilometer from the center.
The rest is just cons: 1. The room was very tired - the furniture was peeling, the shower was stained with black spots, we did not dare to wash in it. 2. No bathrobes, dental kits, slippers. 3. There were feather pillows in the room, but when we asked them to be replaced with synthetic ones (my husband is allergic), the receptionist at the reception said that only the maid could look for other pillows, but they had already left. 6. Parking at such a huge hotel is scanty, and even paid! (6 BYN per day)

We had a rest at the Yubileyny hotel complex in April 2024. The building was built for centuries, of course. I definitely recommend it for recreation. We lived on the 4th floor, the view of Minsk is amazing on the floors above. A hotel complex in the city center, many places to visit within walking distance. A public transport stop is within walking distance.you can drink coffee without leaving the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a choice for every taste (porridge, casserole, you can make sandwiches, omelette, scrambled eggs, cutlets, sausages, fruits, vegetables, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, milk, cookies and cupcakes for drinks, etc.). There is a waiting area on the ground floor. In fact, we only took a shower and spent the night at the hotel, and spent the rest of the time exploring Minsk. I really liked the city.

Clean carpet, very clean bathrooms - tile, plumbing. The linen is snow-white, not torn. Towels too. There is no refrigerator in the room, there is a common one on the floor. The room has a TV, receiver or clock (we had two rooms). One of the disadvantages for me is a small area of standards. In general, I recommend the hotel.
