Cornflowers. Oh! It's hard to write a review. 3 out of 5 or 7 out of 10. Why 7 out of 10? Near the train station and open until 0:00, even though it is a shopping center.
Now about 3 out of 5. Prices are normal. But the food, damn. Guys, well, this is a classic! When a soup is made in which there is cabbage, it is cut so that it fits in a spoon!! I had 5-6 centimeters each! I didn't have enough napkins to wipe my beard :) Although there were no problems with them, appliances, salt shakers, napkins, everything is in abundance.
To taste. I sat waiting for the train for three hours. I had to try a lot. Alcohol has an acceptable (by Moscow measures) price tag. Food is expensive, like everywhere else in the beautiful city of Minsk. But the taste is 3 out of 5. That is, you can eat, but this is not a restaurant option. The restaurant should not be like a canteen 3 out of 5. At least 4! But no. Just mediocre food.
I never write about maintenance. It's a matter of chance and mood. This time I was satisfied with 7 out of 10.
Location. It depends on how to choose a table. Either this is a cozy corner, or a passageway from the escalator to the elevator of the shopping center.
Conclusion: probably, the next time I visit Minsk before the train, I will try to find some other place. But if I don't find it, I'll be happy to come here. Normal. It is possible and necessary to do better, but OK, I repeat.

I really wanted national dishes. But there are few of them in this institution. On weekends, queues , although there are empty tables, they just do not remove dirty dishes from them. After 20-30 minutes, they just clear the table and seat new visitors. The expectation of food is also high , the draniki were waiting for 40 minutes . It seemed to me that draniki tastes better in Russia . And so atmospheric of course. In principle, I recommend it .

Всё прелестно))) Очень хотелось попасть в этот ресторан по приезду в Минск, очень уютно,официанты -приветливые ребята,блюда подавались быстро, очень большие порции и вкусняцкие!)И цена-качество идеально.Спасибо,Васильки)))

Ужинали и завтракали. Понравился выбор блюд, много национальных. Вкусные десерты. И пивной коктейль Хмельная вишня очень зашёл 😊, вкусный и лёгкий. Панорамный вид на Ворота Минска в вечерних огнях стал романтичным дополнением к ужину. Утром подкрепились так, что хватило почти до вечера! По соотношению цена-качество не нашли достойной альтернативы. Возможно, что это случайность))) Однако, все знакомые, кто бывал в Минске, знают Васильки и советуют.

Disappointed! We were here with a friend, in the evening, early, and on a weekday, but the three were purely because of the kitchen, the service is disgusting! It's not even a holiday or a day off, how can you with a 50% landing and 5, at least, waiters, wait 15 minutes until they pay attention to you! And after 15 minutes they turned me, because I called the waitress myself! At a small table, empty after 10 minutes, the pan stood for the remaining two hours! To remove the glasses and this pan, I had to call the waitress myself again (no, she never came up to us in two hours)! I am very disappointed with this particular place, this has never happened to me in other establishments of this chain!

There is a queue outside of those who want to enter the restaurant! It is quite crowded inside, by the evening there are a lot of drunk and noisy male companies. I didn't like the potato dish from the national cuisine, some kind of slimy casserole with pork rinds. The restaurant is not cheap, but I cannot say that it is delicious and cozy. The children's menu is meager. I definitely won't go a second time.

Это четвертые Васильки, которые я посетила в Минске, и мне они показались самыми лучшими. Меню везде одинаковое, но атмосфера!!! Огромное количество посадочных мест, из-за чего даже вечером мы могли выбрать столик. При этом выбор - на любой вкус: у панорамного окна, просто в зале и чтобы подальше от глаз. Есть также выбор столов - к одним прставлены обычные стулья, ко вторым - барные, к третьим - удобные диванчики. Повора и официанты, как и везде, на высоте.

And they didn't even warn you in advance about the waiting time!!! The pancakes were just floating in the burning oil on a plate. But most of all, it was finished when we asked for the bill in advance, paid in cash, and the waitress just pretended not to notice us, as a result, we did not wait for either a full payment or our change in this institution. Tips for such service are simply not allowed!!! I ask you to draw the attention of the management to the work of the staff.

I had dinner with my family in this institution, the waiter forgot about my hot dish from the whole company, but that's okay, the worst thing happened when the administrator dropped the plates in the middle of the hall and sour cream and borscht and other leftovers flew on clothes and on the guests!!! After this accidental incident, the administrator silently left the hall, after 20 minutes I personally went to look for him and had to scold him like a child, in response to my claims I heard "the problem is that they didn't bring wet wipes haha" after which I silently left him and was extremely disappointed with the service and the level of attitude towards the guests…

I took borscht, pancakes and dessert with tea.
Borscht without meat, although it was not indicated in the menu, the pancakes also disappointed me, they were not tasty, the dessert and tea were not bad.

Еда всегда свежая и аппетитная. Персонал - одна молодежь, которая очень приветлива и компетентна. Заказал обед из 4-х блюд, обслуживал парень. Время ожидания составило около 5 минут. Выбор в меню достаточный. Натуральных напитков хватает. Расположение отличное: прям у железнодорожного вокзала, с видом на красоты столицы. Играет приятная, ненавязчивая музыка советских времён. Удобные сиденья. Красивый интерьер. Спасибо за положительные эмоции, которые уже неоднократно получаю в этом уютном ресторанчике.

Обязательно посетите ресторан национальной кухни "Васильки"! Блюда, интерьер, колорит, атмосфера - всё замечательно! Блюда подают в течение 30 минут. Есть несколько филиалов в Минске.
