I rarely leave reviews, but this time I couldn't stand it.
We chose the place ourselves, by the window. We ordered hodgepodge, borscht, dumplings, pancakes with meat, water with lemon, a bun for borscht, sour cream for dumplings. The girl got a hodgepodge and dumplings almost immediately. At the same time, a bun was served with borscht and appliances. After a couple of moments, I realize that they forgot to bring me a spoon for soup. Okay, the change, I reminded you, they brought it. Then we realized that the waiter had forgotten to bring sour cream to the dumplings (ordered extra). In fact, it's also a small thing, but it's the second one. They reminded me again, they brought it. I had to wait for my pancakes for half an hour, while my companion, like Hachiko, was waiting for me faithfully and did not start eating alone. Fortunately, they were brought, but something tells me that if I hadn't shouted through the crawl, I would have waited another 20 minutes.
After 5 minutes, their trail was gone, I was very hungry (and angry in addition). After such delicious pancakes, some water would be… But they forgot to bring it. Lan, whatever, did not shout and remind. Maybe they'll remember for themselves.
And again I began to wait, but now it's borscht. According to all the canons, the soup is served first, but then, apparently, they decided to serve it for dessert :) I waited another 15 minutes. The waiter came to pick up the empty plates. He kindly asked if I would like to order something else. "I'm waiting for my borscht!" I tell him maliciously. "You ordered only a hodgepodge. I have one solyanka written down", The waiter replied. You know, he forgot to write it down. Now it became clear why only one spoon was served.
After 10 minutes, my borscht was brought, and with it the water with lemon, which we ordered at the beginning.
Everything was delicious, as always, but so many joints ... the service was annoying. This is not a restaurant, but I would like some basic respect in the service.
As a result, I was left with a sediment, as if my feet were wiped on me. Damn borscht had to wait about an hour.
We will not come to the Cornflowers in Galileo anymore.

If you come to stay in Minsk, you definitely need to try the food at the Cornflower restaurant. We were impressed. The cuisine is fatty, hearty and delicious, pancakes are the country's calling card, you have to try.
Prices are the same as in St. Petersburg, Moscow. Yule pancakes 16 r, like
Cheesecakes are generally a credit.

It's a great place!!
There are several cafes in different districts of Minsk, everywhere is very clean and atmospheric.
The food is amazing, everything is cooked with high quality and incredibly delicious, and the shingles are a special thanks!!!
The staff is polite, helpful, the order is brought quickly, tips are not a pity!!
I recommend everything to visit, you will be in Belarus, be sure to look at the Cornflowers. 10 out of 10!!!

The restaurant chain itself is very good. The menu is interesting, I want to try a lot. But this restaurant is just something! There are no seats, no hostesses. There is a queue, but since the restaurant is located in the food court, while you are standing in line, people can just come in and sit in an empty seat. We read a lot of rave reviews about the kitchen and ... did not understand at all why. They took draniki and other national dishes. It doesn't taste good. There is also a feeling that everything is fried in rancid oil.

Oh, this is a great restaurant, everything is delicious in it (except potato dough). I especially liked cabbage soup. There is a children's menu with burgers and carotoha. The disadvantage is that you can not drop the table and there is a queue at the entrance during peak hours (10-20 minutes of waiting).

We ordered food: borscht (7 out of 10, lots of vinegar, similar to a canteen, but far from the worst in Minsk), steak (2 out of 10, because it was wooden like a shoe, but for such money it was not worth it to ask for more), cheeks (0/10, because not only that rubber, so they were decorated with someone's thin hair on top, and inside there was a frankly disgusting surprise, a hair that can be wrapped around a fence instead of a wire in the village if the hands grow from the wrong place). On my call, the administrator Igor said simply, write to Yandex, let them refund your money. They simply did not want to apologize for the unpleasant incident. Well, establishments with unsanitary conditions and waiters who spit in dishes and wipe half of the establishment from tables to dishes with one cloth justify their title. And it's not a joke, I had a friend who used to work there, and this is a real story. So be polite to the restaurant staff if you don't want a bonus to your dish)

A chain of national restaurants in Minsk. We tried to get in several times, there's always a queue. Already a couple of hours before departure, we were able to get to the restaurant, which is located in the Galileo shopping center next to the railway station.
A large menu of national dishes: appetizers, hot dishes, soups. We were a big company, we tried dumplings, draniki, sorcerers, dumplings, borscht, blood. Everything is delicious and colorful. The restaurant was fully seated, so the kitchen was waited for a long time.
There are a lot of tables, everyone is sitting very tightly, but they did not interfere with each other.
The drinks menu is also large, beer, tinctures, lemonades. Cherry and raspberry tinctures were especially popular, and cornflower water for children.
The waiters are in stylized national clothes, all talkative and very polite.
One disadvantage is that because of the high traffic it is very dirty in the toilet.
The menu in all restaurants is the same, so it's great and delicious everywhere. I recommend it!

I had dinner the other day at the Cornflower Restaurant. Despite the large number of people, they were brought quickly, there are no questions for the service. But literally 15 minutes after eating, my stomach hurt very much and I had to call a doctor because the pain was unbearable. It's a great place. However, there is one thing. On an urgent trip (escape) to the toilet, I found that all the toilet seats (and there are only 2 booths) were covered in burnt urine splashes, and since I had a severe attack of diarrhea, I had to sit down on the seat.
Well, apparently, when I got up, I touched the toilet bowl with the tip of this saddle. As a result, severe inflammation and Urethritis. The price of treatment together with the diagnosis is under 150 rubles and I was treated with antibiotics for almost 2 months. So the Cafe is super, everything is delicious, but the toilet is a hotbed of viral urological infections.

What I didn't like were the liqueurs (tinctures). The most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. They should have a rich berry flavor, and as a result there is vodka in which some berries have been added.

We took the menu OURSELVES from the counter where the waiters punch the order, the dirty dishes from the previous guests were removed by the waiter guy as soon as we asked, but we had to wipe the table OURSELVES, we wanted to move to other tables that were vacating in the process, to which we heard that they had just magically become booked or saw the dissatisfied look of the waitress. It has been 35 minutes since we entered the restaurant, no one has accepted our order, the waiters turned the arrows on each other, we asked to invite the administrator to leave our complaint, the administrator Igor was polite, but this did not save the situation. Without waiting for the book of complaints and suggestions, we left naturally hungry and very disappointed with the service at this point of our favorite restaurant chain Cornflowers. We are regular guests of Cornflowers, we visited this point for the first and last time. Please, the higher management of the restaurant to understand the situation and restore order at this point in your network.
