We were on an excursion to Grodno and stayed at this hotel. For this price, everything is very good. Friendly reception staff, quick check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable in temperature. The bed is comfortable, the linen is not washed. In the bathroom there was gel and a shower cap, soap and shampoo. The lack of a hair dryer was a little disappointing. Also, a sofa with outdated upholstery and an armchair did not quite fit into the interior of the room. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Everything is modest, but quite tasty. The location from the center is 5-7 minutes by taxi. The prices for it in Grodno are quite affordable.
A very good hotel for its stars. It is located close to transport and shopping centers, which have everything you need. She lived in a single room, which has a bed, sofa, desk, chair, TV, tea table, kettle, bedside table. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet, hairdryer, detergents and a dental kit. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. My window overlooked the roadway, but there was no noise from the road when the window was open. In the morning there was breakfast at the hotel restaurant. In our tour, breakfast was served in this particular hotel, but the breakfasts are good and hearty. I was on an organized tour of Belarus, and this is the best hotel among all the hotels we stayed in.
Good location. Nearby there is a bus stop, shops, a large shopping center. There is a large parking lot for cars at the entrance.
Rooms of different categories, clean, rooms have a kettle, refrigerator,
On the 1st floor there is a 24-hour bar, a travel agency from 8 am, you can book excursions.
Continental breakfast is not included in the room rate.
Huge Wi-Fi internet connection only on 1-2 floors. Everyone who lives above has no Internet at all.
A great hotel. Very friendly staff, helped to solve the problem with the charger to the phone, suggested the sights of the city. Everything is clean and tidy. The curtains are thick, the bed is comfortable - everything you need to get a good night's sleep for a tourist. There is a restaurant in the hotel building. The friendly staff also works there. They fed me, despite the fact that the hall was being prepared for the banquet. Thank you all!
The location is quite convenient in the "new" part of the city. Nearby, within walking distance, various shops and shopping centers.
The rooms are clean, the beds are not broken, the mattresses are soft. They give out three towels per person (but their quality is not very good), gel soap and shampoo. There is no hair dryer. A TV with local channels, but the refrigerator was not working. They promised to fix it, but apparently after the eviction 🙂
The staff is responsive, they will prompt and advise . There is a refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer, very comfortable hard mattresses, the back said thank you. Breakfast is served. There is one big minus, WiFi in excellent condition catches only on the first floor, on subsequent floors another code is issued, the signal is weak, does not finish. In general, this is your big disadvantage, there is no Wi-Fi both in the rooms and on the floor. Please do something, I want to contact my parents, share my impressions.
Grodno.
The Tourist Hotel .
The rooms are quite spacious.
Everything is there, it's great to spend the night, it's better than in the car, which happened the day before, well, because there just weren't any numbers. Therefore, it is better to book in advance if you plan a trip to Grodno .
There is a kettle in the room, a cooler on the floor, a refrigerator ( but it worked very poorly - it was a little cold) . The bed, the towel are all clean ,
I think it is very inconvenient that you cannot drive up to the hotel with suitcases , you have to drag them up the stairs and lift them . It was extremely uncomfortable for us girls.
I recommend it!
Check-in for one night.
Good: the room is normal, clean enough, I liked the cooler in the hall with cool and hot (I don't know how hot - they didn't use it) water. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle. The staff is helpful. The elevator "talks" in Belarusian in a very funny way - it announces the floors.
Badly: THERE is NO AIR CONDITIONING, although the hotel is positioned in 3*! It was 31°C on the day of arrival! We slept with the window open facing the avenue. It's good that it's not Patriots (Muscovites will understand, but there was noise.) Difficult access to the entrance: either you pay 6 r/s for parking and enter conveniently from the back of the hotel, or drag suitcases up 3 stairs. 🙈 The Internet is weak. They offered to go down to the first floor in the hall, "get in touch", and then go back up to the room. 🥴 The cafe is open until 17, we arrived at 18... 🤷
A very good combination of price and quality. The room has everything you need. The wish is that it is better to clean the room before settling in new tenants. When we stopped by, we inherited a pair of men's socks drying on the crossbar from the bathroom curtain. Breakfast was not taken, so I cannot comment on it. The center can be reached on foot in 35-40 minutes along a not very picturesque road interspersed with industrial buildings. It didn't bother us, because we like to walk.
The staff is friendly and helps you navigate the city.
A wonderful hotel. The location is wonderful. The center is 5 stops away by public transport. A huge city mall, which has both groceries and things with shoes for every taste, is a 10-15-minute walk away; across the street is a fairly large Euroopt grocery store. But, unfortunately, there are no air conditioners. And I didn't like the breakfasts, of which only glazed cheeses and cottage cheese are edible. But maybe it was just bad luck.
A good inexpensive hotel with excellent staff.
I traveled by bike. Late in the evening, they found a room for me and a place to park my bike. The girl at the reception was very polite and tried to help, for which I thank her very much. I wish I knew your name.
The room is clean and has everything you need. The plumbing is working, the bed is comfortable, the pillow is excellent.
The only serious disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning and a double bed in the room. Otherwise, everything is fine. Simple, but clean and inexpensive. Secure parking. Breakfast is included. There is a shop and a cafe within walking distance. The staff is very polite. Price-quality ratio
A good enough hotel. You can stop. The price tag is acceptable. At the reception, you can view the breakfast menu and have a cup of coffee. The rooms are clean, but there is a hectic cleaning service. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, additionally there is a sofa. The bathroom is acceptable. There were non-working sockets in the room) they need to be handled more carefully. The mattress in the bed is good, it's nice to sleep.
The Tourist Hotel in Grodno left me with a twofold impression. On the one hand, I liked the location of the hotel – it is located in the city center, which makes access to the main attractions very convenient. I was also pleased that the room was clean and cozy, with the necessary amenities.
However, I was somewhat annoyed by the noise from the neighbors, as the walls in the room turned out to be quite thin. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was quite modest and not varied.
In general, the Tourist Hotel in Grodno is a good option for a short stay in the city, but it may be worth looking for other options if you expect a high level of comfort and service.
We stayed in a standard 2-bed room.
Initially, they gave the keys on the 4th floor. Everything was clean and tidy. The atmosphere inside is pleasant. There was a refrigerator, a TV, probes, gels and shampoos, soap, shower caps 👍👌Towels.
But in the bathtub, as soon as I went in, I saw water on the floor behind the toilet side. Apparently, the pipe was leaking.
We contacted the reception and were kindly changed to a room on the 6th floor.
Everything turned out well with the bathroom there. However, when I went to the shower in the evening, the shower itself did not turn on. I couldn't switch the switch from the faucet to the shower. Either he was stuck, or something. But the fact is that I washed the old-fashioned way with a toothbrush mug😅😐
They did not change the room already because they literally checked in for one day.
But please make the shower more comfortable. So that it can be switched without any difficulty. And don't suffer. Thank you.
Quite a decent hotel. Clean, good bed linen. I was not pleased only with the very weak wi-fi and the lack of a coffee machine in the cafe. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nearby there are churches, shops, a park for walking.
Wonderful hotel, polite staff, always smiling, prompt, clean rooms, good mattresses!!! Delicious food in the restaurant! I liked everything very much, only one thing is not clear, why 3 stars, there is a solid 4! If I come to Grodno again, then the stop is only there ☺
The hotel is quite neat, clean and located in an accessible place for transport. The service is pleasant, the food in their restaurant is delicious, however, in my opinion it is expensive, there are no other complaints
Do not expect a suite, but for my taste - a decent 3. The room is clean, there is a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator. The continental breakfast is very good. If you need a place to stay overnight and accumulate strength for a new march, it is quite acceptable. It takes literally 15-20 minutes to get to the city center without transfers by trolleybus with such memorable "impenetrable" composters from childhood (I can be a little wrong, I looked around, not at the clock))) We stayed as part of an excursion tour, so there are no complaints at all. I would especially like to mention the responsive and attentive staff! It's always ++++. So it's almost a 4 grade
We spontaneously decided to go to Grodno for the weekend and faced the fact that all the hotels in the center were booked. Only the Luxury rooms in this hotel were available, so we decided not to cancel the trip and stay at the Tourist hotel.
The room itself is spacious, bright, the room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, lots of dishes. The furniture doesn't seem to be old, not worn out, but the bed creaked very much in our room, at the slightest turn during sleep there was a strong creaking and it made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom in the room was large, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, a hairdryer, 4 towels per person, bathrobes, slippers. Towels were changed every day. There was Wi-Fi in the room, but it worked very poorly, sometimes it was impossible to access the Internet at all.
There is paid parking in the courtyard of the hotel.
Breakfast was served in the cafe at the hotel, but on the day of our departure we came for breakfast, and there was a sign on the door of the cafe that there was a sanitary day in the cafe and no one would serve us breakfast. Was it really impossible to put up an announcement in advance at the reception or in the elevator that the cafe would not work? We expected to have breakfast quickly and go home, but we also had to look for a cafe at 9 a.m. where we could have a snack, because we did not want to go hungry to Minsk at all.
Thank you so much for the great reception! I liked everything very much, the person is great, friendly! The room is just a bomb, they made a great discount for my birthday!
Thank you very much!
I highly recommend it! You won't regret it!
A wonderful hotel, everything is in the room., comfortable. The breakfasts are continental.. there are lunches, which is very convenient. Secure Parking, convenient location. I didn't find any disadvantages
A good hotel . 4 km from the center of Grodno, clean, cooler on each floor, kettle and refrigerator in the room, no air conditioning. We had portioned breakfasts (group travel), like all food in Belarus - simple, sound and satisfying. A large shopping mall with Zara and similar brands is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
I was on a Tourist trip to Grodno for one night. The suite is two-room, spacious, very large bathroom, everything is clean. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle and microwave. Everything is decent and the price is good. The hotel is located on the other side of the Neman River from the center and historical sites. Nearby are Euroopt shops and Trinity shopping center with a skating rink and cinemas. There is a park nearby where you can walk. I was in Grodno, visiting the historical sites of the city, this time I just had to stop for one night before the train. I was satisfied with everything
Perhaps this is the scourge of all hotels that originated in the Soviet era. Very convenient location, close to a large shopping center, clean rooms, but... Outside the window it is +32, but there is no air conditioning, furniture and repairs are very tired, there is no free guarded parking at the hotel
Clean, everything you need is at hand, a bathroom in the room. From appliances, mini fridge, TV, electric kettle, two glasses. The interior resembles the time of the USSR. The elevator is modern. The restaurant at the hotel is decorated in the style of one of the southern countries. Tomorrow was decent enough.
An ordinary hotel, of which there are many. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast is not bad, there are towels, a hat, shower gel in the shower. I was upset by the seasonal shutdown of hot water, the boiler did not cope at all
We went with a tour group to Belarus for a few days on an excursion. Every day there is a new city and a new hotel. The first day was the city of Grodno, we spent the night at the Tourist hotel. A very good hotel, we stayed in a three-bed two-room junior suite. The room has an entrance hall, two rooms and a large bathroom. There is a kettle with cups, a hairdryer, slippers, disposable hygiene kits (toothbrush, soap, shower gel and shampoo). I don't know about the rest of the rooms, we had a room with a fresh renovation. I liked everything, everything is very decent. A good hotel.
From three stars there is one name. We arrived in our own car, there is no parking as such at the hotel, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but it seemed to me that it refers more to the bike shop that is in front of the hotel, but slightly lower. From this parking lot with suitcases, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs, of course there is no ramp on this staircase and you need to carry suitcases on yourself. The rooms are clean, but to be honest they are creepy, the mattresses from the Soviet Union have been preserved. Creepy springs, pillows are just lumps, there is no air conditioner. I will say one thing about the bathroom, I last saw them in hotels in the 00s. Sadness. And also, television shows all channels with fierce hatred, it is simply not possible to watch
The hotel is great for its day and location! There is an updated part! The rooms are pleasing! The staff is super friendly and helpful! We were very surprised by the updated rooms!
Clean, cozy, portioned breakfasts served by waiters.
The room had 2 single beds, bedside tables, a coffee table, an office table with a TV and a refrigerator, a wardrobe and an extra blanket, a bathroom combined, a small bathroom.
The linen is snow-white, thick, towels are available (after a shower, for the face and legs)
Bar, disco, restaurant
The hotel is located opposite the grocery store, you can run across the street
Beds are tolerable. The food (breakfast) is edible, not a buffet, but several dishes, there is something for vegetarians to eat. But there are not enough waiters, we arrived as part of a large group, they do not have time to serve efficiently. There is a kettle in the room. The renovation in the rooms, of course, is Soviet. But the restaurant is good in terms of renovation (see photo).
Well, what can I say? Three for convenience. Parking, a suitcase on the stairs from the parking place, dirt in the room, extremely ill-thought-out furniture arrangement. for example, the TV is on the refrigerator next to the sofa. To watch TV, you need to get up from the sofa and stand in front of it, or sit on the only chair. There is one bedside table near the double bed. The toilet is installed askew in the bathtub, and even so foolishly.
Very hard mattress, scoop linen. You need to insert the blanket into the duvet cover yourself.
It's sad here, not cozy, dusty, too minimalistic.
I'm not coming back here.
Not all the rooms have been updated, we lived on the 7th floor in a renovated room.
ADVANTAGES:
+large room
+fresh renovation, albeit very simple
+ bathroom
+ terry bathrobes
+ there is everything from slippers to a sewing kit
+breakfast is plentiful and delicious
+price
minuses:
- it's a bit far from the center
- good audibility
- there is no phone in the room
A good hotel. The rooms and rooms are made with pleasant design solutions. The bathroom facilities raised some issues that were promptly resolved by the staff at the reception. I recommend this hotel!
A great hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. We were pleased with the girls at the reception, I work professionally. I would like to mention the restaurant separately. Very tasty and hearty food. The staff is friendly, everything was prepared very quickly. The interior is decorated in Uzbek style, everything is very clean and tidy. We want to say thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.
Quite a good hotel. To be honest, I expected the worst. But in fact, everything turned out to be quite on the level.
I lived in a Standard single room, but despite this, the room had everything I needed. Large bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, small bathroom.
The renovation in the hotel itself is fresh and pleasant. The room shows that it is shabby, but it does not cause much negativity. Everything is quite neat.
Of the disadvantages:
Maybe it's only in my room, but there were absolutely not enough outlets. There were only two in the opposite corner of the room from the bed. Extremely inconvenient.
And it may also be possible to reconfigure the operation of elevators. There are three small good elevators in the hotel, but they work alone. If one goes somewhere, the others don't move. When checking in a large number of people, you will have to wait long enough for your turn, even if there are free elevators.
We stayed one night. The room is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable. True, without air conditioning, but fortunately it was cool at night, you could live with the window open.
A clean hotel with friendly staff, breakfast is available for a fee.To the city center on foot, about 35-40 minutes. It's perfect for spending the night.
Nice room, clean, tidy, new furniture, comfortable bed, white bathroom, 3 white towels, shower set, kettle in the room, TV, I was pleased that I found a budget hotel option on a business trip. An inexpensive breakfast was offered, but there was no time in the morning.
We stayed in room 612 as part of an excursion tour. After the hotel "Belarus" in Brest - happiness, but objectively it is not 3 stars. You expect such repairs when you come to your grandmother's apartment with a Soviet renovation, but not to a three-star hotel - the crane is in a raid and something else stuck, which is exactly what they were afraid to look at. The curtain in the bathroom has already turned from white to yellow, there are brown spots on the tile, brown mounting foam sticks out from under the platbands on the door (?). There is a refrigerator, but it does not freeze, it only makes noise. There is a kettle, there are slippers, there is no hair dryer. The bed linen is clean and fresh, the curtains are thick, there is no air conditioning. The pipes are humming - when the water is turned on in the next room, it seems to be in yours; all the sounds in the corridor are audible, but it doesn't seem to be because of the wall, or we had good quiet neighbors. I didn't like the breakfast - the omelet was gray and it seemed to have a smell, only instant coffee, juice and brewed coffee - for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is weak. The staff is friendly and friendly, although the plastic passport cover was broken during registration. There was a cooler on the floor, there was always water in the bottle. The trouble with elevators is that only one of the three is working at the same time, the other two are standing at this time, because of this, there may be a queue on the floor. In general, it is possible to live, but in 2024 3 stars is a "slightly" different level should be.
The hotel is not bad. But not much. If you need to stop for a couple of days, then it's not a bad option. There is a restaurant. But you should immediately take into account that there is no hair dryer in the room, but there is a kettle, Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, although they give a password. In order to use the Internet, you need to go down to the lobby of the first floor. There is a very good shopping center not far from the hotel.
A normal hotel with unobtrusive scoop service. We also had disposable slippers and bathrobes in our room. At the same time, the WiFi did not work for a day. At the reception, we were told that we need to reboot the phones, find a new network. It only helped when my husband went out into the hallway, found the router and rebooted it.
The breakfasts are good.
The location is normal. To the center by taxi 150 rubles.
A very decent hotel: a 2-bed room is spacious, with a good bed, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, two towels and a foot towel are included. For two days with continental breakfasts, we paid 11 thousand Russian rubles for two (a day per person 2250 rubles). I recommend
The location is more convenient, shops are within walking distance as well as bus stops, clean and cozy room, excellent price. Super!

A normal hotel for its price. There is everything you need, cleaning is carried out. The style of the hotel is the 2000s, as if it got there, but everything is clean and tidy. There is a restaurant where you can eat. We bought breakfast. 14 Belarusian rubles per person. The fixed continental breakfast consists of oatmeal, an omelette, a slice of tomato cucumber and bacon. + cheese, butter, bread, tea or coffee. The location is convenient in a residential area, close to shops and a large shopping center, all transport is running, taxis are inexpensive. Quite good 👌
