Everything is not bad, but there is some kind of trouble with the Internet: if you can still use it in the lobby, then it is almost impossible to use it in a room on the upper floors.

In general, not a bad hotel, but the rooms do not have air conditioning and our refrigerator did not work!
But it was very important for my wife and me, the most important thing is clean bed linen and a clean bathroom!
Everyone at the reception is very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was very tasty!
Minus three stars. Air conditioning is only on the second floor, there are no other rooms. Cheap furniture, the toilet came off. The shower is flowing.
Hotel in Grodno. Everything is decent (we don't come there to live, but only to spend the night), but dirty towels are not pleasant. And the plumber is just a two-biter! Between the faucet and the sink, not only hands, even a toothbrush can not be placed.
I liked everything. Clear. It takes 7 minutes to get to the center by minibus 36. Next to the Euroopt store, where you can buy yourself food for breakfast.
Clean, neat! It's an old building from the Soviet era, but you can spend the night! Good location, everything is nearby, shops, bus stop, very convenient! It's okay, you can live!
The room was dirty. Despite the fact that the junior suite category. Traces of the vital activity of other guests on the curtain in the bathroom and on the wall in the toilet. Sand under the windowsill in the bedroom. The administrator initially misdirected us on the price of accommodation in a smaller direction, we must pay tribute, upon check-in, after arguing a little, we paid the price that was announced in a telephone conversation, otherwise there would have been one star. The hotel staff has a fat minus for the cleanliness of the room.
The hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean everywhere, everything is working properly, the staff is friendly, pleasant to communicate with, the elevators go fast, there are many shopping centers near the hotel.
The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is polite, attentive and considerate. The dining room is a buffet, there are a lot of delicious dishes to choose from, you can just lick your fingers.
The breakfast is terrible - in a nearby euroopt you can buy tastier food and, most interestingly, faster. The water in the room does not wash off the soap. The taps are flowing. The smell from the sewer is disgusting. The rooms are very cold. Yes, the batteries are not being heated now, but the slopes are poorly made - it is draughty. A bed for two is purely nominally for two. Only one person can use the blanket normally, the second one is constantly half open. The elevator is dumb, it's easier to use the stairs. But even there the doors are made very strangely - the door opened in such a way that it was not convenient to go out onto the stairs. Everything is done any way. You keep hearing excuses that this is a 3-star hotel, not a five-star one. I advise you to look for any other option for the night yourself through booking or other services, so you will definitely not be disappointed.
The refrigerator in the room is not working (buzzing but not cold). The water pipes also hum when the water pours, at night it seems that the tractor is in the room. The faucet in the bathroom without a penny aerator, as a result, you open the water a little harder, and you splash everything around
The room is 2-bedded. There is a refrigerator, TV, glasses. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom in small bags. The room is dusty. Dirty wallpaper. The bathroom smells like sewage. The linen is clean, the mattress is comfortable. There is a cooler on the floor. We had breakfast. Every day an omelet, 2 cucumbers,2 slices of ham, cheese, butter. Tea or coffee. The tour groups were better fed. The hotel is on the outskirts. Walk 5 km, walk an hour
For their stars, the very thing. It's a pity the lobby bar is not open until late or early in the morning. Since the work took all day, I would like to sit with a cup of coffee on my return. But, alas, the bar is not working.
And the rooms would be cleaned cleaner: the sink is dirty from the outside (
Clean, tidy rooms, courteous staff. Close to the center, good transport links. There is a restaurant. For breakfast, 10 rubles, in my opinion, is too expensive, but the lunch was excellent, and cost only 5.74.
They promised a room for three, booked it, and upon arrival they refused, because "we can't give them in principle, take two." A shaking picture on TV, black mold in the bathroom, a towel holder falling out of the wall, a broken brush, evacuation instructions in a broken frame and this magnificent right at the entrance - "there is no hot water, but the boiler can handle it." I did not check how he coped. I didn't dare go into the bathroom with mold. There are no questions about WiFi, everything worked.
Soviet hotel. The room was simply not cleaned. Just changed the bed. The refrigerator does not work, although they asked for a room with a refrigerator. To our very polite remark, when leaving that the service needed to be improved, the receptionist girl simply sent: if you don't like it, don't live. A purely Soviet approach.
A normal hotel to spend the night in. I took the single comfort number. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle. Another room of this type had air conditioning. Wi-fi is bad, used mobile internet. There is a water cooler on the floor.
Comfortable. Always cleaned up. Nice girls at the reception. Everything that was in our area of use is working properly. On the way, something got crushed, you can iron it and put it in order. The convenient location of the hotel itself.
I liked the hotel, everything is clean and tidy in the room. Nice beds, soft. There is a hypermarket near the hotel. The price tag for the night is small. There were no places for the second day - I had to look for a hotel.
Friendly staff, Uzbek-style restaurant, not chic, but clean. Hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, shower toilet. In general, it pulls on its 3 stars. Breakfast for 10 brubles is portioned to choose from.
A normal hotel, a pleasant experience. But the group was taken to eat in some kind of canteen in the industrial zone. Therefore, I can't say anything intelligible about the restaurant
It looks like a decent hotel.
I spent the night in this hotel from 10 to 14, during this time my room was never cleaned, bags of shampoos were not brought.
Do you know? If I had been traveling for a few days, then like all normal Russian people, I would have taken everything with me, but I went on a business trip spontaneously and with one overnight stay, I had a toothbrush and paste and a comb with me. Is saving on these pathetic bags a corruption scheme?
Let's move on, about breakfast.
Breakfast costs four bucks.
Porridge with cheesecakes or fried eggs with sausages.
The whole choice.
There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. There are always places. I do not know how the restaurant in the hotel works, I left early and came only to spend the night. But judging by the breakfasts, I think it's bad.
There is a large store nearby with good cooking. One problem: how to reheat it?
We all know that in Soviet hotels there are halls on the floors, there used to be a TV and a sofa there. It was at a time when there was no TV in every room. Well, these are different times, well, make a common kitchen in this space? Sink, kettle, microwave. Why do I have to run to the ground floor to warm up the food?
Conclusion: the hotel SUCKS.
Cheap and angry.
An ordinary hotel, BUT the cost of a room in the summer on weekends is several times less than they rent apartments for a day, even in Europe the prices for renting apartments are lower, so this is an option. The location is normal, 5 minutes to the center by taxi, the price is 3-5 rubles, respectively. Of the disadvantages, as in any hotel, you will have to eat in cafes or restaurants, you will not be able to drink coffee in the morning, there is no kettle (we did not have it, maybe there was one in some room), but NOTHING works at 8 am! And for coffee lovers in the morning, this is a problem!
I had a good rest , polite and knowledgeable staff knows where everything is . There is no need to look for a hotel, convenient access, elevators are working properly. There is everything you need in the room, although the toilet is inconveniently located, it is necessary to expand it a little, but this is the order!
A double room provides 1 glass, 2 sets of towels. There is a refrigerator, no kettle or cutlery. There is no air conditioning, a very small and cramped room, a very loud toilet. The furniture is new (except for the bathtub). It smells fine. The duvet is not inserted into the duvet cover. Personally, I didn't have the strength to insert it. The lighting is decent, but it is not provided around the mirror. There is also no possibility to sit down in front of a mirror to apply makeup, for example. Stand in front of the mirror - the upper part of the mirror is at chest level for a 180-foot tall person. I'm going to spend another night here, but I don't like it anymore. On the plus side, it was quiet at night and no one was fussing. And there is also a Jupiter 3 on the ground floor.
It's fine, the rooms are clean, renovated.
The reception staff is very polite, they will tell you everything in detail, show you and prompt you. The breakfasts are edible, but there is no coffee machine, although ground coffee is delicious.
I have been a tourist more than once (accommodation at competitions) and that's what I can say. The rooms are like in all other hotels, that is, nothing is ordinary: beds, table, chair, refrigerator, bathroom, TV. Repair as you're lucky. Maybe an old Soviet room, or maybe with a normal appearance. A common problem is a broken light, water. The location is 50/50. On the one hand, there is a store and a large shopping center nearby, and on the other, the center is not so close.
In general, a normal hotel, do not reduce, do not add.
There is a paid parking. For breakfast, you need to take a ticket from the reception, prepare one of the three options on the list)
All furniture and entrance doors to the rooms are in sad condition. The audibility is terrible. There are no air conditioners. On the days of my stay (Friday - Monday), a few floors above, the guys quietly worked with a rotary hammer. On Friday and Saturday, a disco is held in the hotel building (for those over 30)
The whole beau monde gathers there, if you return and the room after 22x you can see it in all its glory, the spectacle is not for the faint of heart, to put it mildly.
Poor room cleaning .... Clean linen, fresh towels. A huge minus is the smell of sewage, stagnation, is not serviced, ventilation in the bathroom is disgusting. The staff is normal, friendly.
The staff is good. The hotel is old. If you don't have high hopes, then it's quite possible to live. There are questions about breakfast. The price of 10 rubles is even expensive.
I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. I would not say that I had to choose where to stay, it was just the middle of summer and a forced measure was to stay here. Because there were no apartments in the city. What can I say in justification of what I put one star for, in fact, a lot of things, if there was an opportunity not to put a single star, I would certainly take advantage of it. So let's get started: 1) The first problem arose at the entrance to the hotel, because the parking for buses there is extremely small and inconvenient. 2) Immediately after I received the room key, I noticed that the key is mechanical! Yes, in 2022, this hotel has mechanical keys and locks in the rooms. 3) I was tired and immediately wanted to go to the shower, but after seeing the bathtub and plumbing in the bathroom, I just went to sleep right away, in general, the bathtub is at least 50 years old, there is no shower cabin, there is a rusty non-closing hatch on the side of the bathtub, inside which there is garbage, dust and generally a black hole with what is good! 4) Before going to bed, I lifted the sheet to understand at least a little what kind of mattress I would have to sleep on (because I have some back problems) and it was my big mistake, I am a non-alcoholic person, however, I had to drink a little the next day to fall asleep, knowing which mattress I'll have to sleep. He had a lot of red spots and hair, and judging by the wear of the springs, he was definitely at least 15-20 years old. 5) The hotel itself has a coffee machine downstairs and something like a mini buffet, however, when I was there, Alya barista said that she couldn't cook anything but espresso. Also, when I asked for a drink from the refrigerator, I was informed that they did not have a refrigerator))). 6) I did not notice such a service for two nights, towels are not changed, toilet paper and soap are not updated, I did not find a sign on the handle asking to clean the room. To sum up, I can say that this is an ancient, Soviet, museum, historical hotel. I can only imagine worse conditions in hospitals. Therefore, I recommend, if there is at least some choice, to abstract from this option as much as possible.
