The hotel is a three-star hotel, but I want to mention the snow-white bed linen. I got a grade solely because of the restaurant. The food is disgusting. For some reason, Greek salad is served with mozzarella balls, they probably don't see the difference. On the menu, the cost of the salad is 5 rubles, and the bill was brought for 10. The case is not 5 rubles, but in relation to the client. There is no normal wine at all. It is better to go to the store opposite and buy food.

Two points only for the friendly and polite girls at the reception. Everything else is a nightmare. The bar does not work, the restaurant did not work on the day of check-in (although it was supposed to work until 24.00) - you could only buy food in the nearest shops. There is one glass in the room for two, there are no appliances, the TV is on and off. One hair dryer for the whole hotel, you need to ask for it at the reception (not the fact that you will be lucky to use it, I remind you, he is alone). The room is a separate pain. The smell, burnt curtains, is uncomfortable. Dirty bed linen! Seriously?
In the neighboring rooms, some kind of repair and drilling begins at 7 a.m. Good morning.
The breakfasts are delicious, there are two to choose from, but in fact they only give one.
The hotel itself looks good, new elevators and so on. But otherwise, it's very sad.

I was here for two nights with a group of tourists as part of a tour of Belarus. I didn't expect anything supernatural, so there are no complaints). Everything corresponds to the description on the website of this three-star hotel. She lived in a single room. Clean, everything worked. There are no dressing gowns, but there shouldn't be either). It was a little chilly, but there was also a blanket in the closet. There is a shopping center nearby and not one where you can have a good meal or just buy groceries. Public transport stops are within walking distance. Buses and trolleybuses will quickly take you to the city center. I want to celebrate the breakfasts. The food was good and satisfying, although not a buffet. The only thing was that coffee made from powder and a hot water machine collected a huge queue of tourists who wanted to drink tea). In principle, I recommend this hotel.

The renovation in the rooms a la the 2000s, the bed and pillows are terrible, after 5 days of stay, neck and back pain appeared. The shower is pouring in all directions, but not on you, the faucet is leaking. The room smelled like a dog, it was aired only two days later. On the plus side: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and garbage was taken out.

The breakfast is terrible - in a nearby euroopt you can buy tastier food and, most interestingly, faster. The water in the room does not wash off the soap. The taps are flowing. The smell from the sewer is disgusting. The rooms are very cold. Yes, the batteries are not being heated now, but the slopes are poorly made - it is draughty. A bed for two is purely nominally for two. Only one person can use the blanket normally, the second one is constantly half open. The elevator is dumb, it's easier to use the stairs. But even there the doors are made very strangely - the door opened in such a way that it was not convenient to go out onto the stairs. Everything is done any way. You keep hearing excuses that this is a 3-star hotel, not a five-star one. I advise you to look for any other option for the night yourself through booking or other services, so you will definitely not be disappointed.

Very budget-friendly.
The restaurant didn't work.
The refrigerator didn't work.
There is no air conditioning.
It's far from the center and there's nowhere to go near it!
Sockets are in unpredictable places, even the kettle could not be turned on, I had to move the table to put it on the very edge.
The linen is clean.
Furniture... very budget-friendly.
But, we survived!
The elevators are modern.)

Cheap and angry. Pros: cheap. Cons: the room is battered. The wallpaper is peeled off right in the center of the room, which is directly evident by the gap in the wall, the laminate near the bed is shifted in one place (or someone stole a piece of laminate) and you can see the concrete substrate and you can solidly catch your foot. There are dead midges on the windowsill, the washbasin is sagging and the faucet is shared with the bathroom, which barely reaches the washbasin. Also, the audibility in the rooms is good, you can listen to someone taking a shower all night. But you can still close your eyes to this, only in the hotel there are some discos 'for those over 30' on the 1st floor from Friday to Sunday and despite the fact that we were on the last floor, the music was heard until the disco ended (until 2 or 3 in the morning), since there is no noise insulation.

It's been a long time since I've seen such squalor!!! Of the advantages, except that the friendliness of the staff. Geographically located far from the center. One of the elevators is dangling in motion (left). The rooms are old and weak. The bathroom is filthy. There is a kettle, but in order to boil it, you had to put it behind the TV - in other places the cord did not reach. The TV didn't turn on from the remote. The beds are wildly squeaky. When I turned on the refrigerator, he wheezed wildly, coughed, then calmed down, but flatly refused to freeze. It is almost impossible to connect the Internet in the room - only at the reception. The set breakfast is disgustingly not delicious.

I periodically check in on business trips. In July 2023, I came with a family of 3 people to Grodno for a couple of days to walk. I booked a suite in advance. The room has a working refrigerator, TV, kettle, microwave, cutlery, etc. for meals, as well as soap, shower gels and shampoos, toothbrushes and shaving.
The suite has two rooms. Towels and bathrobes were enough for everyone. A working air conditioner.
My family is happy. Me too. There is breakfast. I always have breakfast on a business trip. Excellent breakfast menu and very satisfying.
In general, I recommend it.
Why isn't the review five stars? So the hotel is not a five-star hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant leaves much to be desired. Cheesecakes with the taste of fried sausages were served, probably the pan was not washed after them and they began to fry cheesecakes, it was not very tasty:(( and a strange coffee serving: there is boiling water and ground coffee, you need to brew it right in the cup. They didn't even bother to wipe the shelf in front of us, on which the shampoos were lying, i.e. the man shaved, apparently, with an electric razor and the whole shelf was in this hair. A bathtub with streaks yellow from the water. The shower mount was broken and barely held on. But others seemed to have a better cleaning experience. The rooms are budget, but for one night they are normal. If it wasn't for the quality of the cleaning, it would be unpleasant.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room has everything you need, except perhaps an air conditioner, which at +30 would not hurt. The windows were open at night, the roads were very noisy, and besides, there was a bar on the corner of the hotel where guests had fun until 3 a.m. The towels are really washed, overdone, dirty gray in color. But the main thing is that they are clean. I was still unlucky with a room on the 5th floor, because there was a smell of sewage in the toilet. The bed is torn up, it's about to fall apart. On the positive side, I will note a serviceable refrigerator, a cooler on the floor (sometimes this does not happen) and a good restaurant. The food was delicious. I would like to wish the hotel to improve and not spoil the impression of guests about such a beautiful city as Grodno)
