Every 12 hours a new administrator comes and he is not always aware of what is happening where and how at the hotel. We agreed with the services of a paid laundry, the administrator agreed with the employees about the time of acceptance and readiness, but.. Something went wrong. The next shift administrator flatly refused to accept the laundry. Unexpectedly and negatively.

I didn't like the hotel. Everything in the room is very old, not cozy. The bathroom is dirty, the plumbing is very old, the bathtub is mildewed. The room was poorly cleaned upon check-in. There were soaps from previous guests in the bathroom, the sink was not cleaned. There is no hair dryer. You have to go to the reception for him. The Internet is bad. Breakfast is meager and not tasty. The hotel is located far from the center. I do not recommend the hotel to visit. We were part of a tour group, so we couldn't choose another hotel.

A good hotel. Friendly staff. Prices are average or below the market. Always clean and tidy. There is a water cooler on each floor. The cost of single and double rooms is the same, which is good, because often all single rooms are occupied. You can move into a double room alone without additional charges and without check-ins.
I definitely recommend it.
The best alternative to a daily apartment. Apartments of comparable price are smoked or "killed" in the trash.

Two points only for the friendly and polite girls at the reception. Everything else is a nightmare. The bar does not work, the restaurant did not work on the day of check-in (although it was supposed to work until 24.00) - you could only buy food in the nearest shops. There is one glass in the room for two, there are no appliances, the TV is on and off. One hair dryer for the whole hotel, you need to ask for it at the reception (not the fact that you will be lucky to use it, I remind you, he is alone). The room is a separate pain. The smell, burnt curtains, is uncomfortable. Dirty bed linen! Seriously?
In the neighboring rooms, some kind of repair and drilling begins at 7 a.m. Good morning.
The breakfasts are delicious, there are two to choose from, but in fact they only give one.
The hotel itself looks good, new elevators and so on. But otherwise, it's very sad.

I was here for two nights with a group of tourists as part of a tour of Belarus. I didn't expect anything supernatural, so there are no complaints). Everything corresponds to the description on the website of this three-star hotel. She lived in a single room. Clean, everything worked. There are no dressing gowns, but there shouldn't be either). It was a little chilly, but there was also a blanket in the closet. There is a shopping center nearby and not one where you can have a good meal or just buy groceries. Public transport stops are within walking distance. Buses and trolleybuses will quickly take you to the city center. I want to celebrate the breakfasts. The food was good and satisfying, although not a buffet. The only thing was that coffee made from powder and a hot water machine collected a huge queue of tourists who wanted to drink tea). In principle, I recommend this hotel.

We took a sports package.. This is terrible! They moved into the rooms and there the walls are dirty, the bathroom is dirty, dust. It feels like they don't clean it at all..
We decided to give up on it. The food is good, although the room is dirty, we had a good laugh and talked with classmates. I slept fine, but we were told that even a whisper could be heard outside the door, that's how thin they are!

The wallpaper is peeled off right in the center of the room, which is directly evident by the gap in the wall, the laminate near the bed is shifted in one place (or someone stole a piece of laminate) and you can see the concrete substrate and you can solidly catch your foot. There are dead midges on the windowsill, the washbasin is sagging and the faucet is shared with the bathroom, which barely reaches the washbasin. Also, the audibility in the rooms is good, you can listen to someone taking a shower all night. But you can still close your eyes to this, only in the hotel there are some discos 'for those over 30' on the 1st floor from Friday to Sunday and despite the fact that we were on the last floor, the music was heard until the disco ended (until 2 or 3 in the morning), since there is no noise insulation.

We are very pleased with our stay at the Tourist Hotel. We stayed only overnight, the room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV and microwave, everything worked. The bathroom is just huge. There was a two-room suite. The rooms are comfortable, everything is there, everything is clean, but the carpet on the floor in the room with the sofa was dirty, or rather there were stains, you can remove it altogether so as not to spoil the view)) The breakfast was very tasty, a large bowl of cottage cheese, yogurt, pancakes with condensed milk, tea, coffee and milk for coffee. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern inside. We liked everything very much. Thank you very much to all the employees for their hospitality))

Were a group. The restaurant was not served very efficiently. Breakfast was served cold. Question: why was it expected individually if it cooled down anyway? It was possible to set the tables right away.

The cold water tap in the room was faulty. The kettle and the TV were not checked (after the heated refrigerator, they did not risk it).
The staff is polite. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap were according to the number of guests.
