The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean. There are no questions about the rooms and the hotel
. The restaurant is terrible. The service is disgusting, the waiters don't know the menu. You come to eat in the morning - they say that the kitchen is overloaded, although there are few people. At 9 p.m., the chefs refuse to work and cook, offering leftovers in the kitchen, which are heated in the microwave
Two stars per room only
We stayed in this hotel from April 17th to April 19th, 2025, the price is very reasonable, but it is necessary to clean the rooms. Dirt under the bed, dust, the smell of sewage in the toilet, it was impossible to watch TV. The furniture asks to be replaced, in the service restaurant on the lower level, they ordered pancakes with cherries and brought them with cottage cheese, although they initially announced that there was NO cottage cheese. I don't think we'll be going back to this hotel anymore.
The Tourist Hotel in Grodno left me with a twofold impression. On the one hand, I liked the location of the hotel – it is located in the city center, which makes access to the main attractions very convenient. I was also pleased that the room was clean and cozy, with the necessary amenities.
However, I was somewhat annoyed by the noise from the neighbors, as the walls in the room turned out to be quite thin. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was quite modest and not varied.
In general, the Tourist Hotel in Grodno is a good option for a short stay in the city, but it may be worth looking for other options if you expect a high level of comfort and service.
We went with a tour group to Belarus for a few days on an excursion. Every day there is a new city and a new hotel. The first day was the city of Grodno, we spent the night at the Tourist hotel. A very good hotel, we stayed in a three-bed two-room junior suite. The room has an entrance hall, two rooms and a large bathroom. There is a kettle with cups, a hairdryer, slippers, disposable hygiene kits (toothbrush, soap, shower gel and shampoo). I don't know about the rest of the rooms, we had a room with a fresh renovation. I liked everything, everything is very decent. A good hotel.
We spontaneously decided to go to Grodno for the weekend and faced the fact that all the hotels in the center were booked. Only the Luxury rooms in this hotel were available, so we decided not to cancel the trip and stay at the Tourist hotel.
The room itself is spacious, bright, the room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, lots of dishes. The furniture doesn't seem to be old, not worn out, but the bed creaked very much in our room, at the slightest turn during sleep there was a strong creaking and it made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom in the room was large, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, a hairdryer, 4 towels per person, bathrobes, slippers. Towels were changed every day. There was Wi-Fi in the room, but it worked very poorly, sometimes it was impossible to access the Internet at all.
There is paid parking in the courtyard of the hotel.
Breakfast was served in the cafe at the hotel, but on the day of our departure we came for breakfast, and there was a sign on the door of the cafe that there was a sanitary day in the cafe and no one would serve us breakfast. Was it really impossible to put up an announcement in advance at the reception or in the elevator that the cafe would not work? We expected to have breakfast quickly and go home, but we also had to look for a cafe at 9 a.m. where we could have a snack, because we did not want to go hungry to Minsk at all.
Quick booking.
The staff is attentive and friendly. The room is cozy (90 BYN per day).
There was hot water, you can wash. I liked the bed so much that I couldn't leave it.. You can eat at the hotel restaurant. I recommend it to everyone. Best wishes to the staff.
Thank you so much for the great reception! I liked everything very much, the person is great, friendly! The room is just a bomb, they made a great discount for my birthday!
Thank you very much!
I highly recommend it! You won't regret it!
The impression is average. The room needs renovation. The breakfasts are fixed, modest in size and filling. The restaurant is small: if tour groups dine on schedule, it takes a long time to cover and you have to wait.
4, but with tension. On the downside: the doors to the room were sticky, it was obvious that they had been opened, the closet in the room had a broken hinge, the lid on the toilet was also loose, and the bed creaked terribly.
The room is double, there is a wardrobe, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom with hot water, disposable accessories. Breakfast buffet. There is a seating area with a sofa and armchairs in the lobby on the floor. On the ground floor, next to the reception desk, there is a mini exhibition of antique household items and vehicles. The walls of the hotel are painted with views of Belarus.
Clean, cozy, portioned breakfasts served by waiters.
The room had 2 single beds, bedside tables, a coffee table, an office table with a TV and a refrigerator, a wardrobe and an extra blanket, a bathroom combined, a small bathroom.
The linen is snow-white, thick, towels are available (after a shower, for the face and legs)
Bar, disco, restaurant
The hotel is located opposite the grocery store, you can run across the street
Quite a decent hotel. Clean, good bed linen. I was not pleased only with the very weak wi-fi and the lack of a coffee machine in the cafe. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nearby there are churches, shops, a park for walking.
The hotel is generally good. But, the restaurant that is located in this hotel. It's disgusting, there's not enough food, two hours before the end of the working day, the cook refuses to cook food and offers leftovers that are heated in the microwave. I don't recommend this place.
A good hotel . 4 km from the center of Grodno, clean, cooler on each floor, kettle and refrigerator in the room, no air conditioning. We had portioned breakfasts (group travel), like all food in Belarus - simple, sound and satisfying. A large shopping mall with Zara and similar brands is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
A normal hotel with a TV and refrigerator. There is no hair dryer in the room only at the reception. The breakfasts are hearty, just enough. In January 2025 in the room +23.
Perhaps this is the scourge of all hotels that originated in the Soviet era. Very convenient location, close to a large shopping center, clean rooms, but... Outside the window it is +32, but there is no air conditioning, furniture and repairs are very tired, there is no free guarded parking at the hotel
A great hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. We were pleased with the girls at the reception, I work professionally. I would like to mention the restaurant separately. Very tasty and hearty food. The staff is friendly, everything was prepared very quickly. The interior is decorated in Uzbek style, everything is very clean and tidy. We want to say thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.
The hotel is good, but the restaurant is a complete disappointment 1.5 hours before closing, he refused to cook our orders very often there is not enough food in general, I do not recommend complete isolation, food is very often heated in the microwave
The hotel is normal, I give it 3 stars
Restaurant minus 2
Quite a good hotel. To be honest, I expected the worst. But in fact, everything turned out to be quite on the level.
I lived in a Standard single room, but despite this, the room had everything I needed. Large bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, small bathroom.
The renovation in the hotel itself is fresh and pleasant. The room shows that it is shabby, but it does not cause much negativity. Everything is quite neat.
Of the disadvantages:
Maybe it's only in my room, but there were absolutely not enough outlets. There were only two in the opposite corner of the room from the bed. Extremely inconvenient.
And it may also be possible to reconfigure the operation of elevators. There are three small good elevators in the hotel, but they work alone. If one goes somewhere, the others don't move. When checking in a large number of people, you will have to wait long enough for your turn, even if there are free elevators.
Nice room, clean, tidy, new furniture, comfortable bed, white bathroom, 3 white towels, shower set, kettle in the room, TV, I was pleased that I found a budget hotel option on a business trip. An inexpensive breakfast was offered, but there was no time in the morning.
An ordinary hotel, of which there are many. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast is not bad, there are towels, a hat, shower gel in the shower. I was upset by the seasonal shutdown of hot water, the boiler did not cope at all
Everything is at a height limited by the number of stars. The only incident: there was some work going on during our stay, and therefore the wi-fi was only in the lobby. but it didn't inconvenience me personally, so I recommend it.
The room is clean! The breakfast is simple but delicious! There is no Internet in the rooms, so I had to sit on the ground floor to communicate with the world. Basically a good hotel.
The room was from the 80s, the faucet in the bathroom did not switch, the toilet was close to the wall, the bathtub was dwarfed in size, the breakfast was not delicious and it took a long time to wait, the staff was extremely unwelcoming, at a room rate of 90 rubles per day, it was kind of expensive
A wonderful hotel, everything is in the room., comfortable. The breakfasts are continental.. there are lunches, which is very convenient. Secure Parking, convenient location. I didn't find any disadvantages
A remnant of Soviet luxury. Clean, fresh bedding, and thanks for that. If you stop by for the night and forget, it's not a bad option. If you want something more, you are not here.
Excellent hotel, spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. I stayed for 3 days, the room was cleaned every day. The rooms have free Wi-fi, TV, refrigerator, wide and comfortable beds. The hospitable and sociable staff at the reception will tell you what you need and tell you. There are several breakfast options, and there are lunches. Excellent location, close to the center.
We stayed here for one night, the room was two-room, the view from the window was in the photo, we liked everything, we took breakfast for a reason, as everything was excellent for the price and quality!
The hotel is great for its day and location! There is an updated part! The rooms are pleasing! The staff is super friendly and helpful! We were very surprised by the updated rooms!
Clean, tidy, good repair. The room has a modern TV, although there is a horizon, a large refrigerator, a kettle, even disposable slippers, there is really no safe. But there are also disadvantages. It could have been cheaper. Sockets are falling out, water is flowing in the toilet, there is no Wi-Fi, there was no water in the cooler in the morning. The staff is not very polite.
A normal hotel with unobtrusive scoop service. We also had disposable slippers and bathrobes in our room. At the same time, the WiFi did not work for a day. At the reception, we were told that we need to reboot the phones, find a new network. It only helped when my husband went out into the hallway, found the router and rebooted it.
The breakfasts are good.
The location is normal. To the center by taxi 150 rubles.
I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is at the highest level! I wanted to spend two nights, but the rooms are available, I'll have to spend one. Russians are coming
Well, what can I say? Three for convenience. Parking, a suitcase on the stairs from the parking place, dirt in the room, extremely ill-thought-out furniture arrangement. for example, the TV is on the refrigerator next to the sofa. To watch TV, you need to get up from the sofa and stand in front of it, or sit on the only chair. There is one bedside table near the double bed. The toilet is installed askew in the bathtub, and even so foolishly.
Very hard mattress, scoop linen. You need to insert the blanket into the duvet cover yourself.
It's sad here, not cozy, dusty, too minimalistic.
I'm not coming back here.
It's not dirty. Otherwise, not really. I was especially surprised that the buffet is supposed to have one piece in hand, for example, one pancake, even if you don't take anything else. Tourist groups are driven to breakfast by a group, in formation. There is no hair dryer in the room. The Wi-Fi wasn't working.
Clean, everything you need is at hand, a bathroom in the room. From appliances, mini fridge, TV, electric kettle, two glasses. The interior resembles the time of the USSR. The elevator is modern. The restaurant at the hotel is decorated in the style of one of the southern countries. Tomorrow was decent enough.
Well, as the receptionist said, our price is quality. Maybe so, but the Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, the sink is glued on, the toilet lid just lies on top without fasteners. The water does not go away, the blockage is visible.Well, it's not much of an impression. I can't say about the price and quality, this is an excursion trip, I don't know the price.
Quite well. The sockets are not working (2 pcs.), I repaired one. Neighbors complained about the lack of hair dryers. I had to deal with the refrigerator, it growled periodically. It turned out to be eliminated by turning it around the axis. Three stars.
From three stars there is one name. We arrived in our own car, there is no parking as such at the hotel, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but it seemed to me that it refers more to the bike shop that is in front of the hotel, but slightly lower. From this parking lot with suitcases, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs, of course there is no ramp on this staircase and you need to carry suitcases on yourself. The rooms are clean, but to be honest they are creepy, the mattresses from the Soviet Union have been preserved. Creepy springs, pillows are just lumps, there is no air conditioner. I will say one thing about the bathroom, I last saw them in hotels in the 00s. Sadness. And also, television shows all channels with fierce hatred, it is simply not possible to watch
A very decent hotel: a 2-bed room is spacious, with a good bed, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, two towels and a foot towel are included. For two days with continental breakfasts, we paid 11 thousand Russian rubles for two (a day per person 2250 rubles). I recommend

A normal hotel for its price. There is everything you need, cleaning is carried out. The style of the hotel is the 2000s, as if it got there, but everything is clean and tidy. There is a restaurant where you can eat. We bought breakfast. 14 Belarusian rubles per person. The fixed continental breakfast consists of oatmeal, an omelette, a slice of tomato cucumber and bacon. + cheese, butter, bread, tea or coffee. The location is convenient in a residential area, close to shops and a large shopping center, all transport is running, taxis are inexpensive. Quite good 👌
A good location for those who love forest parks, rivers. There is a large supermarket nearby, which has everything for every taste. The assortment of products is the widest).
The hotel is clean and cozy. Friendly staff.
All without criticism. There is one recommendation: update the wallpaper well.
I recommend the hotel for business travelers (I was on a business trip myself).
The hotel is terrible, the location is normal, but the rooms are a separate topic. There is no Wi-fi on the floors, only in the hall, the walls are cardboard, it is impossible to plug anything into the sockets, the toilet is leaking, and the horror is blowing out of the window (well, -2 streets). It might be a good place in summer, but don't come in winter!
Cleanly, neatly, there are comments on santeh equipment, but they are not significant and besides, they are promptly eliminated. The breakfast is hearty, in order to travel around the city without thinking about where to eat.
