Okay, I decided to place another order and also as a legal entity. And again: no call from the manager, you have to call yourself and find out what's with the product and where it is. As it turned out, legal entities cannot issue goods for less than 30 rubles (there is no such information on the website that the order amount for legal entities is from 30 rubles. The following is indicated: "The contract with the company is concluded for the amount of the first invoice of at least 30 rubles." This is not the first time the bill has been paid). We cannot pick up some of the goods, because the fact that the order for the PVZ has already arrived costs less than 30 rubles and they cannot issue an invoice. According to Artyom's manager: maybe by 17.00 on 12/11/2023 we will be able to pick up all the goods, but this is not accurate and wait for an SMS (for all the time of work, no SMS has ever arrived). All I can say is that working with legal entities is just terrible! Artyom's manager is arrogant, incompetent, boorish and can argue with clients. Maybe the company works well with individuals.persons, but I will no longer treat you as a legal person!

Today, on 10/28/2021, I called to clarify the readiness of the order, they said that the order would be fully ready after 18:00. I arrived at the pick-up point for the order, but did not receive it in full. The store staff said that they had removed one detergent from the order. BUT it happened without approval and no one warned. To comment on this and clarify the possibility of replacing the missing product, the employee simply mumbled something like "there is nothing else."
