We rested from 14-24 May 2024. Everything is great! Rooms! Food! Service! The staff of the hotel! A 24-hour bar! Night soup! The cuisine is diverse, everything is very beautiful and delicious! Many thanks to the chef! I always went out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The beach is underground through the passage, very originally decorated inside! There are two cafes on the beach, pools with slides, animation, gyuzleme tortillas, ayran, ice cream. Sun beds can always be found! Beautiful territory, well maintained, clean. Very friendly atmosphere, wonderful animation every day. There are many retail outlets, shops nearby, and on Wednesdays there is an exit market next to the hotel. We will definitely come back more than once! We recommend it!!!

We were at the hotel from 20-30.09.24. The impression was good)
The location is convenient, the road to the sea through an underpass is not stressful.
The beach is wide enough, the entrance is not very comfortable because of the pebbles, there are large boulders in the water on the sides of the beach under water.
Lifeguards on the beach are very conditional, so only you are responsible for your safety, no one asked anyone to get out of the water with a red flag, they silently changed the flag during the waves and sat under their umbrella)))
It's a bit noisy in the room from the road in the evenings if you sleep with an open balcony. In one room, the air conditioner worked constantly, even without a door card, it was cool, good, in the second room it worked only with a card, it was stuffy, the central air conditioner, it would not work much to affect its operation. The territory is clean and well maintained.
The cleaning was mediocre, the first couple of days were great, then, despite the tips left, they were not cleaned well.
The reception is ordinary, not very friendly, but not intrusive either. They also changed 💲 to lira, the exchange rate for our days was 33.
There are 5 bars on site. On the beach (fast food and beer/wine/juice/coffee), by the pool (beer/wine/juice/coffee, sweets and ice cream on time), lobby (cocktails are made), by the pool of the restaurant (cocktails), in the restaurant itself only clean drinks. We had a rest in Timo quite recently and for the first time... Overall, everything is great. The staff is friendly, helpful, and friendly.

the room is clean, tidy. Our room had a normal balcony overlooking the bar, pool. The lighting in the room is dim, someone doesn't like it, but it was fine for us. There were two of us, so we had enough towels, only toothpaste and brushes were missing, we bought them from the guy downstairs. Shampoo is not provided there either, but soap / gel will do for the shampoo place at one time. The hair didn 't fall off 😄
The food is wonderful, a buffet for every taste. We didn't go hungry.
The hotel itself has 5 pools, 1 large and 1 small not deep right next to the hotel, one in the SPA area and two on the beach (140cm and 30-50cm), there is also a bar and you can also eat very tasty food.
The beach is sandy and Galician, it's a bit painful to run barefoot. There were enough sun beds, no one was sunbathing standing up... Towels for the pool and beach can be obtained using a special card, which is issued at the reception.

Gym, indoor pool 👍🏼 The only thing that is not convenient for families with strollers, there is no special device for moving with strollers in the transition, you have to carry them on your hands.

We visited this hotel in August 2024. The location is good, the sea is nearby,markets, souvenir shops and more are within walking distance.

On the right - sports fields, water slides, relaxation areas. Two bars, two swimming pools (a normal one and a "paddling pool"). A solarium under huge fabric awnings. There are several umbrellas, but they are not really needed. The entrance to the sea is small/ medium pebbles with sandy "proles" (it is advisable to have swimming slippers). 2 meters - flat (knee-high) descent, then a rather sharp dip - about one and a half meters, then again not very deep. The normal (from 2 meters) depth begins about five meters from the shore. Overall, the hotel left a very favorable impression.

I liked the hotel very much, the territory is not very large, but it is stylish, beautiful, clean, cozy lobby with a bar and live music (piano plays in the evenings). A good selection of alcohol, the food is very tasty, it was a plus for us that there is a disco bar (discos every evening). No matter how many adults you have, 1 room key is given to the room, at the reception they are ready to run to open the door for you on request 24 hours a day. There is no safe or kettle in the room, but in general the rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. Kitchen- no questions, you can eat around the clock - well done. I can advise you to buy special shoes for entering the sea, because sand with pebbles is not very pleasant, but tolerable. The Internet is weak.

1. There is one problem in this hotel, the air conditioning system is practically not working. We went out with family and friends from July 11 to July 21, 2024. It was 44 degrees outside the window in the shade and I really wanted to find salvation in the rooms, but when you get into the room, it is not possible to breathe. The fan works, not the air conditioner, and drives cool air only a step away from the grill. It is impossible to sleep at night. Sooooo stuffy! It is simply impossible to stay in a room in three during the day. There was not enough air! The air conditioning system was only ON . and OFF. Friends generally had a switch key, like a light. And after long trials, they were made so that the system would not turn off when taking out the card. But it didn't help!
Of course, now the smart guys will start saying that you are being picky, but here we are just talking about human health. When it's hot outside, you want to get relief for a short period, but you don't find it in the hotel itself. It is no less hot without air conditioning in the restaurant. Eating is accompanied by constant wiping of the forehead with napkins. All night animation takes place on the street, where there are no elementary fans that could drive the hot air after the day. Therefore, every evening I had to wring out T-shirts and wash them.
2. You can smoke anywhere on the territory of the hotel. Therefore, you watch the night animation in cigarette smoke, and no one cares whether you like it or not. Now imagine. It's 32 degrees at night and you're getting smoke from the next table. The "buzz" is complete! No one cares that there may be a child nearby.
Or you're having lunch on the beach in cigarette smoke. Amazing!
3. As for night snacks!
Do not praise the 2-hour trips to the restaurant. There's nothing to eat there at all. There are half-empty pots with the first one. It's easier to take a spoon and eat straight from the pots, because pouring a ladle into a plate will not work, the soup is practically smeared on the walls, so little of it.
4. The food is not bad, but it is very spicy in places. Meat, chicken, etc. Of course, there is something to eat, but as they say, there is a lot, then there is not. They alternated more often, either fish or grilled meat. The stew also alternates . If fried fish, then stewed meat with vegetables. If meat is fried, then stewed fish. Usually one type of meat is fried 2 times a week. On Friday, Turkish night, they give mutton and ribs. But we have to make it. If he didn't have time, then they can't take it anymore. Which leads to crazy queues if you arrive at 19.00. And later you may not find many dishes.
5. I was surprised by another moment. Beach towels are provided only at the spa. You can take them once a day from 18.00 to 19.00. they are not accepted earlier. And if you did not have time to hand them over, then in the morning, if you want to change them to new ones, you will receive a refusal. You can get to the spa only through one entrance, going down to the 0 floor of the restaurant. Therefore, keep in mind that walking up the stairs is provided for you. Imagine that you are not walking from the beach at 18.00. We have to go up to the room first. To put yourself in order, then at 18.00 go to the 0 floor to give a towel, go up to the room, wait for 19.00 and go down again to the same 0 floor for dinner. An amazing paradox. Just got back from this hotel, everything is great. But there is a problem, at the moment there are a lot of children in the hotel from infants to schoolchildren and it is noisy. There are not enough sun loungers by the pool thanks to smart-ass parents who score places for their children and disappear for 2.3 hours because the kids need to sleep after lunch and the places continue to be occupied by them. Do not go to the sea without corals, solid large pebbles and at the bottom there are more stones on which you can injure your feet. It is better to swim from 8 to 10 after there is some kind of garbage discharge and the whole sea is dirty. Well, in terms of accommodation and food, the hotel is good. If you come up with a problem, they usually tell you to come back later. I mean, if you read the hotel group on VKontakte or telegram, then they write about very friendly staff everywhere, but we have never met such a person, except for the guy who carried suitcases)) Well, in general, reviews are not worth reading there. These groups are just like anti-advertising to the hotel. Some women, who, according to them, rest in this hotel 15 times a year for 15 years, have been singing laudatory odes, talking about a wonderful chef, 12 types of meat daily, etc. This, of course, is all present only in the fantasies of these women. And the much-praised chef would rather keep the restaurant clean instead of endless photos with guests. I repeat, we were in May and it was not yet the season, but there were enough people. The sun beds there are constantly busy, there are crowds of children, the pool is crowded. Even when water polo is held, children still ride down the slide and get in the way of everyone. The animation on the beach seemed to be carried out. Well, the same water polo, aqua aerobics, volleyball, Pilates, darts, we even wanted to go, but there is no schedule anywhere. The animator girls are still very young and they are probably afraid of the guests and try not to offer their services once again. There are 2 bars on the beach. There are drinks and ice cream in one, drinks and food in the other, but again there is no timetable to figure out when ice cream is served. In the bar by the sea, they serve a customized menu, i.e. first you need to order everything from the waiter and he will bring you to the table. We liked the shawarma and pizza. And so the location of the hotel is quite good, not counting the road, but the road is typical for almost the whole of Alanya. There are migros and pharmacies near the hotel. It is a 15-minute walk to the time center. The bus stop to Alanya is right next to the entrance to the beach. It takes 35 liras to get there. The area on the way to the beach is very well maintained and beautiful, well, except for the underpass. It is not known why moms with strollers and elderly people with chopsticks go to this hotel, because the beach can only be reached through the passage. The entry into the sea is not very, but tolerable. I swam in coral, it was uncomfortable without them. The village of Konakli also has a feature that pipes are very often located between hotels. Well, I've written a lot of flaws, of course. But if we talk about our vacation in general, then nothing could stop us from having a great rest. We rested from 02 to 06/14/24 at this hotel. Everything is at level 4! The food alternates, fish day, turkey day, chicken day! There is no meat like beef or mutton! Guzleme is given out by the granny piece by piece, eating control))) and to be honest, they were not ice, last year we rested in Utopia, they are much tastier there. there are drinks for every taste. On Tuesdays there were crayfish, mussels and shrimp. The sea is perfect until 10 a.m., then after the opening of the beach bar, there is an outright garbage drain through a pipe brought out to sea, at first I thought it was because of tourist ships, but as it turned out later, everything went out of the pipe into the sea, an incomprehensible yellowish liquid and finely chopped plastic. My husband swam and confirmed that there is a pipe! After the bar closed, the sea was clear again, it was from 17:30 somewhere. In addition, near the beach of the hotel, right in front of us, they dug and laid a pipe with, as they said, sewage, but these waters stank disgusting ((( We swam in the pool the rest of the time, there were 3 of them in the hotel, one indoor, two on the street, one with slides, Sonnulkin spent all the time there. The hotel inside is nice. Recently renovated. The room itself is spacious, with modern renovation. BUT then it turned out that the air conditioner works only for blowing, not cooling the room at all. From morning to night we were suffocating from the stuffiness. There are still rooms on the 1st floor with split systems, but they refused to replace the room. We have never seen such a thing in any hotel !!!! It's hot and stuffy!!!
There are no drawers in the room, the shelves are all open.There are cola and fanta drinks in the fridge only on the first day, then only water and they didn't even bring it to us.
Food: very monotonous, not tasty. It was the only day without complaints:trout and dorado fish, grilled tuna, seafood risotto, sushi and even bananas)
The rest of the days : dry chicken, chicken wings, French fries, some soured salads (carefully), noodles, spaghetti, tortillas. Fruits: plums, oranges, melons and watermelons.
Regarding the cleaning: the garbage was changed for the first time after 3 days.And the bucket is small only in the toilet. The floor was washed only for the 5th day.The bed linen has not been changed. In 8 days, towels were changed only twice.

We rested the last week of July 2024. The most "peak", as they say. But despite this, we were satisfied.
1. There is an air conditioner. Indeed, a day later, something went wrong with him. We went down to the reception. Everything has been fixed. I worked 100%. I must say that it "fries"
on the 6th floor, but the air conditioner is not shared there, but on the remote control, which is very convenient. We lived on the 4th floor. There were no problems with the air conditioner: they turned it on themselves, turned it off themselves.
2. The sea and the beach. There are fewer waves in the morning. The color of the sea is gorgeous)) The temperature is the warmest . There is a blue flag on the beach, which indicates that the beach is on the list of the best. And so it is. A small pebble at sunset cannot be compared with the stones of the Krasnodar Territory. Further out to sea there is sand, on which it is comfortable to stand and lean if necessary. We didn't need special shoes. Be sure to go to the sunset, the sky changes within an hour ... For comparison, we reached the paid Cleopatra beach in Alanya, where after small pebbles in the sea there are large boulders. Swimming is not comfortable even for experienced swimmers.
3. Swimming pools: 2 large, 2 children's. Clean. We noticed that a week later, at a new arrival, in the morning, everything is sanitized in the pools - showers and toilets. The toilets are gorgeous. With foam soap.
4. Beach towels. No problem at all. Yes, they are issued once a day in the morning. They pick it up in the evening. At check-out, we gave the towels at 13 p.m., no one was against it. We gave towels before dinner. We forgot, we didn't have time - towels on the balcony dry 100 percent overnight. On the first day, you will be given delicate blue towels, then blue ones)) but not critically.
5. Food - you will not stay hungry. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10. At 11.30 am, the beach bar opens, where you can eat traditional tortillas, fruits and fast food. Lunch is already at 12.30 ... Ice cream from 14 to 16 o'clock is very tasty.
Baklava and Turkish delight are bombastic. The rest of the sweets are for the amateur. I didn't like the rolls , but we'll eat them at home. The pizza on the beach is great. Fruits- they have their own - in abundance - sweet Watermelons, melons, grapes, plums and even apples. I do not know how you can manage to get hungry at night after such a meal))) I couldn't breathe by the evening …
6. Drinks - drinking water is available around the clock. Juices (diluted), cola, fanta, sprite, wine, cocktails and beer - unlimited during bar hours. And this is almost around the clock… Alcoholic cocktails - conscientiously (whiskey, vodka Smirnov) - they do everything in front of you.
7. In general, the hotel is customer-oriented. They will always help, cleaning every day. They can even bring water in a glass at dinner, if you ask (and not in a disposable cup. The water here is not bottled, but bottled in 200 ml in closed container glasses). It all depends on your mood. It's very chic for an unspoiled client.
And they settled us a little earlier with a view of the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea at our request (with a small surcharge).
8. Excursions are expensive. If you plan to go somewhere, keep this in mind. At the Bazaar, All prices are in euros (bargain boldly!). In the shopping center - in Lira (here without haggling). On excursions, purchases are charged in different currencies, Even by transfer through Sberbank. Turkish delight by weight - 3,500 rubles per kg, but it's awesome!!!! Liquid soap at the sink and in the shower (aka shampoo). Shampoo in the hotel can be bought in the "shop" on the ground floor - from 3 to 5 euros…
