We chose it intentionally, because everything suits us here: the food is very tasty (yes, not 100 dishes, but everything that is cooked is high-quality and delicious), fruits, cakes are excellent, soups are delicious. However, there are no dishes for small children. The service is good. It is necessary to make a remark to the guests, they collect mountains of food into plates, as much as all of them fall out, they do not really eat and everything remains on the tables. It's a shame, it's a shame for our people! When will our compatriots begin to respect themselves and behave with dignity, wherever they are?… The rooms are clean and the cleaning was done every day, the air conditioning is working. The waste was dumped through a pipe, which is dug into the sea from the beach bar itself. I found her swimming in the morning. It is located almost in the middle of the beach. At first we thought it was garbage from ships that pass, but after passing we went to the beaches of neighboring hotels and made sure that the dirt was only on TIMO beach. The beach bar itself was approached with this question at the reception. The next day, the garbage appeared after 15.00, but then everything was repeated again every day.

Пляж- 5 ( чисто, постоянно собирают посуду и мусор, есть WF, )
Чистота- 5 ( моют всё, даже стены!!! )
Расположение- 5 ( удобно пешком добраться до тайм центра,
прогуляться по красочным улицам, по субботам рядом с отелем рынок)
Территория- 5 ( достаточно много места на территории у пляжа ( 2 бассейна, теннисный корт ,фото и детская зона), рядом с отелем её практически нет, но отдыхать это не мешает!!)
Напитки- 5 ( понравились коктейли и пиво, крепкие не пробовали)

The sea is through the passage under the road. It's close, it doesn't bother at all. There is a swimming pool on the beach, two bars, hamburgers, pizza, etc. are served during the day. We were in hotels from April 28 to May 13, 2024. In general, it's not bad, but for me there is a minus! The staff is trying hard. Everything is clean. The diet is monotonous. There are a lot of people. Queues are everywhere. They even stand behind potatoes as if people don't eat it at home. There is no kettle in the room. It's not very convenient! Maybe someone doesn't care, but it's important to me. Since the coffee that is available on site is not possible to drink it. I bring with me the coffee that I like. A huge disadvantage is the location of the hotel. It is surrounded by roads on all sides. The main highway D 400 there is endless transport, and other roads on them are worn by locals in cars and their music is blaring at full volume until late. I'm a light sleeper, so I couldn't relax in this hotel! We won't be coming back because of this! There were plenty of sun beds on the beach whenever we came. Going to sea is not good for me. I couldn't go in without corals, but my husband went barefoot and everything suited him. The sea was stormy all the days. For a couple of days, the lifeguard did not let anyone in at all, a red flag was hanging. We arrived later than last year, but again we were unlucky with the weather, but it's hard to please nature here! We got caught in the rain and the storm!

The sewer was flowing, they said they had fixed it, but when they came to the room, there was a puddle, I realized that they had done nothing and there was no point in asking, the cleaning was also so-so, it felt like they were washing everything with one rag, so she only asked me for bed linen and a towel! The sea is a separate story, they promised small pebbles, but soooo, even in the corals it was a pain to go in! Well, we were in late May and early June, the sea was terribly dirty! We spent all 2 weeks in the pool! In terms of nutrition, the chef is highly praised, I can say the 4* meals were much better! Everything is spicy, the same type every day, for kids there is no choice at all, everything is with spices!!! It's a problem with vi-fi in general, it catches only in the corridor and then not everywhere! All 14 days I had depression, I wanted to run home! I can't recommend it, especially with children!

There was a fish day and a Turkish day - they gave something unusual in the restaurant
Cons: every second plate is dirty, the appliances are too, there are not enough appliances. To get to the beach through a tunnel that does not have a wheelchair ramp, drag it with your hands. The pub bar is closed. Everything is included according to the principle until it is over, they are not going to inform additionally anywhere, whoever managed to eat it.
The hotel is a pipe, in the center of which is a bar with a bunch of drunks and in any room you will hear everything that happens.
They feed the same thing, the chicken changes to the turkey and that's it. They save so much that new dishes are made from the old, yesterday's salad was consistently for breakfast every day, and there were no others (you can see yellow leaves, rotten tomatoes, a lot of water).
For those who fly to five stars for the first time, it's normal. There were surprisingly many of them there.
What was most infuriating: smoking is allowed everywhere. And everyone smokes everywhere, including the staff. Neither lie down on the beach quietly, nor eat in a restaurant, and no one cares about the children around.
Volleyball was played a lot and there were a lot of injuries-the area was covered in stones, even the nails were torn off on the foot

We had a night flight with a flight delay, then until we got there, two more hours, generally very tired, finally arrived at the hotel. A young man at the reception named Tikin invited us, explained that the room was ready, you can go through, check in. Paul was clearly delighted with the lack of washing, and no one had any intention of touching the dust there at all. The bed linen was not changed, but simply covered so that you would not bother. The dining room had an atmosphere of cozy filth: dirty dishes, stained tablecloths, and flies that seemed to have decided to have lunch too. Breakfast was so fascinatingly monotonous that the same menu was served every day, but dinner on Tuesdays was a real fairy tale! And how surprised I was by the lack of animation! We had a rest in May 2024.. The hotel is not bad.. The food is good. The sea was cool. The road to the beach is very beautiful. It pleases the eye. The person is good. They respect and love their work..

Отдыхали 21.05.2023 по 2.06.2023в Тимо, 2взр и 3 детей, номер у нас был большой семейный, 3 комнаты, вид на море. Отель чистый, красивый персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. Уборка в номере каждый день. Сам отель не большой, через подземный переход еще территория отеля с бассейнами , баром и пляжем. Заход в море камушки, что конечно для детей совсем не удобно. Детская анимации совсем никакая😪ежедневно детская дискотека с одной и той же программой ( 3 песенки, ручками похлопали, ножками потопали)и все!!!!! Вечерние программы для взрослых ,норм.( турецкие танцы, фокусник и т.д Есть на территории пляжа детский бассейн, но лежаков не хватает. На территории 2 качели и все. Нет детской комнаты. Для взрослый из дневных развлечений на пляже волейбол, в бассейне мужчины играли в поло, дартс, настол.теннис и большой, мячики для большого тенниса 5$. Возле бара на пляже женщина печет лепешки гезлеме, шикарнейшие!!! Завтраки, обеды, ужины в основном ресторане тоже оооочень разнообразные, есть все и мясо разное( курица, индейка, баранина, говядина) . До этого тоже ездили в 5, но там еда была скромнее.Каждый день шеф повар встречает гостей в ресторане👍Алкоголь тоже разнообразный пиво, вино,водка раки, коктейлей много( мохито, белиз, пиноколада и т.д) Лысый бармен делает коктейли вкуснее всех🤗недалеко от отеля куча торговых центров, и турецких лавок, красивая мечеть. Мы ездили на автобусе номер 5 с человека 1$ до Алании, на пляж Клеопатры, самостоятельно без экскурсии покатались на фаникулере , поднялись на крепость вид шикарный . Рядом с отелем есть экскурсионное агенство💥 русский парень Тимур продает экскурсии, в 2р дешевле чем у гидов ,не навязывает ничего подбирает по вкусу каждому, очень приятный молодой человек,от них ездили на 5 экскурсий, интересные, веселые никаких нареканий, было круто советуем. Одну экскурсию морскую переносили 2 раза из -за волн на море, мы решили отказаться, без проблем вернул деньги. Каждую среду приезжает рынок к отелю, можно купить вкуснейшие фрукты, одежду и продукты местного производства.Не смотря на некоторые мелочи, отдых удался😊

Хорошая бюджетная пятерка, крепкий середнячок. Вкусная еда, чисто, приятный пляж, зелёная территория. Мы попали в самый пик сезона и в максимальную загруженность и отель работал на своем максимуме, но вполне справлялся.
Из минусов - особенностей: частенько недокладывали полотенец, не хватало лежаков у бассейна и посадочных мест в столовой в пик захода людей.

Отличный отель! Красиво, чисто. Номер убирали ежедневно, это очень важно. А уж еда-это вообще бомба! Я получила огромное гастрономическое удовольствие))) персонал вежливый, отзываются моментально на любую просьбу, любой вопрос. На пляже бегают постоянно убирают, собирают стаканы, да вообще молодцы. Была в мае 2023,народу было уже очень много, но всего хватало. Отдыхом довольна. Рекомендую

It was at the end of the season, the last week of October 2023.
1. The hotel is not 5*, budget. The food is satisfactory, but not very tasty, vegetables are not fresh, there is no seafood, alcohol - only cheap cocktails with vodka. There is no urn in the room (except for a small one next to the toilet), there is no toothpaste.
2. Upon check-in, the senior manager offers a room with a sea view for extra money in his pocket (OK, paid), then did not leave the room, expecting a gift for something, barely kicked out. To the question of pride in your organization.
3. At the end of the season there is a saving: there is no disco, there is no animation, there is no way to find out about it.
4. Alcohol in the bar: pour vodka, something else and give a glass with a request to top up your soda from the vending machine nearby. UAI?!))
5. Cleaning is so-so
In short, for an unassuming holiday, if you just want to swim and take a walk, it will do, but I won't go there a second time.

We were at the hotel from 14.10 to 23.10,the hotel is beautiful,the rooms are very beautiful and I want to live,everything is cleaned,the floors are washed perfectly,the restaurant is fully filled,but there were enough places,the food is excellent,the guys at the bars are super fast,mobile,well done,but the dishes are just terrible,glasses are tin,such terrible in Turkey I haven't been anywhere, I've traveled to poor and budget hotels, I haven't seen this, well, in general, my rating is 4.99, because I asked and drank everything from disposable tableware!

Замечательный отель! Номера красивые, с хорошим ремонтом и новой мебелью, белье белое без катышков, матрасы удобные. В ресторане очень вкусная, разнообразная еда. Супчики супер!!!! Шеф повар встречает и искренне радуется всем. Большой выбор сладостей. Работают в этом отеле замечательные, приветливые люди. Многие из них хорошо говорят по-русски. Недалеко находятся торговые центры, базары.

Nice cozy rooms, cleaned in the morning at about 9 or 10 am. Tomorrow from 9 to 10. Brunch from 10 to 10:30. Lunch from 12:30 to 13:30. Across the street is the sea, 3 slides there and a restaurant with French fries burgers, you can also order a restaurant for the evening.

Vacationed at Timo Resort from September 23 to October 03, 2023. This is PARADISE, I really enjoyed meeting at the reception on the first day and throughout the rest. A wonderful hotel with a variety of meals, fresh renovation, friendly staff. I want to say a special thanks to the chef for the varied menu and delicious food! The chef himself greeted the guests with a smile every time and sincerely cheered up the guests! A sea of greenery, delicious fish, freshly cooked meat... And what desserts there were!!! You'll lick your fingers!!! The rooms are very cozy, the furniture is new, beautiful design! Cleaned daily in good faith. There were enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone, the entrance was normal, small pebbles like sand...Very attentive and friendly staff!!! Thank you all so much!!! I really liked the rest, I want to come back to this hotel again!!! I recommend it!!! Cons - I didn't see them in this hotel. Only "5"!!!

I'm at the hotel now. They settled on the 6th floor, there is no Internet in the room. They asked to move to a room with Internet access. They said they didn't have to, in a rough way. They offered a room for $ 35, with no guarantees about the Internet. Who writes reviews that the hotel has good Internet in the room?
We specifically chose a hotel with Internet access, we need it for work. Very disappointed

Отдыхали в этом отеле июль 2023. Питание не плохое, стандартное без изысков. Номера отличные, новые, стильные. Анимация практически отсутствует (софт) это везде на сайтах указано. Пляж не далеко, через переход. Убирать там стараются конечно, но все равно присутствуют и окурки и стаканчики. Шезлонги половина старые, также и матрасы. 1 раз за 6 дней заметили, что их сполоснули из шланга, забыв видимо про столики ( их не мыли ни разу), отдыхающие сами носят их под душ споласкивать. В Турции 17 раз, отдыхали всегда в 5 звезд. Первый раз вообще не посещали бассейны. 1 у отеля очень маленький, не уютный какой то, другой на пляже тоже не большой с горками. Лежаков свободных там не найти, люди размещаются на газоне. Бар на пляже с питанием ( бургеры, лепешки ( не очень их люблю, но здесь вкусные), мороженное по времени с сумасшедшей очередью, айран заканчивается крайне быстро. В баре в отеле всегда грязные столики, интернет работает везде плохо ( кому это важно), на пляже много посторонних, они шагают на него прямо по территории отеля целенаправленно и уверенно ( охранник сидит в кустах на входе, но их видать не видит). В отеле страшная духота, в номерах как повезет. У сына был 1507 ( за 30 доп. долларов) там кроме 1 дня работал хорошо, у нас 1431 ( за 10 доп. долларов) было душновато. Во время отпуска у дочери было день рождения. Обратились на рессепшен с просьбой поздравить ( традиционно, как во всех отелях Турции) даже не торт ( везде целый торт несут), а кусок со свечкой. На что нам не дали никакого вразумительного ответа, мы подошли к шеф повару ( он всегда присутствует на приемах пищи), и он мне принес свечку, маленькую такую, в полоску отдал в руки и ушел..... такого " сервиса" еще поискать надо)))) эксклюзив просто. Расположение отеля не плохое, по средам базар прямо под окнами, недалеко в Конаклы у башни магазинчики и ТЦ. Отдохнули мы в принципе не плохо и хорощо, что поехали всего на 6 дней ( обычно минимум 9). Дольше в этом отеле делать нечего. Однозначно туда больше не поедем. Отель был с хорошим рейтингом и " низкой ценой" для этого сезона. 170 тыс. За 1 взр. 1 реб. ( подросток) 6 ночей. 4 звезды ставлю за номера и не плохое питание.
