We rested in early May 2024 for two weeks. The water was invigorating, but they swam perfectly, there was rain and a storm, but the sun was all. The food is nothing special, some kind of a whole surrogate as usual for all inclusive, but the alakart is a very tasty restaurant. The dinners are still normal, delicious mashed potatoes and eggplant, a large selection of meat, but again, there is little that is delicious, everything is drowned in fat, overcooked, the menu repeats, but of course you will not stay hungry, although you are already terribly tired of this food. Breakfasts are very meager and boring, all kinds of egg dishes, ZERO delicious pastries, almost all desserts suck, you have to look out and one out of 10 will be delicious. Again, nothing new, this is an all-inclusive budget. There is no green tea, only chymose with flavors. The alcohol, as it was, as if diluted, beer and wine for three, but edible, we do not drink the other. The main thing is that no one was poisoned there, that's a plus! The glasses are not washed, rinsed, because they do not have time, at first they are clean after a hot wash, but then that's it, you'll drink from the dirty ones, if you are not squeamish, personally I just did not part with my own, although they constantly tried to pick them up. A good bath, a good hammam, massages are average and expensive, both Turks and Balinese do, with hot stones 30 minutes 2500 for a massage, you can bargain if you take a course. The hookah is good, it costs 2000 rubles. The beach is nearby, opposite the passage, quickly and conveniently 3 minutes and you are in a beautiful park, there are also two bars, a recreation area and a second pool and beach. It's very convenient, but the beach itself sucks, everything is covered in large stones at the entrance, the bottom is the same, even cobblestones, it's better to swim in water slippers. Of the advantages, a 15-minute bus ride in a straight line nearby and here you are on Cleopatra chic beach!!! and Alanya is nearby for about 20 minutes by bus. You can also walk in the village of Konakly, near the shopping center with a mcduck and various cool clothes and brands, opposite there is also a shopping center, a bunch of markets around, pharmacies, shops and excursions, everything is nearby. We were at the hotel in early September 2023. The hotel is excellent, the food for 5+ is very tasty, grilled meat (chicken, turkey, pork, trout) every day, no one will stay hungry!!! Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms, cleaning every day. The beach through the underpass is not annoying at all, 2 minutes and you are at sea..There is also a restaurant on the beach pizza, fries, burgers, tortillas, everything is fresh from the heat! A good hotel for your money. Of course, this is not 5 stars when compared with Europe, but there is everything for life. The rooms are new, well renovated, the audibility was not noticed. The internet did not work in the rooms, but the lobby was good. They cleaned well, every day. All towels, even beach towels, were changed daily. The staff is responsive, they will pour, clean, take care of. The food is delicious, but rather monotonous, on day 5-6 they already knew exactly what would be for dinner or breakfast. We almost didn't go to lunch, we had lunch at the beach bar)
We went in October, it was +30 every day, the sea was good, clean, we played volleyball, it wasn't even cold in the pool. There is a bus stop nearby, in 20 minutes and 1 dollar drive to the nearest city - Alanya. We will choose this hotel again for a vacation, but we did not regret the choice, and we had a good time.

This hotel is just GREAT! We rested for 10 days in August. The Ultra all inclusive exceeded our expectations. Towels and linen are changed in the rooms every day. The furniture and interior are not shabby, everything is in very good condition. 100% nutrition, a variety of fish and meat dishes for every taste. Various pools with slides. The road to the beach is through an underground passage, 200 meters away, an excellent promenade through a blooming garden. There is an excellent lunch bar on the beach. The beach is sandy with pebbles, generally not bad. We will definitely come here at least once more!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August.
The staff is very kind and nice, especially the waiters and animators- they have a solid 5. The guys are great. The maids are not very good, for a C grade. In my opinion, the bed linen was not changed at all, towels are changed every few days, sometimes even one of the beds may not be cleaned, the cleaning itself is very weak, there is no such thing as in other 5-star hotels. Also, an expensive piece of jewelry was missing from the bag, suggesting someone from the staff. The food is average, the assortment is the same (breakfast is always the same, lunch is the same (only the soup changes), dinner is occasionally something new, and so everything is the same), the rooms are nice and beautiful. The huge disadvantage of this hotel, which overrides all the advantages, is the problems with air conditioning. When there are 37 in the shade outside and 52 in the sun, you want to cool off somewhere. But not in this hotel - it's stuffy in the lobby, stuffy in the room (we had it on the 5th floor), it's just impossible to sleep at night, you can't open the windows, the noise from the road. Our windows faced the screws from the air conditioners, they did not work at full capacity at all, only half. And sometimes none of them worked in the morning.
Wi-Fi, which is stated in the room when buying the hotel, is missing (this is so that you do not have hopes), but there is in the lobby and on the beach near the bar.
The sea is dirty all the time. But this is no longer a hotel, it is basically floating with garbage. Both in the morning and in the evening.
In terms of cleaning: towels and linen were changed once in two weeks. The floors are washed with a single cloth for half a floor. But they try to make it look aesthetically pleasing.
On nutrition: everything seems to be fine, you can always eat anywhere on the territory of the hotel. But in terms of changing tablecloths in the main restaurant, no. Even sometimes you come for breakfast - and the tablecloth is in a watermelon from dinner. There are not enough places in the restaurant for everyone, so for lunch and dinner there are races for places. Although the staff tries to make it everywhere and everywhere.
The animation is active, the staff is helpful and smiling. But they could not find information about where everything takes place in two weeks. At the reception, they sent me to a mini-club, there was a void. Therefore, where I saw something, I participated there.

Still, Side is preferable in this regard. Cocktails are not recommended if you are not a vodka lover, vodka is absolutely in everything! Even if rum is poured in front of you, vodka is in the bottle. Maybe they breed alcohol funfyriks? The beer is decent, the rooms are beautiful, clean and fresh, a very good spa at the hotel, perhaps I can even recommend it! The food is decent, but no more than that, not 5k, for lunch and dinner all vegetables and slicing in the morning are cherished! The beach is not the worst, but it has been better, there are a lot of large pebbles. In general, the hotel is more suitable for people of age or who need a quiet rest, as in a sanatorium)
Check-in according to the rules takes place at 14:00, but if the room is ready, then they can check in earlier. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00. At the reception, we were offered to check in earlier, only for a fee -$ 15. The rooms are cozy, renovated recently.
The hotel is cleaned daily, but not at all. At check-in, there were disposable slippers in the room, so they were replaced for us until I went down to the reception. The towel is indicated that it is changed every two days-lies!After yesterday's cleaning in the room, a foot towel was taken away, no replacement was provided.
The food at the hotel is normal, satisfying, monotonous. At the end of the rest + 3-5 kg are guaranteed.
Alcohol seems to be diluted🤭 from beer only the stomach increases, vodka does not have its 40%. Non-alcoholic cocktails are good.
Wi-Fi is weak, both in the room and on the beach. A lot of people gather in the lobby in the evening and everyone is sitting on their phones, that's where the router is installed😄
As for the beach. The road to the beach consists of an underground passage, and it does not spoil the whole picture. After breakfast, the same playlist, which consists of 5 songs, is played on the territory of the pool at the hotel. This playlist plays until 8 p.m. In the evening, at 8-9 hours, cartoons are turned on the screen for the kids and sometimes there is some kind of program with guests. Every Friday there is a Turkish night. Also during the day, you will be invited to play volleyball. In the morning, the girl collects for charging, only it all takes place at 11:30. This is the end of the entertainment program.

Of the minuses, this is terrible Internet, there is practically no Internet in the room, in the restaurant, too, it is only good on the ground floor. If you also work remotely, then I do not advise you to come here. In a 5-star hotel in a huge lobby, there is only one outlet in one place! And it's her turn. So you will not be able to sit with a laptop, and the lack of Internet in the room simply will not allow. From other minuses: the hotel is located next to the road, it is a fairly large highway with 4 lanes. The noise from it can be heard even with a closed balcony. The children's animation zone (game club) is located right by the road, separated only by a fence, it is very noisy, as if you are on the road. In my opinion, it is terribly not thought out. The dining room has a lot of chipped dishes and is generally quite dirty. The glasses in the bar are not washed, but simply rinsed.... In general, the hotel is tired, it is clear that it is not the first freshness. Among the advantages I can highlight: beautiful and spacious rooms, well-groomed territory near the sea, not a bad evening program. But if you do not plan to stay in the room for the whole vacation, it is better to choose another hotel

We stayed at this hotel from 08/09/2022 to 08/19/2022, we really liked it,well-maintained territory,nice spacious rooms with modern renovation.Great respect to the chef, the food is varied and delicious, I want to pay special attention to desserts, which in 10 days not even everyone had time to try.I advise you to visit the restaurant, 1 visit is free for guests.The sea is super.I definitely recommend it!

We were in the middle of May 2023.We visit Turkey once a year, always in different hotels and always in the top five.Timo liked it.We got a room on the ground floor, at first we were upset-the lobby is very close, we thought it would be noisy, but no, it was okay, there were almost no people in the lobby bar in the evenings, it was quiet.But there was always Wi-Fi in the room.The food was delicious, there were no seasonal fruits-strawberries, cherries.I liked the delicious biscuits.The area after the underpass is very well maintained, everything was in bloom-very beautiful.Everything is nearby-shopping malls, a market.

The hotel is not bad, but the passage to the beach is through a dirty passage. You can somehow maintain order in it when hotel guests walk through it several times a day. The rooms are pleasant, the cleaning is done every day. Food, there is a lot of it, sweets are many and varied, but it is kind of specific, but you can find something to eat. The beach is being cleaned, there are sun beds, but there are a lot of broken ones. Entering the sea is comfortable in safety shoes. We rested with our family in this hotel, of course there can be no question of any five, the food is very boring, monotonous, everything is either too peppery and spicy or tasteless from the word at all. It is not a very convenient location right by the road , the hum of cars , bikes, it is impossible to sleep.
The beach is probably the most basic minus, people still fly to the sea beyond the sea, the sunbeds are "tired" on the beach there is devastation , grass , cobblestones, it looks like an abandoned beach, very disappointing. To reach the sea , you need to walk along the passage ( we have already rested in a similar department , there was also a passage ) but all the same, everything was created to the maximum for convenience, there was tin: there were no ramps for strollers, everything was mildewed , shabby, the water in the passage was standing, the stench was terrible.

We had a rest with a friend from 09/25/2022 to 10/24/2022. I liked the hotel as a whole. Transfer from Antalya airport takes about 2.5 hours. For $ 10 we checked in 2 hours earlier)) Room on the 3rd floor 1317. Side view of the sea and the village. The balcony is very spacious. The room is pleasant, modern renovation. The plumbing is a little tired, but it's OK. There were no problems. The cleaning is a little lame, but generally fine. The bar was refilled only once. And twice they brought 1.5 liters of water
. Food: no frills. Constantly fish, chicken, sausages, soups. There are a lot of different pastries. Delicious omelettes are made on the grill for breakfast. We had lunch mainly at the beach bar. Local tortillas, pizza, burgers, French fries. Sooooo delicious beef every day. By fruits:apples, plums, watermelons and melons (not so much). All bars offer coffee, tea, juices (yuppies), ayran (on the beach) and local alcohol. The wine is pink, red, white. They make cool cocktails. The beer is delicious.
Animation: very non-intrusive. Basically, everything is the same every day. Aerobics, water polo, I saw some kind of gymnastics. In the evening, standard children's animation, artists were invited a couple of times. Turkish night. Disco at the beach bar every other day. Of course, there is little time. From 23.30 to 1.00. They also take you to clubs.
The sea: the approach is certainly not particularly convenient. It is better to take shoes. And there are a lot of stones in the sea itself. There were problems with the sunbeds from time to time. I highly recommend Ala-the card is free. Very cool. We liked it better than the paid one for $20.
Location: there are a lot of things around. On Wednesdays, a huge market arrives, right under the windows of the hotel and stretches over several streets. There is a nightclub, an outlet and a shopping center about a kilometer away. You can buy a lot of interesting things.
Internet: very weak. Apparently the hotel was full and there wasn't enough for everyone. In the room, I caught it normally only at the door.
In general, I liked the hotel. There are shortcomings, of course. But we were going to rest, and not to walk like an inspector. That's why everything is cool.)))

I liked the hotel. We rested for 7 nights (we should have taken more), I didn't want to leave. There were 4 of us (adult and 3 children), standard room (double and single beds, sofa). Go to the sea through the underpass, close. All the days the sea was with small waves, which the children like. The food was good, you won't stay hungry, there's a lot of choice.
