We liked the hotel. Nice design of the hotel inside. The rooms are cozy. There are 4 swimming pools on site: 2 adults and 2 children. There are slides. The food is varied and delicious. The chef very often greets the guests in the restaurant hall for dinner and makes a pleasant appetite. Drinks in the bars are varied and for every taste. They make cocktails for both adults and children. The animation is fun. The staff is friendly. There is an underground passage across the road to the sea.
Great hotel 👍
💙 Good location (near the center of the village, 5-7 minutes at a calm pace)
💙 there is enough food for everyone and for every taste (of course there is no seafood and fruit is not too much choice, but it did not bother us, we did not come 😂)
💙 there are a lot of sunbeds, but after lunch we will have to look (if there are no free ones, then we took mattresses and lay on them, also normal)
💙 Sand entering the sea, if you go in front of the sunbeds (stones come across to the left and right of the sunbeds)
💙 Hammam / sauna /face mask for free on the 0 floor, opposite the main restaurant (they invite you for a massage, 1 trial is free. We found out this only on day 3, and while we were waiting for the check-in, we decided to go for $ 25 ☹️ but we didn't regret it, the massage is just super)
💙 Animation every evening, fun for both children and adults
On Wednesdays (and it seems to be on Fridays, but this is inaccurate), a market arrives near the hotel (on the right, if you stand with your back to the hotel). Save money 😏 (there are fruits, vegetables, sweets, and clothes, in general, there is a lot of everything and they trade perfectly, at 3-7!!!discount the price once, if you know how to bargain)
💙 The room is comfortable (2 beds, sofa, wardrobe, mirror, plasma, balcony). They don't clean well, but we didn't find fault.
Of the disadvantages (and we did not come across this), they said that they were stealing. The safe is paid ($ 2 per day), we did not take it, put everything in a suitcase with a code, nothing was missing.
And so, I liked everything, a decent hotel for families with both children and adults.
They move into a bad room to pay extra for a good one. The rooms are not vacuumed, we were there for 8 days. there are no bathrobes, only beer and wine are served at the bar by the sea. Cocktails are not made, although it is ultra all inclusive.
The keys are the old-fashioned way, not a card.
The hotel needs renovation, far from 5 stars.
The waiters are a big plus, they always smile, they work very actively.
My husband and I visited this hotel 2 times in 2018 and 2019. We wanted to fly in 2020, but it didn't work. We were upset. We were at another hotel, but decided that if they open, we will fly to our favorite Timo hotel in 2021. We liked EVERYTHING. Bomb staff, food, rooms, service, pools, SPA, fitness, territory, sea, in short EVERYTHING. This is our favorite hotel. On Wednesdays, a huge bazaar unfolds under the windows of the hotel. Supermarkets, shops and a large shopping mall are just around the corner. In general, I recommend it for a comfortable, family, wonderful holiday. We are Timo.
Feel free to fly, the hotel is awesome. The kitchen staff is just 5 points, they are trying very hard. In general, a very cool hotel, we liked everything
A good Hotel, quite helpful staff. The food is great, the beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it didn't bother much. Ten minutes walk from the hotel towards Alanya Time center, many shops. There is also a place to walk around the hotel, there is a market on Wednesdays, in general it is not bad, you can return to Timo, we were satisfied.
We were on vacation at this hotel, we arrived under the impression!Very good and sociable waiters, the animator is just a super professional! The beach is across the street. There is a bar on the beach, where you can feed and drink various drinks, sun loungers. The beach is constantly being cleaned up, there are activities on the beach-volleyball, exercise, some kind of game with balls on the sand! The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a paddling pool and an adult 140 cm, a slide. There is a bar by the pool where you can also have a burger and a drink (there was only one professional bartender, the rest leave much to be desired). On Wednesdays there is a bazaar around the hotel, many shops nearby, not expensive, there is a bazaar in Alanya (the bus often runs for 4 lira). In the evening, after dinner, a children's show begins, then either invited artists or shows for adults and a disco until 22.30, then everyone goes to the beach to the bar, where the disco continues (the bar is paid after 00:00).In general, I really liked it!The animator is SUPER!!!
Of the cons:the toilet is constantly flowing in the bathroom, the second refrigerator did not work even after replacement, one air conditioner made a lot of noise and interfered with sleep (we have a family room of 2 rooms), the safe worked after replacement, and they say sometimes there is no water in some rooms.
We arrived for 5 days, and during these days we never cleaned, the sea is dirty, the conder lobby bar does not turn on during the day, the Internet is so-so, but the food was delicious and the beautiful view of the hotel, if you plan to relax with friends, I do not advise you, there is nothing for young people to do here, the hotel is purely family-run, but otherwise everything I liked it
I stayed at Timo Resort Hotel 4 times. Nice hotel, delicious and varied food, clean beach. The Ottimo store is located in the basement of the hotel, where you can buy leather and fur products at a good price. The location of the hotel is excellent. Next time I will definitely come to Timo Resort Hotel.
A very decent hotel, friendly staff, excellent food, very comfortable rooms, I consider one of the best options for the budget five, it is clear that those who are used to deluxe conditions are not here for you, and for party-goers too, this is a quiet family hotel, with a lot of children, thank you to the animators, they are, but most importantly they do not bother, the children's mini club is also well done, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, we went barefoot with the children of the bnz of all kinds of corals, in general, we were very satisfied with the vacation! Thanks Timo)!
A great hotel for a family holiday! Varied menu, friendly staff. An excellent cook. We had a rest in August 2019, we will be happy to return here again.
I liked the hotel. Delicious, varied food. Cozy rooms. Nice beach. Wonderful pools. One disadvantage is the air conditioning in the room. Many complained about the poor work. We lived on the 4th floor.Everything was OK. Let's go back, I advise you.
When changing the bed linen, the sheets and pillowcases are changed, and the blanket is always the same (and without a duvet cover, cover or sheet). I'm not sure if blankets are washed between the guests. This is very unpleasant.
There are queues and crowding everywhere. And it's not about the small amount of space, but about the organization. For example, for the entire large hotel in the dining room (and this place does not pull for a restaurant ...) there is one vending machine with coffee/tea. Naturally, a small queue gathers there. Yes, in this hotel you need to stand in line for tea every morning. The approach to the grill is organized in the form of a narrow corridor, which means that there is a queue again.
The beach is large, BUT a short section is reserved for sun beds (under a canopy). It would be possible, for example, to put additional umbrellas and sun beds in an empty place, but no :) As a result, the sunbeds stand in tight rows practically without aisles between. Sad "beginners" are wandering around, who do not know that the sunbed should be occupied until 9 am ...
Everything is sad with food: the choice is very modest, there were spoiled tomatoes (in the salad), sour watermelons...
It's not a 5*. Solid three stars.
Great hotel, nice room (we had a family room on the 2nd floor), friendly staff, enough food, the beach is close, the center of Konakli is close (10 min.), everything is great!!!!!
We had a rest in September 2019. For your money, everything is great. It would be possible to increase the number of umbrellas on the beach (not everyone had enough space under the canopy).
According to reviews, this is the best option offered by the agency, but we went to Alanya to Cleopatra beach, as we did not like the beach at the hotel, pebbles and stones at the entrance. There is a lot of food, but you can count delicious things on your fingers, they fed tastier in the school cafe in Alanya. The room is quite good, the air conditioner broke down, it was promptly replaced with a new one, there are no complaints about cleaning either. Maybe this is really the best hotel in Konakli, but it's better to settle in Alanya itself, there's nothing to do in Konakli.
