Rested in May 2023. As a participant of the Hilton Honors Gold program, we upgraded the room to a 2-room with 1 bedroom. Thanks! The interior is beautiful, everything is brand new, furniture, plumbing, textiles. The bed is wide and comfortable, the air conditioner works well. Breakfasts are partly a la carte (eggs, cheesecakes, pancakes cooked in various ways), partly a buffet. I liked everything I tried, the waitress was very kind. There was a problem with the towel rail in the bathroom, it warmed only if you use water. It was very difficult to connect an external disk to the TV, you were screwed to the wall and the connector was very deep. There was a kitchen in the room, but almost no cooking, because there was no oil or spices. But it is enough to warm up food or drink tea. The room is quiet, neighbors and noise from the street did not interfere. I liked it, I'll be happy to come back!

Stayed with a large family room. The room has everything you need, even a washing machine.
From the windows there is a beautiful view of the water and the city. The room is very quiet, ideal for relaxing.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and amazing pillows.
In the living room you can warm up or cook food, drink tea and coffee. Every day, 0.5 liters of bottled water is brought to the room for each of the guests.
Of the minuses, I can only note that the hair dryer has a short tight wire and there is no outlet for any of the mirrors in the room.

The hotel with the strangest booking system. They had to check into the hotel on August 2nd with the bride to spend the night before the wedding in this "beautiful" hotel. But it never happened.…
I booked the hotel in advance, about one and a half to two weeks in advance, the reservation was confirmed to me on the website, I linked the card. There were no calls and I thought that everything was in order, because they showed me the cherished one - the reservation was confirmed. Then there were a lot of pre-wedding affairs and worries, and I considered this issue closed without a second thought. The hotel has my card, my phone number (We live in Minsk and the phone is actually permanent Belarusian, no foreign hardships), what could go wrong?
Imagine, maybe! On the day of check-in, I decided to call and ask a small question, as they tell me that my reservation has been canceled!! By someone, for some reason, just like that! As it turned out, they can't write off the money themselves, they!!some time after booking!! they sent me a link where I had to pay for everything myself… Maybe it was necessary to deliver cash to them in a month?! Complete nonsense…
No call, nothing was done by the hotel to prevent the situation, they just stupidly canceled our reservation, thereby completely spoiling the wedding night!
Thanks Basilian for the ruined experience of staying at a hometown hotel, I hope Hilton never finds out about it. The network is more than decent, there is no point even hiding it, there have never been problems with hotels of this network in other countries.

Очень довольны номером, сервисом и клиентоориентированностью.
Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам ресторана и особенно Игорю! Потрясающий молодой человек. Румсервис - отдельный вид удовольствия.
Номера большие, очень приятный ремонт, различные сценарии света, натуральный камень, все новое, красивое, удобное и стильное. Отдельно хочется выделить косметику в душе: гель для душа, лосьон для тела, шампунь, ополаскиватель — восхитительные захотелось приобрести такие домой. Отличная шумоизоляция, высокие потолки, огромные двери, красивый вид из окна.
Отзывчивые девочки на ресепшн. Екатерина внимательная, поздравила с днем рождения, помогла с доставкой цветов в номер.
На все просьбы откликаются моментально.
Очень довольны отдыхом в прекрасном городе и прекрасном отеле семейства Хилтон.
Однозначно и с удовольствие буду рекомендовать отель друзьям и точно вернусь сама снова.

Everything seemed to be fine, but there were still questions for the staff.
The heated towel rail in the room did not work, the bathroom was constantly cold and damp, nothing was done about it. At least we changed the towels on request, about this one time the towel was with a huge hole.
Before leaving, the cleaner took our wine glasses, ran to the reception, searched.
It seems that the hotel is on the level, but minor staff flaws have greatly spoiled the impression.

A great new hotel in a historic building in the center of Minsk. Very convenient location, within walking distance of the Opera and Ballet Theater, the Cathedral, the upper town, the embankment. The rooms in the hotels are comfortable, there is a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, refrigerator). Comfortable beds. Polite staff. Beautiful view from the window.

We rested here with the whole family, asked for rooms next to each other in advance, there were no problems with this, although we were in another department and they replied "as it turns out". I was very pleased that we got into the situation and gave rooms nearby, also with a beautiful view of Svisloch. The rooms are all clean, the beds are intact. Very convenient location in the city center. I advise everyone, I am sure that they will like everything!

Curio in the Hilton network implies a high standard of service - that's how it is!
Luxurious spacious rooms (in some hotels the whole room is like one bathroom) - we took a two-room suite, its area is about 70 squares. Beautiful modern interior, the room has everything up to the oven and washing machine in the kitchen area. The breakfasts are also on the level! Breakfast on January 1st with herring under a fur coat and sparkling wine - mmm!)) Special admiration for the staff, they are ready to help with any questions, even to give the children a letter from Santa Claus.

After visiting, I realized that all the bad things that are written about this hotel are most likely true. Complete horror.
Anyway, the cleaners don't work at all. We took almost the largest room for the whole family. The room is large and beautiful. That's all the advantages.
The cleaning lady apparently went into it, just to change the bed.
There was broken glass on the floor in the children's room! There was dirt everywhere on the floor.
The funny thing is, there were other people's underpants hanging on the radiator in the toilet. The lever for the plug in the bathroom does not work, you need to lift it with your nails. At the reception, they just said "sorry" about it and did not offer to fix anything.
The stairs, which can be used to get from the street to the room the fastest, while not looking like a fire escape, are littered with junk and garbage.
It would seem much worse, but at night, some sounds began to be heard from above, as if repairs were underway there. I started calling the reception, but the bookmarks in the phone were torn off, where and how to call. I had to look for the reception with my finger, using different buttons. They said they would talk to the residents above.
The most important thing is that the call helped only partially. Opposite is the area of a mixture of Patrikov and Tretyakovskaya, where festivities go on until 5 am. This place is located as in an amphitheater relative to the hotel.With the windows closed, you can just hear everything that's going on there.
As a result, the room is dirty, untidy with glasses and other people's underpants and the noise is opposite. All this for almost $500 per night. I just feel cheated.

We held an event in the restaurant of this hotel on August 24 and I was absolutely disappointed with the organization and work of the staff. The most striking thing was the inconsistent replacement of side dishes, the replacement of snacks with others, the number of snacks also did not match the order. When reporting this to the manager, the answer is: "we will resolve the issue with the restaurant" and silence. The employee is incompetent, asking for the passport details of other people participating in the event, not knowing the new legislation on personal data.

To say that we liked it is to say nothing))) When you have something to compare and remember the European service and beautiful interiors, you are pleasantly surprised by what you see :) The location of the hotel in the city center, the proximity of attractions, the availability of Parking on site, the room has a modern, functional interior, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, convenience, cleanliness and comfort, the kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, friendly staff, delicious and healthy breakfasts - all this characterizes Basilian Minsk, Curio collection. A wonderful newly renovated hotel - the rooms are cozy, bathrobes, slippers, all the necessary sanitary kit are provided.
There is a huge disadvantage - you do not agree to rooms with windows on the river - there is a nightclub there and all week (except Thursday) extremely loud music plays all night until morning. The impression that the disco is right in your room. Well, in the morning, working days begin at the construction site, which is just under the windows on this side. Although the noise from the construction site is not as big as from a disco.

I will interrupt a lot of good reviews. The excellent location of the hotel, the advantages ended there. There is no bottled water in the room, cobwebs in the bathroom, and there are no sets in the room: toothpaste, puppies, etc. All this can be ordered only through the reception, and attention, go down for them yourself, no one brings anything to the room. Honestly, the expectation from a 4-star hotel is higher!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, there has been no hot water for two days, they said the boiler was broken, no one in our hotel, sorry, and this is for 180 euros per day!! They reported it yesterday, but the problem has not been solved for two days. The management is not doing anything to solve the problem. Don't wash, don't brush your teeth.
The rooms are normal, but the heated towel rail in the room does not work, the reception said that it only works in winter (!) when there is heating, in summer nothing is dried, the towels are wet. I hesitate to ask who installed non-electric towel rails in a hotel of this level?!
When booking this hotel, I "bought" the positive reviews, I don't know who wrote them?! It looks like the hotel has a very bad owner!

The hotel is located in the old center of Minsk, next to the tourist route. An old mansion converted into a hotel. We rented a superior room with a small kitchen. The room corresponds to the photo from the website, a spacious beautiful room with modern renovation, which sets up for a pleasant stay. We have been traveling with our family since the opening. We have already been 5-6 times. The children and my wife really like it. Clear. Comfortably. Nice. Sleep well.
There are various restaurants nearby both on foot and by car. But the draniki in the hotel is better than in Bulbashi. Children order dumplings every time. Borscht is also delicious.

Плюсы:
Красивые, новые апартаменты, выполненные в современном стиле. Мебель, освещение, картины, все отлично подобрано и сочетается между собой.
Персонал очень вежливый, старается и работает на максимум (в ресторане). В номерах висят тёплые, махровые халаты и лежат наборы тапочек. Есть утюг и гладильная доска. Мягкие подушки, но твёрдый матрас(на любителя)
Но, тем не менее, в апартаментах за 350$ за ночь ожидаешь максимальное отсутствие минусов, а минусов здесь оказалось огромное количество.
Минусы:
При заезде не оказалось больших полотенец, ватных дисков, ушных палочек- базовый набор любой 3-х звездочной гостиницы. Пришлось дважды ходить и просить чтобы все это принесли в номер. Ушных палочек и ватных дисков так и не оказалось.☹️
Есть кухонька и пишут что тут есть все необходимое. Это огромными кастрюлями😁??Зачем?)) варить борщ или мясо на кости?)) Вместо кастрюль можно было бы поставить бумажное полотенце, тк руки или стакан попросту нечем протереть после того как ополоснул. Присутствует кофемашинКА, но капсул нет, за ними на ресепшн. Есть посудомойка, но за капсулами тоже на ресепшн и 1 капсула 3 рубля))) 😅
В номере на 4-х оказался 1 фен, но 3 телевизора😁. Хотели попросить ещё один фен, но по стандарту, положен только один))
Двери с доводчиками в туалетах отдельная тема. Чтобы открыть дверь приходиться всем корпусом отклоняться от двери, так просто дверь не откроется. Зачем двери с доводчиками в туалетах?)) если сама по себе дверь весит и так 50 кг.
В туалете непрерывно работает вентилятор. Отключить его невозможно. У зеркало в ванной нет подсветки.
Апартаменты сделаны шикарно, но многие мелочи, которые формируют комфорт, не учли. Поэтому 3 звёзды.

With a long queue, we have not been able to achieve the opening of the second rack, although there is one. In the evening, there is always an empty table with drinks and cookies in the reception area, but with a completely clogged and untidy trash can with disposable cups. An expensive breakfast (1,800 rubles per person), a completely faceless, but not cheap restaurant. Another large hotel is being built nearby, I hope its opening will make the hotel management work better due to competition.

Замечательно! Нам понравилось вообще все за наше пятидневное пребывание, особенно классными оказались:
1. потрясающе мягкие матрасы и нежное воздушное постельное белье, мы спали шикарно даже на диване-кровати.
2. отличный мощный фен.
3. отличный мощный и не пачкающий одежду утюг.
4. идеальная чистота.
5. приятная небольшая кухонька с электрической плитой, микроволновкой и даже стиральной машинкой.
минусы:
1. было прохладно в номере, но и в целом в Минске было очень прохладное начало мая.

Выбрав данный отель для поездки в Минск были приятно удивлены уровню сервиса и качеству номеров. Неимоверно приятный и дружелюбный персонал в самом отеле и ресторане. Сравнить есть с чем- много ранее путешествовали по Европе. Уборка номера своевременная, ежедневная. Сам номер просторный, комфортный.Расположение удачное-центр города в пешей доступности, Комаровский рынок-3 остановки общественным транспортом. Надеемся, что сервис в дальнейшем не ухудшится! Ранее останавливались в Hilton dabl tree Минска. Сравнение в пользу Basilian!

Есть огромная собственная парковка
Находится в очень удобной зоне, рядом старый город и огромной протяженности набережная
Состояние отеляна 4-
Есть старые запахи в коридорах
Есть затхлые запахи в ванной
Но номера очень красивые, хоть и бестолковые. У сам номер был по размеру чуть больше санузла, а вот вешалки для одежды или места под обувь при входе не было

Шикарная гостиница в историческом центре Минска, в районе троицкого предместьея, здание так же историческое с высокими потолками, но сделан новый капитальный дорогой ремонт, в номере очень понравилось, все новое, красивое, высокие деревянные окна, уютная интерьерная подсветка, на кровати высокий удобный матрас, спалось как никогда, атмосфера в номере очень комфортная, тихо и уютно. Ресторан так же на уровне. Так же понравилась автоматическая дверь на входе, она выглядит как обычная, по этому даже не ожидаешь, что она перед тобой сама распахнется, в общем отель рекомендую 👍
