We decided to use insurance and call a doctor at home. In response, they only heard from the insurance company "Your address is not served by the clinic with which we cooperate." (our address was a 5-minute drive from the very center of the city). The insurance company offered to make an appointment with a doctor, which we had to agree to. An hour later, we were written to Viber that the nearest appointment in their clinic is available only in a week!
As a result, they found a doctor's appointment themselves the next morning. I hope, at least with compensation, there will be no such adventures.
Everything is fine, but only upon arrival it is not clear where to go and apply. In general, the staff is polite and, for an insured event, they did it many times faster than promised!
