The company's employees do not try to help the client, do not give detailed information about how best to act in a particular situation, for the "company" it is important first of all that you, as a client, spend a lot of time and money on a case that will obviously benefit the insurance company.
3. There is no clear structure for evaluating the case, calling the employees of this company experts is an unacceptable luxury, they can only be called experts in one case, it's how to deceive your client.
4. If next time I encounter the fact that I have to contact an insurance company, then this organization will not appear on this list, I would rather insure my life in an insurance company in Zimbabwe than entrust my health or the health of my loved ones to your "experts".
For management: please hire an intelligent manager who will train staff in the field of communication with clients.
