I called, reviewed and recalculated again and, of course, found an error (again). Employee Ekaterina said on the phone that yes, someone had not taken into account something, said we would pay extra and did not even apologize (call 08.12.2020 at about 16:40 - let them listen to the recording that is being conducted). And if my wife had contacted them (without my help), who would not have gone into the details of the calculation? And how many such drivers can be "shod"? And if it does, we won't even apologize. Maybe I was just "lucky" and it's not practice. But one of my cases and so many problems. Therefore, my personal request is, do not insure yourself with them, find any other office and you will do at least something good to another participant in an accident who is not to blame anyway.
