A great hotel with a huge well-maintained territory. The food is excellent. The staff speaks almost all Russian, and also communicate in English and German. There is a water park on the territory, many pools, including children's pools. The beach is small pebbles, the depth begins immediately.

I liked everything very much: the location, excellent food, service, and animation, one minus is that the rooms need to be repaired (doors need to be replaced, flooring - too, there is a terrible gurgling in the pipes at night). And another big minus is that they smoke everywhere: in restaurants, on balconies and in corridors.

Everything is great in this hotel. Food, sea, pools. I was satisfied. We had a vacation with our son in June 2019. But there is one thing. This is an unrealistically small room in a bungalow. It's tight together. I didn't find a photo on the Internet, they don't post it on purpose. So keep that in mind. Everything else is fine

Great hotel!!! Food, beach, territory for 5+
The Council. To go to the restaurant of this hotel only, we went once to Starlight, a nearby hotel where you can also eat...and they ran away in shock. It's not the first or second time in Turkey, but this is the first time we've seen such a crush and queue in a restaurant...The food is the same. You can always find a table in Sunrise, the queues are small and disperse quickly...There is no crowd... everything is very comfortable and spacious.

I don't want to write much about the hotel.We had a rest from July 26th to August 4th.We arrived in the morning at about 10 o'clock.We were checked out, we left our things in the luggage room. They changed their clothes.And we went to brunch.Around 12:00, we were told.that our room is ready.And we settled in .Everything is in the room :and a telephone and a TV , a kettle ,a minibar, a dryer .We cleaned and changed the towel every day . The territory is huge, very clean, beautiful.Lots of flowers and greenery, everything is well maintained.There are two hotels on the territory.You can use the services of anyone.The sea is nearby, there are many pools.The staff is very friendly and helpful.There is a water park for children, several pools, and there are clubs for classes with children.The territory is fenced, the girls are very attentive and good-natured.The only comment and wish on this:there's a lot of air conditioning in the rooms, it's very cold.The children come from the street hot, after the pool.My granddaughter is sick.Although I changed her clothes and also gave her a towel to cover up .But these are children! Naturally, the towel was hanging on the chair.
The food is excellent, the choice of dishes is great.In the evening, a dish from the chef! In the evenings, there are amazing shows for both children and adults.I really liked it!

We had a rest in September 2019. The first thing we encountered was a 2.5-year-old child and I were put in a room with windows overlooking a nearby hotel and we were forced to listen to all the animation, shows and disco of that hotel until 2 a.m. throughout the entire vacation. When asked to relocate, they refused, like there are no available rooms.
Another huge disadvantage is that you can hardly find places on the beach. At 10 a.m., all the sun beds are occupied! At the same time, vacationers just stupidly throw towels and go about their business. There's a lot of food, but it's the same every day. The room was cleaned at lunch, or rather always at the time when the child needed to sleep in the afternoon.

The 5-star hotel does not pull at all, the territory is of course excellent, beautifully maintained, but the hotel itself is far from the top five.The dishes in the restaurant are chipped, the cleaning is purely symbolic, a la carte restaurants out of 10 are free of charge,2 which are very difficult to enroll in..I liked the food and the entertainment was great too. In general, a solid four.

On October 1, 2019, we are currently vacationing here with a family with two children! The youngest of 10 months picked up coxsackie((((( it is extremely unpleasant, the rest is spoiled. The child was terribly sprinkled with everything ((((() An insane number of children, each family has 2-3 children! The hotel is very large, green area, clean sea! I don't know where they picked me up. We don't swim in pools. Either in a baby cot or a baby high chair! Be careful!

Liars!!!! Everything would have been fine, but at the check-out we were forced to pay with an ala-card for the second time!
We rested from October 23 to October 28. We lived in bungalow 6208. During the vacation, ala-cards were booked twice: on October 23 and October 27. When booking, we were warned that it would be good to pay the day after the visit. Our first visit to the restaurant was $ 40 for four people, we paid on October 25 in the evening at the reception. We paid: we gave the girl the money, confirmed the number of the bungalow, the amount, and went on to enjoy the rest, no one offered us a check. On October 26, the two of them went to another restaurant - $ 2*35. Accordingly, they would have to pay the remaining $70 upon departure. But upon departure, we were told the amount of $ 110 to pay, that is, for both visits to ala-cards. We were informed that our first payment was not made in the system. We spent over an hour trying to prove that we were paying!!! They asked to see the cameras! The camera room was opened only 45 minutes later, when the bus for the transfer to the airport had already arrived and there was no time left to find out anything! Two reception employees were openly rude, saying that it was not their fault and it was not their problem, they refused to call the manager! We had to pay the extra $40 and leave, as the full bus could not wait any longer, and the hotel staff were not going to rush anywhere. By the way, we were never given a receipt for this additional payment either!!!!

The hotel does not pull in 5 stars. Poor room service. The bed linen is not changed, the towel can be lifted from the floor and hung back. The air conditioner is not working well. There are no cosmetics in small bottles, but containers on the walls weigh, which they replenish from 10-liter cans.
