Visit in August 2023. The photos of the rooms on the websites of all tour operators do not correspond to reality. The rooms are very small, absolutely not designed to accommodate two adults with a child, it is not even possible to put things out properly and put away a suitcase, there is no wardrobe, there is a small niche in the wall about 40 cm wide, equipped with a hanger. The overall impression is very shabby, 28 square meters are not declared here, even if you add a balcony. The beach is pebbles of varying degrees of size, it is very difficult to enter the sea from the shore, special rubber slippers are required. The territory is shared with the second hotel of this chain. Guests enjoy all the pools and restaurants of both hotels. A wonderful water park.

Among the advantages, a large green area consisting of 2 hotels.
Cons, very old rooms in the houses, there has been no repair for 10 years, there is no sound insulation at all, you sleep in the room, you hear a neighbor washing in the shower, this is nonsense.The cracks in the front door are 5 centimeters, again sound insulation and mosquitoes.
Room cleaning is normal, but they come from one to 3, when the child is asleep. (Number 6215)
They asked to come later, they came at 22 00. Pranksters in one word.
The pools are clean, large, the sun beds are occupied as always from 7 a.m., the collective farm in a word.

The food is there, but monotonous and does not change, the taste is 3.5 out of 5.
It takes 18 minutes to walk to the shops.

We had a rest in early June 2023 with our son and grandchildren. Chen traveled a lot in Europe, flew to Turkey for the second time, delighted, unexpectedly, but liked it more than in some European countries. I highly recommend visiting this place, the staff, the food, the animators are all 6 plus. Thank you, well done!

We are resting now. I liked the hotel! Overall very good. The staff is very good, but they speak Russian poorly. The kitchen is gorgeous. The rooms are clean, not luxurious, but generally decent.

We stayed at this hotel with a large company (5 adults and 5 children) in June. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., and check-in according to the rules at 14.00. We were told, of course, that the rooms were not ready yet, sent for breakfast and asked to come to the reception after breakfast to check in. We checked in at 10.00. The rooms were in a bungalow, two-storey. Everything is clean, there is everything you need: liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer... The mini bar was included in the room rate and replenished every day. The territory is divided into 2 hotels and you can use the entire infrastructure of both hotels (Sunrice and Star Light). There are 5 swimming pools + children's pools, many restaurants and bars, a water park, tennis courts, 2 fitness rooms, a children's mini club. The food is delicious and varied, the selection is very large, there are a lot of delicious fruits and vegetables. The beach is sandy, very large, there are always free sun loungers. The entrance to the sea is rocky and not gentle - literally 3 to 4 meters from the shore it is already deep. Every day there is children's and adult animation - there has always been something interesting, similar to the circus of dussols. We were quite satisfied with the rest.

People, if your life is dear to you, do not buy a tour to this hotel for anything! If you still decided to go, read what AMOEBIOTIC DYSENTERY is and the consequences that this infection causes!
At least 5 people in the period of October 09 - October 17 received this diagnosis by poisoning themselves with food at the hotel! This is not surprising, there are unsanitary conditions, dirt, ants and cockroaches in the room! In the restaurant, the plates are dirty, in common areas it's a nightmare!
Who is now responsible for the spoiled rest and health is generally unclear! The hotel is in collusion with a commercial hospital where they are being taken to be treated, they did not give any documents, they pretended that everything was fine and they had nothing to do with it!

I'll start with the bad so that it doesn't go unnoticed. I rested alone at the end of September 2023. They settled in a room in houses below human dignity. The room size is approximately 10 sq. m. meters + bathroom. There was not even a table and chair in the room, although I warned at check-in that I would need to work. As a result, after complaining, they brought me a small table. There was no balcony, there was nowhere to dry the swimsuit. Constant noise from neighbors, it is very audible what is happening in the neighboring rooms, as well as sounds from the street, people walk under the windows all night, morning cleaning also wakes up, even if they haven't reached your room yet. The cleaning itself is very conditional. The photo shows the state of the hood in the bathroom. In general, the whole hotel is not new. The river stinks in the area entering the beach.
From the good: a large territory, the opportunity to use the infrastructure of two Starlight and Sunrise hotels; a lot of different food, but this is the case everywhere in Turkey.
As for the sea, the beach is for an amateur, when entering the water there are small and large pebbles up to 5-7 cm, it is unpleasant to go in, but the water is clean, swimming is good.
I didn't see animation during the day, in the evening there are live concerts and then a disco with a bar. There was an unpleasant smell in the bar for several days, I had to ask them to do the cleaning

we arrived at 07 o'clock in the morning. A very nice girl met me at the reception. we contacted her a couple more times - she always helped us solve problems. They did not torment us and settled us already at 08 - for which thank you very much. This is a plus
the territory of the hotel is very large and green. It's also a big plus
there are a lot of different pools, including for children. we often went to the pool with a trampoline - the children have a lot of fun and interesting there. We also went to the indoor pool - it's big and there were always few people in it, it worked until 20-00 in the evening - we were the last to leave.
The area of the spa center (hammam, sauna) looks very good, everything is clean and spacious inside. You can bet 5. The only thing is that it works until 19-00, so after the sea we were there in a hurry a couple of times no more. And once it was unpleasant when 10 minutes before closing, the staff came to clean up in the hammam and asked everyone to leave before the agreed 19-00. It's not good at all.
The food was moderately varied. There were all kinds of meats, soups, side dishes, desserts, lots of fruits !!!!, ice cream, fish was also every day. there were almost no seafood and in terms of diets, the menu was also not very diverse - 2-3 positions.
I liked that there were places near the beach where you could take watermelon and melon, ice cream.
I absolutely did not like the cleaning in the room. 2 times our room was simply missed and not cleaned. once after cleaning, they forgot to put toilet paper, the next time they did not add a set with cotton pads and soap (I usually do not take such things with me, so it was difficult to wash off makeup that day), the next day after changing the linen they left one pillow without a pillowcase. to be honest, I haven't seen this anywhere else. we went to the guest relation for all questions - they helped, but the fact that in search of paper, cotton pads, pillowcases, we had to go to the main building is not the norm.
The animation didn't make much impression. We did not participate in the pool games. I went to yoga a couple of times, but to put it mildly, it's not yoga. apparently, they did not have a specialist in gymnastics or sports programs in the team.
The disco is a great place and the atmosphere is great. but I did not like that the ventilation was not turned on. as a result, the dance floor was almost always wet and slippery. and if you try to move on it, after 5 minutes you become wet from humidity. why the ventilation wasn't turned on is a mystery to me.
I also didn't like that on the beach (next to the playground) there were: 1) a broken shower 2) a broken latch in the changing cabin 3) a couple of broken doors in the toilet by the sea. It seems to me that this needs to be closely monitored.
They also found a broken door in the toilets near the children's pools. It's sloppy and spoils the impression.
The kids club looks great and the program is almost for the whole day. the only thing is that we have been there only 1 time, so there is no detailed impression. It should be good.

We lived in a bungalow, occupied two adjacent rooms. The bed was changed, the bar was replenished, fruits, nuts, sweets daily. It was not clear that the half-eaten food was not cleaned, but left in the room. Maybe it's accepted, I don't know.

The hotel probably has the largest territory in Antalya, because it is combined with the neighboring Starlight. and what individually would be just a green hotel turns into a real botanical garden. The staff is lovely and friendly, the water park is cool, there is plenty of food and drinks. One of the disadvantages is not high-quality room cleaning before check-in, but everything is fine. This is not the first time we have been relaxing here. Compared to the neighbor, it is simpler, but since the restaurants, the territory and partially the room stock are common, it is completely unnoticeable

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends three times, in 2019, 2021 and 2022. The first two times we had a great rest! And in 2022, after the change of owner, we did not recognize the hotel, the food is worse and there is less choice, the plates are dirty and dirty, the rooms are not cleaned from the word at all. Previously, there were more staff and coped with the influx, now the hotel management saves on everything possible. Even the Turkish employees themselves confirm this.
The hotel itself is not bad, the beach is good, you can always find sun beds, the food is delicious and varied, the huge territory of the hotel.
But after the change of ownership, boring animations began, the same thing every day, especially for children! There is a cool place, a paid pool with bungalows and service, the cost is 8 euros per day. But even here the service failed. In general, the hotel WAS great, but I don't want to go back after the last time.

Very very old room stock , mold everywhere , old air conditioners . On the first day of arrival, it flowed and flooded the room. They smoke everywhere, even near playgrounds and a pool for children. Super noisy, if there is a goal to sleep off - I do not advise choosing this hotel. There is no children's animation. There are no slippers in the rooms, there was no blanket, and when they asked for a duvet cover, it was squeamish to sleep under it. For 4 days of arrival, the cleaning was 1 time and the towels were not even changed. Every time I had to call and ask. Of the advantages : 1. Green territory
