At the time of the stay, the main Sunrise hotel was not working, so everything about food, drinks and the hotel was happening in Starlight. And they share the territory and the beach. Half a dozen pools. Food and drinks around the clock (of course, at night only inside the building). Watermelons and ice cream are served near the beach all day, melons, pears, etc. are periodically brought up. The food in the restaurant is varied, from borscht to baby food in jars. During the covid, the traditional "buffets" were removed, food is distributed by employees who are behind glass, so you have to gesture to show what and how much to put, but nevertheless, there are no queues, most dishes can be typed quickly.
Animation programs during the day, in pools and on lawns.
The infrastructure allows you to take a beach bag in the morning, leave at least for the whole day, move between the beach - restaurant - pools and bars and return to the room only to spend the night. There is a place to wash off the salt water after the sea and change clothes, give a wet towel when leaving the beach and take a new one when you return.

In the evening there are shows, programs for children, discos.
The staff strictly observe sanitary measures, all wearing masks and rubber gloves, even outside, even in 35 degree heat. Of course, there are fewer disciplines among tourists.
The room in the bungalow was 2-room, quite comfortable, with a balcony, the air conditioner was working, the minibar was replenished, the TV was showing several Russian central channels. The repair is not new, but everything was fine and clean.
- not a very good beach: at the entrance to the sea there is a mixture of coarse sand, pebbles and pebbles, it's just right to use sneakers for rocky beaches, but they are filled with coarse sand. 10 meters from the shore is already more than 2 meters deep, so the sea is not very suitable for small children, only pools.
The point of issue of beach towels is open from 8 to 18 o'clock, so if you want to go to the beach at dawn or sunset, you need to carry a towel with you.
It can be difficult to find an empty seat in the main restaurant. There are places outside the building, but in the middle of July, with the heat of 30-35, it is not comfortable outside during the day. The dishes do not change much from day to day, but nevertheless they are delicious and you can always find something. Food and cutlery are often taken away while you go to get a drink.
When cleaning the room, the staff had to pay attention to the need to replenish the supply of bottled water for the kettle, shampoos.

Well, so-so. We have already been to Turkey 7 times and there is something to compare it with. The territory is cool, large and green. The rooms are old. We paid extra and took a 2-storey villa. She's certainly super. The food is good and varied. There are a lot of desserts, fruits, and freshly squeezed juices for breakfast. Cocktails were not always made at the bar, they explained this by the fact that there were no ingredients. We got to a Viagra concert. There are many pools, there were always free sun beds. In general, it's not bad.

We are resting at the hotel now. I must say right away that the review is about sunrise, because there are 2 hotels on the common territory, the second starlight. And judging by the reviews, many people write about him, not about sunrise.
At first, my husband and I were given a room on the ground floor near the elevator with a view of the roof covered with gravel and debris with two separate beds. They immediately asked to change it. I clarified that I needed a quiet room. As a result, we were given the same thing, but with a double bed, overlooking another roof with garbage and a view of the neighboring hotel, where on the first night we listened to a disco until 2 am, and at 5 am - a call to prayer. On the second night, until 2 a.m., we listened to karaoke from a nearby hotel, drunken songs, and a call to prayer at 5 a.m. At the same time, they went for 2 days and asked to change the room, because it was impossible to sleep. They immediately indicated that they were ready to pay extra. It was not changed immediately, referring to the fact that the hotel is full. At the same time, we heard that other guests were offered rooms.
They asked to go to the room, but they refused. They said that it is impossible for fire safety, use the laundry service. For the first time I meet in a 5-star hotel, they do not give ugg. They asked for a small pillow - the answer is that the pillows are all the same, there are no others. In general, no one is even trying to help. The Gestrelation said that she could pass on our complaint to the management and that's it.
The staff is mostly unfriendly and not smiling. The reception in Sunrise and starlight does not smile and does not even try. For lunch/dinner, rarely anyone comes up to offer drinks.
The animators have never been seen. The rooms are small and quite old.
In general, it seems that you are not particularly welcome here. Even tips don't help.
One of the advantages is a very beautiful well-groomed territory, many locations, many swimming pools, good food, there are enough sun beds on the beach.
Of the minuses - attitude, service, rooms, the beach is a little dirty.
Conclusion: for 200 +k for two, it is the lowest in life. I do not recommend sunrise. The price does not match the quality. Perhaps the attitude in starlight is different.

In the almost two weeks that we have been here, we have cleaned properly only once, tips do not help. The vacuum cleaner feels like it's just being rolled around the floor for show. Until she came up and asked for fresh linen and towels, no one changed them.
In the restaurant, vegetable soup and vegetable kebab mean meat soup and a similar kebab, vegetarians will understand my pain. If you don't want to go for drinks yourself, call the waiters, they won't come to you themselves, they just clean the plates) In the Starlight, you can say another part of the hotel, you will immediately be asked what you will drink and whether to bring the menu as soon as you cross the territory of the snack bar) the most delicious pizza is in the snack bar next to the water park.
The attitude is generally friendly to both adults and children) there is a lot of entertainment for the latter, but we were not bored either. Very beautiful well-maintained huge territory, there are quiet pools, there are moving ones)) lizards are running everywhere, look under your feet so as not to crush)

I am currently in this hotel, I have read the reviews left before me and generally agree with them, yes, a very large and beautiful territory, many pools, the beach is pleasant, the food is delicious. But!!! Right now, the main building is being renovated and the restaurant is not working there, so everyone from the Sunrise Hotel and the Starlight Hotel eats at the restaurant located in Starlight, and I'll tell you this negates all the advantages of both hotels. Today my family and I came to dinner and we took food and started looking for a free table, but there is none! There is simply not a single table available! To make it clear, we were not naughty, although of course, arriving from autumn Moscow, it is nice to have dinner outdoors, but we simply did not see a single empty table either indoors or on the tracks. After 20!!! after a few minutes of unsuccessful search, I saw an untidy table and removed the dirty dishes from it myself, needless to say that for another 15 minutes I was looking for clean appliances for children... in general, we found a way for ourselves not to participate in the quest- find a table, we just have breakfast and lunch at the snack bar in the cave, but there is no alternative to the main restaurant for dinner and we have to go there. And I would love to go to a restaurant in the city for dinner, but they are not here... it's a shame that I'm here for the second time and chose it now precisely under the impression of the first visit and, moreover, recommended it to my friends, some will arrive the day after tomorrow and the second in a week, and I feel "Spanish shame" for praising this place.. in general, as they say in the famous movie "d****o happens"! I do not know how in the long term, but if you are considering this hotel now, then refrain, now it is shameless money-making! And then we'll see, by and large there is everything for a wonderful stay and excellent rooms and territory and animation, although my family and I will refrain from visiting this hotel in the future
