I expected more from the hotel, I was upset by the room stock. But about everything in order. Before that, we rested 2 times on the Sunrise network in Egypt, I want to return there. Of the advantages, the huge green territory of two hotels, a chic variety of food, several types of fish, shrimp, mussels, meat (chicken, beef, mutton, tongue, duck are presented at dinner) for this solid 5, delicious but monotonous non-alcoholic cocktails. The ice cream is delicious, I definitely advise you to try lemon. For snacks, tortillas are baked, fruits, hot dogs, pizza, pastries. In bars, they give nuts to beer (the mixture in a cup is very tasty). There are pebbles on the sea, there are bigger pebbles in the sea, we swam without special shoes. The sea is clean, warm, there were decent waves a couple of times, which certainly pleased the children. The pools in the two territories are clean, there are not so many people. On the territory of starlighta there is a pool on the 2nd tier 16 + with a sea view, children are not allowed there, as it is not safe.
We always find free sun beds at any time, both at the sea and by the pools. The slides are a bit weak, our children of 11 and 14 years old did not go in. You can get to the sea and to the pool with slides by train (runs every thirty minutes). Chickens, roosters, and two peacocks freely walk around the territory where the slides are.
Now the cons: our room 2201 family room is two-room, the furniture is too old to put it mildly, cleaning the room is a separate pain, sand, stones remain on the floor, there is no desire to go into the bathroom once again from the appearance.
Of the advantages, the room is in a quiet place, conveniently located, the bar is replenished daily, the conduits in the rooms work properly.
Another important point! There is no security at the hotel, there is a courtyard. Vacationers do not have bracelets (I think this is wrong). On the beach, too, often there is no lifeguard at all. And if someone gets sick?!

The hotel is great. The territory is huge, well-groomed. Special respect to the chef. We are in Turkey for the fifth time. Food is plentiful everywhere . But it was so delicious and varied only in Sunrise! Thank you very much.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. But cleaning... Such a brazen disregard has never been met... In 10 days, only a couple of times waved a rag, driving the dust into the corners. Believe me, I'm not picky and I go on vacation, not to follow the maids. Only for this reason - 4.

I don't understand people who write that they liked everything and come back. Apparently there is nothing to compare it with. They settled into a terrible, dirty and smelly room. They refused to relocate, citing full workload. They didn't want to clean it either. The tour operator made their brains in the truest sense of the word and only on the third day we were relocated. In the first room, in addition to the stench, there were spiders, cobwebs, ants in the shower, dirt is full, the room is tiny, there is nothing except the bed, there is no water pressure in the shower, the hairdryer barely blows. In general, a kennel!!! The second room was good.
The food is monotonous, there seems to be a lot of it, but it's all the same and no meat / fish! A children's restaurant is one name!!! It opens at 11 a.m., very strange. There are the same containers for lunch and dinner. The choice is scanty. There are no dairy-free porridges for breakfast (the child is allergic and this is a problem) there are no children's soups.
The territory is large, there are a lot of pools, but there are not enough sun beds on the sea, too. Sometimes, even one was hard to find.
Minidisko-the same five songs every night. A good evening performance. Everything is paid at the children's club.
On the day of departure (there was a night flight), the room could not be extended. And this is terrible!! You carry things with you, because there aren't even any storage rooms. Or you can just leave it on the street) the Sunrise spa does not work and you need to go with Starlight to take a shower. It's just trash!!! And that's 5 stars??? I do not advise anyone! It's better to stay at home with money)
The only plus is the sea and good weather, but it does not depend on the hotel, fortunately.

We are currently staying with my husband at the hotel.
We are without children.
We have been to many places, both in Turkey and in other countries. The tour cost us 280 thousand. At the time of purchase, the difference with the Bellis hotel was 35t.p.
The hotel was searched for the following parameters: a large territory, from 100 thousand m2, the presence of water slides, an active hotel, a green area and good food.
We have reviewed reviews from more than 20 hotels, there were many good reviews for this hotel, which I was incredibly surprised when we checked in.
In order:
- the number is a terrible horror, we changed 3, but it did not save the situation. Initially, we had a room with a sea view. There is mold in the bathroom, windows on the main restaurant with the smell of fried sausages, all the furniture is chipped, flakes of dust hang from the ceiling. Plus the room is very small, there is literally no turning around. We were moved to a bigger room with a mountain view. All the furniture is very tired, the tulle is stained, there is carpet on the floor. The plumbing is covered in lime, even the hooks are crookedly screwed.
Food: there is a separate sadness here, I saw dorblu cheese once, the desserts are all monotonous, once there was a seafood evening, but they managed to spoil them. The mussels were stuffed with rice, as a result, almost no one ate them, the shrimp were overcooked, and the octopus was inedible. On other days, the standard set of dishes that does not change, boiled pasta (pasta porridge), dried meat, tasteless fish. The products are good, but unfortunately they do not know how to use them.
As for animation and entertainment at the hotel: the animators are very sluggish, I've seen them a couple of times. There is simply nothing to do in the hotel, there is one hour of entertainment once a day, there is a long queue, there is no archery, there are tennis courts, but in such heat I did not see anyone using them. Ping pong is a separate story, I have never seen such bald rackets anywhere, it's just a Spanish shame.
I didn't drink alcohol except wine and champagne, it's impossible to drink them. It's simple. I can't say about the rest of the alcohol.
There are no freshly squeezed juices, the ice cream is powdered.
The pools close at 6 p.m.
There is not always a free place in the restaurant, the tablecloths at lunch and breakfast are dirty, drinks are not brought, they went themselves, as there are not enough waiters.
The pools are clean and there are many of them. But we are more by sea.
The sea is normal, we went in more from the pier.
I also didn't like the fact that drinks are poured into disposable plastic, I haven't seen this for a long time. And it's not eco-friendly and feels like a three-star hotel. The whole hotel looks very shabby, there is a bridge across the river, so it's all peeling off and looks terrible. They save on literally everything.
As for the water park, there are 6 slides, only one of them is funny, all the others are slow and boring, even very young children are allowed on them.
I liked the idea of a club in the cave, well done here. And it doesn't bother those who don't want to listen to music loudly, and the gogou girls are dancing, the atmosphere is good. But the "club" inside the cave stinks of mold all over, I don't know how you can stay in it.
By the way, the sun beds are tired, many are stained, darned, closer to the parking lot in mold.
We are at the hotel for the 5th day and for the first time we are waiting for the holiday to end.
There has never been a greater disappointment.
The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars.

It's just incredible, such a heavenly place, if you want to spend a magical vacation, you are here. Everything is fine here - the food is so varied that you don't have time to try everything. The rooms are cozy (they lived on the first floor of the main building), and what wonderful bartenders, they fulfill any taste desires. The hotel is nice, a large well-maintained territory, many swimming pools, we were at the end of May, just the beginning of the season, a lot of people in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, after 1-2 days we opened two more and it became wonderful. There is a lot of food, varied, the whole holiday was berries (strawberries, cherries), watermelons, melons. The room is good, but tired, they gave a two-tiered one, not far from the main building, in the evening it was noisy from the show, but not critical, They cleaned quickly, so there were questions, each time they did not pack a towel, 4 people lived with us, they could leave 3 large pieces, they could 2 pieces, they asked us to bring it every day.
I really liked the children's party on the football field.
In general, we had a great rest, went for the sun, the sea, strawberries.

Excellent territory with a magnificent garden, flowering trees, flower beds, lots of pools, lawns with sun beds and hammocks. I liked the restaurant with its abundance of dishes and variety. The staff is attentive, always at work, comes up and asks if you need anything. There is a lot of space on the beach at any time of the day, there is a pier.

From the airport to the hotel 1h15min, if you book a private transfer.
Pros: The hotel has a joint infrastructure with the neighboring Starlight, you can choose where to eat/drink, walk, pools, beach.
The area is green, with beautiful flowers and trees, the junior staff and gardeners are trying very hard.
At Sunrise itself, I liked the beach more, if from the bridge to the right, then wfi catches perfectly. There are also fewer people than on Starlight beach, it is better to go to sea-but it will be more comfortable in corals, you can jump from the pier.
The sea is different from day to day, it can be clean, but it also happens with garbage. Beach towels are available throughout the territory at the main bathing points.
The food at the hotel is varied, there were themed dinners: seafood, cheeses, etc
The staff is mostly friendly.
We lived in a club two-storey bungalow, clean, comfortable to accommodate three children. A baby cot was brought on request. Cleaning is daily, bed linen was changed every 3 days. The quality of cleaning was different every day, sometimes swans on the bed, sometimes quite superficially (despite the tip).
The children liked the water slides, but keep in mind that the most interesting ones are only from the age of 12. We were at the beginning of the season, it was not so strict, but by the middle of June, fewer children were clearly not allowed, even in armbands and vests.
I liked the evening shows for adults, professional performances with elements of acrobatics.
I was pleased with the screening of the Champions League final in the amphitheater on the big screen with beer and popcorn.
A festival with an orchestra, entertainment and life-size dolls was held for children on the football field.
Minuses:
The entrance to the sea is rocky, it is better to take slippers. There are only drinks at the beach bar.
The coffee in the restaurant is of poor quality.
I had to go to the lobby separately after breakfast (where you can order Turkish coffee). There were frankly rotten desserts on the sweet table.
We signed up for the ala-kart restaurant (Turkish) through the guest service (1 time in 12 days is free of charge) - we came, but our reservation was not available (the guest distribution staff confused and submitted our reservation to the restaurant a day earlier) and in a very unpleasant tone, we, dressed up, with three children were refused happy visiting..although there were a lot of empty tables.
Did not escape local administration /intestinal infection.
The kids' club and the shows in it are very weak.
We tried to visit several times, the staff does not try to captivate the child (especially the girls are relaxed) and the children hang around on their own waiting for events that were always delayed by an hour. Lego and cosmo shows are just the same dancing to baby shark with full-length figures.
But there is always a paid T-shirt painting on schedule (18 euros).
They came once for archery, the child was not allowed to shoot, explaining that they had already finished, although the shooting continued for another 15 minutes with the family, who apparently painted T-shirts before that ... the mini club is unsanitary, the tables are dirty, toys are lying around, there is a trash can in the slides (photo attached)
If you are not German and you will not wave paper tips when sitting down at a table in a restaurant, the chance that a waiter will come up to you and offer drinks is very small. Get ready to go to the bartender for drinks every time.
We took tips with us, because we were used to actually thanking the waiter for good service, but there was simply nothing to give them in 90% of cases.
Local wine: white, pink, red- sour, we couldn't drink.
The rooms have old and very noisy air conditioners.
Also at night, loud prayer from the mosque in the vicinity woke up and daily, at different times of the night and morning, strange calls to the phone in the room.
Bottom line: the price, in our opinion, still does not match the quality.

This is a great hotel! We rested here during the peak season, while the service and attention from the staff are excellent! We had a family vacation - two adults and three boys, we stayed in a two-story bungalow, the room was comfortable. A very large area, you can use the entire infrastructure of the two hotels! A full-fledged water park, not just "three slides", but a water park! A diesel locomotive rolls around the territory for free, one day open air trampolines, contests, cocktails, popcorn, ice cream, growth figures of transformers and Tom and Jerry, Marvel installations were arranged for children on the football field - children and adults are delighted! The food is very good and varied, there are burgers, pizzas, watermelons and ice cream in snack bars! The beach is long, large, there are small pebbles and sand, the entrance is shallow only 3 meters, further depth is a plus for adults, rather a minus for children, but our people swam in armbands and swung on the waves, there were always sunbeds on the beach! It is more difficult to find a sunbed near the pool, but also one or two were almost always found, there are many pools on the territory!
The impressions of the hotel are extremely positive, WE RECOMMEND IT!

We rested at the beginning of June. The hotel was not fully filled. In general, I liked the hotel very much, despite the first impression - when you drive up to the hotel, you get the impression that you have arrived at a sanatorium in Zheleznovodsk. But this is just the facade, it's very decent inside.
Rooms. You can live in the main building and in a bungalow. We lived in the main building. The room for three is 16-20 meters. An ordinary room has a double bed and a sofa sofa, a wardrobe, a refrigerator (the bar is replenished daily for free - cola, fanta, beer, water, waffles - 2 pieces each), a balcony, a safe. Cleaning is daily. Be prepared to stay up until two in the morning - there is a party hotel nearby. Friends lived in the second half of the building, but it's noisy there too. Alternatively, ask for a room with windows on the pool, which is located in front of the building. Another friend lived in a bungalow - freshly renovated, richer furniture and silence.
Territory. Since there are two hotels with a common territory, there is a place to walk. There are no restrictions - you can go to lunch/dinner at your hotel and at Starlight. In the second section, the view is beautiful - the restaurant is located on the 4th floor. There are several swimming pools on the territory, and a small water park. There is a small town for children where you can leave your child under the supervision of the staff. The staff is polite, mostly Russian-speaking. The contingent of vacationers is 70% Russian.
Food. Every day, beef, lamb, seafood and much more. Alcohol - free whiskey (including chivas), martinis, aperol, wine, vodka (ours and Turkish) and a bunch of cocktails from the above drinks.
The beach is large, there are many sun loungers. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is medium-sized Pebbles - it is better to take slippers with you so that it does not hurt to enter / exit the sea. There is a pier - you can sunbathe on it and jump off it. On the beach, the food is burgers, tortillas with stuffing, waffles, ice cream, alcohol and cocktails.
Entertainments. During the day, the standard set includes fitness, aqua aerobics, bocce, volleyball and so on. In the evening, every day, the children's part, then the show program. I will tell you - very professional groups perform - circus, dancing, extreme show, acrobats and so on. You can continue the fun in the Starlight department - there is usually live music or a DJ from 22:00, and a nightclub opens from 23:00.

Of the cons:the room for two is very small, there are no bedside tables, the phone was charged in the toilet; the distances were huge in the heat, I had to walk, my grandson's favorite trampoline did not work in the water park for five days; the approach to the sea is rocky and the waves are raised, just do not go in.

A huge territory, well maintained. The hotel grows seedlings on its own. There are flowers all around, greenery, everything is being watered and not a single fallen leaf.
The pools are all cleaned on site at night. Beautiful, comfortable. All pools can be used regardless of which of the two hotels to live in.
Every evening there are events at a decent level: circus, concert, show ..,
various sports programs in the afternoon; aqua aerobics, bocce, tennis, sports dancing and more.

We went to the hotel in late May and early June 2024, the territory of the Sunrise and Starlight hotels is common, well-groomed, there is a place to roam. On the day of arrival, we arrived at the hotel after 22 pm and upon arrival we were offered to go eat in the restaurant 24/7, it's nice that we were not deprived of dinner, when traveling with children it is important. I liked the cuisine more at the sunrise hotel, they cook very tasty, and the choice of dishes is greater, at the end of May there were fruits: strawberries, cherries, watermelons, melons, apricots, apples, pears, peaches.
The sea was clear in the morning, and by lunch it brought strange garbage. There were already not enough sunbeds on the beach in June.
The cleaning of the room was constantly flawed, then the garbage was forgotten in the room, then the towels were not reported, then something else, but everything was solved by a phone call.
Overall, the impressions about the hotel and the rest are pleasant.

A great place to stay, but room service wants to be better.We went to a dirty room, slippers and toothpaste and brushes were missing.The room was poorly cleaned, they forgot to leave clean towels and took away dirty ones.The dishes were not washed at all.The place of rest itself, the beach, the sea, the dining room, entertainment are all at the highest level.

Guys, I'm writing the pure truth. My opinion is not justified, since I'm resting here for the second time. In general, to the point-in 2024, the hotel manager was stuck in 2000, there is no entertainment in the hotel-the usual dull Turkish atmosphere. For the money that you pay, you will only get grub. The rest is all for money. By the way, a ride on a water moto this year costs $ 100 20 min. The excursions are all standard. There is not a single restaurant near the hotel, only a bazaar with the lowest quality junk. In short, the Turks are merchants in their own way. Everyone is complaining, believe me! The owner is old, lives on the territory of the hotel and does not like loud music-this is absolutely unprofessional and unclinical!!! This hotel has died with such management, it will do for the locals, for the Europeans there is nothing to do from the word at all!! This is a boarding house, not a 5-star hotel!
