There is no outlet at the bedside table. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room. There is no micro-ventilation limiter on the windows. You can get sick in winter. Very poor sound insulation in the rooms. The talking TV in the next room can be heard as if it is under your pillow, and if we talk about a couple having fun, in which the girl thought that she was moaning no worse than a porn actress, then at least the hotel staff should give out earplugs))) The slam of the door of the next room vibrates the headboard, and the snoring neighbor prevents you from sleeping all night.
The restaurant is a separate topic for sadness. How do you like borscht with noodles? Or the so-called beef medallions, with the hardness of the sole.

I didn't like the hotel. Three stars does not justify, I doubt that even one can be hung. There is no minibar in the room, that is, a small refrigerator, no safe, not even glasses. When we checked in, we found that there was not even toilet paper, but there was a small residue from previous guests.
The maid brought the paper at my request. At the same time, she was surprised: was there really no toilet paper? Brought one roll usually brings two if two guests.
There is one small blanket for two people. To hide, I had to put it across, with my legs sticking out.

If there are any available, they will give it for free. Bathrobes and slippers are not provided. But the most important and annoying thing about living in Slavyanskaya is the complete lack of sound insulation in the room. You live as a single family with all the neighbors adjacent to your room: cartoons in the morning, rattling doors that vibrate the walls all over the wing, moaning and squelching at night, thumping business trips, etc. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights-we stayed in the room only once. I do not recommend the hotel due to the lack of sound insulation, the impressions were negative from the stay.

When you book a room with one large bed for two, you get an amazing option with two single beds attached to each other and a layer on top to remove the gap and it would be nice if the surprises ended there, but no, you, as winners, are entitled to two more small personal blankets each.
All that can be said to you at the reception in this regard: well, yes, they can do that. C-service.
The air conditioner does not work either, and the room is +27. To the question "the air conditioner is not working in our room, is there any way to fix it?", the answer is beyond praise: and it is not working at all now, you can open the window.
I'm sorry, I'm not polite to you, a simple hint "pay the dough and don't stop with your questions."
The room itself quietly fits the 3+ rating, but the reception service is clearly below 1.

The staff is terrible. Neither hello, nor goodbye. They don't solve problems, they don't tell you anything. When registering, they silently took the money and gave the key. Neither where to go, nor how to use anything. They did not offer breakfast, a cot for the child. They mined everything themselves. During the eviction, a similar approach was taken - they just silently took the keys. Work with the staff, it's the face of your business.
Everything else is fine. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast for a solid four. It is strange that there is no refrigerator or dishes in the room. I smiled that they offered to buy plastic forks and plates at the reception.
