The room is nice, cozy, clean, . but there is no refrigerator (if someone needs it). And there are no water glasses in the room itself. However, there are disposable glasses and a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor.

The standard room is small but neat. In general, it is good, I would rate it at 4-

Cons:
- small room,

The hotel is very tired. Cheap furniture like in a Soviet sanatorium. The smell of mustiness in the corridors, the locked carpet, the dermantine on the chair in the room have long shed their skin. The bed linen smells unpleasant and is very worn out. Towels should have been bought new a couple of years ago. In fact, these are average 2 stars. A good breakfast and ample parking are the only advantages. Overall, the price/quality ratio is very low.

I'll write a few words about the restaurant. More precisely, about the dinners that were from 12 to 16. My wife and I went in several times to taste a cold drink, but this was not the end of the matter. Every time everything is appetizing and everything is delicious. Simple "lunch" dishes are executed with real restaurant professionalism. Everything is boiled, fried, salted, and peppered properly. Thanks a lot to the chefs. The waiter girls are polite, unobtrusive. If there is an opportunity, be sure to visit. At least have a delicious meal. I recommend.

Upon check-in, they said that there are no rooms with 1 bed at all, it turned out that there are.
Check-in at 14.00, they were not allowed into the room even at 13.30, they were told to sit and wait, despite the fact that the hotel is empty. Principle.
Check-out at 12.00, free of charge even before 13.00 was not done, although the hotel is empty.
The beds creak, the pillows are big, you sleep like in hard labor. Audibility in the rooms, as if there were no walls. The bed was covered in crumbs when I lay down on it. They forgot to put toilet paper in the room.
It is impossible to eat food at the hotel. Everything is on pork, even borscht broth. Maybe someone likes salted pork - then please. I couldn't eat. Everything that the cook touches with his hands can be immediately thrown into the trash.
There is no water in the rooms.
On the plus side: breakfast is normal for such a hotel, but again, what the cook did not cook. In the coffee machine, cappuccino pours instant coffee 3 in 1. The girl at the reception is not friendly, the waitresses are friendly in the restaurant.
Never to this hotel again in my life.

The hotel seems to have reopened after renovation, but there are a couple of things ...
1. The furniture in the room apparently has not been repaired (the chair is shabby)
2. The water pressure is weak, but the water is already a plus
3. There is no refrigerator, you can rent it, 20 rubles per day (I don't remember if it was paid BEFORE the repair), the size of the refrigerator... well, it's too small, if you are going to go to the Komarovsky market, you may need 2 refrigerators....
4. Parking in front of the hotel is large, there is enough space for everyone, there are no complaints

Pros: the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there is a cooler with hot and cold water + cups on each floor. There is a normal HAIR DRYER in the room! The view from the window is gorgeous (to the Minsk Arena), its own Parking next to the entrance. Friendly staff. An adequate price tag for accommodation.
Cons: there are no sockets at the bedside tables! There are very few of them at all. It's terribly inconvenient. The rooms are very hot. It was +12 outside, Africa in the rooms, the window was not closed even at night, and the stuffiness did not go away. Barely catches the Internet.
I do not recommend the restaurant, from the word at all. Just don't go. Don't waste time and money. It's not tasty and it's not cheap. Near the Arena shopping center with a supermarket and a food court and a bunch of cafes / restaurants in the area.

The rooms are small. The floor covering is stained. If the neighbors come out /enter the room, the vibration from the door can be heard even in the shower.
The reservation is for two nights, I called in advance to clarify-everything is OK. Upon arrival, they inform you that the reservation is only for a day. We decided to check with the administrator about the M1 toll road, whether it needs to be paid somehow (for the first time in Minsk), the administrator promised to clarify and call within half an hour, but this never happened, we found the information ourselves. Admin Anna decided not to inform upon check-in that the discount in the restaurant for residents is 20%. We found out about this on the last day of arrival after hearing from another administrator when she was settling people in. But with this information, it was not possible to have dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant is open until 23:00. At 22:10 we were no longer allowed to order. There is no refrigerator, kettle, glasses in the room, the lights are flashing, the toilet is leaking. I went twice a day and changed the room access cards, as they did not work.
One of the advantages is a cooler on the floor, good breakfasts (Buffet format).

The hotel itself is new, not bad, BUT the big minus is there is no refrigerator in the room, it is simply offered for rent for 20 Belarusian rubles per day. It is better not to take breakfast, for the price of 25 Belarusian rubles to eat a sausage or pancake and drink instant coffee is terrible.

Upon entering the room, spots of unknown origin on the carpet caught my eye. In general, judging by the spots, Ramzan was celebrated there or just pagans made a sacrifice. There are no complaints about a more or less clean bathroom, except for a door punched through with a foot and a fist. (Before me). When I said this at the reception, the girls treated it as due, that is, this is the norm. By the way, the reception is the only thing not to find fault with, the girls are neat, polite and trained. There is no mini bar, there are not even glasses in the room, I wanted to buy water in the evening, there is no cooler on the floor, the fact that the water has run out is okay, there is a full one two floors below, but there is nothing to pour into. As a result, I bought a disposable glass to quench my thirst. Internet in the room and TV are a separate topic. If we found three active channels on the TV, then I could even watch the weather on the local Wi-Fi. In general, it's lovely. By the way, the hotel does not have a terminal for paying via phone, it's just by the way.
