We recently visited this Hotel. The number is as shown in the photo. Everything is clean and tidy. Like everyone writes that there is not enough refrigerator, and this is really true. There are basically no comments on the number, but there are just a lot of comments on the restaurant. There are no tablecloths on the table, the schedule with vodka brought a feeling that they had it lying around somewhere, it was just awful dirty. Caesar salad with Iceberg lettuce leaves and its stalks, although Romano salad is on the menu. The eggs are large, apparently from the breakfast buffet left in the morning. There were crackers from breakfast too. And as for the sauce, this is a separate topic. With so much mayonnaise, it was possible to play a wedding for Olivier, although they added a little Dejon mustard. I almost forgot about the chicken, it's just tin. It was a boiled breast and sliced into steaks, as if it felt like I'd been sliced into a whole broiler. I won't write about meat and vegetables anymore, it wasn't delicious either, although grilled baked vegetables are very good. In general, the evening was ruined.

The rooms are clean, new and pleasant. But there is not even water in the room, but there are no glasses either. You probably need to ask for an iron too, since there was no iron in the room.
The girls at the reception should have been taught more. A minimum of friendliness and contact with the guest. There was a party over the room at night, I had to call 2 times to stop it, they refused to move us. We did not conduct the dialogue very politely and did not apologize, but we solved the problem.
In general, it's not bad, but this situation, unfortunately, spoiled the impression.

We were a family (2 adults + 2 children 7 and 10 years old) at the Slavyanskaya hotel! We paid 22,000 rubles (890BYN) for two days with breakfast!!!!
Upon arrival, it turned out that the suite where we can stay is 2 combined standards))) The breakfasts are disgusting!!! The level of the worst hostel, not 3 stars!!! The staff are SLEEPY FLIES who are not trained in the rules of etiquette!!! No greeting, no smile, a constantly dissatisfied look!!! Elevator 1 out of 2 did not work for a day, they could not go down from the 12th floor for half an hour-it was constantly packed!
The room was not cleaned-just a change of towels and shower gel!
Of course, it's our own fault that we gathered in a day and there are no other accommodation options left for our family, but this hotel should cost much cheaper!!!
