Unfortunately, the worst vacation in Turkey happened to us at this hotel. Let me explain: if you are not pretentious and demanding, do not know that such a good service, like a crowd of people and the constant cry of children, then you should go to this hotel)
I'll start with the fact that this is not Side) this is Manavgat, Side is 30 km away. And the hotel throws up the price for the Side note)
The hotel itself is old, but in good condition, although not everywhere. The rooms are renovated, at least in the main building.
Room cleaning: disgusting. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by dirt and dust on all surfaces of the room and signs of life of previous tenants in the form of dark, long hair in the drawer, dirty water from previous tenants in the brush holder, stones in the toilet, a broken safe, a broken phone, tangles of hair and small pebbles behind the bathroom door. Of course, the cleaning lady did not like my comments right away and she corrected these joints with a very dissatisfied look and complete misunderstanding. When I asked to wash the skirting board at the shower stall, because it was dirty, I did not hesitate to roll my eyes)
Food: absolutely no variety. All 10 days the same salads, cutlets, chicken skewers and fish) Yes, the fish is delicious, but it is difficult to spoil it in principle. One day there was a dessert in the form of poop. I'm not kidding. The pitch is no fantasy. Delicious pizza is a plus in the 24-hour restaurant. In the main restaurant, there is such a noise from the number of people that you cannot hear the interlocutor at the table)
Bar: there is imported strong alcohol, it is not relevant to us, but its presence is a fact. Local wine and champagne are sour.
Coffee: in the dining room (I can't call it a restaurant) It's not even coffee, it doesn't even smell. In the lobby, you can only drink oriental coffee, because everything else is just a name for latte, etc.) tasteless!
The water park - I can't say anything bad here, it's quite a good one and its presence will diversify your leisure time)
Luna Park: the rides are old, of course, but you can take a ride a couple of times. Also a plus for the hotel.
Vacationers: I'll sound like a snob here - but the contingent in this hotel is a nightmare. The hotel seems to be family-run - but it seems that all these people have never seen round-the-clock alcohol and are trying to drink it all at 10 a.m. Most of the guests have no culture at the DNA level, they sleep drunk in the lobby before reaching the room, by the evening a good half are no longer in good condition with all the consequences) And, I will note separately, before you go, study the capacity of the hotel. There are 4.5 thousand here and it is almost full. This means that you will be queuing EVERYWHERE: breakfast, lunch, dinner, towels, ice cream, coffee, bar - at least 10 people are always in front of you. We couldn't sign up for a restaurant, we had to wait 10 days 😹
Pool: we did not swim after the Turkish woman put her daughter to pee in the drain by the pool on the very first day with us
. The sea: wonderful! Warm, affectionate, a little worried - you can jump on the waves. We arrived at 7 a.m., as it was already difficult to find empty seats at 8. And the toilets on the sea are guarded, old, smelly and dirty. One of the three booths was closing.
Food court: burgers are not edible, hot dogs too, salads ok, French fries ok)
Ice cream: I note that there are two stations, a portion in waffle cones and there are refrigerators with ice cream in a package)
Bars: well done bartenders! And if I thank them, I will try even better) and if you do not order "whiskey, a lot, no ice, pour more", but turn on your imagination, then they will already thank you)
To summarize: the hotel is large, there are critically many people, the staff can't cope, there are queues everywhere, there is no service, there is "soup of people" in the sea) I do not recommend it!

Vacationed with my family in early October 2023. We were lucky with the weather: there was no sweltering heat during the day, the evenings were comfortably warm. The hotel is mainly made for families with children: a beautiful area with luna/aqua parks, playgrounds and a club where classes and entertainment take place, performances and animation in the evenings. The kids are delighted! The food is varied and delicious, they arrange evening dinners with dishes from different countries. There are many bars and cafes on the beach and territory (all inclusive). The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed daily. If anyone writes about shortcomings, then they can be found in any hotel, even the highest class, so you need to positively tune yourself to rest and see only the good! Have a nice warm holiday in Turkey!

A very nice hotel, which has a main building and detached two-storey houses.The territory is large, there are a lot of greenery and flowers. The exit to the sea is small pebbles. There is a spacious pier, a water park, a children's playground, attractions, and many pools. The food is hearty and varied. Drinks are both locally produced and imported. The staff is attentive and helpful. Various events take place every day. I recommend the hotel.

Nice, family-run hotel!
The hotel is divided into 2 parts:
-the main one is 7-8 floors,a large swimming pool, slides, closer to the sea and food.
-the second part is more homely and there are a lot of things for children.
If you live with older children, then I recommend the part with children's zones (attractions and a children's playground).
Food for every taste!
It's nice that Atom's kids have been taken care of :)
A large play area and nice girls who look after the kids))

There were 3 nights since October 28. The hotel is on a solid three.
What did you like:
+the entrance to the sea is small-pebbly, sometimes large pebbles;
+lunapark
+restaurant 24/7
What needs to be improved:
*check-in process: we were asked to take a walk in front of the room, in the end we come back - nothing is ready
*update the renovation in the rooms. We lived in houses on the second floor: the walls are scratched, the skirting boards are swollen, the curtains are unwashed, the railings of the wooden stairs are shaking, the rooms are very tired, the water goes out slowly in the shower.
*navigation in the hotel. The territory is huge, if you arrived in the evening, lay down + 20 minutes to search for what is where.
* washing dishes and appliances and, in general, service in the dining room (I can't call it anything else). The plates are dirty, the tables are not properly wiped, the waiters are always scurrying around with rattling dishes and carts. I had to look for clean forks/spoons myself.
*variety of dishes. In general, it feels like everything is surrogate and superimposed in a heap. There is no coffee beans in the dining room, instead of nutella, just a black mixture, meat is only near the grill in the canteen and in the restaurant 24/7: they took a jacket and chicken kebab and pizza. Of imported alcohol, only the red label. If UAI is given to hotels for this, then ok, maybe such criteria. There are queues of 10 people at the lobby bar for a grain coffee/cappuccino. Melon, grapes and plums are made from fruits. Vegetables are standard, there are greens, but there are no red peppers and nuts.
*queues are everywhere, and the hotel staff does not regulate it in any way, although it is possible to hire more people / work on efficiency, etc. On request, the waiters do not serve at all. If you order wine at dinner, they bring it in 15-20 minutes
*issuance of towels - make a reception / delivery point on the beach at last, it is not clear why people drag themselves with bags of 300 or more meters in the heat from the pool area
*entertainment for children - there is no centralized animation. In other hotels, children are usually gathered for activity at breakfast, this has not been seen here. Maybe they didn't approach us.
*incomprehensible maintenance process in general. The staff does not have the information. We booked and paid for the room on the hotel's website, as a result, after 2 days after arrival, we were asked to show a confirmation from the bank. No synchronization.
Conclusion: we have been in a variety of hotels (fours, fives AI, UAI in Turkey from Istanbul to Izmir and from Fethiye to Alanya, but we have not seen such a mess in a hotel that positions itself as a 5*UAI anywhere.

Great hotel... We spent 12 days.. Everything is super food (really full of meat and fruits) alcohol (jack.Jamison.raid the label . chivas.)
The beach is small pebbles and then sand.
Children's fire water park. The adult is also great.

This year I had a chance to relax in this hotel with my family. I definitely recommend it. A nice, family-run hotel. First of all, it is good for children: a lot of slides, a lunopark. Good nutrition. Good spirits: balantinos, jim beam, jaegermeister, champagne, etc. 24h power supply. Delicious brewed coffee. We stayed in a cabin (family room) On the ground floor there is direct access to the pool, its four sun loungers. My impressions were positive.

A good hotel, it's not enough to say. I don't understand why there are so many good grades. First, the hotel is declared as a family hotel, but every day there are bass discos until 24:00, how do children and grandmothers sleep...? The second contingent - families with strollers drink everything that burns to a piggy squeal... Everyone is jostling in the dining room, no one will apologize, and they will also use obscenities, it is unrealistic to eat in the dining room - there is no choice, it's all a mess. There are puddles everywhere and it smells very much of urine, because children run and pee and no one cares, and this is a minute of catering. The Alyakart part is empty and closed, those that are open are half-empty, but they smoke so that the path lying to the sea by is just in smoke and you smell like kebab after passing by. It's dark everywhere on the street, all bushes and kids running around without anyone looking where... I am writing, because after the flight we still got from the airport at 1:40, and now there is a disco and a screaming child nearby for 20 minutes, "mom and help", and mom is probably at the disco... A wonderful hotel!
We rested from 24.07 to 02.08. The standard room is quite large (we lived in the main building), cleaning and changing towels daily, everything is fine with water, if a problem arises, the issue was resolved immediately after treatment. Excellent varied food, lots of drinks (including imported ones), a lot of Russian-speaking staff. A large beach, many recreation areas. Yes, there are "tired" common areas, but nothing critical. The free hammam (as I understand it, does not apply to the hotel) was damaged, so we went to the sauna. Ice cream all day, nice big water park.
But, people, don't be pigs yourself, please!!! If you look at some of them, you begin to doubt their adequacy.

1. Early check-in. 👍We arrived at about 9-30 am, waited only 30 minutes- 1 hour and were checked in.
2. 👶👧 A good kids' club, the animators are super, they work with children, play, collect puzzles, in general they have super fun. This is the first time I've seen Vika want to go to a baby club so much. Since April 8, another children's club has been operating on the territory. Now the kids are with their mothers in one, and in the other they can be with their mother and leave alone those with children Over 3 years old. They do puzzles, games, draw, in general, definitely a very cool kids club. Girls speak Russian fluently, so children have no problems communicating with them.

Bottom line: The hotel is nice, spacious, clean, lots of entertainment, who drinks alcohol, there is normal imported alcohol and delicious cocktails near the reception. But the hotel cannot cope with such a huge flow of tourists. This mainly concerns the restaurant, that there are queues and there are not always free tables. Therefore, if you are ready to turn a blind eye to something, then the hotel as a whole is very good, solid 4+, there is something to improve. Especially for the variety of dishes. And make the indoor pool warm.

We are resting at the hotel now.
I'll start with the pros:
Huge territory, very Green, clean. The lobby and the main building have been updated (the rest of the hotel has not been updated). There is a water park, rather than just one, because there are slides throughout the hotel and for different ages. There is an amusement park, probably for a couple of hikes no more. There are a lot of pools, there are really a lot of them. The staff is friendly and knows most of the Russian. Every day there are concerts or shows at two separate venues. Bottled water is everywhere, in bars, restaurants, rooms, by the pools, on the beach.
Food: Of course the expectations were higher. There is chicken, stew, turkey, fried fish (don't expect any noble breeds, it's very simple). There are a couple of types of pastes and vegetables. To garnish, pasta, rice, grilled vegetables. I was very surprised by the lack of fruits, there are only watermelon apples, bananas, and plums. All fruits are not very good varieties. The rest of the abundance is something pasty from Turkish cuisine.
There are also snake bars on site (pizza, burgers, salads)
Beach: small, pebbles, rather inconvenient descent into the water. Near the beach there is a pier and a sky station with boats and jet skis.
Rooms: modest, but everything is there (TV, minibar, bathroom, wardrobe, safe). In fact, there is nothing to say.
The main disadvantages are subjective for us:
The air conditioner does not work well, and many, many tourists from Turkey have this problem (maybe we were so lucky, of course, but there really were more of them in the hotel).
In my opinion, the hotel is not bad, but it should cost at least 350-500 for four people with accommodation in one room for 7-8 nights.

In general, all the listed advantages in the reviews coincide with ours (the hotel is really family-run, a large well-groomed territory, aqua/luna parks, animation in the evening, there is always something to do and it will definitely not be boring), but, unfortunately, our 6-year-old child caught rotavirus. This is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey, but this is the first time with us. There are a lot of people, a lot. With so many people on the part of the hotel, it is necessary to wipe tables, railings, check the water in the pools as often as possible and more thoroughly. Surface treatment is a complete disaster, which is why there are so many sick people.

The hotel as a whole is not bad. For me, the Internet was important for work issues, unfortunately, it is 2 stars here. It works just awful, I had to sit on my mobile Internet. The animation is also so-so. The evening programs are not bad, I have never seen animators during the day. The food and drinks for Turkey are excellent. Room service is generally good, cleaning is done on time and well. But I came across a problematic safe that was repaired for 3 days. I also note that they do not give accessories for brushing Teeth, although 5 stars. The bed was brought a couple of times with holes in the middle of the sheet.. once they forgot to leave towels, they had to call the reception, but then they brought it in 2 times) Well, I didn't find a hair dryer and an iron. In general, they do not reach 5 stars. For me, the main problem was the bad Internet, everything else was just catching up.

We were from April 29 to May 10 . We really liked the rooms, we had a family room 4099
( central building ),
sea view , away from noise .
Below the floor there was a swimming pool ( depth 35 cm ) ,

There was nothing to breathe in the steep pool and it was crowded …
The sea was stormy for a couple of days , we swam only once . Still , at the beginning of May , the water is still cool , but we sunbathed and tanned wonderfully! Many burned down on the first day . We are happy with the rest . Reasonable price-quality ratio ( in May ) , now I see the prices have flown away .... And also the duration ( for three ) , already 160,000₽ more expensive
The mini club is weak and cramped!
We've been to other hotels of this chain ( In Belek ), it's just a paradise for kids there ( but much more expensive ). The show programs for kids here are of the same type — a disco (the same repertoire for all 12 days ... I liked the show with balloons, everyone laughed great).
Nearby is a good hotel "Club Hotel Turan Prince World", as an alternative to Selectum)😉 , I recommend it .
