This hotel surprised me very pleasantly. Everything is here, absolutely everything is made for people. I went with a small child and there are absolutely all conditions: entertainment (animation, mini club, luna park is free, food (hipp cans, yoghurts, just a children's menu, anything at all), cribs, pots, everything for children of absolutely any age. For adults: gorgeous animation, show programs, unreal discos, very tasty and very diverse food (all kinds of meat, fish, vegetables, salads, and in general, whatever you want - everything is there around the clock. Alcohol - any imported (we drank jack Daniels, baileys, Olmeca, chivas 12 years old, martinis). Everything on site is free (except massage): hammam, sauna are also free. The territory of the hotel is huge, if you walk slowly, then it takes 20 minutes to walk from one end to the other. If you want peace and privacy, it is better to take the rooms of the villa, it is very quiet there. If you want to move, the main building. By the way, all elevators are in good working order, which is good (but if there are two of them, then both work with one button). Next: children's water park. The water park is adult. Attractions for children, attractions for adults. Beach: the beach itself is sandy, the entrance to the water is small pebbles. There is a pier with a ladder and you can jump from it. The staff is very friendly. The room is cleaned daily, towels are constantly changed. Beach towels can be changed several times during the day (always in abundance). Evening shows for both the youngest (performances, disco) and adults. By the numbers: everything is new, chic comfortable beds. By the way, upon check-in, while I was filling out the questionnaire, my child was engaged (drawing, riding a typewriter, etc.). They checked in in advance (at 11, the hotel was half full) and my friends were accommodated at the request opposite (they arrived a few hours later and they were immediately given the keys). At the same time, they gave me a room with a better view than I had in the reservation. In general, I like everything very much. This is one of the few hotels that I would recommend to everyone and would return myself.

The end of September, beautiful weather, great hotel. The first time was in 2007, I really liked it. They lived on lakes. Years have passed, but the hotel is also wonderful. We arrived late in the evening, there were no rooms in the main building, they were given on the lakes (with improvement). Moreover, we did not want to go to the 3rd floor and they met us halfway and gave us on the 2nd floor. Thanks to the blonde girl at the reception, it brightened up the impression of Anex -tour services. Terrible company! Meeting at the airport is a wild horror, three planes were assembled - Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, St. Petersburg. We waited 2.5 hours. After the outrage, we finally went. The guide got off on the way, the driver delivered. Meeting with a hotel guide is trash! A man came out, introduced himself as Beck and began arrogantly telling what kind of tourists are pigs, and they are well done. It's disgusting to listen! We got up and left, and he yelled after us how bad we are. Anex who do you earn money from? With this attitude, there will be no tourists, we will never have any more tours with you. Now about the hotel! The food is varied, there is no shortage. There are many restaurants and a variety of dishes. The guys from Uzbekistan serve, everything is polite and in Russian. Everywhere the staff cleans the territory. The rooms are cleaned more or less. The minibar is replenished daily. Bottled water at every turn. There are enough sun beds at the sea and by the pools for everyone. The water in the pools is clean, it smells of bleach. Unobtrusive animation, sports, performances. Lots of kids, the hotel is family run. Cool water park, and the main pool has water slides. The luna park is open for children in the evening, a mini club in the afternoon. Ice cream at every step, sweets and a varied snack. Some shortcomings can be found, but this is rather an error. I highly recommend it. For family holidays and not only. Do not spare money, take rooms on the lakes. Silence and cleanliness are guaranteed. There is a restaurant and a bar nearby. Chivas is real. Have fun!

We were at the hotel from 04.08 to 08.11.24 together, my husband, my daughter and I are 13 years old.
It takes about an hour to get to the hotel (we ordered a private transfer)
CHECK-in was normal, Russian is spoken at the reception.
Our room was two-room, in the main building, quite spacious, each room is closed by a separate door. If you have a sea view in the main building, you will hear all the loud animation, including from the neighboring hotel. But with the windows closed, it's fine. In a room with one large bed, the air conditioner blows very well and is not directed at the bed. In the children's room, the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, be very careful, my daughter was under it for a short time, did not sleep, but earned severe otitis media. The room is clean, everything worked fine, you can see in some places that the hotel is not new, but that's if you find fault (the wallpaper is gone in some places, the bathroom is chipped in some places, the hood over the toilet is terrible, it asks for painting, plastic holders for diffusers in the shower look strange in their absence, the doors in the closet creak). A dog's head is depicted all over the wall, one question is why?) The hair dryer is buzzing like a rocket at launch and wildly warming up, you better take your own. There are no complaints about cleaning, the mini-bar was replenished regularly. The room has a kettle, glasses, mugs, tea set. From cosmetics: shampoo, shower gel, hair and body balm (normal in quality). The beds are comfortable, but they creak. The pillows are a bit stiff, but you can sleep.
It is very picturesque in the cottages behind the main building, there are their own pools, it is quiet, but it is worth bearing in mind that generators are humming very strongly on one side of the territory, on the other – the lunapark, the quietest place in the middle.
THE territory is excellent – beautiful, large, green, there is a place to walk.
THE food is not bad, as for me the price corresponds to the quality. The main thing is that there are a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. You can always find a place to eat on site. There are a lot of people in the main restaurant, everyone with children, the noise and fuss are maximum. For breakfast and dinner, you could sit on the terrace, it was quieter there. At lunch, in the heat, I had to sit inside, so it's better to come to the beginning of lunch so as not to be trampled) There are queues, but not huge ones. We didn't get alcohol, we can still drink beer, the rest is about nothing. All corners and restaurants work according to their own schedule, even ice cream by the hour. There is no good coffee, take drip bags with you, brew from the kettle) Water bottles are always freely available, even on the beach, it is convenient. We were in a Turkish restaurant – not bad, quite tasty.
The ANIMATION in the hotel is not bad. We went to bocce, shooting and darts. The shooting was from some kind of toy pistol, it's not serious at all, only for children to shoot from such a thing. A lot of people came to darts, it was fun, the animator girls tried their best, charged people with positive emotions. We also saw volleyball on the beach. Yoga is under the tree. The animation has a slightly strange schedule, if, for example, a person went to a shooting party, he will no longer have time for shooting. Almost every night of the show, they are, of course, a little weak, most often we did not sit until the end.
SAUNA – I went once, for a free trial massage, which was just terrible. After that, a very annoying man simply does not give way and literally imposes services. I also wanted to go to the Turkish bath, but I didn't even go, because I get tired of such obsession.
The LUNAPARK and the water park are not bad, it's great for children in general.
The BEACH is clean, where the sunbeds are sandy. Entering the water is a small pebble, after 5 meters – depth. The best place to enter, if you look at the pier from the shore, then to the right, about 5-10 meters from the pier. There are some smaller pebbles there. It is advisable to go in quickly and swim right away, then it's generally not bad. The sea was agitated all the time, during the day there was a constant wave from boats, bananas, buns, etc. There is also a water entertainment office on the beach. There were enough umbrellas and sun beds at any time, well, maybe they only take up water in the morning.
There is a DOCTOR at the hotel, it is very convenient. When my daughter had otitis media, we just went to his office. By the way, the pharmacy is also nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel. There is also a street with shops.
There are shops in the hotel, where you can buy basic necessities, everything for the beach, souvenirs.
The RIVER on the way to the beach is a nice place, there is a bridge across it. There you can go fishing, there are fishermen, children and cats.
There are a lot of CATS in the hotel. But it's amazing that they not only walk around the territory, but calmly enter the lobby, walk along the corridors, on carpets, jump on chairs. There are a lot of kittens. It's nice on the territory, but in the building it's too much.
The INTERNET works well both on site and in the room.
THE STAFF is trying their best, doing everything they can.
OVERALL IMPRESSIONS are positive, a pleasant hotel, we are happy with our vacation, thanks to the hotel!

On October 17th we returned from this beautiful hotel! Impressions are only the best! We watched a lot of reviews, I don't understand at all how people find disadvantages there. Beautiful huge green area. 14 pools , the sea is clean and warm, the entrance is sand and pebbles. There were always enough deck chairs. Food is just a song. 24 hours restaurant is just a miracle, especially for those who wake up late)) everything is very tasty everywhere, there is a lot of everything, both meat and fish and seafood, fruits, vegetables.. The waiters themselves run as soon as you sit down, what will you drink, etc. Alcohol is imported, from vodka whiskey, etc. to Baileys and martinis. The rooms are new, clean, the concept itself is cool, images of dogs, etc., were cleaned every day, even if you sleep and don't say it, they are waiting for the moment when you leave and they will clean it anyway. . The smell of selectum is something, it is sprayed everywhere, apparently, light, not intrusive. The hotel has a water park, carousels, a children's club, bowling, billiards, etc. Everything is clean, neat, pleasant. But the main thing in the hotel is people. All are pleasant, smiling, surround with attention, bring surprises like strawberries or watermelon in the form of a heart. And cooks, and waiters, and animators.. My husband says that they have some kind of special recruitment. In general, we recommend this hotel by 1000%!!!

There were three times - 12 days after the opening in 2022, last year and this year. Each time, the price tag increased by a third. This year, the indoor pool did not work for our entire vacation, ice cream was strictly from 12 to 16, as well as at dinner, but there is always a long queue and after standing for 15 minutes, they did not stop, they removed the food and ice cream from the water park. The steam locomotives are broken in the Luna Park, but the other attractions are excellent. The performances are interesting, some are repeated. Unfortunately, now darts and fun starts from the age of 16, it is difficult for teenagers a little younger to find something to do during the day, except for the sea and the water park, but the animators are trying. The kids' club is great and the animators there are just great. Very tasty coffee is made in the lobby (pictured), on the food court, a gray-haired cook cuts out cool hearts from a watermelon, removing even the seeds, specially gives children the best fruits. But in the pool bar, they made pinocolade from sour milk twice (it curdled), and poured vodka into the mojito (the joke is not funny). The check-in was unpleasant. The girl with glasses, working late on July 20 at the reception, was rude when I asked about the compliment upon arrival, and settled into a room of the worse category without an extra bed (paid in advance, but there are a lot of guests, there are no beds), in a house, which (because that's where the noise is loudest) was asked do not settle. Only on the fifth day after the reception went to us and agreed that it was unrealistic for a girl with a height of 160 cm to sleep on an armchair, and with both parents on the same bed - it was not right, they put a normal daughter's bed. There are a lot of people in the dining room, only a couple of times we managed to immediately find an empty table and once even the waiter brought drinks. In general, it's not bad, but if you compare it with last year, it got worse.

Of the advantages: a large, simply huge territory! For those who like to relax stupidly in a hotel and not go out into the outside world - you are here. It is clear that the hotel is not new, but I did not see anything terribly shabby. The staff runs around, picks up garbage, everything is clean, there are no complaints about the rooms either. There is a good water park. A variety of slides. There is a luna park - as if you get into childhood in the 90s, everything is old on manual traction))) There is a large entertainment program, every day there is a concert, a show, a circus. The children have something to do. Good transport accessibility - you can take a ride to Side.
Of the cons: too many people, too long queues during meals, you can't get through in restaurants, all ala carte restaurants are booked weeks in advance, we basically didn't get into them. The territory is large, but ..... not very interesting. You can get to Side, but the road is long.
Bottom line: the impressions were pleasant, but we definitely won't go here a second time)

We had a vacation with my husband in October 2022. We were very satisfied with the hotel. It's like a mini town with everything including a water park and attractions. We lived in a new building and at first we were upset that we were far from the sea, but later we did not regret it. There was a restaurant nearby with a variety of food, imported drinks, delicious beer, even nuts were given to it. There are many pools. We returned from this hotel a week ago!!! Just super!!!
For children there is a separate water park and a luna park, a children's club (2 floors, about 10 themed halls) with a team of children's animators, TV consoles, its own stage and playing fields! For adults, imported drinks, including Martinis, Jack Daniels, Red Label, Blantines, Aperol, Jagermeister, Baileys and more! Wine is only from bottles. Juice from the boxes. Food is always and everywhere!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. I really liked almost everything! We lived in houses by the lake, with access to the pool, and it's quiet and cozy there, like in a country house! The main building is more bustling, but friends lived there and didn't complain much either. The territory is huge. There is everything you can wish for) the sea is clean, warm, the beach is clean, cleaned, cleaned. I definitely recommend it to families with younger children, it's just a paradise for them!!!!

Drinks, discos, large territory, swimming pools, beach, inexpensive shops on site - at a good level. There are complaints about the logistics of the hotel, security and food:
1) food- apparently there are different shifts, some are very tasty, others are not at all tasty. Although all the products are expensive and it is clear that the selected beef, fish and chicken are of good quality. How it was possible to over-salt the red fish, overcook the chicken to a dry state, was not clear to us at all. It's like wrecking a hotel. Very tasty pizza, cheeses, soup, many second courses stewed in pots, meat and fish on the grill.
2) There is no hotel security at the exit, because they do not issue bracelets, and there is no security near the exit from the hotel - anyone can enter from local or visitors to the hotel, this fact is very upsetting
3) logistics, needs to be improved. We bought and paid extra for rooms in bungalows, where there is Silence and there is a separate restaurant, swimming pools and a bar. From April 30 to May 9, the restaurant was closed and the bar was opened on May 2. In order to eat, I had to go to the main building, which is far away. When asked, we were told that it was not the season. It is very strange that in May it is not the season and they sell vouchers for 30 thousand more expensive for an additional payment and the restaurant is not open, then why are they selling?
4) the air conditioning system - it was a surprise for us and all the vacationers - worked for heat. The only thing that could be done at the hotel was to turn off the warm air and make a fence from the street, without cooling.
5) drinks- a lot of originals, even whiskey Chivas, martinis, etc. We were pleased with the quality.
In general, they got worse in 2023. Although we arrived at the hotel for the second time and did not expect such surprises. The management needs to conduct a thorough management of their hotel and understand that the hotel in Side is currently not up to the standard for the Selectrum series of hotels.

Of the disadvantages - when the sea is rough - the garbage in the water near the shore is not of natural origin. It's obviously coming up from the bottom. The food is in perfect order - both in quality and quantity . Regarding other hotels, the main restaurant is open an hour longer in the evening - it is convenient to have dinner / take a walk / and return an hour after dinner and drink tea with a pie. It's a real thrill for me. The only drawback is the strain with a la carte restaurants. We arrived for seven nights , but we could only sign up for one . For me, it's just a joint.

Yesterday (17.10.23) we returned from a beautiful hotel in Side, Turkey. Selectum famaly resort. The weather is 32-30 degrees, the sea is somewhere 27 .The impressions are the best, the hotel is above all praise in everything! 24 hours meals (all the food is just awesome!! And seafood, tongue, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, sweets) and alcohol (it's around the clock and the selection is huge, imported, from Baileys and martinis to balantais, absolute, etc..) the restaurant a la carte is magical, we went to seafood. Ice cream is different and free, there are many bars and food courts. The rooms are clean, newly renovated, cleaned every day, and even if you say you don't need to, we sleep, the guys found time when we were not in the room, and they cleaned anyway. I really like the concept of Selectum (there are many different types of them). The decor is drawings of dogs, bears in the hall, one color scheme, but what surprised us was the smell of Selectum. It's probably sprayed everywhere, it's barely noticeable, but everyone likes it. We even brought with us wet wipes with this smell as a keepsake. The territory is huge, there is a large water park, carousels, bowling, billiards, a children's club. There is a place to walk. Where the villas are quiet, for relaxation, where the main building there is an amphitheater, disco, live music. A separate thrill is a disco.... What kind of light, music, design is there.. Scenery, people in unusual glowing costumes... The sea and pools are warm, the entrance is sand and small pebbles. There is a Pier. But still, despite all the charms of the hotel, their main wealth (this is from the heart) these are their people. My husband admired the whole vacation, says apparently a serious selection here. The atmosphere of cordiality, friendliness, smiles, attention, the chefs are great, they smile, communicate, worry whether they like the food. The waiters will come 100 times and ask everyone what you want.. Bartenders with smiles, jokes.. Animators have no words at all, no obsession, but in darts we won an expensive bottle of champagne)) I didn't want to leave at all!! And it is important - Wi-Fi is everywhere!

We stayed at the hotel with our family in July 2023. I really liked the hotel, great food, varied. There are a lot of locations where you can eat during the day. Russian Russian tourists are treated well, almost all the staff speaks Russian. At first, they did not take up space on the beach in the morning, they came after breakfast, you could always find sun beds. There is a lot of entertainment for children - a water park, a lunopark, animators.

We have been vacationing with our family in this hotel for the 2nd year (August). If we chose Selectum again, it means that the hotel is worthwhile. We relax in watering cans, on the 1st floor, with our own access to the pool and our own sun beds and umbrella. Watering cans, this is a separate paradise on the territory of the hotel! Cleanliness, greenery, beauty, a restaurant next to us (unlike the main restaurant, there is not so much food, but still there is everything you need, tasty and varied). Bar,with any drinks, ice cream,water park,luna park. Your own world, comfort and warmth. In general, everything is fine and varied throughout the hotel-evening shows,live music,restaurants, bars, shops, food court, sea, sun, beach! For us personally, this is the best hotel we've ever been to! But please take into account that we lived in a lighthouse! I think that we would not have received such an impression in the general building. In the sea only in special boats and then it will be fine, it is easy to go in and out and the sliminess of the natural plate is not felt.
In the lyceums there is a separate swimming pool, a separate restaurant- without a crowd of people, it is quiet in the evening, as it is far from entertainment, but it is closest to attractions for both children and adults, which are free!
The food is great, the bars, snack bars and cafes are open non-stop! Everything is very tasty!
