There is no point in describing the territory.
The territory is large, there are many locations.
If the weather is not good, you can go to the indoor pool, hammam, sauna - it is warm and cozy.
Room service - there was daily cleaning, replacement of towels, addition of hygiene products. (if you want to improve the quality of cleaning, the staff appreciates chocolates, tips in dollars and euros)
We were happy with the food - there is always enough. Food for different tastes. Perhaps it is more constant, there is no such thing that every day is completely different, but there is plenty to choose from.
Lots of greens and fruits, which was a plus.
There are few seafood, mostly fish - it would be great to have shrimp , mussels , etc. available.
There is an arsenal of food for children, that is, even the youngest ones always have something to feed and surprise.
There is a restaurant 24/7 - food is served there according to the menu
Several locations with street food distribution (fast food).
Bars are available, anyone who drinks will always find something to drink)))
Sea
The sea is clean, the sea is already quite warm, the entry into the sea is normal - if the delicate legs (buy aquashoots) are medium pebbles turning into sand.

The contingent of vacationers is Russia, Europe , Turkey . Greens, vegetables, fruits, pasta, rice and buckwheat (I met the 1st Turkish hotel with buckwheat), ice cream during the day. Of the advantages, there are different cuisines for dinner every day: Italian, Turkish, Caucasian,... with its own characteristics. There are always a lot of people in the main restaurant.
There are different points with food during the day: potatoes, salads, burgers, shawarma, guzleme, ice cream, fruit.
Drinks are mostly local, European if you only ask to pour Chivas, Martini,...
You can go to Alicard restaurants for the whole holiday for free 1 time to choose from: Fish, Italian, Turkish.

I don't quite understand the concept of dinners, it was Italian today, but the food is the same. There is sour juice at breakfast, the tongue is not cooked, the fruits are not cut, there are no cherries / strawberries, only the alphabet. I poured the wine for myself and took the dishes themselves, too, I couldn't wait for the waiter. Elite alcohol often runs out. The 24/7 restaurant is very helpful in terms of food, cheesecake and Turkish breakfast are amazing!!! the service is not very good, to be honest, I don't even want to leave a tip to anyone. The bar staff in the lobby was generally surprised, they allow themselves to discuss in Turkish and laugh at visitors and sell non-original alcohol, although they were asked to pour a certain drink, pour a fake without warning. Hotel review: pros and cons.

By itself, the hotel looks tired, it is clear that there is a shortage of staff, in places everything is battered, battered (if you look closely), and in general the hotel looks for 2015-2018, but not for 2024.
there is a huge swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, for which I wanted to come here - like in a font ( heating is not included, although objectively it's time), so there is not a single soul in the pool, as well as in the water park for the same reason.
❌ the most important disadvantage: there is no feeling that you are in a 5 ⭐️ ultra all inclusive hotel.
Now the pros:
✅ a fairly large territory, there is a lunopark, its own beach with a fairly large number of sun loungers, you never have to occupy in advance, there are always free ones.
There is a fairly wide variety of food, there is a restaurant that is open until 7 a.m., a bunch of bars, mini-cafes for every taste ( burgers, ice cream, pastries, everything is free of course) .
✅ excursions at reasonable prices, we went and compared them on the streets and with the guide - the same thing, the guide is even a little cheaper.
✅ evening program every day.
✅ sauna, hammam, indoor pool is warm enough, additional services in the form of massage and spa complexes (for an additional fee, adequate enough).
✅there is a market + shops with water supplies and souvenirs on the territory of the hotel, the prices are also quite reasonable except for the “MARKET” near the exit from the hotel to the beach, did you buy a pack of tampons for $ 10??😳 What?

We had a rest on April 6-18, 2025 with the children. We lived in cabins, in a two-room room on the ground floor. The rooms are a little tired, at 4+. There is a water park, a children's water park and a lunapark on site! There are 2 children's "rooms", one at lunapark is more like a house than a room, there are entertainment for children of any age and there are 5 sony playstation 4 pieces. The kitchen is excellent, they didn't get tired of eating, they even gave borscht and cabbage soup for lunch! The hotel positions itself as a children's hotel, with only slides and a water park for children.
I can't feed a one-year-old child with normal food, mashed potatoes are diluted starch, fruit jars are hidden, they are given out piece by piece, there are only French fries everywhere, burgers, kebabs. Thank you, we asked for boiled rice, now the chef prepares lunch and dinner for us, and they bring it to the room on time.
We took cheesecakes for breakfast, they turned out to be a surprise in the form of polyethylene.
Further, you will not go into the sea without special shoes, there is not that pebble, there is a step of stones at the entrance, but huge waves in the sea itself, mom and baby were covered by a wave, they could not swim out, rescuers were on the phone.
The rest is the little things of life, there are 2,700 people in the hotel, there are not enough sun beds on the beach, we have to borrow from 7 a.m., we rent a bungalow on the beach for 80 euros per day, only fish is decent food, workers almost spit on everything else.

There is, of course, something to find fault with. And in some pools, the tiles are slightly broken off, and the wallpaper in the room is painted in some places (after all, this is a place for parents with children), but I don't want to do this.
The staff is always ready to listen and help, it is convenient to move around the hotel. There are so many places where you can eat that you definitely won't stay hungry (there is even a 24-hour restaurant). A large number of refrigerators with free bottled water are scattered throughout the territory. There are many pools and several water slides. There are also a lot of activities for children, a favorite water park (it was closed twice for cleaning when we were there, which is also an indicator), an amusement park, a couple of children's centers (although we did not go to them), a room with slot machines (paid) and in general a lot of activities.
Cats and kittens walk around the territory, so you can always hear "kys-kys-kys" from residents of Russia. By the way, most of the staff, if they do not speak Russian, then they understand simple constructions in this language quite well. Oh, I also met a hedgehog and several lizards here.
Of the cons... Well, the on—site store in the main building is quite expensive. If it is possible to walk, it is better to buy something near the beach or outside the hotel. Although there are enough sun beds on the beach, you usually need to look for them in the morning. There are not so many people as there are people who like to work out with them in the morning. Even in our room, the button on the door worked incomprehensibly — you put do not disturb: the light bulb is on: clean the room. If you put it down, remove the number: do not disturb is on. However, the maid still politely knocked every time before coming in.
The food here is very tasty and even in two places: in the main building and in the area of houses. But in the ten days that we stayed here, in the area of houses, it has already begun to repeat itself. Yes, I'm overeager, what can I do.
The air conditioner worked a little strangely in the room: it seems that you set it to blow harder, but on the contrary it weakens. But, they got used to it. The hotel is good. For the most part, they relax here with children. A large green area. There is a water park with 10 slides + a children's water park. There is also a luna park on its territory. The food is excellent. We were satisfied with the rest 👍👍👍

Expectations were slightly higher). Overall, a good five. Good territory. I especially like the sun beds by the pool under the pines 👌🏼
A chic restaurant on the street (breakfast is just a fire there)
There are many beautiful details in the design of the exterior and interior of the hotel.
The food is normal, but not deluxe. After the renovation, everything looked fresh and stylish.
The beach is nice. There were no problems with the sunbeds.
I didn't like the a la carte restaurants.

The large territory is very green and clean, the staff does everything possible for the convenience of tourists. The water park and the luna park are free for children and adults to visit.
