Food, drinks 24/7 (at different times in different locations), a water park for big and small, pools in the "islands" location, the main pool, discos in the evenings, shows in the amphitheater after dinner, its own large wide beach.
In general, for a family holiday it's just great, everything is on site.
If you probably shouldn't be without children, it's better to choose a quieter place.

We are currently staying at this hotel.
Friendly advice- in no case do not come here, especially with kids.
The hotel positions itself as a children's hotel, with only slides and a water park for children.
I can't feed a one-year-old child with normal food, mashed potatoes are diluted starch, fruit jars are hidden, they are given out piece by piece, there are only French fries everywhere, burgers, kebabs. Thank you, we asked for boiled rice, now the chef prepares lunch and dinner for us, and they bring it to the room on time.
We took cheesecakes for breakfast, they turned out to be a surprise in the form of polyethylene.
Further, you will not go into the sea without special shoes, there is not that pebble, there is a step of stones at the entrance, but huge waves in the sea itself, mom and baby were covered by a wave, they could not swim out, rescuers were on the phone.
The rest is the little things of life, there are 2,700 people in the hotel, there are not enough sun beds on the beach, we have to borrow from 7 a.m., we rent a bungalow on the beach for 80 euros per day, only fish is decent food, workers almost spit on everything else.
Impudent porter boys who are not enough for $ 3, which was told to us in plain text) the service is at zero: cleaning, food, service, shabbiness, dirty towels, etc. But, there are people who are satisfied with everything!

We rested for 10 days from June 20. In general, we liked it, we took a room with a sea view. The room is large for 4 people, one large bed and two small ones for children. I didn't have to admire the view much, it's hot in the afternoon, and nothing is visible in the evening))) One of the disadvantages of seaview is that the music screams from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. In the end, we were so sick of it that for the last 2 days we changed the room to a two-storey house (surcharge 110 euros). That's where the real buzz is, a room with a separate bedroom is just fine. You leave the room and immediately go to the pool.
In general, the hotel: the room is fresh, cleaned clearly every day, the minibar is updated every day, the food in the restaurant is good and varied, meat, fish - everything is delicious, everything in general. Fruits are ordinary like ours, without frills. They are fed around the clock, French fries are always and everywhere. Burgers are cooked in different places, but they are tasteless, shawarma is also tasteless, tortillas with meat or cheese or potatoes are awesome. They pour it around the clock, always and everywhere, anything and as much as you want. The beer is quite edible, cocktails interfere with whatever you want.
Turkish coffee is prepared in two places - it is very tasty, but instant coffee in the restaurant is almost impossible to drink. The juices are tasteless, sooo sweet, our cheapest juices are even tastier. Pepsi, lipton, fanta are poured in unlimited quantities.
The sea is generally gorgeous, the sea was full of garbage for three days, the wind blew up - just disgusting (I had to sit in the pool). The rest of the days are just great, the water is warm, you can sit all day. A couple of times the water was crystal clear, we swam with a mask, a huge shoal of shiny fish is spinning at the pier. They can be fed with burger patties and the rolls themselves - a very cool sight.
I didn't like the bottom, the rock is covered with algae, it feels like carpet - but nevertheless there are no complaints. The beach is clean, there are enough sun loungers.
The hotel has excellent show programs. They arrange discos, but the people are sad - only a few dance.
On the downside: there are a lot of people, and it turned out to be very noisy for us. It reminded me of Arkhipo-Osipovka in some way. people also go to the beach with circles)))) and burned down from the beach in the evening))).
The sauna was barely warm. The hammam is strange without steam, maybe it should be, but usually a hammam with steam. And it's not really important.
Great water park, cool slides. The lunapark as a whole is also normal, we took a ride on the Ferris wheel.
Overall a great place. But next time we'll choose something more sparsely populated and calm

We stayed at this hotel from November 9th to 13th, out of season.
Advantages of the hotel:
Polite staff, there are Russian-speaking staff, delicious varied food. There were always fresh vegetables and salads, apples, pears, bananas, oranges, and sometimes pomegranates in the evening. There is also a large selection of meat and fish dishes. Delicious pastries and desserts, especially baklava. In addition to the main buffet restaurant, there was a food court with burgers and fries (tastier than in "delicious and period" when hot), bars with drinks and a restaurant that is open around the clock. If you have overeated or eaten a lot of fatty foods, your salvation is ayran, which can be taken in bars for free, helps digestion very well.
The hotel has a large territory: there is a water park, a luna park, indoor and outdoor pools and much more. In the evenings, a disco is held until 23:30, first for children, then for adults. For those who are worried about a noisy disco, there are houses by the lake where you can get a room, it's quiet there. We had a large room with a balcony and sea view in the main building. There was a kettle, tea and coffee bags in the room. Refillable free mini-bar. There were also toiletries, a hair dryer, but there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The sea and the beach are generally clean, we watched the staff collect garbage in the evening, there are a lot of free sun loungers.
There are a lot of cute cats walking on the territory of the hotel, all cats are welcome here. They are very affectionate, purr and love to sit on the handles!
Disadvantages of the hotel:
The 24-hour restaurant has stopped working for an unknown reason since November 10. We managed to visit him only in the evening on the day of arrival. Also on the evening of November 9th and Sunday, November 10th, there were a large number of Turks who occupied the entire lobby of the hotel. They sit in noisy male companies, gnaw nuts and drink tea endlessly. Due to the large number of Turks, there were few empty seats in the main restaurant, and the waiters did not have time to clean up the dirty dishes. In addition, the Turks smoked right on the terrace of the main restaurant, while the hotel is designed for families with children, and the stench from cigarettes was terrible. Fortunately, since Monday they have all disappeared somewhere, and in general it has become better.
The beach is inhabited by stray dogs who sleep on sun beds. One dog was found in a bungalow, which costs 85 euros to rent. Also, these dogs relieve themselves on the beach, have witnessed a similar case. In general, they are harmless and do not show aggression. It is not a very good entry into the sea (for children), since after a few meters the depth begins abruptly. The sea was already cool on these dates, but you can swim.
The rooms in the hotel are a little dilapidated, in need of repair, not very clean cleaning. In some places, pieces of wallpaper have been torn off, stains on the ceiling, stains on plumbing. The double bed consists of two separate beds, although we strongly requested a double bed.
The water in the outdoor pools and in the water park is not heated, so no one really swam in them, although both children and adults rode in the water park.
Overall, the hotel is good, solid 4, there is something to strive for. I really enjoyed the rest, except for some moments.

The food is good, varied, but the meat is tough, it is strange that the Turks do not know how to cook meat. The lunapark is working. There is a long queue at the water park, but you can get in. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the maids scream loudly during the period when daytime sleep is possible. Towels and bed linen are not changed, toothbrushes are not provided in the 5 star hotel, water is provided to the room every other time. We had a rest together from 1.04.24 to 12.04.24. The rest turned out to be wonderful. We were very lucky with the weather, we swam daily in the pool and at the sea. The hotel is very decent, all the services are trying, the staff is friendly. Beautiful landscape, elegant interior design, delicious and varied food, excellent drinks, entertainment shows in the evenings, everything is on the level! I remember the meeting on arrival at the reception with champagne and sweets, it was nice. I still remember the gorgeous preparation and holding of the Eid al-Adha holiday, it's great! The beach is sandy, but the entrance is not convenient - a sharp descent to a rocky slab covered with plaque. In general, everything is fine. But it's dirty for me... the carpet is dead, the corners of the corridors are scuffed, the tiles around the main pool are "patched up". The stated repairs were made only in the rooms. There are no green lawns, because there is no auto watering, I saw how they watered from the river with the help of a Bransboyd firefighter.
The food is varied, but repetitive... it's hard for more than seven days.

We visited this hotel two years ago (2022. We booked in February, rested in November for 150 thousand rubles for two adults and one child for 8 nights) and were very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel was renovated. Everything is clean, new, and beautiful. It's like a picture. The food was excellent. The pizzas were made to order (2024 in the current Italian restaurant). Beer was served in bottles (albeit 0.33) (in 2024, bottled beer is only available in a minibar). The main restaurant had doughnuts like Gamer Simpson's. Well, actually, it's already clear why we decided to come here for the second time in 2024 (for 260 thousand rubles for three people. Two adults and a child. 10 nights). I'll digress from the topic. The first time was 8 nights. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and this is our first night and picked us up at 3 a.m. this is the eighth night... That's the situation. We were flying from Moscow. The second time we arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m., but they picked us up at 3 a.m. We were flying from Nizhny Novgorod. There's a difference.
The second time, we were not as impressed as the first time. The reasons: the menu has become much poorer and it's not just about the donuts, which is why we fell in love with the main restaurant. Pizzas stopped baking, which we also really liked. Bottled beer is not served in bars. Nuts, or rather the nut mixture has something in it that you can break your teeth on. The tiles on the territory are cracked or if replaced, it stands out very much. Sun beds, paths on the beach, umbrellas throughout the territory, and everything is wearing out and has come to a 3 out of 5 view. I believe that everything possible is being done to maintain the level, but this is not enough. We wanted to relax again with the same level of comfort, but it turns out that it was not possible.

Hotel review: pros and cons.
I'll start with the cons:

By itself, the hotel looks tired, it is clear that there is a shortage of staff, in places everything is battered, battered (if you look closely), and in general the hotel looks for 2015-2018, but not for 2024.
there is a huge swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, for which I wanted to come here - like in a font ( heating is not included, although objectively it's time), so there is not a single soul in the pool, as well as in the water park for the same reason.
❌ the most important disadvantage: there is no feeling that you are in a 5 ⭐️ ultra all inclusive hotel.
Now the pros:
✅ a fairly large territory, there is a lunopark, its own beach with a fairly large number of sun loungers, you never have to occupy in advance, there are always free ones.
There is a fairly wide variety of food, there is a restaurant that is open until 7 a.m., a bunch of bars, mini-cafes for every taste ( burgers, ice cream, pastries, everything is free of course) .
✅ excursions at reasonable prices, we went and compared them on the streets and with the guide - the same thing, the guide is even a little cheaper.
✅ evening program every day.
✅ sauna, hammam, indoor pool is warm enough, additional services in the form of massage and spa complexes (for an additional fee, adequate enough).
✅there is a market + shops with water supplies and souvenirs on the territory of the hotel, the prices are also quite reasonable except for the “MARKET” near the exit from the hotel to the beach, did you buy a pack of tampons for $ 10??😳 What?
in general, I give the hotel 4⭐️, not 5, the guys are trying, obviously, but they don't take it out to the end. the heated pool and the lack of an iron were very disappointing.

These are the main disadvantages, I will not write anything about the little things. The cleaner at the pool occupied 2 sun loungers with a towel in the morning, and then demanded a tip for them. Half of them remained unoccupied until the evening. And you go out to the pool and you can't find an empty seat. We always took a place on the edge under the umbrella, which had one crossbar broken off. After 4 days, he decided to change this umbrella, and at 11 o'clock in the afternoon, when it was already hot and I was lying under it. He promised to bring a new one in 5 minutes, but after half an hour he did not bring it. And when my husband began to move a nearby free umbrella towards us, he began to swear that he could not. It is a pity that such people spoil the reputation of the hotel.

We are relaxing with friends at the hotel. The hotel is very family-run, but thanks to the animators Angelina, Tomiris, Dilnaz it was more fun. We went to them for dart, yoga, and volleyball activities. A large-scale party takes place once a week. It's a pity that only once.
The live music is good, there are a lot of Russian songs and good shows. We liked the art Alley and extreme shows.
At the end of the vacation, I didn't even want to leave.

Great hotel, we are coming for the third time with children! The all-inclusive system! The hotels have a water park and a luna park! for children and adults! Great food! lots of restaurants! lots of pools! A large number of sun beds on the sea! Every evening there is a show and a disco! There is also a children's club show for children! I recommend it!!! You don 't like it ! Shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance of the hotel! There are shops on site!!

This was my first all inclusive vacation experience, I enjoyed it. The hotel is cool, unusual, and generally ideal for families with children. We went without children, we liked it too. The food is quite varied, there is only some kind of trouble with juices. There are bars throughout the property. You can always find something to eat and drink. We went for the May holidays, it wasn't very hot, but that's exactly what we wanted. The only thing is that I would like warmer water in the pool.

If you are offered this hotel, take a ticket, you will not regret it. But I'm shooting a star, now I'll tell you why. When we bought a ticket, the travel agent said that we would live in the main building, but when we checked in, everything turned out to be completely different. At the reception we were told that a room with a sea view costs + 10 euros per day, the sea view did not matter, so we did not even bother. Our suitcases were loaded into a golf cart and we were taken to the building opposite the water park, at night it was not clear at all where we were. The air conditioner in room 9170 was very noisy when it was turned off, it was quieter when it was turned on. In the morning we went to deal with this situation, to our requests to move to the main building, that the administrator, that the guide said it was impossible, there were no rooms. We did not quarrel, because there was a lunopakr, a water park and a small restaurant next to our building, we were with a child, in principle it was fine. But the issue of air conditioning remained open, we were assured that everything would be fixed. Arriving at the room in the evening, it became clear that the situation had not changed. In the morning we again raised the issue of relocation, and we were given the key to room 9150, in the same building, the room suited us, we stayed in it, but if we didn't like it, we would have to change the keys again, and the way is not close. Also in the room, in one or the other, the bubbles with shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner were not filled, you also need to go to the main building and ask them to fill them. It left a residue.
Of the advantages:
