An excellent all-inclusive hotel. You don't have to go anywhere else at all. The territory is large, there is food, a lot of food. Restaurants, cafes and fast food. There is a gym, a spa, discos, swimming pools, a nice beach and a lunapark. It's all in general for me.

We had a rest in September at this chic hotel. A huge well-maintained territory . We had a rest with a large company of different ages. There were enough locations for everyone. Super! We had a rest in August 23rd. I liked everything very much. The kitchen is simply gorgeous, a huge assortment, a lot of fruits. Service for 5+, the territory is large, well-maintained. There is a water park and attractions. Pool houses are generally super!
Of the minuses, if you find fault- in the houses by the lake in the morning there is a terrible smell of sewage. I didn't like it from the kitchen when they cooked rolls and sushi. We love this kind of food very much, but we couldn't eat it.

There is, of course, something to find fault with. And in some pools, the tiles are slightly broken off, and the wallpaper in the room is painted in some places (after all, this is a place for parents with children), but I don't want to do this.
The staff is always ready to listen and help, it is convenient to move around the hotel. There are so many places where you can eat that you definitely won't stay hungry (there is even a 24-hour restaurant). A large number of refrigerators with free bottled water are scattered throughout the territory. There are many pools and several water slides. There are also a lot of activities for children, a favorite water park (it was closed twice for cleaning when we were there, which is also an indicator), an amusement park, a couple of children's centers (although we did not go to them), a room with slot machines (paid) and in general a lot of activities.
Cats and kittens walk around the territory, so you can always hear "kys-kys-kys" from residents of Russia. By the way, most of the staff, if they do not speak Russian, then they understand simple constructions in this language quite well. Oh, I also met a hedgehog and several lizards here.
Of the cons... Well, the on—site store in the main building is quite expensive. If it is possible to walk, it is better to buy something near the beach or outside the hotel. Although there are enough sun beds on the beach, you usually need to look for them in the morning. There are not so many people as there are people who like to work out with them in the morning. Even in our room, the button on the door worked incomprehensibly — you put do not disturb: the light bulb is on: clean the room. If you put it down, remove the number: do not disturb is on. However, the maid still politely knocked every time before coming in.
The food here is very tasty and even in two places: in the main building and in the area of houses. But in the ten days that we stayed here, in the area of houses, it has already begun to repeat itself. Yes, I'm overeager, what can I do.
The air conditioner worked a little strangely in the room: it seems that you set it to blow harder, but on the contrary it weakens. But, they got used to it. But nothing compares to the feeling of living in a house, when you can go out right in the morning and splash into the pool, which starts a couple of meters from the door. And come back in the evening, at about eleven o'clock, after swimming.
In general, I recommend it and hope to return here again.

The large territory of the hotel. Beautiful grounds, a large swimming pool and the most important thing is the animation of the hotel. Unobtrusive, but very interesting. Thanks to the girls Angelina, Tomiris for playing darts, Diyara for volleyball. We played all the activities. We had a week of activity in the form of a serviver game, a foam party, a daytime sunset party. The evening shows are interesting and the live music is good, there are a lot of Russian songs. We rested for 10 days from June 20. In general, we liked it, we took a room with a sea view. The room is large for 4 people, one large bed and two small ones for children. I didn't have to admire the view much, it's hot in the afternoon, and nothing is visible in the evening))) One of the disadvantages of seaview is that the music screams from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. In the end, we were so sick of it that for the last 2 days we changed the room to a two-storey house (surcharge 110 euros). That's where the real buzz is, a room with a separate bedroom is just fine. You leave the room and immediately go to the pool.
In general, the hotel: the room is fresh, cleaned clearly every day, the minibar is updated every day, the food in the restaurant is good and varied, meat, fish - everything is delicious, everything in general. Fruits are ordinary like ours, without frills. They are fed around the clock, French fries are always and everywhere. Burgers are cooked in different places, but they are tasteless, shawarma is also tasteless, tortillas with meat or cheese or potatoes are awesome. They pour it around the clock, always and everywhere, anything and as much as you want. The beer is quite edible, cocktails interfere with whatever you want.
Turkish coffee is prepared in two places - it is very tasty, but instant coffee in the restaurant is almost impossible to drink. The juices are tasteless, sooo sweet, our cheapest juices are even tastier. Pepsi, lipton, fanta are poured in unlimited quantities.
The sea is generally gorgeous, the sea was full of garbage for three days, the wind blew up - just disgusting (I had to sit in the pool). The rest of the days are just great, the water is warm, you can sit all day. A couple of times the water was crystal clear, we swam with a mask, a huge shoal of shiny fish is spinning at the pier. They can be fed with burger patties and the rolls themselves - a very cool sight.
I didn't like the bottom, the rock is covered with algae, it feels like carpet - but nevertheless there are no complaints. The beach is clean, there are enough sun loungers.
The hotel has excellent show programs. They arrange discos, but the people are sad - only a few dance.
On the downside: there are a lot of people, and it turned out to be very noisy for us. It reminded me of Arkhipo-Osipovka in some way. people also go to the beach with circles)))) and burned down from the beach in the evening))).
The sauna was barely warm. The hammam is strange without steam, maybe it should be, but usually a hammam with steam. And it's not really important.
Great water park, cool slides. The lunapark as a whole is also normal, we took a ride on the Ferris wheel.
Overall a great place. But next time we'll choose something more sparsely populated and calm

Nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
We especially want to mention darts and the girls who conducted it, Angelina and Tomiris. They are very friendly and sociable. We played darts in large companies, met good people from there and talked all the way through the vacation. The animation is at the highest level!

We had a rest together from 1.04.24 to 12.04.24. The rest turned out to be wonderful. We were very lucky with the weather, we swam daily in the pool and at the sea. The hotel is very decent, all the services are trying, the staff is friendly. Beautiful landscape, elegant interior design, delicious and varied food, excellent drinks, entertainment shows in the evenings, everything is on the level! I remember the meeting on arrival at the reception with champagne and sweets, it was nice. I still remember the gorgeous preparation and holding of the Eid al-Adha holiday, it's great! The hotel is focused on holidays with children... there are many pools, a water park, slides, even a luna park. The beach is sandy, but the entrance is not convenient - a sharp descent to a rocky slab covered with plaque. In general, everything is fine. But it's dirty for me... the carpet is dead, the corners of the corridors are scuffed, the tiles around the main pool are "patched up". The stated repairs were made only in the rooms. There are no green lawns, because there is no auto watering, I saw how they watered from the river with the help of a Bransboyd firefighter.
The food is varied, but repetitive... it's hard for more than seven days.
In high season, check-in is delayed, we were checked in at 15.30

For the first time in Turkey. We chose this hotel based on the recommendation. The territory is large, beautiful and clean. you can eat around the clock. Polite staff. There's not much to say about food. There seems to be a lot of everything, but everything is monotonous, no frills. Friendly advice- in no case do not come here, especially with kids.
The hotel positions itself as a children's hotel, with only slides and a water park for children.
I can't feed a one-year-old child with normal food, mashed potatoes are diluted starch, fruit jars are hidden, they are given out piece by piece, there are only French fries everywhere, burgers, kebabs. Thank you, we asked for boiled rice, now the chef prepares lunch and dinner for us, and they bring it to the room on time.
We took cheesecakes for breakfast, they turned out to be a surprise in the form of polyethylene.
Further, you will not go into the sea without special shoes, there is not that pebble, there is a step of stones at the entrance, but huge waves in the sea itself, mom and baby were covered by a wave, they could not swim out, rescuers were on the phone.
The rest is the little things of life, there are 2,700 people in the hotel, there are not enough sun beds on the beach, we have to borrow from 7 a.m., we rent a bungalow on the beach for 80 euros per day, only fish is decent food, workers almost spit on everything else.
Impudent porter boys who are not enough for $ 3, which was told to us in plain text) the service is at zero: cleaning, food, service, shabbiness, dirty towels, etc. But, there are people who are satisfied with everything!
It was important for me to feed the child and buy in the sea.

The cleaner at the pool occupied 2 sun loungers with a towel in the morning, and then demanded a tip for them. Half of them remained unoccupied until the evening. And you go out to the pool and you can't find an empty seat. We always took a place on the edge under the umbrella, which had one crossbar broken off. After 4 days, he decided to change this umbrella, and at 11 o'clock in the afternoon, when it was already hot and I was lying under it. He promised to bring a new one in 5 minutes, but after half an hour he did not bring it. And when my husband began to move a nearby free umbrella towards us, he began to swear that he could not. It is a pity that such people spoil the reputation of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from November 9th to 13th, out of season.
Advantages of the hotel:
Polite staff, there are Russian-speaking staff, delicious varied food. There were always fresh vegetables and salads, apples, pears, bananas, oranges, and sometimes pomegranates in the evening. There is also a large selection of meat and fish dishes. Delicious pastries and desserts, especially baklava. In addition to the main buffet restaurant, there was a food court with burgers and fries (tastier than in "delicious and period" when hot), bars with drinks and a restaurant that is open around the clock. If you have overeated or eaten a lot of fatty foods, your salvation is ayran, which can be taken in bars for free, helps digestion very well.
The hotel has a large territory: there is a water park, a luna park, indoor and outdoor pools and much more. In the evenings, a disco is held until 23:30, first for children, then for adults. For those who are worried about a noisy disco, there are houses by the lake where you can get a room, it's quiet there. We had a large room with a balcony and sea view in the main building. There was a kettle, tea and coffee bags in the room. Refillable free mini-bar. There were also toiletries, a hair dryer, but there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The sea and the beach are generally clean, we watched the staff collect garbage in the evening, there are a lot of free sun loungers.
There are a lot of cute cats walking on the territory of the hotel, all cats are welcome here. They are very affectionate, purr and love to sit on the handles!
Disadvantages of the hotel:
The 24-hour restaurant has stopped working for an unknown reason since November 10. We managed to visit him only in the evening on the day of arrival. Also on the evening of November 9th and Sunday, November 10th, there were a large number of Turks who occupied the entire lobby of the hotel. They sit in noisy male companies, gnaw nuts and drink tea endlessly. Due to the large number of Turks, there were few empty seats in the main restaurant, and the waiters did not have time to clean up the dirty dishes. In addition, the Turks smoked right on the terrace of the main restaurant, while the hotel is designed for families with children, and the stench from cigarettes was terrible. Fortunately, since Monday they have all disappeared somewhere, and in general it has become better.
The beach is inhabited by stray dogs who sleep on sun beds. One dog was found in a bungalow, which costs 85 euros to rent. Also, these dogs relieve themselves on the beach, have witnessed a similar case. In general, they are harmless and do not show aggression. It is not a very good entry into the sea (for children), since after a few meters the depth begins abruptly. The sea was already cool on these dates, but you can swim.
The rooms in the hotel are a little dilapidated, in need of repair, not very clean cleaning. In some places, pieces of wallpaper have been torn off, stains on the ceiling, stains on plumbing. The double bed consists of two separate beds, although we strongly requested a double bed.
The water in the outdoor pools and in the water park is not heated, so no one really swam in them, although both children and adults rode in the water park.
Overall, the hotel is good, solid 4, there is something to strive for. I really enjoyed the rest, except for some moments.

There were three times - 12 days after the opening in 2022, last year and this year. Each time, the price tag increased by a third. This year, the indoor pool did not work for our entire vacation, ice cream was strictly from 12 to 16, as well as at dinner, but there is always a long queue and after standing for 15 minutes, they did not stop, they removed the food and ice cream from the water park. The steam locomotives are broken in the Luna Park, but the other attractions are excellent. The performances are interesting, some are repeated. Unfortunately, now darts and fun starts from the age of 16, it is difficult for teenagers a little younger to find something to do during the day, except for the sea and the water park, but the animators are trying. The kids' club is great and the animators there are just great. Very tasty coffee is made in the lobby (pictured), on the food court, a gray-haired cook cuts out cool hearts from a watermelon, removing even the seeds, specially gives children the best fruits. But in the pool bar, they made pinocolade from sour milk twice (it curdled), and poured vodka into the mojito (the joke is not funny). The check-in was unpleasant. The girl with glasses, working late on July 20 at the reception, was rude when I asked about the compliment upon arrival, and settled into a room of the worse category without an extra bed (paid in advance, but there are a lot of guests, there are no beds), in a house, which (because that's where the noise is loudest) was asked do not settle. Only on the fifth day after the reception went to us and agreed that it was unrealistic for a girl with a height of 160 cm to sleep on an armchair, and with both parents on the same bed - it was not right, they put a normal daughter's bed. There are a lot of people in the dining room, only a couple of times we managed to immediately find an empty table and once even the waiter brought drinks. In general, it's not bad, but if you compare it with last year, it got worse.

I usually don't recommend it, but this family-friendly hotel is what you need. Food, water park and pools, children's entertainment. I especially recommend the cabins and rooms on the ground floor. This is what a reboot paradise looks like.

Feedback from a family with a 2.5 year old child. End of August 2024
We bought into the stories about the children's concept of the hotel and went with a 2.5-year-old child, we regretted it.
Of the cons:
1. Lack of service. A huge number of people, the staff does not have time to serve everyone. Starting from the bar, ending with room cleaning (I attach a photo of one of the evening queues to the bar). For two days in a row, the staff forgot to pour boiling water into the teapots at the beach bar. We did it ourselves.
2. Ruined my wife's birthday surprise. I ordered flowers for the date for $ 130, the flowers were brought another day. They also asked me to return the bouquet.
3. The absence of a children's table as such. Breakfast is not even served. Porridge is all on the adult table. Only semolina is made from porridge. Rice with milk (not porridge) and oatmeal filled with milk (also not porridge) are disgusting. At lunch and in the evening, the children's table is almost the same as the adult table. There are no children's light soups from the word at all.
4. Evening animation. Usually in Turkey, all events end at 23:00, but in this hotel they usually end at 23-30 or even later. The child slept badly under the broken Russian of Turkish singers, or a disco.
5. Children's room. It is there, but it is stupid. There are almost no toys. Some are broken, some show that they have been used for years. Take your toys.
6. Some bars do not pour packaged juice. For example, in a beach bar. They pour disgusting powdered juice from a vending machine.
7. The dry cleaning was picked up only after 3 calls, although this service is not free. See point 1, why did this happen
8. They asked twice to bring a vase for flowers, but they did not bring it. See point 1, why this happened. The flowers were in the kettle))
9. Guests in swimming trunks and wet swimsuits are allowed into the main restaurant. Even in Sochi, this is not allowed))
Of the advantages:
1. The ice cream is delicious, the child ate every day.
2. A variety of food for adults.
3. Free lunopark.
4. They gave a large room (perhaps because they left $ 50 at check-in)
If you are used to, or at least just familiar with the Turkish service, you can forget what it is at this hotel. It will appeal only to those who have never been before and have nothing to compare it with.
The review could have been different and the score higher if the child had been of preschool-school age. There is absolutely nothing to do with the kids

Great hotel, we are coming for the third time with children! The all-inclusive system! The hotels have a water park and a luna park! for children and adults! Great food! lots of restaurants! lots of pools! A large number of sun beds on the sea! Every evening there is a show and a disco! There is also a children's club show for children! I recommend it!!! You don 't like it ! Shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance of the hotel! There are shops on site!!

This was my first all inclusive vacation experience, I enjoyed it. The hotel is cool, unusual, and generally ideal for families with children. We went without children, we liked it too. The food is quite varied, there is only some kind of trouble with juices. There are bars throughout the property. You can always find something to eat and drink. We went for the May holidays, it wasn't very hot, but that's exactly what we wanted. The only thing is that I would like warmer water in the pool.

Just five points. I don't know how much this hotel costs in the season, but in October it beats off every euro. Excellent spacious rooms, good service, imported alcohol, free Parking (we had a car), a huge territory with a water park and carousels. If you like to eat and do it all day, you are welcome here. Bars and restaurants, fast food outlets cannot be counted.
