We stayed at this hotel from September 1-12, 2023. Looking ahead, I can say that the hotel is amazing and yes, we have something to compare, for example, with such hotels as: Ballis, Adalia Elite Lara, Papilon Aisha, Camellia, etc., and if desired, you can find your cons and pros everywhere.
It won't work briefly, but everything will be according to the facts.
Positive:
-Well-maintained territory
-Food/Bar
-Entertainment (water park,luna park,kids club,all kinds of entertainment on the beach and by the pool),live music, show programs.
-Cleanliness and freshness of the rooms
-Staff
Minuses:
- the beach is not very clean , the entrance to the sea is rocky
-noisy air conditioners in the room
- a lot of people
-the territory is too big , you can get tired of walking (for someone , a plus )
We were supposed to have 2 one-room rooms, check-in took place around 20:00 and we were first offered a two-room room (there were 3 adults and a child). But this option was absolutely not suitable for us and we asked them to give us what was supposed to be. As a result, my husband, my child and I are placed in a two-room room (9270), and the third person in a one-room room next to us. They gave us rooms in a three-storey building (which was very pleasant). The rooms are fresh, clean, large, everything you need is in the room (the bar is full, soap and soap, slippers, etc.). In the second room , such as a children's room, they also give as a gift: panama hats , T-shirts , a beach bag , a coloring book , a children's shower set . The building is located among the hotel houses, next to the water park and luna park, there are pools on all sides and there are no crowds unlike the main pool. There is also a separate restaurant with a bar, there was no need for us to go to the main restaurant because it was very noisy and there were a lot of people. Therefore, for the first few days we still visited the main restaurant, then we scored. Of course, there is more choice of food in the main restaurant. To be honest, I do not understand who lacks food there, and even more so its variety, but there is just everything (except lobsters). There is always a large selection of meat, fish,several types of spaghetti, goulash , pastries, sweets,fruits, vegetables,delicious soups (surprisingly) . For the same breakfasts, there are various types of cooked eggs, a huge selection of cheeses, sausages, those who miss ordinary food, then boiled buckwheat (which they also really know how to cook). I probably won't even list everything and it's all delicious and fresh. During the day, you will always find where and what to eat.According to the bar, namely strong alcohol, I can only say from my husband's words that everything is very high quality. Cocktails are also delicious. I also highly recommend visiting the Ala-kart fish restaurant (we haven't been to any others, but I think they're good too). At first it seemed that there was not much choice in the menu, but in the end, we did not eat half of it, the fish was very tasty and fresh and there was enough food. There is also an almost 24-hour Ala-carte restaurant (next to the sea), it works without an appointment. They bake very tasty pizza from the oven and serve delicious and simple dishes.
As for the staff, everyone understands Russian, except for the cleaners, and that can be explained. By the way, our room was cleaned daily, there were never any problems with cleanliness or an empty bar.
As for the beach, it is ambiguous here, the sand is dirty and there are stones, the entrance to the sea is pebbles and stones in the water. But, we either swam from the pontoon, or went carefully into the sea (without slippers quite to ourselves). The sea itself is clean, sometimes small debris washed up at the entrance. There are always a lot of people on the beach and at the main pool, sometimes you had to look for sun beds. But, since there were pools near our building, we were always there during the day, went to the restaurant there, and went to the sea in the evening and there were always places, and most importantly without huge crowds of people.
For children, in general, paradise is in the form of a children's water park, and an adult (they swim there of all ages), the luna park is also beautiful. We went to the kids' club to explore, everything seems to be fine, but our child preferred to spend time with us.
In the evenings there were various show programs, there were interesting ones, there were not so many, but after the show programs there were concerts with live music almost every day. They also organized grandiose themed discos on the football field several times a week, in general, there is no time to be bored there.
There is a whole street outside the territory with all kinds of shops for lovers of Turkish shopping. Also, if you are going to go to Nova Mall and want to save money on a taxi (70 euros one way), we went one way by bus. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, buses run every 20 minutes, get on and for $ 1 go to the final stop in Manavgat, transfer from there and go to Nova Mall (check the bus), again the fare is $ 1. It took about an hour to get there, and about 20-25 minutes by taxi.(we took a taxi back). In general, she seemed to have told me everything.
PS If you do not like long walks around the hotel and a lot of people, then this hotel will not suit you. Also, do not forget mosquito repellents, even though they are poisoned there, but they still have the properties to fly into the room and drink your blood at night))The child was particularly badly bitten ((

The territory is 5. Beautiful pools. Big. The room we were given is very well located, in the main building on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard. We were very satisfied. Cleaning every day is great. Any problem is solved instantly. Whether it's a bathrobe for a child, or additional bathroom accessories, a change of bed linen. Repair of the safe. To weigh the suitcase. The staff responds instantly. SPECIAL THANKS TO GUEST RELAY. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE JUST GREAT!!! We arrived at check-in at 12 at night, on the way back on the bus, the child's temperature rose after the flight. I put the child on the sofa in the hall, as the queue for check-in was long. Immediately, a representative of Guest Relief brought a sheet and went to the reception herself so that we would be given a room as soon as possible. Thank her very much! Also, when we had to leave the hotel, they organized an individual transfer for us. A sweet Ale woman. Thank you so much!!!
The food was not bad at first (in September) but in the second half of October, everything became completely unpalatable and the assortment decreased noticeably.
Drinks: I couldn't drink Chivas (although I drink whiskey) - its originality is in great doubt. But there was a good rum, sometimes - balantines.
The dishes are dirty, half-washed, with leftovers. Glasses with a white coating.
The beach - entering the water is inconvenient. After a few meters, the big stones begin. All the time there was a fear that a foot would get stuck between them, and the waves were quite large (dangerous).
The area is clean.
THE HUGE DISADVANTAGE OF THE HOTEL IS THAT IT MAINLY has one of our tour operators ANEX TOUR!!!. And quite a bit of an Intourist.
GUYS, NEVER CONTACT THE ANEX OPERATOR!!!.I spent almost 400 thousand on vacation with my child (via YANDEX). And I was faced with such a frankly bestial attitude towards me as a client. (For the first time in my life, although I flew a lot from other operators)
This company, after you give it the money, does not care about you at all, MOREOVER, even if there is an opportunity, and it will cost them nothing. And they don't want to correct the mistake made by their employees. IT SEEMS THAT THE COMPANY IS DOING EVERYTHING ON PURPOSE TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION, REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IT.
1. Anex refused to return unused tickets, although the application was written by him a week before the expected departure.
2. A group transfer was ordered on the day of departure, departure is indicated at 18:30. Anex employees incorrectly indicated the departure time (2 hours earlier) and accordingly set the transfer from the hotel at 11:35 (7 hours before departure). After a request to change the time of departure from the hotel to a later one (ANEX took tourists from the hotel with two more transfers by 17:30 and 18:10). I was cynically refused (with comments - there is a rule that we will not change because of you). And the arguments that the mistake was on their side (the departure time was entered into the system two hours earlier due to the fault of their employee) DID NOT INTEREST THEM AT ALL!!!.
My four-year-old child and I had to be in a crowded airport 6 hours before departure, where there is no place to even sit down, due to the fact that one Anex employee incorrectly entered the departure time into the system, and the rest are ABSOLUTELY NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM THAT THEY THEMSELVES CREATED!!!
Other tourists simply did not have an individual transfer from Anex, they had to urgently look for a taxi themselves to get to the airport.
In summary, the hotel is good, except for minor nuances. But if the administration does not make efforts to attract other Russian tour operators, ANEX will spoil the attitude of tourists to the hotel. Since I definitely will not go to this hotel from the tour operator ANEX.

Very nice hotel!!!! We rested on May 26, took a tour for 12 nights in a bungalow very quiet and peaceful. Not that in the main building, if possible, it is better to take a bungalow.. I won't write much, I'll just say that the hotel is super, I recommend it. One thing I will say that I did not like the hotel has a tent with all sorts of stuff on sale, extreme to the sea from the right. Not a pleasant type sells, does not bargain, although Turkey is a country of merchants. And he doesn't want to make discounts.if you want to buy different toys for yourself or children, it is better to go to the mini market where the price tag is much cheaper.

Selectum Family Comfort 5 Hotel*
The check-in was successful, we were offered a choice of any wing and floor. We chose the left wing, away from the disco and the upper floor to admire the sea. The room has been redecorated, new wallpaper, swollen laminate flooring, and old plumbing in the bathroom. During the first day, there was an unpleasant chemical odor, then it disappeared. The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. There is one large 1.5 m deep pool near the main building and several 1.4 m deep pools near the villas. There is a water park for children and adults, there are no queues on the slides. A modest lunopark for kids is open in the evening. Daily discos, I have show programs. Round-the-clock catering, two round-the-clock bars. The best cocktails and drinks are in the lobby bar, but it is open until 24.00. The main restaurant has a wide selection of dishes, fish, poultry and meat are served daily. There are evenings of themed cuisine - Mexican, fish, Turkish, Italian, etc. The room is cleaned and the mini bar is replenished daily, but towels are changed on request.
The staff is friendly, professional and friendly.
What needs to be improved:
- poorly washed beach towels with odor, juice and chocolate stains;
- the furniture in the restaurant is more like the furniture in the dining room;
- there are no tablecloths on the tables in the restaurant;
- renovation of public WC;
- washing deck chairs from the ubiquitous chocolate.

About the cons. There is a very ambiguous hotel here, we would not go a second time, but we are probably the 10th time in Turkey.

5. The distances are gigantic, 10,000 -15,000 steps a day just from the beach and to restaurants-pools-rooms. The room was far from the beach, although this is the first line, I measured about 350 meters in one direction we walked.
6. Because there are a lot of people, the staff simply does not have time, then there was no water in the room, then the coffee machine broke down.
7. The rooms are tired. I had to fix the toilet.

The beach is large, there are many sunbeds , swimming is great in the morning, then the water is muddied by vacationers. There is a Pier where you can also get comfortable. The standard rooms are small, but equipped with the most necessary things. Sometimes there are breakdowns, but the staff responds quickly to messages. The hotel staff tries everywhere, but the piggishness of vacationers runs far ahead. You can often see discarded juice packs and a lot of abandoned glasses, moreover, there are enough urns and special tables on the territory. The hotel has a good water park (open until 17 o'clock) and a Luna park for small children. Large food court areas with various fast food and incredibly delicious ice cream. Algida ice cream is also available in refrigerators. The restaurant is large, but it seemed tasteless to us. There seems to be a lot of food, but it doesn't taste good. Thanks to this, there are not even extra grams. I strongly do not recommend the hotel's SPA. There are shopping malls outside the hotel, they take maps of the WORLD, they communicate in Russian

Swedish is no better . The monotonous food that you eat is chicken , beef, there is no difference in taste, the same feeling, the same spices in one pot . The review is about the Selectum family COMFORT Side.
The first emotions from the hotel have already subsided, so I am writing a review as objectively as possible. In short, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! A maximum of 3 stars and then with a stretch.
Moreover, all the disadvantages are completely solvable and it is strange that the hotel management does not deal with the hotel at all. There is simply no owner and order here!
If you are familiar with words such as service, friendly staff and good rest, then you are definitely NOT here. Money is wasted!
I'll start with what we liked:
+ A large area.
+ Gorgeous clear sea.
+ The presence of children's shallow pools (but their cleaning is very lame).
+ The presence of a water park (as the very fact of its existence. Big questions for rescuers who are on the phone all the time and do not keep order and safety).
+ Good room cleaning.
+ The manager at the reception. Not the receptionist, but the manager. The man is a Turk in a blue shirt, I did not remember the name, unfortunately. A man who really tried to help us with choosing a room without rolling his eyes. We've reviewed 5! rooms before choosing (all were in villas). Then mold and dampness, then the air conditioner did not work, then the staff gathered under the windows and made noise from 7 a.m., then just an incredibly dead room. Absolutely all rooms are VERY tired!
Let's move on to the cons. Here you can write endlessly…
- Service and management of the hotel. It just doesn't exist! No one will even try to help solve your question. If you have a problem, this is your problem. If you don't like something or don't like it, no one cares either)) Personally, we have addressed two issues:
1) The air conditioner was not working in the room. More precisely, it worked, but it blew only warm air, did not cool. The master came and promised to fix it the next day, as the part was needed. The item was ordered, but it was not delivered in 10 days. They were fed "breakfast" and threw up their hands)))
2) There are many children in the hotel. The concept of the hotel is FAMILY-FRIENDLY. There are a lot of boys my son's age is 6-12 years old. There's nothing to do in the evening, so we always played football! There is a football field on which, attention, THERE is NO LIGHTING! That is, you can only play it until 19:30 when everything is still at sea and at dinner. There is no play after 20:00, it is dark so that the ball is not visible. There were really a lot of people who wanted to play and turned to guest relations with a request to come up with something with a light, since the boys really have nowhere to kick the ball. At first, guest relations tried to shift this issue to the animators. Then they came up with the idea that lighting is paid and you have to pay ... and when we asked where and to whom to pay, it turned out that there is no lighting on the field in principle😂 We offered to install a portable searchlight, as we saw that there were such in the hotel, but they immediately blamed this issue on the technicians, who said that it was impossible. Then there was also a version that the field should not be highlighted at all, since it is next to the stage and this interferes. In short, a circus with horses)))) As a result, instead of active games, the boys spent whole evenings on their phones. A cool family hotel... everything for children, isn't it?!
- Food and cleanliness in restaurants and bars. It's a nightmare. In the main restaurant (by the way, the air conditioner does not work there and do not even plan to eat in the cool😅) even less, but in the restaurant that belongs to the villas - it's a quiet horror! In the morning, there is a maximum of 1 person from the staff, at lunch and for dinner 2. I have never seen the restaurant manager there, but it's a pity! There was a young man in a blue T-shirt, but he didn't understand English. Well, or pretended that he did not understand))) I wanted to ask why there are no cups for tea and coffee in the morning, why mountains of dirty dishes, why high chairs are never washed, why food is cooked with old smelly oil, and so on. I am generally silent about the choice and quality of food!!! It's a quiet horror. You can only eat rice and pancakes, sometimes even kebabs (if you're lucky with the cook and he doesn't overcook them).
- What's on the ice at the hotel? This is the first time I've seen WARM fruits, vegetables, and berries served in the windows of a restaurant. Is there such an energy saving in the hotel that it is impossible to connect equipment that cools?! There have always been only apples and oranges from fruits. In those rare moments when strawberries and watermelon were brought out, it was always warm! Who likes a warm watermelon?) And the hot strawberries?) they didn't even bother to shift the strawberries... they still stand in the shipping boxes in the restaurant. I hope she was at least washed)
- Luna Park. It would be better if the lighting of the park was given over to a football field))) There is only one name from the park. In fact, these are several old attractions that are clearly under write-off. I won't say anything about their appearance, I'm more concerned about safety… The wheels of the train sparkle, and the carousel with chains does not stop. She is stopped by the staff manually... they hang on one of the chairs, pull and thereby stop. Is this also the norm?!
- Bars and bartenders. Everything is bad here too. There are no dishes, alcohol and drinks are ALL WARM, only ice saves, which melts in 15 seconds in a glass in the heat. And how do you like Turkish coffee in a cardboard cup?! This is the first time I've seen... well, you can buy dishes for Turkish coffee in a bar, right?
So many questions and so few answers)))

Positive:
A huge beautiful area with lots of cafes and entertainment
A variety of food and drinks, non-stop food, one cafe replaces another
Animation, activity, evening show at a high level, several times there was fireworks just for our vacation
The sea and the beach. The beach is clean, first there are small pebbles like sand, then more and when entering the sea there are plates. For me, this is a normal approach, there was no discomfort.
Minuses:
Problems with cleaning, then they do it badly, then they don't do it at all
Lack of fresh fruits, strawberries, watermelon, melon (even in the simplest hotels in my experience there was always a watermelon)
There is a terrible commotion in the main restaurant (after that I want to say the canteen), everyone is running around grabbing and winning back food, a pitiful sight. Queues and crowds at dinner and breakfast.
The construction site is right in front of us on the beach and at the main building. (Couldn't they have built everything in winter?)
In general, when you consider the pros and cons in one picture, then of course it is clear that the hotel is raw and people write the same thing in reviews and the cons do not go away, so I recommend the hotel only to people with children, since there are a lot of them here and a lot is tailored for children and family holidays. The hotel is also very large and is not suitable for privacy. It's always loud and two-hearted here. The weather in May was from 20 to 34 degrees. Jackets were saved in the evenings. Have a good rest and make the right choice!

I put three for only one reason, the hotel allows machinists to work in the territory. People come up and offer to go to the store to look at clothes. We left an advance payment, okay 10,000 rubles. When they wanted to cancel the order and refund the money, they told us goodbye. People do not fall for this scheme, do not go to all sorts of shops. You come to relax, sit in a hotel or on an excursion and that's it.

The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, quite varied, for every taste. The room was cleaned every other day, but not very perfect. They have never cleaned under the beds in 2 weeks. The sinks were half washed, if there was anything on the table, then they didn't even wipe it under it. Bathrobes were provided upon request at the reception. The mini bar was replenished every day (water, gas and without gas, fanta, cola, sprite, beer). It happened that no toilet paper was put down, and the bathrobes were taken away and not returned. The staff has zero attentiveness.They still have to work on this. But it is beautiful, Stylish and tasteful.
The territory is large, not very well maintained. Sometimes there is garbage lying around, leaves and berries from the trees stick to the stroller and shoes. There are a lot of mosquitoes, even in October. There are not even any records in the slot at the reception, this is a minus. You have to buy with your own money. So take it with you. The pools sometimes worked and sometimes not. The hammam and sauna are average, the door to the hammam was broken and did not close tightly, it was cool. Chlorinated water is everywhere, even in the faucet.
The whole family got sick with rotovirus. Either the dishes were poorly washed, or the pool. The children's room is good and so are the animators. The program is great. But I wouldn't go there again.

We were at the hotel from July 8 to July 18, 2023.
Positive: a water park (my son is almost 6 years old, he was allowed to ride with his parents under our responsibility), a children's water park (children can ride without adults), a lunopark without restrictions (also together with adults, some children ride only if they are older than 12-14 years old, depending on the attraction), grilled fish, there is always an opportunity to eat throughout the day and even at night, ice cream from 10-11 am.
Cons: a lot of people, queues at the main restaurant, cleaning problems, one day they just forgot to clean the room.
Beach: pebbly and a large stone slab, it is better to buy shoes. The water is clear and warm. There are always enough sun beds on the beach. In principle, you can also find pools, but it is more difficult.
Food: we ate simple food: meat, fish, delicious rice, some types of pastes and fresh vegetables and fruits. There were 10 types of cheeses, but I did not appreciate them. Snacks and salads with dressing were not taken. In the morning, the porridge looks very bad, the child did not eat. You can feed the kids, but it is difficult. Sausages and hipp fruit puree are on the children's table, but with added sugar and starch.
Check-in: we arrived and were settled in room 9306, these houses on the Lake had a view of the parking lot) we were asked to change because the air conditioner did not work and the technician could not fix it. We moved into a room in the main building 3012. The view of the neighboring hotel, but also of a piece of the sea/hills, and the air conditioning was already working properly.
In general, we are happy with the rest, but on the last day of departure, the baby became ill on the plane, the next day my son became ill, then my husband and I. It also turned out that more vacationers fell ill that day. It is unclear where they were picked up. Because the baby did not swim in the children's pool, only at sea and in the adult pool on her hands.

The hotel is large, there is a water park and a luna park for children. The sea is clear. Animation. The rooms by the lake are good, it is on the ground floor with a terrace. That's all the advantages. The ROTAVIRUS hotel!!! On day 3, the Child caught it, followed by the whole family. The food is varied, but not tasty. Tons of oil everywhere. On the grill, what a cradle, what a piece of other meat all tastes the same. Queues in bars are constant. The gym is miserable.

Daytime animation is average. But we were interested in volleyball and it was there. The cycle is only a week. There were daytime captive pink pool parties. In the evening, a very interesting entertainment: a performance by artists, then a concert or a cool party with a huge number of effects. Drinks are local and imported. Gluttony row with 12. Delicious restaurant 24/7. There's water and ice cream everywhere. The main restaurant is overloaded. There are often no plates or cups. The dishes are often dirty. Delicious, varied. Every day dorado or sea bass. Different cuisines, of which Russian is the most not tasty (they do not know how to cook). Don't take the dumplings! Horror. So is Olivier. Pink translucent liquid-borscht. They just throw away the products. The fish day is super! Crayfish, red fish... A la carte restaurants for three. Portions of 100 grams. There are no waiters.
