Мне нужно было разобраться с прошивкой телефона, стоимость которого 1000$+ (к слову, это китайский бренд Xiaomi, а данный сервисный центр позиционирует себя как сертифицированный).
Сейчас я понимаю, что разговор по телефону с менеджером должен был быть для меня сигналом, что что-то не так. Менеджер задал мне вопрос «А зачем Вам это надо», где был прозрачный намёк на то, что мой запрос вызывает подозрение, а не украла ли я устройство? Я объяснила, что телефон был куплен в россии, что часть приложений не работает, несмотря на необходимые разрешения в них, и что ПО не обновляется. Также, заранее предупредила, что на телефоне установлен сторонний «менеджер устройства» и прошивка Китайская. (Центр же сертифицированный, а Xiaomi бренд китайский).
Мне сходу предложили стоимость услуги 120 бел.р., хотя у конкурентов стоимость варьируется от 50 до 90 бел.р. в зависимости от сложности. (Если нужно, могу поделиться информацией у кого конкретно альтернативные цены). Сказали – принесите для диагностики.
Я не стала откладывать в долгий ящик, пришла в тот же день. (Я даже, специально, коробку принесла, чтобы подтвердить, что телефон мой). Я стала уточнять детали, менеджер унёс мой телефон и вернулся через пару минут, посовещавшись с коллегой. Сказал, что работа займёт пару дней, если не будет непредвиденных ситуаций. Я спросила: «непредвиденные обстоятельства, это сколько»? На что мне был дан ответ: «только дурак Вам скажет, сколько это займет точно». (Конкуренты дали сроки от 2х дней до недели). «Мы еще ни разу не занимались китайской прошивкой». (Напомню, центр, сертифицированный Xiaomi). А также, была фраза «Ой, ну, может, Вы не будете у нас заказывать ремонт»? «Не надо у нас заказывать ремонт». Это прямое цитирование.
Видя хамское поведение, я попросила гарантии, что сервисное обслуживание будет безопасным и не повлечёт скрытую замену оригинальных деталей на альтернативные низкопробные или не лицензионные с целью обмана и незаконного обогащения обслуживающего центра. (Напомню, что стоимость телефона 1000$+.) Менеджер задал вопрос: «И как Вы себе это представляете»? Пришлось перебить и ответить: «На фирменном бланке, чёрным по белому, с прописанными условиями оказания услуг и печатью». Меня попытались высмеять за требование договора об оказании услуг и предоставление гарантий. ЗАДУМАЙТЕСЬ!
Менеджер стал утверждать, что они подобным не занимаются, ведут успешный бизнес 14 лет, и у директора нет времени на такую «ФИГНЮ». К слову, один из моих бывших директоров успешно обманывал своих клиентов с 2001 года, поэтому я оттуда и уволилась. Просто никто не жаловался. Может, и с ООО "Техника Века Плюс" такая же история? А, по мнению менеджера, гарантии сервиса, это «фигня».
Я проинформировала менеджера, что буду вынуждена написать отзыв. На что в ответ мне было сказано: «Доброго вечера. Всего хорошего. Видите ли, ей больше всех надо».
Гарантии качества, это видимо: «Видите ли, ей больше всех надо». Уважаемые потребители. Обходите это место стороной. Оно явно вызывает подозрения, и не понятно, почему у этого места есть заказы. НЕ ПООЩРЯЙТЕ ХАМСТВО! Не позволяйте недобросовестно к себе относиться. Всем добра!

Не рекомендую. Первый раз обращалась по ремонту Nikon d610 в январе - замена затвора, стандартный случай, 4 года фотоаппарату. Все было вроде бы хорошо. Но заканчивается гарантийный срок, и опять проблема. На сей раз с приводом зеркала. Ок. Несём. Оказывается, отвалилась деталь корпуса, но заменили привод тоже, конечно же заплатила. Показали какой-то снимок с большим зазором между нижней крышкой и корпусом. Забрала 28.07. Вернулась 5.09. Опять с проблемой привода. Жду ответа. В гарантийный период исключены падения и удары, объектив меняла один раз. Для сравнения. Старый подменный D3200 при самых суровых условиях эксплуатации с 2013 года работает как часы. Конечно же, в ответ -"у всего есть срок использования", "возможно, вы кому-то давали в пользование и ударили"(исключено), "вам больше делать нечего, как бегать к нам" (интересное заявление). Ждём, как решится вопрос.
Более хамского отношения еще не встречала. Не успели задать вопрос как тут же получили очень грубый и пренебрежительный ответ. На любой заданный вопрос отвечали так, будто мы обязаны знать ответы и технику до малейшей детали. Тогда спрашивается зачем мы к вам пришли? Может потому что мы не разбираемся и хотим получить помощь специалистов? Хамы, просто хамы. Отвратительные впечатления и отвратительное обслуживание. Чувство, будто пришли к ним домой и за бесплатно. Ужасное место
