I called back a couple of days later, indicated that they remembered such an order, said that they would clarify and call back within 1 hour. As a result: no one called after an hour, a day, or 2 days. I decided to take the hood to the service on my own, I met a man, probably a master, pointed out that the person who is engaged in the repair of hoods is no longer there and the service is no longer engaged in this type of repair, indicated another company, and they said goodbye.
Taking into account the information, it is difficult to evaluate the work of the service, therefore 3, all thanks to the *high-quality* work of operators and couriers.
I handed over the camera for diagnosis, promised to call within 7 days, as a result, I called myself 10 days later. The camera was in good working order, max zoom did not work, they returned a non-working camera, took 25p for diagnostics and told them to go read books, allegedly it was not their problem that it was not working.
