It's been 50 minutes, no one has called me back.
I don't want to call for the 3rd time, because I understand that they don't take their work seriously. There is no desire to give the laptop to them for repair anymore.
I gave the xiaomi mi play phone to the firmware, it hung on the mi screensaver, the reset did not help. I bypassed 5 services and no one helped. During the acceptance on a nervous basis, he even was rude to the receptionist Ales for allegedly a long diagnosis. But in fact, it was only here that they were able to sort out my phone. I handed it over to the service, the master advised me to clear the phone's memory as much as possible and flash it. And so they did. My Lenovo Yoga was "dead" for almost 2 years - I visited several services, including Frunze (Lenovo support provides contacts of this particular service center), Right-handed service and somewhere else. No one could bring it back to life: they claimed that it was necessary to change the motherboard, which is very expensive and there are no motherboards for this Lenovo Yoga model in Belarus.
S-mart was immediately told that the motherboard did not need to be changed, and after a week of repair, they called with the news "the computer is ready." The problem turned out to be in the bios.
Thanks to the s-mart specialists! I didn't expect to see my computer working anymore!

I was giving my phone for repair, the power module burned down. In the service, a nice girl took the phone, said how much it would cost and that it would take literally a day. I come in 3 days, they say they haven't fixed it. Okay. I call a week later, a sweet girl says that the engineer has not come yet (and this is at about 10 a.m.), call later (it turns out that this is not a service that works from 9.00 to 20.00, but a girl who accepts / gives orders, when the engineer works only he knows). Ok. I called, they said they were waiting for spare parts. Good. Two weeks later I call, ask what and how (although the form indicates that they themselves will call after 2 weeks and inform about the extension of the repair period), they answer that in 3 days they will know exactly what is with the spare parts. Mdaaa... I'm calling. Himself again. Again, there is no engineer. I'll call you back later. Next, the dialogue:
- What's with the phone?(having previously named the order number) Almost a month has passed.
- It couldn't have been a month.
- I gave 18 for repair, and already 14
... well, yes ...
after a while they called me themselves (finally!) and tell me the obvious news... Come and get it, we haven't fixed it. I came, took it away, asked what was wrong, they said the motherboard was not working, I was surprised, as it turned out, if the power controller was not working, then they call it "the motherboard is not working, you need to look for a new one."
Conclusion. There is nothing to say, but no, there is something: thank you, I went without a phone for a month.

I didn't like it. We repaired the tablet, now its case does not close tightly, a gap appeared. We changed the battery in the phone, the new one holds exactly the same as the old one.
on the plus side, if a customer comes to buy, i.e. spend money, then everything will be on top and smile and maybe they will give a discount - everything is very positive and pleasant, BUT if suddenly you decide to return the product, then most likely you will be sent to an online flea market, without even understanding the essence of the issue:(
