They charged us 100 byn for parking our car without any information in the beginning even strange that its free for hotel restaurant customers but not hotel guests .

The hotel is worth the money. Excellent location, located in the city center, near the metro and many restaurants/bars.
It's clean and cozy. By the way, the breakfasts are delicious, I really liked them.
But there is a highlight that we did not know about when we arrived, we were already told about it at the reception.
Literally: it can be noisy at night;)
Our room looked directly at the bars, where music has been playing since 10 p.m. and teenagers are attracted like a magnet.
In general, my sleep was deep and I didn't wake up, my wife was sleeping with earplugs, so we didn't care. On weekends, music plays until 6 a.m.
If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the bar (if available) since the whole hotel is on the most crowded street.
Or stock up on strong alcohol with earplugs)

Great hotel. Location - bomba - 2 metro lines within walking distance. The girls at the reception are very nice and polite, they will help you with everything.
The breakfasts are good, of course there is no Turkish-Egyptian all inclusive. But the assortment is sufficient, replenished in a timely manner (yoghurts, cereals, sandwiches, pastries, sliced meat and cheese, fruits, cereals, Rice juices, coffee machine. There was a lot more, I only remember what we ate ourselves). For those who are especially hungry, there is a hot breakfast: chicken / cutlets/sausages and a side dish. Everything was clean, the room faced the courtyard, and there were no extraneous sounds. The rooms are beautiful. The mattresses/pillows are comfortable. On my next visit to Minsk, I will stop here only.

Great hotel. We have never regretted it. If you want to go for a walk in the center, visit the bars, then the hotel is very well located. Everything is within walking distance. Yes, you can hear a few people from the street, but very few. It didn't bother us. They settled in right away. The rooms are good. They're clean. Not smoky. We have taken into account all our wishes. We were very satisfied with this hotel! It is located in the city center, there are a lot of different establishments nearby and a wonderful park for walking. For those who want to see the Minsk metro, it is located 3 minutes from the hotel, there is also a public transport stop. It should be noted that the room was very clean, cleaning, changing towels, bathroom accessories were carried out daily.
Excellent polite and friendly staff, always in touch. I would also like to mention the restaurant, which has delicious dishes and excellent portions. Many guests write that it is very noisy at night, as the hotel is located on the most crowded street in Minsk. We practically did not hear any noise, it did not mar our stay.
But what overshadowed it was parking. The websites state that the hotel has its own parking. And it does exist, but it costs more than paid parking on the street. And you can't get there without calling the hotel.

A wonderful new hotel in the very center of Minsk on Zybitskaya street.
Excellent rooms, very stylish interior-it pleases the eye! Everything in the rooms corresponds to the hotel level-slippers, washbasins, drinking water, basic tea set.
The most wonderful thing for me was the mattress and pillows, the moody back said "thank you", it was very comfortable to sleep, and blackout curtains.
The rooms in the hotel are of different categories.
The restaurant is very pleasant, with a good menu and wine list, the breakfasts are excellent, for every taste.
Beautiful reception area and entrance hall, everything is tasteful, stylish, without unnecessary details.
Excellent staff, polite, pleasant.
The only drawback, or rather even a shortcoming, is the rooms with access to Zybitskaya itself, restaurants and bars are open late at night, the noise of music and walking passers-by. If you are with a small child or go to bed early, it will be very disturbing. In this case, of course, we would like to have normal double-glazed windows that suppress noise.
Or, when booking rooms, indicate this fact.
It didn't bother us much, we arrived late, especially since the reception was warned about this, but it's worth bearing in mind in the future.
Otherwise, everything is fine, and we plan to stay here in the future.
It is very convenient to all the attractions, plus the underground parking in the hotel, although paid, is excellent.

We stayed at this hotel from May 8 to May 10, 2025. The hotel is great. The location is just great, in the very center, within walking distance of the main attractions and the metro. For those who are afraid of noise from the street, because the hotel is located on the most popular street in the city, rooms with a view of the river embankment are suitable (you just need to choose in advance when booking). The rooms are clean and tidy, the furnishings are stylish. We were more than pleased with the breakfasts, because everything was delicious and replenished in a timely manner. It is nonsense to expect a choice of the type of hotels in Turkey and Egypt, these are completely different areas of tourism. The cuisine tastes better here (to our taste). The staff is polite, courteous, always on site.

A huge advantage of the hotel is that there is underground parking, although it is paid.
The room itself is nice, everything is fresh. There is a nuance with the shower and toilet: a translucent door, which, depending on the position, either closes the shower and toilet at the same time (but keep in mind that two walls are glass), or closes only the toilet. However, the door itself is also glass, albeit frosted. In general, no privacy. The design decision is not exactly controversial — it is frankly stupid and uncomfortable.
There are not enough hooks in the shower.
The hooks at the front door are located on the wrong side, which prevents it from opening if clothes are hanging on them. There is no shelf in the hallway where you can put your purse, keys or other small items. There is also no ottoman to put your shoes on comfortably.
And the most important thing is, of course, the noise from nightlife. If you yourself do not plan to have fun until 4-5 in the morning, then you will not be able to fall asleep. We had a room on the top floor with windows facing the courtyard — it didn't help in any way.
I'll give you 5 stars anyway, since the hotel can't do anything about this problem. It didn't bother us much, since we went to bed late ourselves.

But one thing! The hotel is located on the most crowded street in Minsk, I haven't felt such a vibration from music for a long time, and this is until 5 a.m. for a minute. If the hotel was not busy, it would be possible to put us in another room (with a view of the river or in the opposite direction closer to the entrance)
The breakfasts are very varied and delicious, if you have lunch and/or dinner in a restaurant, you will get a 20% discount on the entire menu. Locally produced liqueur is above all praise!)
P.S. I definitely want to advise you, but with such a noise level in the rooms it's difficult.

A wonderful hotel in the historical center of Minsk. Excellent breakfasts, nice rooms, friendly staff. But there is one caveat. Since the hotel is located in a tourist area, there are many different restaurants and entertainment venues around. There are people walking around the clock in these places and music is very loud. I recommend that when booking a room, write a note so that you are accommodated in a room with windows inside the courtyard, not outside. Then loud noises from the street will bother you less.

We had a rest with the children on May Day, came to Minsk to perform with the band. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is polite, clean, hearty breakfasts, and the food is delicious. A glass door with a huge gap at the bottom, this door moves and closes first the toilet itself, and then the shower room. The smell and sound do not hold at all, the feeling that a person is pooping and pissing right in the middle of the sleeping place, and everything can be heard in detail. My husband and I have been living together for almost 30 years, but we were embarrassed specifically, we just lived in the toilet for three days. Another important detail is that the wall in the shower is transparent and you can see a person coming out of the shower from the room. Urgently make repairs and insert doors into the toilet!
They ruined our three-day vacation!

We visited Minsk for the first time, visited the Robinson City Hotel for the first time - fell in love with the city and the hotel at first sight. The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk, surrounded by pedestrian zones and a huge variety of cafes, terraces, restaurants. At the reception, we were greeted by friendly girls, with one of them - Daria, we began to communicate by phone. The fact is that access to the closed parking lot of the hotel from Friday to Sunday inclusive is available only through the hotel reception - the street becomes pedestrian these days. Daria explained everything to us how to get to the hotel. The hotel suite is very comfortable, clean, stylishly decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is inaudible, although they are present on the floor. The buffet breakfast includes the entire standard selection of drinks and products - everything is fresh and delicious. We were afraid, after reading the reviews, that it would be very noisy, but our fears were in vain - even in a room with access to a busy street it was not noisy. I definitely recommend the hotel and on subsequent visits to Minsk we will stay only here.

It's clean enough. But: if you arrive on a day off (Sunday is our day), it is difficult to stop by the hotel. You have to stand at the barrier and call the hotel, then wait to be let through. Not a word about this when booking. In the booking confirmation, the restaurant's phone number is indicated instead of the reception, which does not speed up the process. Next, you need to put the car in an underground parking lot, take a ticket, go up to the reception and pay for it separately. We lived in a suite, and the idea that we should pay for parking separately was not pleasant, given the cost of the suite.every time you enter and exit, you need to take a ticket and extinguish it at the reception. It's inconvenient! But the most important thing is the noise. This is terrible, especially for people with light sleep. Every evening, and we were there for 3 days, and most of them were weekdays, until 23 o'clock salsa danced under the windows of the "quiet" room so that the walls shook, and this is not a metaphor. At 23 o'clock, these people left, but it started tic-tic-tic in the bar under another window, and ended at 4 a.m. It is impossible to sleep in principle. In addition, the quality of room cleaning sometimes did not please. Well, it's frankly disgusting to leave the suite and stick your nose into the cleaning trolleys of the staff with rags every time. Therefore, we will not come to this hotel anymore.
