A very nice hotel.
There is a water park on the opposite road .
The only thing is that the pier is very long, I didn 't swim myself, I don 't know how convenient it is .
We had a rest at Rixos terano , but we went there every night to hang out .

A great hotel for families with children. A very good nutrition offer, a huge selection at the buffet and in evening restaurants (so keep an eye on the weight, it's easy to gain). Lovers of swimming in the sea will have to go to the "bathhouse" from the middle of the pier (300 meters from the shore). If you want to see the fish on the reef, go to the end of the pier (600 m).

Magic! Guys, it was a fabulous stay at this hotel! The staff is lovely and polite, the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. We had a room on the 1st floor, so I went out from the patio directly onto the lawn and did yoga. The territory is magnificent, beautiful, flowers, palm trees, cacti, all well-groomed, and everything is constantly cleaned and cut. The food is so varied, just even in excess: for every breakfast, lunch and dinner there are more than 500 items. Gluttony! The waiters are very polite and helpful. In addition to the main restaurant, there are several more themed ones, they had to be ordered separately, but also included. I especially liked the Brazilian restaurant, the amazing cuisine there. I also liked the pools: one big, stylish, party-like one, where water aerobics was held. And there are calmer ones. The beach area is always clean, the sea is wonderful, there were always enough sun beds and umbrellas. Both at sea and near the pools, the staff is attentive, everything is monitored, towels are always clean in the package and they will also help to lay on the sunbed. There are a lot of activities: yoga in hammocks, a gym. And what cool evening shows, dancing and discos! Wow! In general, friends, I do not know what I did not like!

It's not worth the money. The old room stock, everything is already in mold and broken. Alcohol is poured scorched everywhere, they do not react to disturbances in any way. Good service for only a couple of $. The food is also questionable, the child was poisoned, and things are not going smoothly for adults either. In the evenings, cans of chlorine are poured into the pools, this is the first time I've ever seen this in hotels, even at this level. Do not agree to live next to the stage for anything, if you are not going to hang out around the clock, the disco is until 00, they adjust the sound in the morning, you will not be able to sleep. You can't really swim in the sea, it's a solid reef, up to a depth of 800m on foot. In general, I do not recommend it.

The lowest service and dirty rooms I have ever met in chain hotels.
We lived in rooms 21104 and 21106 Family Suite in Rixos Seagate, very old renovation, dirty walls, water dripping from the air conditioner, and there was no warm or hot water in the shower all the days of our stay. When we wrote a complaint, the manager called back and asked how they could help us, we explained that cold water was flowing in our rooms and we could not bathe a 3-year-old child in it, but nothing changed the next day. The manager did not help us in any way, did not respond to our problem. For me it is very important that there is hot water in the shower, shame on you!!!!!!!!
The room cleaning was disgusting, dirty floors for 7 days, no one reported cosmetics, thank God we took everything with us. We didn't expect Rixos to save on ear sticks, shower caps, soap and toothbrushes.
The slippers in the room were one of the cheapest and were torn on the third day. We have a hotel ourselves and we buy high-quality slippers with a thick sole at a cost of only 100 rubles, Rixos saves even on slippers, offering its guests slippers with a thin tearing sole.
Alcohol was poured counterfeit, bodyaga of unknown origin. I only drink sparkling wine and I really regret that I didn't buy anything at Duty free, because they pour cheap disgusting sour Egyptian sparkling wine in Rixos. And also the bartenders serve glasses by sticking two fingers inside. How disgusting it is to hold a glass with fingerprints in your hands.
The food was mediocre, quality food in the hotel is very important to me. The child could only eat boiled egg and Activia yogurt, since the rest of the products for children were cooked fried or over-salted to the extreme.
We also didn't find anything for ourselves that we could eat, mountains of useless mayonnaise fried in oil, margarine desserts, a bunch of dishes from potatoes, rice, cheap carbohydrate products.
The staff does not greet, cause discomfort, are treated with disdain. When I booked the Salt restaurant, it was barely booked for me with such a favor, after my requests, since it is not possible to eat anything at all in the main restaurant.
The hotel is clearly not worth the money, the service is disgusting, it was unpleasant to be in the rooms, the food is not delicious, the alcohol is fake, the staff is not trained how to treat guests, does not know the norms for cleaning rooms.
I dreamed of getting into Rixos, a complete disappointment, I am not a spoiled guest, but I did not expect this from a network-promoted hotel at all.

We had a rest in November. The weather is great, a couple of windy days in total. The hotel consists of three completely separate territories!! Rixos Charm is an 18+ hotel, Rixos Sigma is a hotel for families with children, and Rixos Sigma Aqua is a hotel with a large water park! According to the concept, you can use everything completely in all territories)) Rixos charm and Sighate are the first line, there are several hotels between them and a golf cart runs, 5-7 minutes on foot. Cigate Aqua is the SECOND line, across the street from the main Cigate. A golf cart also runs every 10-15 minutes, for this they dug their own tunnel under the road!)
If you have small children, Aqua is a great option for you, it is very quiet in the evening, there is no music, nothing. The shows and the disco are very loud in the first line of the Segate, everyone with small children complained. And having an aqua park next to the room is cool! If the noise from the disco is not a problem, it is better to live on the first line. Sigma Aqua used to be another hotel that Rixos bought and slightly renovated.
Now about the hotel. Everything is great. The children did not get out of the children's club , sports, crafts - everything was on the level 👍🏻 there were even children's boxing and children's capoeira ) the main restaurant - a huge number of names , everything is very tasty! Live music for breakfast, lunch and dinner! A la carte is very beautiful, I especially liked the meat Grill and Churrascaria! Super Sports show for adults is diverse and cool coaches! A gym with modern training equipment of the latest generation. The territory is beautiful and clean!!
We left the children at the kids ' club and went to an adult hotel for a walk ) at 16.30 there were parties on the beach. 👍🏻
There are a lot of rescuers in the aqua park, the slides are all working! The children are delighted!
In general, this is the best Charm hotel with no options.

We go into the lobby at the reception, and we are amazed at the natural Parthenon: a lady is playing Mozart's "Singing of Angels" on the piano, a huge chandelier in the form of a phallic symbol hangs from the ceiling, marble is all around, chic and shine, a work of engineering art!!! We go out into the courtyard- a swimming pool to the horizon, ancient Helladic arches over its straits, massive kami on the sides of different shapes, bridges, a short-cropped lawn, magnificent landscaping, with surgical precision figuratively bordered shapes of bushes and trees in various beautiful shapes..
And then we suddenly decided that this is happiness, here it is😍
We stayed in the Family Suite rooms at Rixos Seagate, relatively old renovation, there was no hot water in the shower all the days of our stay.
Every evening until 12 at night, the disco was hammering so that I had to buy earplugs (but this is so, starikovskoe).
The cleaning of the rooms looked like this: thank you, the tanned lad, for coming in, absorbed the dust from the floor with a polished heel, added bottles of water, put towels. The slippers in the room dried up in the first two days.. But we are Russians, God is with us! We took the "indestructible" slippers with us from the Sochi Radisson🤟🏾
The most painful injection was inflicted in the "food court" area, when I asked my old friend "Jack Daniels" to pour me... I have known this Gentleman firsthand for about 20 years, and when they poured me alcohol smelling of caramel at the 5* ultra all hotel, then I realized that it would be better if there was no water in the rooms at all, and so rudely burnt alcohol is already beyond good and evil.
Then it's more fun!! I came to lunch in the ranks of the first, asked for sparkling wine (it is only local, of two types, you can drink it, but only after 200g of vodka it becomes delicious, and looks at least like Proseco). Vodka, it didn't seem to be burnt... well, 5 costumed waiters are spinning at the bar, I ask for a glass of sparkling wine, go to the table... I come back 10 minutes later with a question if my sparkling wine is rotten, and I observe a picture: the bartender puts 2 fingers in a champagne glass, passing it to another bartender. Another one brings me this glass, and it's all stained, which I tell him about, and he takes it away. After another 10 minutes, they brought me 2 glasses of sparkling wine and I did not specify the purity of the glasses)))
As we not only taste and contemplate, we also actively train. Gyms here are whatever you want (and under the open sky there is a very atmospheric rocking chair in the style of the Stone Age, high-quality exercise equipment on the lawn, an area where group classes in yoga, cross-fit, boxing, etc., an indoor fitness club with simulators and live weights) the instructors are great, respect for the guys is huge! Those involved in the animation tried very hard and were really friendly. All Russian speakers tried to help as much as they could with any question.
The food was mediocre, edible, and sometimes delicious). They can cook meat, fish and seafood are difficult. The volumes of food shelves are huge, but the quantity does not meet the desired quality. There was also a light at the end of the tunnel in the form of a very tasty shawarma, Egyptian lamb pies.
It is clear that everything here was conceived monumentally, it was not fully realized, largely because of the local flavor. This suggests a metaphor from the operating room, where the result of the operation depends not only on the skill of the surgeon, but also on how the nurse washed the operating table… Here, the "nurses" have the most complaints. This is my purely subjective opinion.
