Our big problem is that we came here from the Turkish Riksos and, by contrast, we noticed a noticeable difference.. not for the better.)
Actually, the standard decent five is Egyptian, but with an excellent water park and other entertainment for children!
As for the sea, as many people write, there were almost always red flags. There is a long pier, golf carts are carried, but it does not matter at all, because the red flag.) just once we wet our feet.. and the underwater world, we could only see with a separate excursion, sailing away for the whole day..
We rested in July.)
The rooms are tired, they are cleaned mediocre. I had to ask for a razor or the same cotton swabs, remind them.. but they made cool animals for tips, the kid liked it.)
It was curious to watch the swimsuit fly away, apparently blown off the balcony. He lay between the balconies of the first floors at the very aisle before our entrance and after our departure, how many of these things were sunbathing there, Egyptian God only knows)
It's sad that the guests like to smoke here, the service allows you to watch the bulls and even matches by the pools in the morning..
In general, for understanding, but this is not rixos as we see it in other countries. If you understand this before arrival, then everything can be a show-off.)

we arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., check-in naturally at 14:00, we don't mind, but before that something incredible began. We were taken from the airport to the kindergarten-aquapark zone, it turns out that we had a room there according to the voucher, but when asked if we wanted a room on the first line, like sensible people, we answered "yes". We were told the cost of $ 40 per day, a total of $ 400 for all our 10 days, okay, we thought, and agreed. Further, a strange gesture from the reception staff caused us complete bewilderment. He proudly handed us an empty envelope and said, "Put the money in it." We, who were slightly crazy about the situation, instantly refused, which completely displeased the reception employee, that he psychologically muttered something in response, and said, then wait for your check-in. A family of 6 people arrived next to us, they kindly asked which room to give them, with a water park or by the beach, without additional costs and envelopes. A little upset, we went to breakfast, they didn't give us a brochure with the territory of the hotel, but they pointed a nice finger at where you can "eat" your breakfast. We go into a restaurant in the water park area, where breakfast is in full swing, but not simple, but like in a pigsty. A large number of children (and not always well-mannered) have done their job, plus the indifference of the staff and their emphasis only on tips, and a plate will be brought, and a fork, and a spoon, and a chair will be moved, and napkins will be opened, in general, they do not leave you at all when they see you for the first time, making meaningless gestures... but only for the first time... The food is weak, on the 3rd, no frills, you don't walk along the tables and drool does not flow in Russian speaking. Mud. There's dirt everywhere. The floors are not washed, the glass surfaces are stained, and you know, we judge Egypt-Turkey hotels by the clothes of the staff. Well, it's just bad here, it's clear that the management doesn't care about the level of their own hotel. Everyone is dressed haphazardly, someone has a New Year's hat, someone is not ironed, someone is stained, some cooks are without caps. After returning from breakfast, the miracles continued, a man from the reception ran up to us (not the one with the envelope, but another one) and began to apologize. As a result, we were put into a vehicle with our suitcases and taken away in an unknown direction. The driver was strange and yelled at us like a cut, they say, let's go faster, the car is waiting (the electric car turns out to have an expensive wait). Arriving at another building of the same hotel (unfortunately), we got to another reception. It turns out that they decided to move us to the first line for free. This is a generosity, we thought, but we had to wait until 14:00 and we went to the veranda to take a nap, before going around the new territory, which looks much better than the territory of the Aquapark. We went to the main restaurant, hoping that it would be cleaner than the previous one, but our hopes were not fulfilled. The furniture seems to be good, food can be found (after all, a lot of food can be scraped around the trays, no one cleans it anyway), an open kitchen would be better closed, otherwise the hotel should have been ashamed to cook in front of everyone in the dirt, the staff is still on their wave of "tips", first they carry drinks, they look at your ability to pay, well, and then no tea for you, no coffee, no juice, "take it yourself, you don't have a maid working here, let's go...." In general, we went to sleep on the veranda until 14:00. And so, the hour of check-in has finally come, waiting for a great room (as, in fact, in the photos on the Internet, and Rixos, it couldn't be otherwise) we got up at the reception and waited long enough until we were finally given a room. The number was given. Expectations were not met here either... rumpled linen, scuffed walls, cabinets with uneven dirty doors. As luck would have it, I read one of the reviews about bedbugs, it was so scary to sleep, because the room furniture is very suitable for bedbugs. We still have to get acquainted with pools and sun beds, Ala Carte restaurants, spas, and many others, because we have just arrived. We have a comparison with another Sharm el Sheikh hotel, called "Cleopatra", by the way, it is next to Rixos, so, heaven and earth. Cleopatra feels that there is a leader who is interested in the well-being of tourists. Purity. The staff is dressed to the nines. I want to eat food. As a tourist, they are interested in you, and you want to respond to them with kindness. And all this is felt from the first day of your stay. Unfortunately, there is no such thing in Rixos. A complete disappointment, although we really wanted to visit here, reading the delight of tourists in the reviews. The price-quality does not match perfectly.
I am completing the review. January 15th. We are at home, we left on our own 4 days earlier, we couldn't stand it. I can't say anything about the pool (there are 2 main ones, with intermittent animation), there were a lot of people, they were usually all occupied from 9 a.m., well, we didn't swim there. The hotel has its own pier, with a length of more than 1 km, only they rush along it like crazy electric cars and spoil the impression, because you have to dodge them. Regarding the SPA, my husband wanted to get a massage, but couldn't, because SPA is only for women. This is the first time I've seen this in resort hotels. Ala kart restaurants, we were only in Turkish and at breakfast, the record for 2 days, in Turkish in general, the food was very good, but some dishes from the main restaurant were repeated. And the whole breakfast was repeated from the main restaurant, but with a presentable presentation. I would like to note the good attitude of the guide, he returned the money for the yacht without hesitation, which we did not get on because of a spontaneous decision to fly home earlier. Well, as the "cherry on the cake", I will note an amazing question from the staff who called us a taxi to the airport: "Did you have a good rest? Probably not enough and would like to have the same amount of rest"😂

No review can contain the positive emotions that visitors of this wonderful hotel will experience! Nevertheless, I will try to briefly outline the main features of recreation in it. If you think about the kitchen, it is delicious, abundant and delicious! And you can even fry a barbecue on your own by the sea. Despite the free alcoholic drinks, the atmosphere does not prevent recreation with children. And the incendiary dances at the evening musical performances will not leave anyone indifferent! The staff is attentive and friendly. This is a luxury hotel with top-level service, where our family celebrated the anniversary with great pleasure!

1. The rooms are very poorly cleaned. They make the devil out of towels. They swore, talked, and wrote. Nothing has changed. It ruined almost the whole vacation.
2. The staff constantly hints at tips. You give tea, they take care of you. You are a super star :)
3. Do not change hygiene items - shampoos, gels, etc.
4. In the children's club as a whole, I don't care.
5. Wake up children when they are sleeping.
6. The rooms themselves are old, tired of themselves and life.
There is a separate joke about the devil of towels. I have a child. It looked weird.
For that kind of money, I don't recommend it. And without money. I won't go anymore.
