Everything is great, but the feeling is that the staff are very relaxed. Compared to Rixos in Hurghada, where everyone flew and you really feel like a superstar, there was still some talking to do. We arrived early, check-in at 14:00h., but in honor of my DOCTOR they settled quickly and gave a good room in building 18 (the building is the most successful)

In Egypt, we rested on the Rixos network for the first time. I really liked the attitude of the staff and the service. We had a family vacation at this hotel from 9.12.8 nights. The weather is gorgeous 26, the sea is warm 23 . A huge territory with heated pools. The room stock requires renovation. The food is good, varied, lots of fruits: mango, pineapple, strawberry, persimmon, grapes, plum, bananas, oranges, kiwi, apple. All this starts with breakfast and ends with dinner. Shrimp every day for dinner, grilled. At lunch, you can have a snack on the beach. There is a choice, delicious shawarma: with chicken, beef. Grilled wings, French fries, cherry tomatoes. Imported alcohol: the choice is good. The evening show is atmospheric and soulful. The artists are cool. I want to express my gratitude to the waiter of the main restaurant, Mohamed, polite, nimble, understanding from the first time. The water park for children and adults is excellent, who is a fan of slides, (there are cheesecakes). The most amazing thing is the sea, just a fairy tale. A gorgeous underwater world. The pier with a length of 1 km is a separate topic, I saw it for the first time having been abroad 12 times. In conclusion, I will sum up! There is something to work on, but these are small things if you go on vacation, and not look for defects. My family was satisfied.

But here, most likely, the human factor played a role. When we stopped by, there were leftover cookies on the carpet... all the handles and sockets have obviously not been wiped for a long time. And even when we lived there, the cleaning was symbolic). But the man tried and cleaned as best he could)). I even asked for a good review to write to him)))). They did not write.
The territory is cool. There are a lot of beautiful and well-groomed palm trees . Different colors, some cute benches, lights, fountains, swings .... beauty . I remember and I want to go there again. There are tides. It didn't bother us. On the contrary, I really liked that the pier is very long. (there is a bus running along it). We tried to walk, otherwise we would have been like doughnuts by the end of the vacation. It was impossible to resist the different goodies at every turn .
The water is super. There are a lot of fish ( for the Red Sea )
I really liked the feeling of depth. It 's like being on the high seas . There are small things for kids too .
The children were delighted with their stay at this hotel.

We had a rest in early October for 2 weeks with 2 children of 3.5 years and 6 months.

We lived in building 22, a super good place. It is located right next to the main restaurant and in the middle of the common area and on both sides there are two more pools.

The food is great, we recommend signing up for restaurants in the evening, including in the morning.
The restaurant has all the food every day, there are no fish days, chicken days or any other) There is a children's corner on each floor, we ate in the lower one, we liked it more. Live music based on modern motifs is played every day in the main restaurant.
The water park is on the second line, you can get there by electric car, which run throughout the hotel. Children are allowed from 1.20 cm on adult slides, but there is a children's area for kids like us.
The room was cleaned every day, towels are free everywhere, drinks too, because the hotel is ultra all inclusive. The mini bar in the room is filled every day.

A huge hotel, which is divided into two territories: the 1st coastline with the main pool and restaurant, the main children's club, two stages, access to the sea; the 2nd coastline (called "Aquapark") is a water park, a huge shallow pool, the second main restaurant, a children's club. Communication between the two territories takes place through open cars (approximately 12 seats) every 3 minutes. The first line is access to the sea (gently sloping shore, shallow water), daytime traffic near the pool and food court, a children's club, evening attractions for children, an entertainment program for adults, the noise is deafening. The second line is more homely, quiet in the evening hours. Families with children are trying to settle here. There is a lot of food and, most importantly, there is something to feed the children. Very tasty fresh fruits made of mango and strawberries. The old room stock, which requires major repairs, especially the ventilation system - it feels like Carlson is sitting behind the ventilation grille and rattling a propeller. The rooms are cleaned by men who did not run around with a rag and a vacuum cleaner in childhood trying to help their mother with cleaning. These two factors take away one star from the hotel. On Christmas Eve, each guest of the hotel was presented with a small box with a set of cookies, children were given dolls, radio-controlled cars, robots, etc. DJs performed on the main stage. It was interesting. Conclusion: a good hotel for families with children.

We did not stay at this hotel, we were in the neighboring Rixos Charm. But hotels have the concept of "live in one, use two" and that's great! We liked it)

Delicious ice cream, including Turkish) I also really enjoyed dinner at the main restaurant! It's spacious, lots of space for planting, lots of goodies! We went to the water park on a golf cart from the hotel. 5 minutes and you have cool slides, adrenaline, a snack in a cafe, drinks at your disposal) And not a big amusement park, but for a fee.

Unfortunately, our tour operator did not warn that these are 2 hotels in fact, which are located on a huge territory. We were placed in Aqua, and probably because of a mistake they gave us a very large premium room, which blocked all the moments.
Those who want to enjoy the sea, the beach, the reef, this is not the best hotel.
The beach is small for such a huge hotel. It is very difficult to get a place on the beach during the season. Therefore, one of the options is to rent a bungalow. It is expensive. In Turkey, the same can be much cheaper to take.
It is unlikely that you will be able to swim in the sea in this hotel: the cut coral in this place gives the effect that about 800-1000 m from the shore the depth is knee-deep at most. It is necessary to go by internal transport along Panton to swim in the sea. A small space is reserved for swimming in the sea (the first stop of internal transport), about 800 m from the shore, it will not suit a large number of people.
You also need to go to see the reef near the hotel by internal transport along the pantone for about 1.5 km. There is also a very small area of a conditionally fenced-off sea with a reef, and a lot of people. Swimming is very uncomfortable. People are literally one on one. There is no problem with anything in the household moments. Beautiful territory. The kids' club is one of the best we've seen in many years of traveling. Entertainment for every taste: every evening there is some kind of program, a lot of things for sports fans.
Conclusion: you need to understand that those who want the sea, the reef is not the best option. You need to go from Aqua to the beach with 2 transfers. Or walk for about 30 minutes. Who goes in the heat season is a so-so pleasure. Their electric cars are often full during rush hours (lunch, in the evening when people go after sea procedures). It's not always possible to sit down the first time. It's not very convenient either. It is necessary to arrange the schedule so that there are fewer people (on vacation, too, somehow I don't want to think about it at all).
Since Rixos is one of the best hotels in Charm, it turned out that any excursions are much more expensive. Only because you're from Rixos.
There are also 2 scenes. But, it seems like the management is holding events on the main site less and less often. If you don't like noise, it's better to stay away from the stage. And keep in mind that the hotel is very large. Who likes boutique types of hotels, small, not tall, not for many people, so that everything is nearby - you need to understand what is wrong here.
Everything else corresponds to the level. Great food, service. There is no need to worry about anything in this regard. There were no problems with fruits (it was mango season) or seafood. We only returned from vacation . The hotel is nice, but a little tired. A very large and well-maintained territory , constantly doing something . The room was huge. The festive program for n/a holidays and Christmas with gorgeous shows on the special stage was very impressive! The food is good. The weather was as ordered! It's warm and the sea is warm. There is practically no queue at the restaurant, even during rush hour) there are a lot of restaurants. The working hours of the bars are very comfortable. The kids club is large, clean, beautiful, and has its own children's pool. Animators work with children, every day they make crafts, costumes, drawings, applications. They play sports games. From animation- yoga, fitness, volleyball. There is also a special animation pool. In general, I am happy with my vacation.

The level of the hotel is lower than expected. Everything is very slow. Another disadvantage is the sea, you need to walk about 1 km or go along the pontoon, but there are no sun beds there.
The rooms are old and battered.
There is no iron in the room, it and the ironer are brought on request, the next day they are taken away, the request is again processed slowly, they can carry it for an hour, they can carry 2!
They brought an iron that could do something, as a result, they ruined their clothes - they didn't look at what kind of rubbish was on the iron (
There are also disadvantages to the food in the assortment, for example, a meager children's menu. There is no choice of cakes, there are no separate pastry shops.
The waiters rarely come up, bring beer and a glass, no one opens and pours, no one asks if the juice is cold or warm for the child!
There are no warm drinks in the bar, they are all in the fridge!!!
The kitchen is the same every day, if you need a change, then the restaurant is a la carte. But it needs to be booked 2 days in advance and at 8 am, after 12 everything is already booked!From elite Jameson and Gants alcohol, there is a constant queue at the bar, again because everything is slow!(
Everywhere when switching to the second line and back away, they check the room number, ask to write down the room number when you get a towel, when you go to the water park - although there is a bracelet on your hand!!!
Of the advantages is excellent WiFi, working air conditioners, live music in the restaurant, buses often plying the territory.
But for children (those who are over 5 years old) it's a paradise, a lot of activities, slides, a lot of slides, a carousel, a Ferris wheel, go-karts ... it's really convenient and cool, especially if you go with a group of kids.

Good afternoon. I will try to write without evaluation. Just the facts.
1. Electric cars drive around the territory, constantly, on a common pedestrian road, you can walk at night. During the day, they constantly honk at you and swear that you are coming. And there is nowhere to go, there is no other way.
2. The scenes are in the middle of the hotel, if you need silence in the evening, you need buildings behind the road, far from the sea. Everyone else does not sleep until 23-30
3. The sea is terrible. The low tide exposes the coral after lunch. The place where you can swim knee-deep (fenced) is 150 meters away. To the beginning of the sea, where it is deep - 700 meters. There is a small piece fenced off, in which people are like in a barrel. Sometimes with an elbow, then with a flipper. In general, for those who need the sea, pass by.
3. The pools close at sunset, at 17-00. And they immediately pour chemicals into them.
4. Children's club. On a large territory, with slides for children up to 2/3 years old. The host of the show and disco is self-taught, who knows little of the language and has no organizational skills at all. A mini disco of 6 songs, chatter and distant backup dancing.
5. Water park. Probably the most clearly and well-organized place in the hotel. The staff is everywhere, they are polite. But there is a but, you can't go on slides in watches and chains. They stand to the death.
6. Food. It's the same thing every day. My stomach is heaving from food or from water, it's not clear. In general, it is edible, but it is not clear where the premium is.
7 Drinks. The only honest bar is the lobby. The rest is complete bullshit. I personally saw the bartender remove the filling corks from three empty bottles and take them to the back room: Bacardi, Gordon and beefeater. He returned 2 minutes later with almost full bottles and put the corks back on. What he poured into it is not clear. It tastes very little like the original.
8. The attitude of the staff. They don't notice us, they do everything for a long time, they make mistakes. Again, the Premium is only in the name.
My personal conclusion. I thought a chain hotel should be the same everywhere. Egypt was able to ruin it.
