The rooms were cleaned cleanly every 2 days, but on a call they could bring a towel and something else. In the room, there is only beer, cola, sprite and cookies with chips in the refrigerator, neither of which was eaten or drunk. And 2 liters of water.
The water tastes specific, the kids were not thrilled. We took a room with a view of the garden, quietly calm. If the windows went out. On the pool and the main bar, it would be noisier.

In general, when you vacate the room, you cease to exist for the staff, they don't even want to talk. There are dirty tables by the pools, until you say, no one cleans.
Everything is very strange for a hotel of this level, where ultra is all inclusive. This is not the first time we have been staying at this hotel, and we have something to compare it with. - It's too crowded in the main restaurant, there's not enough space, there's always a queue for food, it's a little damp in the room, things practically don't dry, girls take two swimsuits, I took one and it's constantly damp. Vacationers are the majority of the Russian Federation and the KZ. The sea is not particularly clean, well, it's not the sea, but the bay ..., the first impression is "froggy", then you get used to it). But after dinner, the animation is a complete disaster, there are very very few seats, after the flight at 9 o'clock, we did not find a place in the evening and just sat on the sun beds, away from the bar and animation. We were in the room (it was good that I was dressed), the door opens and a staff member is standing behind it, he brought us a cake in honor of the first day at their hotels, he could have knocked to begin with, and not immediately open the door... We were checked in according to the rules of the hotel at exactly 15:00, and we were on the spot at 11, after a grueling flight - it's so hard.
About food, what can I say, food is like food, you will not stay hungry. There is a huge construction site on the right, but it somehow does not interfere.
In general, we concluded that we would not come here again.

Guys, before you buy a premium room, please note that there is no balcony there!!! There is an exit from the window to an area measuring 0.6 m wide and 1.5 m long. They consider it a balcony. When I ask them again, it's definitely a premium number, they say yes!!! Although you can't call it a premium number. Chestnut room. By the way, the number is 1225.
I recommend not ordering a taxi through the concierge. You will be deceived one hundred percent. At the beginning of the trip, he turns on the meter, but as soon as he stopped, he immediately turned off the meter and took the amount and the heads. As a result, we overpaid 10 of their Tubes.
You can't get into Ala Carte restaurants. I tried to get through by phone for three days, but without success, after that I tried to make an appointment at the reception a couple of times, they sent me to the room and said that the order was only through the phone from the room. Only the third time my attempt was successful through the reception and they said that they could not get into the Italian restaurant.
The rest is ruined, Rixos is not Rixos, coral employees also do not help, but they say call the hotline.

We really wished that we had come to this hotel - only the name is from Rixos, the service is completely missing, they simply do not hear you at the reception, the reception does not respond to requests at all, we had guides from Fansan ham, who allowed himself to talk in raised tones, because we did not want to go to Dubai for $ 1000, we have been to different countries and to the UAE too, only in Fraser, but this is the first time here. The food in the restaurant is normal, but it's a mess, you can't even get water, everything is cheap about drinks, coffee is more or less at the reception, but you can't wait either, people are like in an anthill, the only thing that pleased is the room, large with a view of the Persian Gulf! Will we ever choose this hotel - definitely NOT!

In the UAE for the first time. We arrived as a family of three. The child is 12 years old. The hotel was recommended to us by friends who rested in it two years ago. Personally, our opinion: externally, the hotel is very beautiful, the halls are richly decorated, fresh flowers, cleanliness and live music every day, which is very nice, a large territory. At the entrance, the guard always asks for the room number, which allows you not to worry about your safety. As for the room: we took a superior room with a view of the garden and a terrace so that you could sunbathe. The rooms are "tired", require repair and thorough cleaning of carpet and upholstered furniture, a lot of stains, somehow it's a little strange for the five. It was supposed that the child would sleep on the sofa, but it does not UNFOLD, so they asked for a bed. Otherwise, everything is fine in the room. The service is excellent, they brought absolutely everything we needed: bathrobes, an ironing board, an ashtray. Now separately for pool lovers:yes, there are a lot of them, BUT! They are small. Two main ones for older children, two for toddlers, one only for 16+, you can swim, but if only in the morning or after 16.00 because of the large number of people. The sea is clean, very warm, there is depth, so we went swimming there. The bars are not bad, beer, a lot of alcohol, but don't expect exclusive cocktails, they don't know how to make them.And now the cherry on the cake is food: every day is themed, the main dishes of different countries. That is, if Italy, then a lot of pasta, pizza, lasagna. Personally, I don't like meat, so I expected that there would be fish every day. Yes, it is, but either fried, or in batter or in some sauce. Once there was salmon cooked whole on the grill. There is seafood, but also in sauce or in Mexican tortillas, like quesadillas. The breakfasts are great, but don't wait for red fish, the lunches are good, in general, you definitely won't stay hungry. And the last thing I would like to advise: if you eat with small children, then you will like absolutely everything, BUT if the children have grown up and you still want to stay away from the anthill, choose more compact hotels. Well, there are a lot of people and the hotel, as for me, does not cope. Even queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our verdict: territory 5, food 4, service 5, silence 3, swimming pools 3, beach 4 only because there are not enough sunbeds for everyone!!! According to the principle, who did not have time, he was late. And so, no offense, the hotel does not pull 5 stars.

We had a rest in September 2022. We were going to Turkey, but the tour operator offered this trip. Everything is wonderful! Or stains on upholstered furniture and carpet, and this is in the suite! But in the end, we didn't come to sit in the room. The sea was unusual - almost no waves, no surf, hot water.. and the turtles that pop up next to you from time to time, a huge head comparable in size to your head - it's an unforgettable experience! Food without complaints, drinks too. 2 stages, each with concerts in the evening - live music, shows. In comparison with the Turkish ones, again, they are a little monotonous. There are pools for children and adults, but we always choose the sea. We did not go to Dubai and on excursions, it was far, expensive, we rested for 6 days, we did not plan shopping. We went to a mall nearby for gifts, and at the same time visited an ordinary supermarket. It is enough for the taxi driver to say the name of the hotel. Well, it's better to have cash dirhams, and quickly calculate in your mind the cost of everything in rubles..this is for those who don't want to throw money away.

If you want to go on vacation yourself, then be prepared for the fact that it can only be quiet in the room, because due to the huge number of vacationers with children, there will be appropriate noise and din everywhere. The beach is big, but everyone takes up space in the morning. If you arrive at 11 o'clock, you may not find a free place. The situation at the pools is similar. The hotel is good, like all hotels in the Rixos chain, but requires renovation, which has been promised for several years. Of the obvious advantages, the ultra all-inclusive system, that is, for a minimum of 3 meals a day, the restaurant also has a burger joint and several cafes and bars, and you don't have to pay for anything anywhere! Not like in some all-inclusive hotels, where you even have to pay for water and tea for lunch and dinner. You can leave the hotel and walk along the embankment. There is a small shopping mall 10-15 minutes away by car. It takes an hour to get to the center of Dubai.
