I'm resting here now. 4 stars, because there is something to compare it with. I was at the Rixos Hotel in Egypt earlier and noticed the difference.:
1. MCH and I flew from Moscow, the flight took 6 hours in economy, the flight was delayed, then it took an hour to get from the airport. I think it's understandable that we were very tired upon arrival.
We arrived at the hotel at 15:06. It says that check-in starts at 15:00. We arrive at the reception, and they tell us "The room is not ready, we have to wait 30 minutes."
After such a long journey, it was sad to hear that. In Egypt, we were immediately greeted, drinks were offered, and all the docks were filled for us while we just sat on sofas and sipped cocktails.
This moment was frustrating
2. Room cleaning. There is a special button asking for cleaning and absolutely in all hotels with a rating of both 4 and 5 stars, where I have been before, if a person presses such a button and leaves, for example, to eat, then he returns to a clean room. It's not like that.
I press this button, leave, and return to the room that is still not cleaned, although I could have been gone for half an hour or an hour. It's never been like this before. As a result, only after I clarified this point at the reception, I was told that cleaning is carried out during the day, but if you want cleaning for a specific time, you need to call and ask for it. In my opinion, this service is not at the level of a 5-star hotel. Moreover, the price includes a free mini bar and upon arrival we were told that it is replenished daily. But until we asked, again, no one has done anything.
3. Room decor. Well, this is a small thing, but in a compartment with everything, it also spoils the impression a little. A rotten painted-over bathroom door and one towel hook directly above the bidet faucet. Towels have to be stored in the room on chairs. And the chairs have some spots, which also causes a slight squeamishness.
There is also little space in closets for storing clothes, we keep everything in open suitcases. Fortunately, the room itself is spacious, which is a plus)
And now to the full-fledged advantages.
Apart from all of the above, the rest in this hotel is very pleasant. There is a beautiful beach with clear water and a delicious buffet with a large selection, a good gym, a warm pool, friendly staff and an incredibly beautiful atmosphere.
In general, even though my review started with a sore spot, I'm still very satisfied and can recommend a vacation here.

We are staying at the hotel right now.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is a very tasty and varied cuisine of the level of a good restaurant. In fact, there are not a lot of dishes on the buffet, but everything that is very tasty. There is always something exotic from fruits (passion fruit, pitahaya), several types of meat (beef, lamb, duck, sliced beef tongue, sometimes carpaccio, there is always chicken. There are several types of fish, shrimps, mussels, and when the theme evening is fishy, there are also vongole and crabs. There is a table with Indian cuisine. Lots of greens, delicious salads, delicious porridges for breakfast, and soups for lunch (very tasty with salmon). Sweets are also on top, and very tasty smoothies are made in the lobby. And you can continue indefinitely.
Our room is very spacious, the bed is huge, the pillows are comfortable. They put a separate bed for the child, although there was a folding sofa in the room.
The room service is also excellent, the staff is very attentive, they were interested several times a day if something was needed.
In general, the staff is great, and the cleaning, and in bars and restaurants. There are enough places on the beach for everyone, there are many pools and there are also enough places.
Now about the little thing that ruined the impression. There are 8 a la carte restaurants in the hotel. Recording a call at a certain time. We signed up for one restaurant on Friday, and the second for Sunday.
Everything went perfectly at the Asian restaurant on Friday (I highly recommend salmon tobacco). And on Sunday, when we came to the meat restaurant, it turned out that our reservation was missing. And everything would be fine, but the restaurant manager did not show any involvement, did not apologize for this situation. And we can't sign up again, because we're leaving tomorrow.
So I strongly advise you to double-check your restaurant reservations at the reception. It's a small thing, of course, but not particularly pleasant, since the mood was for this restaurant, and I read a lot of reviews about how delicious the steaks are in it.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel, and I may come back myself.

We rested at the hotel in July 24. The room was an Interconnecting family suite garden/pool view.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., on the day of arrival, all inclusive starts at 15:00. For 100 dirhams / person we bought breakfast, had breakfast and went to the pool. We spent all our days hanging out at the infinity pool, it is 16+, relax music is playing, a bar, comfortable recreation areas. If you need the sea, three steps down and you're on the beach.
At 14 o'clock they came to the reception, and they gave us the key to the room.
The room is decent. Spacious. It was comfortable for 4 adults. Replenishment of the mini bar daily, cleaning daily.
What I want to mention about the hotel:
First. A hotel with very decent and varied meals.
Second. A great beach for kids. A gentle approach. Big, wide. Sand with a small shell, but without special shoes is completely comfortable.
The third. A children's playground under a canopy next to the beach.
The quadruple. Evening shows. I'm not a fan of such events in hotels at all, but it just went right there. We passed by the stage when the Moulin Rouge show was on and looked at it. Nicely. In the lobby, a beautiful black woman plays modern compositions at the piano.
I recommend the hotel for both family holidays and youth holidays. Everyone will find a place for their interests.

It feels strange. I expected more from Rixos. Firstly, there is not even a soap dish in the premium room, all you need is to ask for it yourself. Secondly, we asked for a dryer for things, and they answered us in pure Russian - "we don't have it, people are somehow coping, and you will solve your problem yourself." And this is all for a fairly round sum..
The most surprising thing is that the hotel's memo says that due to the fullness of the restaurant, half an hour is given for lunch and 45 minutes for dinner.
Crowds of citizens of Kazakhstan besiege the reception so that they can change their room to something better (I have nothing against it, it's just a fact - I saw three people in half an hour while I was waiting for the keys).
The food is excellent, the sea is warm.
In general, I flew to the Emirates, flew to the USSR, for my own money.

The food is excellent, the choice is not very large, but essentially seafood every day. On Saturdays, shrimp for breakfast, lunch and dinner in different types. Good porridges for breakfast, which is also rare, drinks are brought to the tables themselves, with rare exceptions. One good thing is that they accompany you to the table and you don't have to look for it yourself, although sometimes you have to stand in line to enter the dining room. Alcoholic cocktails are not bad, juices from bags. Free Ala carte restaurants help out when you want to have a quiet dinner. The territory of the hotel is small, decent for the UAE, there are a lot of people in the middle of December, it is noisy both in the dining room and by the pool, the sun beds are very close. The water in the pool is heated and in December by 16-17 o'clock, when the sun disappears behind the hotel, it is warmer in it than outside. There is a good miniclub for children, not everywhere in Turkey like this, aquagrimm every day in the evening, before the minidisko there are shows for children, games on the territory of the hotel, cooking classes. The sea is not impressed, it looks more like a backwater.

Delicious food. There is always something to choose from.
Salmon was only available for breakfast for 1 day. In other cases, you need to come up and ask where the cold snacks are. It was annoying.
Good alcohol, especially sparkling wine.
Every day there is some kind of program.
The pools are clean and warm. The slides also require an upgrade.
The rooms really need to be repaired, we had clumps of someone's hair on the carpet when we checked in, but no one cleaned them. I had to clean it myself with a napkin 🤢
Of the cons, I also felt bad after the burgers they make on the street.
Ala-karts are great restaurants. It's delicious everywhere. I especially liked the Turkish and seafood.
We will wait for the renovation at the hotel and will be happy to return.

A gorgeous hotel.We had a rest with a small child, it was very comfortable and not stressful.
The rooms are spacious.There is a large bed, it was important for us, as the child slept with us.There is also an additional sofa in the room.

I was in Rixos Turkey, Egypt! Sharm el Sheikh) the service and food were on the level, everything in this hotel is top three.I went there hoping to relax, as a result, the rest was ruined, the first week I had to go to the savages from Global trend, who literally fought for food and behaved disgustingly, the second week it was quieter, but the quality of food and drinks leaves much to be desired, they tried to rip off 108 dirhams, or $ 30, knowing what it costs taxis, we ran for half an hour trying to impose other people's orders, and this is done by the staff from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, others behave more decently.

Food is a specific topic every day, everything is very individual, but in general the variety of dishes is great. Especially the presence of a sea of products, so many fish, shrimps, squid and mussels, I have not eaten in a year, everything is fresh and delicious. There is also chicken, beef, lamb. But breakfasts and lunches are usually always standard.
Bars - there are many options for alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, i.e. not only apple juice and cola) there are also many different delicious drinks by the sea.
Infrastructure - swimming pools, ala carte restaurants, shops, spa, gym, playgrounds - you can always keep yourself busy.
Entertainment for adults is more often Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and two stages are involved, the piano is played in the lobby, gymnasts perform, in general, evenings will not be boring
Well, the main thing that was important to us was children's entertainment - here I was a little short of it - a meager playground, there are essentially two of them: one has different swings, the other has a large web at the bar, two trampolines. But the most important disadvantage is the very room of the rixo club - a very strange layout of rooms, the separation of the cinema, a game area with consoles, a drawing room, it was closed for some reason, and a hall for active games, where there were tables and chairs, and squalid toys nailed to the wall. We stayed at this hotel on April 8-15, 2024. We went with my husband and 5-year-old daughter.
The territory of the hotel is large, but there is not much vegetation, three swimming pools and a children's pool, there is a separate pool "without children", a good gym. The food is of high quality, varied, fresh fruits, juices.
But all these impressions were interrupted by the following circumstances.
We expected a children's club, so that we could leave the child at least for the whole day, but in fact they left no more than an hour. They don't take care of children there and they are bored.
Sooo many people, the dining room is constantly crowded. The rooms are all dead, absolutely everything, even after repairs.
And the most terrible thing is this...bedbugs. You can't get rid of them. All the children in the hotel were bitten. We changed the bed three times, but to no avail. The whole hotel should be quarantined.

We had a rest in February 2019. Accommodation, food, territory - everything is fine! We visited 5 a la carte restaurants - they are great! animation for both adults and children is at the highest level! Interesting shows! From the hotel, you can take a free shuttle to the shopping center for shopping (you need to sign up) the sea itself, or rather the Persian Gulf, was not very pleasant... everything was clean, but without fish, as inanimate ... it felt like it was cloudy all the time. Great April vacation!) A family of 3 people (a child of 4 years old).
It took 40 minutes to get to the hotel from Dubai Airport, the car is comfortable, the roads are smooth. We flew.
Room stock - with a fight and waiting from 10 o'clock to 15:00, a room with a sea view and a HUGE veranda was whitewashed. There was no language barrier, only the impression that tourists from Russia were confined to rooms of this class. With us, 4 families from Kazakhstan received similar rooms simply by saying hello to their fellow citizens working at the reception. And no waiting. The sediment remained, but exactly until the moment we entered the room, the view was 100%!
The food is plentiful, delicious, and varied. For the first time, the child ate something other than pasta and fries. Shrimp every day, juicy fruits, seafood, meat, ice cream, there is really no criticism.
Sea...Well, so-so, the sand is not pleasant tactilely..mixed with seashell and it is not clear what. It looks more like construction debris with a number of objects under construction. Unfortunately, we spent most of our time at the pools, there are 5 of them here.
Entertainment. Barbecues, show programs, restaurants, children's clubs and themed parties. The child and we were delighted. For those who want silence, there are 16+ zones
We would come back again, definitely yes.

I.e. one person will not take a family. There are always long queues for lunch at the restaurant, there are not enough tables. The animation is primitive, the rooms are the same, only the costumes change, the multiplicity is a week, i.e. if you come for more days, you will watch it a second time. They are not allowed into the dining room and selectively...allegedly, the clothes do not comply with the dress code..in other hotels, the same clothes did not raise questions, here they are just outrageously outspoken in their opinion.(a lot of girls in similar clothes do not cause them questions for some reason)...the table at lunch and dinner is also not allowed to choose, they lead for the smallest uncomfortable one, we have a child with a high chair and a stroller, I want to settle down normally to put the right things next to you, but they will run around you and resent ...
The children's room is squalor...it's just a room there's not a single toy, the meaning of this room is not clear at all, it's open only for the toilet....
The rooms are disgustingly old, we were told that we were settled in the best, but if our best is what's in the others is just a nightmare. I will definitely not return here, I do not advise others to come either.

The Rixy kids club is also decent, we were in it at lunchtime, my daughter was 5 years old, and painted, and baked pancakes, and made bracelets, the whole day is painted, you can leave it here and relax yourself. The girls work cute, there is a cinema, a game room with consoles. The pool is both for children and with slides. And there is even an area in the pool, on the beach and in the restaurant +16. I really liked the hotel. It's not a long drive from the airport to the hotel. I drove for exactly 1 hour. The food is excellent: a lot of seafood: shrimp, squid, crabs, pineapples, watermelons and many other delicious things. The kids' club is good, there is a separate swimming pool. There are 4 swimming pools , all heated. One pool is located separately, 18+ sunbathe there, without children.The room service is excellent, everything is clean, the bed is changed every 3 days. The rooms have a free mini-bar: Coca-Cola, sprite, beer, chips, cookies. They replenish it every day.The staff is very polite, they work with smiles. Almost everyone understands Russian.The beach is good, we always found sun beds. There is a bar on the beach: but there was not always champagne in it. That's where the minus is in this hotel, otherwise all the advantages are the same!!! There is a grill cafe in the hotel where you can eat from 11-17.30, where very tasty wings with delicious sauce are served!!! I definitely recommend the hotel! Will I go to this hotel again? Definitely Yes!

We were settled with a child of 2 years old first in a room without a balcony, there is nowhere to dry clothes, it smells damp, the shower is broken, the refrigerator does not work and the room is small. Two days later, I asked to change the room, they changed it, added a balcony, but the room is just as shabby, everything is old, things for three absolutely do not fit in the closet. In general, the rooms are shabby old shit.

Great hotel! Good restaurants, bars, lots of swimming pools, there is a children's and teen club, a sports club. Of course, the kids' club is quite simple, it cannot be compared with Turkish ones, so the child was not left there, but the children there are more on their own. A good mini-bar just pleased me.
But there are a couple of "buts".
The rooms are sometimes not cleaned quickly: we were away once almost all day, arrived in the evening and the room was not cleaned, although they left a request to clean.
In ala-kart restaurants, you can see how lucky they are, everything was fine in 2, in one it was bad, if I had to pay for it, then I would think a lot about what I have to pay for, of course they didn't leave tips for such work, and in general I didn't want to have dinner after such service somehow.
In general, these 2 moments spoiled the good impressions of the stay

A luxury hotel operating according to the Turkish all-inclusive concept. The territory is large, but at the same time compact. Large beautiful pools. Nutrition is beyond praise! Everything is sooo tasty and varied. Drinks are only locally produced. The staff is all good-natured, smiling, and always ready to help. There is a great animation for children. Great cocktails at the bar, atmospheric a la carte restaurants. The shell sand on the beach does not heat up. It is comfortable to walk on it. Definitely, I recommend it!
