This is a great hotel! Friendly staff, check-in was quick, even the room was selected taking into account the wishes, the food is beyond praise, animation, there is everything you want. Our family spent our first vacation at this hotel after the birth of our children (they were 2.5 years old).
A chic hotel, service at the highest level, excellent cuisine, children's animation - beyond praise! I just didn 't want to leave 😩

A great hotel for families with children.
For children there is a playground, a swimming pool with three slides, a children's club. Baby food in the main restaurant (but the choice is very small: rice, pasta, white sauce, tomato sauce, nuggets, cucumbers, tomatoes).
There are several swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, there is an Infinity pool (16+).
Russians and Kazakhs are mostly among the vacationers.
The hotel has good food, the hotel has 5 alyakart (fish, Turkish, Chinese, steakhouse, and burger). You can go to the burger shop without an appointment, the rest of the alyakart by appointment. The main restaurant also has a good selection of menus, every day the menu has a different theme.

We recently visited the Rixy Club kids club in our hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From the very entrance, we are greeted by friendly and attentive staff who sincerely cares about children and does everything possible to make every child feel special.
The club's premises are spacious, bright and safe, equipped with all the necessary entertainment — from a variety of toys and playgrounds to creative workshops and exciting events. My children especially enjoyed participating in themed parties and creative activities. They returned every day with new crafts and a lot of positive emotions.

Of course, repairs are required in some places, for example, the bathroom door does not look presentable due to humidity, but I want to note that I am not such a picky person to change the room just because the paint has gone off a little. It is clean, cozy, there is enough of everything, everything is working properly and the taps and the refrigerator and the air conditioner. We lived in the middle building of the Amway. The food in the general dining room is good. There are many types of meat, salads, traditional cuisine, Indian cuisine...but! I have never seen berries in 8 days (decorating sweet dishes does not count). Nuts are also missing. Due to the heavy rain, even the olive oil was interrupted...after 3 days, this canteen is already boring. The salvation was the presence of several A la carte restaurants. You book dinner in one of them in advance and take a break from this buzzing of hundreds of people rushing to eat.
The pools are clean, the water temperature is comfortable.
The deck chairs are mostly intact and clean enough.
The beach is for an amateur. Sand of several fractions (with additives of construction, apparently) is an artificial bulk island where the hotel is located.
The sea is not transparent, cloudy.
Cons: the biggest disadvantage is the condition of the rooms. We lived in several, so it's not unfounded.
I don't understand why all tour operators talk about this hotel as a super 5+?? If this is the first time people are in a place where everything is included, there is a place to take their children, then this is clearly not the best option. The rooms are just tired. There has been no repair since the opening, apparently (see photo).

Quite a decent hotel. Although not new, the repair is slightly tired. But everything is clean. With the exception of the sea, I came across hair, some kind of plastic, probably due to the fact that it is fenced with buoys, maybe there is a net below, I did not check. The temperature of the water and air is of course scary for me +37. The water in the sea is generally like boiling water, you don't cool down at all, but it's good in the pool. 5 minutes to the sea, 3 minutes to the pool. As in many reviews, I agree that the hotel "takes out" at the expense of food, a lot of dishes and meat and fish and vegetables / salads, drinks: juices, soda, red wine, white, proseco, whiskey, vodka, rum, cocktails, coffee can be drunk in the lobby bar without a break, there are coffee machines. During the day, you can still eat in some snack bars, water and soda are different from drinks (of course, in the all inclusive concept).
The staff is responsive, fulfills any request.
There are no complaints. The family is happy.

Of the minuses, terrible children's animation, in the children's room of the rixy club there is only a hall with games on a console and a cinema ... nothing else ... you need to sign up for classes with children and there has never been a free place, since it is fully staffed by families with children there)) a terrible ill-conceived playground that has height levels... I had to run down the mountain and back for a child... Because of the large number of children - it is impossible to leave them unattended there.... vacationers were constantly running around and looking for their kids, it looked scary…

Queues at the restaurant were being killed and sun beds had to be occupied like all other vacationers - at 6 a.m.… whoever gets up first runs to occupy them... If you wake up as a normal person, have breakfast and only then go to the pool - you just don't have a place, everyone throws towels from dawn ... you have to play by the same stupid rules ... the first time you encountered this on vacation, then you adapt to it and do not pay attention to this dibilism))
By the end of the week, it was already boring there... there is nothing to do without a cheerful company, and without children, since they are everywhere there…

The hotel is very suitable for families with children. Excellent cuisine, clean pools, nice beach. The evening shows are very high quality, the dancers are straight professionals. The room stock is not new, but it is decent enough. There are no complaints about cleaning, changing towels, filling the bar. The service is high-quality, well done, they are trying very hard! I am extremely pleased with my 8-day stay with my family at this hotel. Excellent location - far from the center of the country, in a quiet Ras al Haifa, on an artificial peninsula, with the sea on both sides. Beautiful rooms, sea views from each, thanks to the location of the hotel.
The successful layout allows you to combine rooms through a common vestibule if necessary. Excellent beach, smooth entry into the water, clean, the length of the bathing area is 200 m, it is always calm in the morning, there is little excitement in the afternoon, you can swim along the buoys in any style.
There is a promenade on the peninsula with running and cycling tracks 4 km one way - a paradise for running enthusiasts.
There are several pools. Very high-quality professional aquafitness, not formal, but real.
The cuisine is excellent and varied. The drinks are very high quality.
The staff is competent, polite and helpful. The system works in such a way that any workload of the hotel does not create problems for guests.
I recommend 100%.
