I ordered a bento cake on 14.08. Externally it looks good, neat, tastes fine, nothing wow. I was very upset by the design of the cake and communication with the staff! We came for breakfast, sat down at 12:20 and made an order: two portions of pancakes, lemon tart and drinks. Then they also included them in the bill! Until they came personally to the cashier and called the administrator! The administrator is SUPER, the guy just dragged the whole place in, removed them from the account, brought sweets while waiting for pancakes, was friendly and polite! Great respect to him! If it wasn't for him, we would be even more upset, and so we leave with a smile on our face and minimal sadness)

A pleasant place with a beautiful interior. But that's where the good impression ends. We ordered coffee with dessert: Shu cake and pancakes with strawberries.
Coffee was brought very quickly, but it is unclear why, if the pancakes were brought after about 25 minutes. By this time, the coffee had already cooled down. Besides, the pancakes tasted more like pancakes. They wouldn't have come a second time.
Everything is fine! I went with my friends. I really liked the service and prices, to the interior and toilet. Which is delicious, the pies are cool and interesting. I'll come again
A great place with delicious desserts, polite waiters and receptionists. We ordered two desserts and two pies. Desserts are beyond praise, and the pies turned out to be a little dry.

The coffee is delicious, but the Americano is already brought cold. That's how the service works. If you don't have much time, then coming here is just to get angry. You get tired of waiting for your coffee, and then the bill.
When we were in the establishment, all the seats were occupied. There were only two waitresses working and they were obviously "hunted" and tired. The girl who served us even forgot to bring the appliances, although we reminded her several times. But that's okay. The receptionist is a very strange girl. When we went in and looked for a place, she didn't even turn to us, but continued talking to the cashier. She didn't take us to the table, we were looking for a place ourselves. then she smoked at the entrance and left. Great. According to the assortment: I was upset that there were not many pies that I would like to try. They took what was there. A piece of pie is not big at all, in order to eat, you need to take at least two pieces. The cherry puer was delicious. The toilets are clean and tidy. The design is also nice.
The food is delicious. But!!!! Half of the menu is missing. There are seasonal dishes (they are not on the menu either). The service is at 0! The waiters from the moment we arrived, did not say hello, did not offer a table. Until they called, no one was going to bring the menu. I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards guests! I hope some kind of management will respond to this!

I won't dare reveal all the secrets, but I can briefly describe what I liked and what I didn't like in a couple of hikes.
So... A beautiful unobtrusive interior is a plus, very neatly - this is the merit of the staff, a wonderful spacious bathroom is clean, a large mirror, there are personal hygiene products in case of their own forgetfulness, a corner for children is a big plus, a huge selection of confectionery products of their own production is important, pies are baked on the spot - another plus.
And now a little bit about the disadvantages. I visited several times and each time the staff either pleased or upset me. I understand that everything depends on the shift, but is it possible to pick up the "head" so that it is not rotten.
Either they take care of me like a child, or they don't remember after a couple of minutes that they paid the money. That they asked for ice, that they don't put tubes in a glass instead of lemon. I don't eat plastic.
It's a pity that musical evenings were canceled. It seemed like a trick, but now the relevance of the institution is lost.
My score is 50/50. You are young, and there is room to grow.

Everything was fine, I liked everything, but the sound of washing dishes coming from behind the bar was very annoying (it interrupted both the music and distracted from a sincere conversation in the company).
The quality of service is terrible. We came to the institution to take the dishes with us to take away, not only could we not wait for them to come up to us (the landing in the hall was not complete), but also when the girl came up, she served extremely impolitely (she did not even say hello, did not offer products, did not specify which drinks-as a result, she mixed up).
